I had a package of cookies on the nightstand next to bed.in the night i woke up to use the bathroom and went to grab a cookie. When o opened package 2 large cockroaches came out. Having stayed at Extended Stay Hotels from other brands, maybe my expectations were a little lofty. I didn’t expect to see people outside with chairs smoking and playing music like a makeshift shanty town. The Front Desk staff was very nice and explained all the rules and refs in detail.

The towels had someone’s hair on them despite being clean. And the chairs supplies in the room had to be donated by a school cafeteria. They did have a nice Smart TV so I could watch Toutube as I contemplated my questionable life choices staying at this establishment for a work week.

We didnt even stay. There was no one at the front desk we had to call and wait about 20 minutes for someone to come let us in. The whole lobby elvators and hallways smelled terrible like people were smoking. Then once we got into the room my 12 yr old wouldnt even sleep pn the bed bc the blankets looked stained and dirty. But there was no one at the front desk to ask for a different room so we ended up leaving and not staying the full 2 days. But it was too late to cancel our booking and we couldnt talk to anyone about the situation.

If you partake in the herb, this place is for you. The smell of weed was very evident throughout the hotel for the full weekend. Also, the local homeless guy, while friendly enough, was front and center each night at the main entrance, giving people the creeps. I have stayed at a number of Extended Stay hotels and never experienced such a poorly run, dirty, and smelly one such as this. Pay a few more bucks and stay elsewhere!

I booked and paid for a room. I tried to check in around 2pm (check in is at 3) and they wouldn’t let me. I told them I wouldn’t be able to be back until after midnight. When I return after midnight they tell me they gave my room to someone else/ no rooms available. Since I booked through you they offered no help. Neither did you when they tried to find a new room at 12:30am. You guys couldn’t either. I have now no where to stay, it’s after midnight and I’m 5 hours from my home.

Staff was rude and tries to scam people using services like hotels . com. They say they are overbooked and it's first come but the room was already paid for. Questionable fire safety response
On Easter morning at 7:05 am I began to hear. Persistent beeping that I first thought was a peculiar wake up alarm from next door. After 10 minutes, I got up and went into the hallway and realized the beeping was from the end of the hall and might have been a fire alarm. I was concerned that there was no one else even curious enough to open their room doors. After another 20 minutes I used the room phone to call for emergency maintenance. The employee stated he was not on site and would contact the night employee on duty. After a total of 35 minutes I called the off site employee again- by this time I could smell something burning down the hall. I told this person if the alarm was not off in 5 minutes I was calling the fire department.
The alarm finally stopped after a total of 40 minutes. My husband went downstairs and witnessed a fire chief having a very serious discussion with the on site employee on duty.
At no time did any hotel staff inform guests what was going on. Later in the day I rode the elevator with another guest who lived on another floor and asked if she had heard an alarm or smelled smoke. She said no alarm rang on her floor and the alarms go off a lot and it wasn’t a big deal.
My problem is that how can a guest just assume it’s not a big deal just because it happens a lot? Fires can spread rapidly, and response time is key to getting everyone out safely.
In this instance the alarm was not generally recognizable as a fire alarm and only rang on 1 floor.
The alarm finally stopped after a total of 40 minutes. My husband went downstairs and witnessed a fire chief having a very serious discussion with the on site employee on duty.
At no time did any hotel staff inform guests what was going on. Later in the day I rode the elevator with another guest who lived on another floor and asked if she had heard an alarm or smelled smoke. She said no alarm rang on her floor and the alarms go off a lot and it wasn’t a big deal.

The accommodations were spartan like and the bed looked like something. Got up a dorm room, but the bed was very comfortable! The wood like floors were especially clean and so was rest of the room. I checked in after midnight, and the woman who waited on me was extremely friendly and very personable. She really made my day.

The second room was an improvement but lacked proper upkeep. No toiletries or kitchen supplies were available, and the hotel lacked decoration, feeling quite stark. While the beds were comfortable, there was a lack of furniture for relaxation. It seemed that long-term residents with limited income occupied the place. I was gone 3am Saturday morning to 1am Sunday morning. It is a convenient location to the airport which is why I booked. I got back and my key card didn’t work. I had to call the number because the front desk closes at 10pm. Someone came and made me key cards, the guy on the phone told him the wrong room. He made me the correct keys, but never asked for identification. Anyone could have asked for the keys to my room and they would have been made.
Oh and the elevator wasn’t working from the time I got back to when I checked out at 10am. I was on the fourth floor. (:

I was gone 3am Saturday morning to 1am Sunday morning. It is a convenient location to the airport which is why I booked. I got back and my key card didn’t work. I had to call the number because the front desk closes at 10pm. Someone came and made me key cards, the guy on the phone told him the wrong room. He made me the correct keys, but never asked for identification. Anyone could have asked for the keys to my room and they would have been made.
Oh and the elevator wasn’t working from the time I got back to when I checked out at 10am. I was on the fourth floor. (:

It's dirty and I didn't feel safe. We paid for 2 double beds in one room, but when we arrived , the front desk told me they have only one full bed in a room for us. There were three of us so there was no way we would all fit in a only a full size bed.

First arriving to the hotel our rooms TV did not work after we unpacked and put everything away I went to the front desk and instead of switching TVs I had to repack everything and move to a different room upon entering the new room there was no shower curtain so we had to take a shower with no curtain because by this time we did not want to move to a third room they said there was no maintenance till Monday such an easy fix however I don't see why maintenance would be needed then there was no food in the refrigerator and it definitely was not at its cleanest the hallway smell like garbage there was trash and dirty diapers laying around inside the drawers were filthy we found a scale which is used for drugs a pipe which you smoke marijuana in. Then management had their family there or friends they were swearing at each other kids were running through the hallways dropping food everywhere definitely was not the experience that I'm used to. And then on top of it the children were tying up the elevator so there was one elevator and they were running on and off all the floors holding it up was not my best experience there I would not recommend it to anybody.

Upon checking in I was given the room key and went up to third floor with all my luggage and keys did not work. went back down to inform staff and was given two new keys so went back up and did not work. Went to staff and explained I think the door is not working. They wanted me to go up again mind you with all my heavy luggage and I said no I have tried 4 keys now. So, the staff had major attitude and said there were no rooms left. So, I said what do we do then. So, a guy stepped in and said I could get another room but it was full size bed. It was my adult daughter and I but I had to take it. So, went up AFTER they went up to make sure \"up to par\" their words. Well, we get up and there is NO toilet paper so had to go back and get some. Then, we seen blood on the light switch which is biohazard and just disgusting. So, staff came up and I showed him and he said sorry but left ME to clean it!! I was appalled!! It was incredibly noisy and felt unsafe so we did not sleep. It sounded like banging on walls, gun shots and yelling. We got there at 7pm and left at 4:30am for airport and it was the worst 9 hours ever! I expect a refund for this mess.

Awful. The hallways smelled like smoke, but the room smelled like bug spray. Food was left in the refrigerator from the previous occupant, their opened soap was left in the bathroom, the bathtub had a dark film and clearly had not been cleaned in a long time. Also, worst of all, the sheets had stains and cigarette burns! I didn’t have time to deal with this, but the hotel was disgusting and I should be refunded.

Where do I even start….. the place is absolutely disgusting. Filthy stained sheet, dust and dirt everywhere, REAKS like cigarette smoke AND literal cockroaches in our room!!!!! My husband literally had to go around and kill bugs while I striped the beds and changed the sheets. The outside grounds are filthy with rust everywhere. We felt so incredibly uncomfortable and unsafe in this hotel. But we had no choice since it was 2am and we had no where to sleep because of a diverted flight.

I reserved this room for my son. When he got to the room there were no pillows or toilet paper. There were less than desirable people hanging out in the parking lotband his window didn't lock.He went back to the desk and no one was there to assist him. He called the hotel phone and no one answered. He called me and I told him to check out and I made a reservation at a nearby hotel. The reservation was for seven nights and the hotel charged all 7 to my credit card. Almost $500. Hotels.com has had no luck resolving the issue with the hotel. Horrible hotel and horrible, unethical management.
