There was no \"hot breakfast.\"
\"Breakfast\" was laid out on a table and consisted of a few packets of prewrapped mini-donuts, swiss cake rolls, 2 apples, and 2 bananas. There was OJ and coffee.

This hotel (it's not a townhouse like the description says) is being renovated. The pool is empty; laundry room is currently closed; they offer breakfast, but it didn't look like much (I really only peeked in here); and there were no vending machines (I wanted a coke.
And there's not anything within walking distance to be able to get a drink). There's one working elevator (and on the 3rd floor you have to press up to get it to take you down). They upgraded me to a suite.. which was nice.. the main room (with the beds) was clean (well the shower looked like it could have used a little more cleaning). The living room (extra room) looked like it was in need of someone sweeping it.. there was a bunch of raisins (??) on the floor.. it just was weird. Price was ok, but probably was more than it should be considering all the (mostly) minor issues.. but the minute issues so add to.

Room was clean but we had no toliet paper and the toliet was not screwed down it moved while sitting on it the ice machine was out of order and there were people fighting outside our door in the middle of the night we called the front desk and no one answered

The room was nice but rather cramped. Staff was polite. The breakfast...not so great. The pictures online of the breakfast showed waffle maker, some hot breakfast items. A toaster so we assumed toast or bagels. None of those....breakfast was prepacked donuts, cookies, granola bars, etc. All sugary items. They did have a few overripe bananas.

No staff , no amenities and should not be booked. We had to call and wait forever anytime we needed something. Doors slamming all night, even though we didn’t see anybody or cars. Truly disappointed in this hotel visit and hotel.

Service absolutely sucked. The person behind the counter had an attitude when my boyfriend asked if there was any pest problems pillows were flat and sheets were filthy there wasn’t even a breakfast when we woke up not to mention the tv remote barely worked at all we will not be staying here again. We were also forced to pay 100 deposit for the room that we were never even told about prior to getting the room. If possible i would like a full refund for how poorly we were treated

Upon arriving, we found out the pool was closed, which was the only reason we had booked this hotel. We decided to cancel our reservation, not check in, and go elsewhere. Since we booked through Expedia, staff told us we had to request a refund through them. Expedia had not refunded us because they cannot get in touch with anyone at the hotel to confirm that we didn't check in therefore we are just out our money, even though staff had said she \"approved our request\" while we were there. I've also tried calling multiple times and each time I hit the number to send me to the front desk, the phone hangs up.

Poor communication and honestly the whole situation was sketchy and the hotel looked torn up inside in different places.

The hotel did not provide room key the entire week due to electric power outage. This caused an issue to get into the room more than once due to maintenance not on grounds with the master key. Also came back to hotel on second night, looking like door was broken into with door being open, not protecting petsonal items. Pool and hot tub out of order for what appeared to be construction of putting new tile in the hall leading to that area. No reason to close those amenities, for laying tile. Lay a carpet during operating hours when not having work done. Overall experince unsatisfactory.

They charge an extra $100 deposit that isn't included in the listing. They didn't charge me bc I told them that I don't smoke so I won't be smoking in the room.

They have two elevators. One was broken when we got there... The other broke the day we left.

This hotel was advertised as newly renovated. This was far from being renovated. I don't call fresh paint renovated. Windows don't lock. Door entrance barely shut - lock matbe. No shampoo provided. Breakfast was gone at 7.30 am. Pool closed
If you can find another place to stay, it has to be better than this place.

Unfortunately our stay here was not one that would bring me back. Our room had stains on the bed as well someone else's hair in the sheets. We asked for a new room and were given one, but the door was semi-broken, causing the deadbolt to not be able to lock. We also had to go up and down from the 3rd floor to the front desk several times due to either an issue with the room or an issue with the key cards. Once we got our new room, there were still stains on the bedspread and dark brown hairs in one of the pillows (neither of us have dark brown hair. We saw it later as we were getting ready for bed and pulled the pillow in front of it out if the way). The toilet had some clearly unscrubbed parts with yellow residue and the bathroom floor looked like it had not been cleaned all the way to the edges. I do want to say that the staff we talked with was very friendly and accommodating. Our issues are more with whoever is maintaining the hygiene of the rooms. I think this hotel could be a very nice stay for the price if these hygienic details were paid more attention to.

The room wasn’t thoroughly cleaned. The door would barely shut. The ice machine leaked water all over the floor so much that the hall carpet was soaked. The employees were all so nice tho! For the price we paid compared to other hotels in the area, it wasn’t too bad…just not as nice as we would have liked.

This was the most horrible experience. Room door locks fell off and doors could easily be pushed open we took pictures to show how the conditions were all upper floor windows had no screens no features to keep bugs out or minors from falling out because windows could open fully. Internet was shotty, cable was always flickering if the tv was even connected to cable. Phones did not work in or out calls so local authorities could not be reached if emergency was to arise. Hotels dot com should be ashamed to have this place in their listings as there were no managers on duty they have not had a manager for over two weeks and when you guys hotel . Com tried to reach them no one answered the phone. They took two deposits for incidentals. Saying they would take the double charge I'm still waiting! This was a first rate scam of everything terrible pool hot tub broke pictures shown of the hotel must have from another venue because DAMN! Please please remove them from your listing because many others who tried to check in waited over 30 min for front desk help who was busy cleaning rooms for their stay at 9:30 pm that nite because they had no one to clean them prior to their arrival. This gets worse but thats enough. Ps if you want pictures of the joint cause its no hotel i have real pics that should be shown to save others from that disaster if a hotel HA!

Arrived at 4:30 pm and was told no clean room. Was told to \"get dinner in Belden\" and they would call me if a room was open by 8:30 pm and that I may just want to find another hotel. Received a call at 9:30 pm saying a room was clean. By this time, I already found another hotel room but when I was trying to call, the hotel's phone was down. The front desk person (who called me on her personal cell) told me I would have to file a claim as she could not refund my money despite this being the hotel's fault. Still no refund. I went back this morning and asked for a manager to call me which never happened. Will now have to go to my credit card and report this as fraud. This is the worst experience I've had with a hotel.

The air conditioner has black mold on the vents. There was no soap, empty shampoo and conditioner bottles. Phone lines have been cut so i couldn't ask the simple amenities. They charged my card a $100 fee for any damage the might occure. Said it was just a hold, it was for 2 days. Never again.

The room was nice after we finally got in. Key mix up. Bed was comfy and clean. Shower was great it had shampoo and conditioner in the shower for our convenience. However, there were no little soaps for hand washing or little cups to take medicine beside the sink. Breakfast was filling.

The attendants at the desk were friendly and helpful. I had to get the attendant to come help me. I have a c-pap machine that needed to be plugged near the bed. The outlet was under the bed. He was able to climb under to reach it. My niece came in after I fell asleep and had to crawl under the bed too to plug in her phone. So if you need the outlet near the bed bring a long extension cord or 10ft charger cord which I did happen to bring mine and plug into the outlet across from the bed. Other than that the room was clean and comfortable.

To start… Read the reviews and how rude and unprofessional the Hotel Mgr was in responding to each and every review.

At check in, I was approached in the parking lot by a resident of the hotel, asking if I wanted to buy drugs. Front desk staff is very nice.

The hotel itself is a dump. They are under renovation. This should have been mentioned in the Hotel’s listing. I can’t believe our room was renovated. It was dirty and has a mildew smell. Pubic hairs in shower and sink.

Housekeeping never cleaned or restocked our room for the 3 nights that we were there. We never used the Do Not Disturb door hanger and we were out of the room by 8am every morning. She did give us fresh towels on the second night and was very courteous and apologetic. Our room only had a half roll toilet paper for our entire stay. We weren’t going to keep asking for a new roll, so I bought some from Walmart, not a big deal.

On the second evening, there was an electrical issue in our room. Half the room had no power. Maintenance did fix it within 30 minutes and was ver courteous.

There are sketchy people living in this hotel. I would not recommend this hotel if safety is a concern.

The bed was comfortable and we had plenty of hot water in the morning.

Overall, this is a dumbs down and I will definitely not stay here ever again.

Coffee is the main lobby was cold. Holes EVERYWHERE in various walls. Ended with having NO HOT WATER in our room. Overall…incredibly unimpressed & would never stay at a Country Inn again.

Staff was very pleasant, although unhelpful or caring with the shower/water issue. The older gentleman serving breakfast was SO SWEET!

Mold! Absolutely horrible! The mini frig leaks causing the carpet on the floor to mold. There was 1/2 a roll of toilet paper and when looked under the sink, there was more mold, black mold! The sower drain was slow/clogged. The tv remote was sticky, the curtains would not close. We could not get out of there fast enough! Surprised the Board of Health doesn’t close the place down. Beware-don’t stay

The hotel needs updated caution tape everywhere hot tub didn’t work. We were there for a half hour and checked out the icing on the cake was when I went to the restroom wash my hands got a clean towel that I thought was clean to dry my hands with, and it was soaking wet. The bathtub was disgusting and even had a hanger in the drain for some reason the staff was friendly and nice though. but did not refund my money.
