Cigarette burns, dirty, stains, bag over smoke detector, broken security latch, room in disrepair. It was so filthy!! It is not worth it for the location (nearness to Fort Meade for example)

The room smelled like a former smokers room, but I was not given any choice to choose a non-smoking room. The staff was very slow. The night time entrance seems to be the full-time entrance. I don't recall if breakfast was offered, but there was no breakfast. They were nice enough to deliver extra pillows and toilet paper, although one pillow had no case. The shower was extremely slippery, and there was an awful lot of water that built up in the tub during the shower. There was no fitted sheet for the bed, just a flat sheet masquerading as a fitted sheet. The bed cover had holes in it, and it looked as if they were made by cigarettes. The shower curtain also had a hole in it.

The room smelled absolutely terrible. It was a mix of stale cigarette smoke and mold. There were cobwebs and stains on the ceiling and walls. The bedding appeared clean but had burn holes and was ill fitting. The shower curtain was black with mold and smelled rancid.
The man who worked during the day pressed his face against our window to look into our room on our first day. Made us feel very uncomfortable. We only stayed because we had our dog with us and had already paid in full for our 4 night stay. Would not recommend to others and we will definitely not return.

The room had burn holes in the comforter from a smoker. Should have been a smoke free room. Smoke detecter was off the wall not working. Shower trickled out. It was so bad expedia should pull it from the line up.

Terrible experience, had to pay a $50.00 deposit because I used Expedia and paid through the app which is supposed to be some sort of money savings; hell no took an additional $50 I’m to get back in4-5 days I’m sure I’ll have to call about. Terrible that this is not told to the customer prior to arriving to the property. When I ask the front desk person what’s the deposit for? His answer was; I don’t know, that makes two of us pal. I guess this is some imaginary Trump tariff tax ?
What happened to being honest with your customers about the cost of something? All businesses now just on the take and zero give even when paying the posted price?

These hotel people are bullies. If you like Pizzas

Young staff were friendly. There’s this guy that acted very aggressively and harassing. Both owners or managers were extremely rude. I only recommend staying here if you like good pizzas (BOLI pizza). If you don’t like pizzas or don’t have pets, then choose Sleep Inn or Quality Inn.

Every room I had was broke up. Somehow holes in the doors write in on the lights bathtub tub. Back to the toilet, no phone call for the phone. But somehow when I reported it, it was my fault. The only good thing about this location was joy. She was very helpful. And accommodating to all the problems we had. She was the only one that came to check on the problems. Every room had holes in the blankets. My very last room have blood on the sheets, but they claim they washed the sheets with no smell of detergent.
Poorly kept but if you're in a bind, it's a cheap spot to stay.

No maid service period. One ice thing for whole facility. Staff is ignorant. Drug paraphernalia was in our room when we arrived. We were here a month and had maid service once and we had to ask. Linens include no fitted sheet on both beds and linens have burn holes in them.

Negatives:The sign is not lit up and the building is not visible from road. One coverlet had cigarette burns (non smoking room); We just removed it. Night window is locatied in snack room so ice machine and vending machinings running making it hard to hear person on other side

Comfortable and reasonably priced.
We got there late, and it would have been nice to have the motel sign lit.

One suggestion, the mattress would slide off the platform occasionally, perhaps put a small rail on the front side to prevent that .

All things considered, nice stay.

Even though getting a \"non-smoking room,\" ALL the rooms in this motel are filled with smoke and pot fumes. ALL blankets have cigarette burns on them in all rooms. Disgusting motel that ought to be shut down by state inspectors.

It’s a motel but it can be cleaner

Went for a friends party and it was raining and this was the nearest place we could find to stay. There were holes on the door like someone had a fight in the room. The blankets were burnt by cigarette (maybe) the toilet was not washed. Had to do it myself. The towels looked like it was left overs by the previous visitors. There were cub webs on the ceiling.

The area itself is quiet. The room was a great size and so was the bathroom. The tub itself was a tad beaten up and the shower pressure wasn’t strong. The bed was a bit hard but overall was clean, and cozy.

As I said it’s a place to flop , sleep, get going on your day. Nothing terrible, but If I were traveling with a female companion, she might have a different view.

I felt very uncomfortable there, no microwave, no fridge, no working phone, even though we rented a smoking room, we didnt smoke in the room, dont
like the way it smells, we were desperate for a room so i took what they had available for the price, you get what you pay for, the blankets had holes in it, and the beds weren't made very well, the shower leaked from both ends of the fauset. The room was clean though. I just won't ever stay there again. Oh and they couldn't give a receipt because they had no more ink and told me they would email me on and never did.

The room was dirty and rundown, the power and water went out and didn't come back on, and the staff was non responsive, didn't notify guests, offer them any water to drink or offer to relocate them. They say it wasn't their job to do anything. Can't get in touch with general manager, front desk with just doesn't answer the phone or always says that the general manager will be there the following day. Whatever you do STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!

There are no amenities at this property, not even coffee. The room was somewhat\"clean enough\" but the bed covers had several holes in them! The towels were rough as if they had been washed too many times and were ready for the garbage. A hole in a wall of the bathroom needs repair. The tub creaked as if it was going to fall through the floor. We've stayed at places for the same price that were nothing like this property.

There was poop all over the bathroom when we arrived, trash from previous person, towels smelled like they were never washed, sheets were disgusting. Roaches everywhere, they moved us to another room and the second day there was no running water and the guy screamed at me when I asked for my money back so we could go stay somewhere decent and I had to call corporate. They also ripped all the smoke detectors out of the walls and only wires were there. Still waiting on a refund

RM 102 needs bathroom attention.

Room 102 needs attention, Bathroom grout is 30 % moldy, the water had to run for 5-10 min to get generally warm, the drain stop is weird so the water went down slowly leaving your body dirt floating with you. Late check in so fell asleep right away.discovered when getting ready next morning, ... this stay should be reimbursed.... unacceptable bathroom.

Hey it’s a motel

There’s no sugar coating it - you do get all the basics (a bed with somewhat fresh linen, a working sink, toilet, shower/tub, lights, and tv) however your room might have a stagnant smell - there might be visual damages around the room(mostly out of view) - don’t expect too much now is all I’m saying.

I didn’t enjoy my stay there. I only stayed because it was so close to Ft. Meade. There was cobwebs hanging from the ceiling. The floors were so dirty we wore our shoes in the room all the time. The handle on the toilet kept breaking. There were boogers and poop smeared on the wall and shower curtain. The bedding had dirt stains on it. The tv was not working. The WiFi wasn’t working properly. The staff made us feel like we were an inconvenience. I won’t stay there anymore. There was also not enough toilet paper or towels for our stay either.

It was a little upsetting at first because I had put down that I wanted a king size bed in a smoking room. When I arrived the only room they had available for me was a room with two double full size beds instead of the king. They couldn't do anything about it until the next day even though I showed them my receipt for what I had paid for. But they did remedy it the next morning and gave me a room with a king size bed in it but seeing as I was only there for 3 days it was quite an inconvenience. The rooms were of decent size and smelled very clean although the doors seem to have slight cracks in them and bugs kept coming in from outside. Not that it was a ton of bugs in the room or anything but they just were coming through the cracks in the doors and windows that I don't think are properly installed. Over although enjoyed our visit and was nice to have a smoking room also kind of odd that they don't give you an ashtray in a smoking room and just give you a plastic cup.
