This property was dirty had roaches in the tub, water did not work, no heat, the rooms smelled like smoke in a smoke free room, charges a 100 deposit for a 67.00 rate and did not get my deposit back, booked double queen beds and was given a king bed for 4 people because they didn’t have any rooms available. The list of things can go on. If I could give them no stars I would.

My friend had a hotel tenants loose dog ran at her and her dog who was on a lead when she yelledcat them to come get their dog they threatened her and her dogs life! Said they woukd put a bullet in both their heads! The staff were no help the manager doesn't even live in the country we had to call the local police. The hotel would not give my money back and forced us to stay another night scared to death as we had no money to move to another hotel! I want my money back they coukd not keep us safe nor did they try to make things better.No one shoukd stay there ther permanent tenants are all druggies and dangerous. The police said they respond to numerous calls to this Redroof inn , the Walmart next door!

Booked this 1 month ahead and when I got there no first floor room was available two rooms were shown to me with only one bed (booked double) one worse then the other on the third room dirty bathroom and no covers on the beds smell of marijuana was outside of room and inside. She said she would switch me out when a clean first floor room with two beds became available… never did it. 3 days no housecleaning or trash pick up stayed outside the door.

It was horrible no towels or rags or toilet paper 2 men entered the room while I was showering and said they were cleaning.they never gave us towels or rags or to the TV didn't work either and try change me 30 fee for a blanket beijg dirty which was there when we got there they gave us a dirty room .they are lazy rip offs the girl at the front desk was on the phone for 25 min before she helped me and was setting up a date with the man to come to the hotel...very uncomfortable and they are dirty rip offs

I didnt like anything. The beds were old. The pillows were older. Bed bugs and pubic hairs on the dirty bed. I couldnt even go to bed after a Halloween party. Had to drive 40 miles home. Strongly advise to not stay at this property. I stay at Red Roof in Belden Village all the time and its clean and no bed bugs. Waiting on my refund. Calling health department.

I checked into the hotel. The room I booked wasn't available so they \"upcharged\" me for a room that was available. The TV in the room didn't work. I went back down to the office but there were other customers with problems. I went back to the room and tried to call the front desk but the phone didn't work either. I went back to the front desk in the moring and they said they would check the TV and fix it or move me to another room. They didn't fix the TV and did not offer to move me to another room. I had to ask twice. I was finally moved to another room. The rooms are at best OK. The fixtures in the shower in the second room were pulling away from the shower stall. I won't stay here again.

It’s not the most attractive place to stay. The exterior of the building is in rough shape and dirty, but the rooms were okay. The rooms look like they were remodeled at some point in the last few years unlike the exterior. When we first arrived, we were pretty concerned about the stay due to how sketchy and unattractive the exterior looks.
We asked the employee at the front desk if we could take a look at the rooms before we fully committed to the stay, and they were very understanding of it and without a second thought, showed us the two rooms. Considering the price we paid, I expected more from this property, but it was the only choice we had for last minute booking that was within our budget.
The hotel doesn’t provide free breakfast but there are multiple diners and stores surrounding the building.
The bathroom in our bedroom was not very clean, the toilet bowl had not been brushed well and the shower liner was very stained and looked like it hadn’t been replaced in who knows how long. The toilet itself didn’t flush well, we kept having to flush multiple times in order for waste to fully flush down. It seems like getting that fixed would save the hotel money in the long run.

There was no working smoke detector in our room. Im actually checking into the legal side of that because i believe thats illegal. It was hanging from the wall. I took pictures. Also, they went in my room in the evening (I only stayed one night) and called me during Summerslam and questioned me about whether not i was staying at the hotel that night. They should never be in room on the evening i check in. I didn't need housekeeping because i had just checked and everyone knows housekeeping occurs during the day. This hotel is going to facing several legal repercussions.

We had a handicapped room whose shower leaked clear through the bathroom. There were three bath towels two face clothes and no hand towels at all. No blow dryer, no coffee maker and enough flies to drive us crazy. Also being a handicap room toilet seat should have been higher, it was standard size. Will not return to this property!

The room a/c sounded like a jet engine,no trash can light above sink doesn’t work. No bulb,bathroom exhaust fan doesn’t work,toilet filled all the way to top before draining. Finally clogged. Was still clogged when I checked out. Room key card wouldn’t work when I left for a few hours then came back. Had to go to office and get it reprogrammed. All 3 days. No TV. And this is supposed to be a deluxe room. Also the sign outside says 59.99 per night and my price was over 100 per night. What a disappointment.

Nothing to rave about. Had to wait until 6:45 to check in. However, it was a very busy day weekend with activities in the area. Also key card didn’t work second day and was reprogrammed. Staff was friendly, bed comfortable, lots of shopping and restaurants close by. Cheapest I could find for the weekend. Don’t like giving $100 deposit up front when checking in. They said I’d get it back in 7-10 days after check out. Maybe this is normal now days?

Room wasnt ready when I arrived at 8 p.m. so have me a different type of room. Someone barged in the room around 11 p.m. because of the front desk giving them a key. Some sketchy things going on in and around the property in regard to some of the guests or people hanging around the property. Your typical lock and load motelsp tread carefully!

Surprisingly had a refrigerator and microwave which was nice, but the floors, fridge, toilet, and bathtub were all dirty or stained. Room smelled like cigarette smoke and now so do all my belongings. Another in the lobby complained of non draining bathtub. Key stopped working and lobby was locked with no attendant mid-day. Bad area in general-felt unsafe.

I went down to enlighten the clerk on the situation, and he made me walk the entire perimeter of the building with him looking for a room. There were no rooms available, so we left.

This was the absolute worst hotel experience that I have had in the past few years. When we arrived after a 7 hour trip, the electricity was off and we were unable to check in. At that point the staff member on duty showed us the available rooms. This took about 30 minutes because the rooms being shown reaked of smoke smells and pets. It was not pleasant at all. For the amount of money I spent at this location, a better product should have been produced. The pictures on line, in no way or fashion matched in person. That in itself is a high level of deception and thats not cool at all. There was a high level of prostitution going on, in addition to drugs being sold on the premises. There were also guest living there that continuously had their dogs off the leash. The levels were not well lit, which causes another safety issue.

There were also police that had to post up in the parking lot to ensure that nothing goes on during the night.

The biggest safety issue that occured is the roof partially caving in on the odd side of where the rooms are. I’m not sure how this location is allowed to be open with so much stuff going on. There were also police that had to post up in the parking lot to ensure that nothing goes on during the night.

The property shows some wear, but not enough to be concerning. Location next to a Walmart, an IHOP, and a Staples store is convenient. I was there on a Friday and Saturday night. A police car sat at the entrance to the property both nights. My room was clean and comfortable. I would stay there again.

The property was in horrible condition. The rooms were smelly and the bed was like sleeping on a concrete floor. Our key kept deactivating and twice the staff was no where to be found. Cops are there every night for security. One of the officers told me it was a very unsafe place that’s why they are there.

It was alot more run down than the pictures portray online. I had to pay $100.00 security deposit. Our room had no phone , no hangers and one of the beds had hair and grass on the made bed. The other bed wasn’t made and had no comforter. The cleaning lady was nice and did her best to fix it. I felt unsafe. There weren’t many guests or cars but those who were there were loud. Also, the refrigerator was loud and the air conditioner roared. It was so loud we had to turn it off so we could sleep.

The first night none of the lights worked in the room. I asked to be changed in the morning before I left for our family function. When returned to get the new room I was told I was checked out and had no room to stay. After standing my ground they gave me a room. Those are the pictures of the room they put me in. Plus the toilet didn't work. In the morning I went to complain to a manager but was met with hostility to the point they tried to call the police on me bc they were wrong and I wasn't budging that they owed me money for my room back.

This hotel would be okay for a quick overnight trip. I came all the way from Philly and I asked for a early check in I was told over the phone yes and then when I arrived I was told I had to come back in 4 hours when housekeeping arrived. First thing to know, this hotel requires a non-negotiable $100 deposit that is actually charged to your credit card when you check in. They won't use your card from your online reservation or just hold your card information without placing an actual charge.

The pictures on the website are a total bait and switch! The door has been kicked in, there isn't a garbage can. The sheets and comorters???!!!!! OMD they are stained and cigarette burned! How can that be though since it's a non smoking room?? It smells of amonia (cat) and cigarette smoke! There is brown sticky stuff on the fire sprinkler and bathroom light. There's mold in the tub and the roof, the walls have sort of been repaired where the holes are. There is dirt and a dead bug at the base of the dresser There's some pretty sketchy people in the rooms next to us who are living out of their car. I understand being down on your luck but it's not even dark yet and my skin is crawling from the filth and I just can't wait to see what drama comes about tonight. I will update review then.

Cleaning service was not provided. When I communicated with an employee the boyfriend banged on my room door and placed threats against me. Front desk staff didn't do anything to help with any issues.

Everytime we stay at this location it’s either really good or really bad. Unfortunately this time was bad. Booked a room with 1 king size bed, that room was horrible. Heat didn’t work, smelled awful, and was not clean. We were moved to another room with 2 beds (told the gentleman at the desk repeatedly I DID NOT want a room with 2 beds, he didn’t seem to care) was not completely clean, smelled horrible, television channels did not work….went to Walmart across the street for cleaning supplies and air freshener. Luckily we only needed to stay there until early morning. Make sure people are getting the correct rooms they have reserved. Also, I understand it’s a pet friendly establishment, but it shouldn’t be the next guests responsibility to clean and neutralize pet odors.
