Room is dirty. The kitchen has grease dripping down from exhaust hood. Exhaust filter is seemed never been cleaned. Not sure why, but the smoke alarms are wrapped up with plastic bags. When I was waiting to check in, there is a guy, look more like homeless with scooter ran in the hall way. I would say, this place is more like a low income apartment rather than hotel. There isn’t hair dryer in the room, I called to front desk and was told, no hair dryer at all. lol

Horrible experience, hair found in shower wall before our shower. Old food in fridge with eggs. Found dirt all over bead frame over head. Floor and carpet was sticky when we entered, not cleaned at all. Heard loud banging on door twice and believed somebody was trying to break in. Felt unsafe and left at 1am to sleep in car somewhere else. Found out next day I got two separate charges for two rooms when I only paid for 1 room still awaiting response from hotel. Will never bring my family here again.

Overall a nice hotel and cheap. Close to so many stores (walmart, target, etc) and the mall. I would stay again. Room was clean. Only downside was the shower was clogged. I forgot to say something to the front desk. I was in a hurry to leave so that's my bad.

The lobby had an odor. We had to wait almost 10 minutes for someone to come to the front desk. A woman in a crop tank top and short shorts said \"he'll be down in a minute\". No professionalism. The bed was absolutely horrible and my back still hurts from sleeping in it. I woke up at 6am and drove home.

The reason you stay at an Extended Stay America is for the kitchen, but it does you no good if they have no plates, utensils or cookware in your room. They straight out told me to go buy some, as they were not going to have enough for everyone. The staff is rude and unaccommodating, not sure if that is due to the mismanagement of the property but, they need to fix that fast. The property is aging and not kept up. Will never stay at an Extended Stay America in Cleveland again, I have tried them twice and they have done nothing but disppoint.

The whole facility was very dirty and unkempt. The bathroom drains didn’t drain . The air conditioners suck and make weird loud noises. The hall ways were filthy full of trash and crumbs everywhere. I understand busy but there is a difference between being busy and just lack of effort to provide clean rooms. Even the parking lot was pretty bad.

Close to restaurants and a mall. Facilities very worn. Breakfast area smaller than 1/2 the size of our room. Didn’t even entertain eating there.

No lobby. Very deceptive. Just a desk. Our room wasn’t ready until an hour after check in time.

No toiletries. Tiny tube of shampoo. No coffee.

Would not recommend or book again. One of the worst places we’ve ever stayed.

At the time of our checking other staff member allocated same room with two keys, found someone’s luggage is already there. The staff is on duty smart enough, cross checked all our details and finally allocated different room and transferred charged payment on our room

I wasn't even able to check into this stay. When I arrived, there were police cars responding to some kind of incident. I went inside, but no one was at the front desk - or anywhere and I waited for over a half an hour. There was also a group of people partying in the parking lot. I honestly didn't feel safe, so I left.

The front desk was not welcoming, and the hotel had a weird smell to it. However the room didnt have the smell.
There was tissue laying on the floor by the bed crusty hard stain on the top blanket crumbs on the sheet when they were pulled back and a red stain on the mattress cover that you could see through the sheets. When the front desk was contacted he was not apologetic he said i had to strip the bed bring him the dirty sheets and then i had to make the bed. He was rude and not empathetic toward the situation. While in the shower the shower curtain at the bottom was moldy and dirty the tub didnt drain while showering and one of the towells were dirty.
The next day the manager was very dry but apologized. There was no hair dryer in the room or hotel the breakfast in the morning was a muffin in brown bag.

I was suppose to have a non-smoking hotel room. As soon as I open the door, the smoke smell was over whelming. I advised the front desk and they went to the room and applied some deodorizer. I went out to dinner and when I arrived back, the smell was worse. It was so bad it was burning the back of my throat and inside my nose. I could not stay in that room. Hotel was unable to provide any acceptable accommodations. I understand that some guest break the rule of no smoking, but when this happens, rooms need to be cleaned properly to remove the smell.

Ok but not what they use to be...

Most Hotels/Motels that are affordable ($75 to $125 night) have gone down hill in conditions, comfort and \"attitudes\". The young lady at the front desk was pleasant and helpful, the only real positive I can offer. You could smell smoking through most areas even though it was no-smoking hotel. The place overall is worn-out, needs updating.

The room that we were in had mold on the tub surround. The bathroom sink stopper was broken so any amount of water in there stayed in the sink. It had a cigarette smell to it but it could have been that our room was by the exit at the side where people do smoke.
The staff was very helpful and nice though.

The sweeper was never run in the hallway the whole time we were there. This hotel was really nice when we first started coming there. It is really getting run down. The parking lot needs repaved. People must not know how to read because someone was always smoking right outside the door even though there were 2 signs there no smoking. You could also smell smoke in the hallways. This will be the last time we stay at your hotel.

I stayed two nights here. The first room they put me in smelled like something died in it. I explained it to the receptionist and they gave me a new room right away. The new room was fine.

The staff were nice, but they seemed overworked. A couple times I had to wait by the front office for someone to talk to for up to 15 minutes. Seems like management needs to hire more folks.

This location was close to the airport, and provided adequate housing for a 2-week stay. Has happens with many extended stay properties, this becomes an apartment building for the unhoused. Some residents have been there more than 2 years. Some clearly are in the social services and mental health systems. Cleaning the room only once in two weeks is not enough, but I think they are short on help. I never really understood taking dirty linens to the front desk to switch them out for clean. I guess if I needed to exchange them quickly, this provided a chance to do so. Personally, I enjoyed the grab and go breakfast selections. I went to a local store in picked up some berries for my oatmeal, and some other fruit to have on hand. It was fine for what I needed: a place to stay for 2 weeks that didn't cost an arm and a leg. Thank you.

The room was very spacious, however it missed many of the necessities. We had a room with a separate bedroom and kitchen. The kitchen had no dishes, or paper towels. You had to ask for the dishes and by the time I did they hardly had any. There were only two washcloths per bathroom. You basically had to keep asking the front desk for everything you needed, and it was annoying.

The entire hotel is dirty and SMELLS awful.
There’s trash all over the floors in the hallways.
At check in, the staff member at the desk couldn’t even make eye contact or speak clearly enough to form a full sentence like she was high. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone at all.

I checked in at 3pm ish and checked back out at 5pm ish ( had an emergency and had to leave) but they still charged me the whole entire stay for the night Even though I was only there for two hours, absolutely effing ridiculous!! Apparently they had said, said that they had to pay and have the cleaning people clean the room. I was there for 2 hours and used the TV, Toilet and the chair. Never even unpacked anything was on my phone dealing with a serious family matter at the time. Like I said effing ridiculous!! They could’ve at least given me half my money back I would’ve thought that would’ve been acceptable. But instead apparently they are VERY MONEY HUNGRY!!

Well me and my friends took a 3hr trip to go to the Haunted House Restaurant and go to Huntington Beach. I had reservations for over a month. So when we get to the hotel i am informed that the room had been double booked and there were no more rooms. Tried to give us one bed for 3 people. Absolutely not i love my friends but i we want our own bed. We had to drive an hr and half to find another room. Not a very good experience

This \" Suite \" hotel is more a short term hostel than a hotel. Full time \"residents\", police at the hotel twice in 48 hours, and more shady stuff in rhe front parking lot. We were looking for a clean and quiet hotel suite. We got the worst.
