They were nice and the room was very clean. Only problem I had was when booking the hotel on hotels.com app they said they were dog/pet friendly for a $25 nightly fee. But when we got there, they had 3 signs just in the lobby at the front desk that said NO PETS ALLOWED. Luckily we decided not to bring our dog, not sure why there is this discrepancy?

There was a cigarette burn on the one comforters. The heat/ac was a window unit that didn't regulate the temperature well. The breakfast was not so good and they were out of coffee at 830 AM. But it was inexpensive and you get what you pay for.

I know it might sound harsh but unless you have absolutely no other choice, DO NOT STAY HERE.
I’ve been to several Quality Inns and non were nearly as unkept and dirty.
First of all, as soon as you get on to the floor the entire space has a bad odour, I doubt those carpets have ever been properly cleaned.
Once in the room, I found blood stains on the sheets and urine stains on the towels. The bathroom door had a hole on the bottom as if someone had kicked it, and the toilet was clearly not cleaned properly. I also got hives from the bed even after changing rooms because my tub was clogged!
Not a place I would ever take my family or feel comfortable having my children sleep in, I was travelling alone from Canada so I just put up with it for a couple of nights but I would never return. Honestly shocked at the negligence on behalf of the owners, but I do take responsibility for choosing the “best rate” in the area, because clearly you get what you pay for. I just wouldn’t pay to stay at a slum lord motel EVER again.

Room was not clean, there was roaches crawling on us in the bed, dead roaches in the nightstands, bed was not comfortable, mattress kept popping Everytime you moved, bedding was dirty, asked for new bedding and was told there was none, bathtub smelled like urine, mold in the shampoo and conditioner dispenser, air conditioner kept stopping all night had to unplug and plug back in to reset was in room 206 and the hotel quality inn hall of fame Canton they refused to give a refund.

I booked for 1 night & then booked a 2nd night. I received a phone call at 12:05 am Sunday morning & no one answered. 10 minutes later someone knocked on the door. It was the front desk demanding my id. 2 bags of clothing was also missing. I followed up on the clothing on 11/13/25 & the same person said housekeeping removed them & didn't know where they put them.

The front desk attendant didn’t acknowledge me when I walked in even though there was no one else in the small lobby. She was working on the computer and finally said “Hello” after a couple of awkward minutes. I understand if something had to be finished but “I’ll be with you shortly “

Absolutely filthy. Bedding had stains and hair. Bathroom had stained hand towels and tape around shower knob.
There is no elevator so you have lug you stuff up and down stairs. Rooms are extremely small. I paid for a double Queen and ended up getting put in a double standard and when we tried to cancel 1 of the 2 nights booked Expedia was useless as was the hotel. I will no book through Expedia ever again. This was the first time using their services and I was more than disappointed.

I booked a double queen bed and only received two full beds. Bottom of shower was stained black and the room had a moldy musty smell. Same thing was served for breakfast both days. There was no elevator. With no elevator how are they handicap complaint?

1. Front desk check in lady professional and friendly.
2. No elevators. Steps only for those who this is an issue. Check in lady helped carry luggage upstairs.
3. Was told they were using new cleaning staff, sooo first room had an unmade bed and used towels. Second room had used wash cloth on shower rail and hair in sink, bathtub, and inside made bed. Third room had a broken towel rod on back of toilet and toilet handle needed to be held down to flush. We asked for new sheets to change the beds ourselves.
4. This was a booked three day stay. If it matters to you, you will need to ask for fresh towels daily and your trash can to be emptied. No one comes in voluntarily to tidy the room, clean, or empty trash.
5. Breakfast was decent, although on the last day the milk in one of the pitchers was sour.

The location is decent, among all the North Canton retail, but it's basic accommodations. The room was clean and in reasonable shape, but the common areas were showing some wear. In particular, the carpeting in the hallways was dingy and the doors to the rooms were a little battered. The hallway lighting was dim. Breakfast was iffy - scrambled eggs that I'm not sure were real, lukewarm coffee. At least the waffle iron worked. It's acceptable if you're looking for a place to lay your head for a night, perhaps not the best for a long-term stay.

Mediocre Stay.

The staff when I was checking in was not the most friendly. I had called early as I was in town quicker then expected and asked if I could early check in the response was a short no followed by a prompt hang up before I could ask another question. When I was booking I had specifically asked for a pet-friendly room as I have an ESA that travels with. They never called to verify and upon arrival had a somewhat confrontational encounter about the error that I wasn't tracking on in regards to my room, which would have been my next question earlier if I hadn't been hung up on. I luckily had my ESA letter and the situation was rectified albeit should have not happened in the first place. Both situations resulted in me feeling disheartened and made me feel like the hotel didn't care about my needs or stay. The overall shape of the hotel was okay, the bed was very firm and hard to sleep in, but room was clean and what I needed for the weekend. I think in future instances I may either spend more at another hotel or look to stay with family and spend more time commuting to my business ventures.

When we arrived the room was very cold. When the heat was turned on, it set off the smoke alarm. We informed the front desk and the attendant was very prompt to check it out. We really appreciated how quick she came to the room. However, we found a cockroach crawling across the bed. A message was left for the staff to inform.

The majority of the electrical outlets in the room didn't work. I had to plug my phone in by the bathroom sink outlet, which only worked after I bent the blades of my plug out a bit to make up for the loose outlet.
The bed made weird noises whenever you moved on it. it sounded like the bed had not been assembled properly.

The customer service was great they showed the staff made sure that they handled my complaint concerning my room. I had to change my room twice, both rooms were not properly clean, bed linen, bathroom bathtub was dirty. permanently stains of shower floor and walls.
I finally was able to get a different room, I had to get some cleaning supplies.
Staff was great, breakfast was great.

The first room we were given smelled musty/damp. No surprise because it below street level. They moved us to another basement room, but it wasn't much better. If bathtub was cleaned after the last time the room was used, this issue would have been discovered. Judging from the slimy feeling of the floor of the bathtub, the bathtub hasn’t been cleaned.

This hotel is just so-so. The sheets and towels were clean, but the rest of the room could use a good scrubbing. The once white tub and shower walls were gray. Most of the the metal in the bathroom as rusted. The wall outlet nearest the bed could not be used to charge my phone. The desk had a big dip in the middle and the freezer had food spills in it. The air conditioner was set at 62 when I arrived. I left at that setting. It ran continuously (hence the low eco friendly rating). The temperature in the room was comfortable but no where near 62 so I assume the A/C unit does not function properly plus the constant running of the unit was annoying. Breakfast is very basic - no meat, no yogurt, powdered eggs, only one kind of fruit (apples).

The beds were so hard i think the floor would have been a better option. We were there for 3 nights, each morning we had to ask for things to either be refilled or supplies. There was zero effort in stocking or keeping up on the breakfast. Yes they had options but it was all empty or old. The eggs were either empty or burt to the pan. The potatos were freezer burnt. The waffle batter was so thick it wouldnt come out of the dispenser.

All 3 mornings we had to ask for youguts due to pure laziness. When she wohld bring out the yogurt, she brough out only enough for us and didnt stock the cooler or anything. Other guests had to ask for it after us.

The frount dest lady was on a video chat everytime i seen here, even when getting us yogurts. It was very unprofessional and tacky.

Our room was musty and there were hairs in 3 of our towles/ hand towels.

I am very glad i brought my own bedding.....

Did not metion in thier ad that there was no elevator. My wife and I are 70 and climbing 3 flights of stairs with luggage was unacceptable. Also the bed was simply aweful - lumpy, no support, box springs made noises when you moved. No excuse for a matteress like that.

Literally, gnats. Air conditioner had to be freezing or off. Once it was off, moist sticky everything! Turned it to heat because it was an ice box and it emitted an awful smell/set the fire detector off! Floor felt moist. Sheets felt moist. Bathroom was dirty. Bed was uncomfortable and noisy. There was also stuff on the walls, food or something. Just bad. Couldn’t wait to get out of there.

Definitely an older facility that needs some updating. Shocked that there were no safety grab bars in the bathtub/shower. This was not very senior friendly. The mattresses slip and slide right off the metal bed frame! The towels and carpeting felt damp. Breakfast options were very limited and didn’t appear to be serviced well. There was no meat selection offered.

The hotel needs some serious updating and renovating; it looks and feels very old, dated and ran down. Carpets in bedrooms are disgusting, old, dirty and smell very bad. AC was cold but very noisy. When arriving at the hotel the clerk could not speak English to check us in first then we got to our room and we checked the bed like we always do or bugs and we found a license so obviously had not been completely cleaned staying on the bottom foot of the mattress cover but was not going to be in our way. The beds were absolutely horrible metal frames noisy as hell no matter if you just sat or did anything in the bed uncomfortable as hell the mattresses are like cardboard You cannot sleep It was awful I do not recommend this hotel to anyone when we discuss this with the manager they did not care that we even had any issues whatsoever there was leftover food and soda in the refrigerator that we had to dispose of and then we were awoken to carbon monoxide in the morning coming through the air conditioner because someone started their truck right outside and it was right at the air conditioning unit which we understand that hotel has no control over but there should be a no parking there or something because it was awful This is absolutely never going to happen in my lifetime again horrible horrible horrible

So we were positioned into the room in the basement level so we heard people running around over our heads all night long The person across the hall was fighting with somebody all night long and there were no vending machines or anything available to us on that level The room really reminded me of a little rent by hour no tell motel with the cheapest of sheets and the cheapest of flooring. Also no soap was in the bathroom either and that was weird so I had to make my own run to Walgreens just to make sure I could sanitize my hands.

The hotel is old so it is not as nice as the newer ones. However, it was clean and no sign of bugs. My only real complaint is that the toilet is very low, which may be difficult for some people. Breakfast was simple but good.

We accidentally left something in the room, and thankfully, it was at the desk when we returned to see about it. The staff were very good to us!
