We have stayed at this locations several times the past three years when we travel to Cleveland and have never had any issues. This past week staying their was something every night. From loud music in the parking lot to loud arguing from down the hall. The place always smells good and always clean and very friendly staff, just the loud noise late at night was a bit much.

The room was clean however there was a piece of wood missing out the kitchen floor and think I noticed black mold inside the cabinet next to the dishwasher other than that the room was clean the filters in the AC unit was clean however the chair in the living room cushion was shredded I noticed what look like black moldthink I noticed maybe black mold

It is definitley an older facility with a variety of odors that are not the most pleasant as you walk the facility and into your room. My room had an older type of leather chair that had stains on it as well as a stainless steel lamp that had lots of staining and some rust. The building overall just seems a bit dated and worn. The bed was comfortable.

DO NOT RESERVE OR STAY AT THE SONESTA SUITES – AIRPORT IN NORTH OLMSTED!

The housekeeping staff are thieves and management supports and enables these behaviors. My friend and I check into our hotel room late January 17th after a long day of working (film industry). We decided after a few days to allow housekeeping to make up the bed and give us fresh towels. SIDENOTE: They didn’t have bath towels available for most of our stay. When we inquired, we were told to go floor by floor to each housekeeper if he/she had towels. Thursday, January 22nd, the housekeeper came in and cleaned the room. When we came back to the room around 1am Friday to our room having been cleaned, extremely cleaned and organized. We were suspiciously impressed. Something told us to make sure all our belongings were still in the room. The housekeeper moved all our items, folded and moved clothing items and shoes. He/She threw away or took items that were not trash nor meant to be removed. He/She also moved my laptop and personal items from the desk, placing them in a bag not intended for them.
Upon my mentioning of my laptop being moved, my friend noticed that their $200+ bottle of cologne was missing as it had been sitting next to my laptop and blue note pad. We searched for the cologne for an hour or so while taking inventory of the remaining items we had. We identified that the things that I was missing was minor, yet my friend’s cologne is most important.

When I checked in, the cabinet under the sink was packed with garbage, pizza boxed, 2 fell bags and plastic boxes scattered. I empty the trash and filled a large receptacle at the end of the hall. Otherwise the room was clean and quiet. The coffee maker also leaked all over the counter top.

All the staffs are friendly and have very pleasant attitudes, plus very helpful.
Bed is comfortable and mattress is firm. Bed sheets and towels have no problem to change any time you need to change.
The air conditioner runs well but around the thermostat is so dirty. The shelves have dust.
The room size is pretty big.
So far so good. I will be back next time because the price is reasonable. And the location is convenient for all( eating, shopping…).

This was one of the nicest, cleanest places I've stayed. Comparing the cost to most hotels, I was honestly not expecting much. I was surprised and completely delighted!! There was everything in the room that I could have possibly needed, the bed was so comfortable, and the lady at the front desk greeted me with kindness. Staff at Checkin was not very accommodating and wasn’t as friendly as one would expect. Called ahead of time to see if early check-in was available, and the young lady said yes it is. When I showed up 30 minutes later, she informed me that it would be $25 to check in two hours early. I asked why she didn’t tell me that when I called on the phone and all I got was a poor response. I would have stayed where I was longer to avoid this fleecing of customers.
I guess I should be careful and stick with my Hilton Honors program and avoid this particular chain.

If the room is ready, and it was only 2 hours!

For what I needed the hotel was fine. The room was much larger then expected and I appreciated that. However, there were some weird stains on bathroom walls that kind of resembled blood but I was to scared to ask. It also did have a lingering smell of smoke in the room and hallways. I was in for 24 hrs and was gone from hotel most of my time there. This was just a cost effective place close to airport for my quick trip in town, as I normally stay downtown. Staff were kind and helpful.

All the staff were very friendly and courteous. The property is very tired. The carpet in the hallways is in dire need of cleaning or replacing. Stepping into the room you are transported back to the early 90s. The room was clean but very dated. This property cries out for renovation.

We stayed here for two nights and had a great experience overall. The staff was very attentive and friendly. While the hotel itself is a bit outdated and one of the elevators was out of service, the suites are well maintained, nicely renovated, and very clean. No complaints about cleanliness or comfort — I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Cleveland!

The property was surrounded by homeless people and people out side getting drunk . The front desk person was the best thing about the place. She was very courteous and quick. The room looked clean at first glance….. I didn’t turn more than 1 light on because it wreaked of bug spray like someone had doused the room in it. I was afraid to sit on the bed for fear of bugs or bed bugs.
So needless to say , I left . They refused a refund . I would not stay here if YOU payed ME!
I went to Hilton Garden Inn which was only $20 more and slept wonderfully

The room was clean but had a very bad odor. I was lucky enough to be 5 minutes from a walmart so I bought deodorizing spray and it helped me get through the night. It was an overwhelming aroma and I only stay a night so I bore through it. The staff was good. They allowed me in the room early but they weren't always at the desk. The bed was comfortable.

Stayed here since downtown hotels were super $. It's a nice spot, right by the interstate, about 20 min from town. Older property, shows its age in places, but nothing run down or unclean. Just wanted an overnight spot and it was fine for that.

I loved that there was a full kitchen!! It took the ease of having leftovers and heating up food! Also having a freezer in the room (with ice) was really convenient so you didn’t have to leave your room to find the ice machine!

Hotel was clean. We just needed the room for a one night stay while driving through Cleveland. Sofa bed had some white powder on it and the mattress was questionable. Our third person decided to sleep on the sofa as is and not use it as a bed. White powder may have been flea powder? If staying with more than two people, avoid the sofa bed option.

I booked this hotel after i had medical procedure at the Cleveland Clinic. I was admitted to the hospital. This hotel has a No Refund policy. They would not allow me to change the dates or get a refund. They dont care about you. They care about their money. I unfortunately have to come to Cleveland Clinic frequently. Look at all the money they are losing because they couldnt help me once!! I will NEVER make a reservation with this hotel.
