3 cars in parking lot at 1pm EST. Would not allow check-in until 3pm. Hotel 20% occupied at most. Desk only had hours from 10am to 10pm. Key fab entry did not work after first night, so had to call off-site number for access to room. Off-site number also rolled to voicemail. Multiple outlets in room did not work. Hole in wall near bedroom. Door only had chain lock from inside, no deadbolt. 2 microwaves in room, but mounted one did not work.

The gentleman who checked us in was very pleasant helpful. He was quick and efficient. That was probably all that was good about this property. The odor down the hall was terrible. Definitely cigarettes and an old dirty smell. The AC was turned on so when we walked in, it was nice and cold. However, the temperature gage or fan speed did not work. The shower water also was not hot, just luke warm. The price is basically what you pay for.

There were decent beds to sleep on and the air conditioning worked. The sink would have warm water but the shower in our room never did. When talking to locals we were there to meet up with all I had to note was that it was a sketchy hotel and they could immediately guess which one. They noted full-time residents that would be homeless otherwise and a history of sketchy things. There was a sheriff across the street once and then in the parking lot when I was going to leave but I didn’t witness anything specific.
I believe it’s only the manager doing all the work there and it would be fine if I wasn’t worried he was somehow going to shoot himself in the thigh the way he had his gun hanging on his pants.

The whole place stunk like rotting food. The bathroom was missing tiles and was dirty. The parking lot was full of cars that had windows smashed out or body damage to the cars. The curtains didn’t open in the room and we’re almost here so the lights from the business Next Door shown in all night the bed was very uncomfortable

Do not go here. I put my bags in the bathtub overnight. A warning from the fire department was required to be posted in the lobby. Furniture was carved by prior persons. Rust on radiators and water stains on ceiling. I assume that *friendly* persons related to the owners are posting perfect ten ratings and expedia is doing nothing to check the situation out.

Lobby was dirty. Check was slow. Should have clued in when we walked into the stinky room and saw a posted sign saying you have 10 minutes to get a refund if you dont want to stay. I had vanilla spray which eliminated some of the smell in the room and carpet. The carpet was FILTHY and sticky. I wore my sandals at all times. At 1:50 AM the fire alarm went off. An 9ish old girl burned Pizza Rolls and we had to leave the building for about 10 minutes for fire dept. check. The beds were tolerable. The shower had hot water but the condition of the rooms were bad. Refrig was cold. Freezer was caked with ice. Couldnt wait to get out of there the next morning!

I guess for $50 it's ok, but I'd just spend the extra 20-30 bucks and stay in a better place.

Everything went well except that when I told Amber we were staying a month, we went to pay again and they had reserved our room out and we got notified last minute that we had to leave. I’m not sure where communication broke down but all in all, everything else went perfectly. Staff was very friendly, including Amber. The rooms went clean. The beds were comfortable. Towels and washcloths were laid out. It was quiet, and we were even at the end of the hotel where you’d think it would be louder.

I ordered a King size bed, but we got 2 double beds - I never saw a person at the front desk to tell them after we checked in the 3 nights we were there. The room was in bad shape - stains on the walls and carpet, all outlets only had 1 receptacle that worked, the bed lamp on/off knob was broken, the bathroom walls were beat up and the tub had rust all over it. There was an old gallon of milk left in the fridge. The hallways smelled like weed the entire time. Would not recommend this place to anyone!!

La chambre étaient sale et très vieille, j'en ai loué des hôtels bas de gamme mais celui-ci est le pire. Bain pourri dans le bas. J'ai mis une serviette dans le fond pour ne pas toucher au bain. Plancher collant et la partie en tapis sale aussi. Pas très bonne odeur en plus.Il y avait une cigarette en haut du coffre fort. Vraiment une place dégueulasse. Hotel.com devrait enlever cet place de ses choix.

They gave me a smaller room then what I paid for there was dogfood on floor by wall there was a plate of food under the bed there was dirty socks in the dresser and dirty underwear under the TV stand tried to take a shower they came up and asked me to stop the water was leaking into the room below they didn't try and change my room or accommodate me for it and I went downstairs to get ice opened the ice machine and the smell about made me puke it was full of trash not to mention people were doing and selling drugs out of the hotel in fact the hotel was raided by the police 2 weeks later for drugs never again hands down worst hotel I ever been to believe me when I say those pictures are deceiving must of been took over 60 yrs ago when the hotel was built and it hasn't been cleaned or updated since

I booked the room because of the cost mainly, but also because the photographs looked really good and clean. Should have known better, but gave it a chance. Room was filthy, holes in the walls, ac did not work, television only had half of the channels described, and there was no phone in the room. The couple below me screamed and cussed each other for 30 minutes solid until I went down and spoke to the clerk who KNEW it was occurring, but was afraid to do anything. Had to do it myself and threaten to call the police. And to beat all of this, on THIS review it is preventing me from uploading pictures of the room and the hotel in general.

It was made out to be a nice place by using old pictures...the place was nothing like the pictures....the shower was awful...the room completely wreaked of a foul smell...it smelled like weed in the hallway n there was noone at the hotel from 10pm to 10am to assist our needs n problems the sheets had long hairs on them

OK for a night or two. Older, worn hotel. My bed area was clean, tv was good, bed was comfy. Bathroom wasn't cleaned. Skid marks in toilet, hair shavings on toilet rim and in shower, crumbs and dirt on floor, food splatters in microwave. I'll spend the extra $20 and stay elsewhere next time.

It was not up to date, but clean. It was a good 1 night stay. She messed up with my room so she let me look at new room to make sure it was good for me. The tv remote didn’t work. The fan in bathroom sounded like it was going to fall off (very loud.) There was some red stuff on the walls. Air conditioner looked like it was broken. It was cheap and it was good enough for a 1 night stay for me.

The staff was all very accommodating and friendly. I am in between homes and staying here long term (several weeks) and this place has been a lifesaver for us. It's clean, quiet, safe, and everything we need right now. I have my service dogs with me and they have been wonderful about accommodating us with them and nobody has been rude about them being here (yes that's happened at multiple other hotels in the past). They even have a special room for people with service dogs (pets are NOT allowed here) that has hardwood floors which is great for cleanup. There's a small fridge and full size microwave and a little kitchenette area which is wonderful. Now, I will tell you that if you're expecting the Hilton for this price you're going to be disappointed, but if you're looking for a clean, safe, quiet place to spend the night (or even long-term) for a great price then this is the place for you.

The check in staff was indifferent at best if not bothered by me. He got my information, gave me my card and pointed me to the elevator. He didn't tell me about breakfast if any (there is but VERY little), check out, or anything. The tv has 14 channels many of which are repeats in different formats. They dont identify themselves on the phone from an outside line as a hotel, they simply answer \"May I help you?\" Unfortunately I've stayed at a few Wyndham properties on this trip and this is sadly the best so far all things considered which isnt saying much at all.

A few of The outlets didn’t I had a cpap and had to run the plug across the bed garbage behind some of the furniture.. the tub was horrible stained the overspill drain was a rusty hole the metal piece that should of been there was missing.. the carpet on the between beds was sticky.. the worker was the only good part he was very polite

It is cheap for a reason. It is disgusting in there the lady on duty said she had to do the rooms and the front desk. We only stopped cause we were tired from traveling and needed a power nap to get back in the road. Went to take a shower the water was brown the bathroom was disgusting… I hate I wasted my money it stinks in the rooms and in the building it need a really bad makeover or close down
