The rooms were not very well cleaned only the basics. First room I was given the fan on the heater did not work. The second one would sometimes make really loud noises when running so it was either deal with the heater noise or freeze. Because the windows were super draft and just blowing in cold air from the outside. Every night people were out making lots of noise in the hallways all the way up to 2 am. It was cheap i wasn't expecting much but what I got was pretty terrible. Although I've slept in worse hotels.

⭐ 1-Star Review: Very Disappointing Stay
Our hotel stay was terrible from the start. The room was dirty and outdated, with old appliances and a rusty luggage cart. The bathroom was filthy and poorly maintained. The whole building looked old and unclean, and our room was next to a trash can that smelled awful. The environment around the hotel was dirty, and the air was full of cigarette smoke, which made my kids start coughing. Because of how filthy everything looked, we didn’t even feel safe eating the breakfast — it didn’t seem clean either. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families with children. I booked for two days but I have to leave one day in the morning.THIS PLACE NEEDS TO SHUT DOWN IS NOT SANITARY FOR HUMAN BEINGS.

The bathtub had white duct tape covering where the shower turns on, I found a fake eyelash and glitter on the bathroom counter. My ice container was missing a lid, the floor (LVP) was broken and coming up in spots, the floor lamp shade was broken, the curtains weren’t all the way connected on the top and didn’t close properly and it was very loud with hallway noise and highway noise- but the bed was comfortable and the fridge was cold.

This was the worst hotel stay of my life! I’ve stayed at other Quality Inn’s before so I knew what to expect as far as the room layout and decor. I got to the hotel around 11 pm my first night and was unable to even access the parking lot. Cops had the entrance blocked so I knew the area must be rough. It turns out there is a nightclub of some sort right next to the hotel. The road that was blocked was full of hundreds of teenagers. I had to roll down my window and speak with a cop to let him know I needed to park because I was staying at the hotel. Kids were running and screaming all over the parking lot when I entered it. I checked into my room and found out the nightclub entrance was right outside my window. Cops spent the next 3 hours trying to get the kids to leave the area. The noise didn’t die down until after 2 am. The next day, I spoke with an employee who was unable to refund me any money; however, she said she’d give me a different room that night since the club was open once again that night. I understand the hotel can’t control the fact that there is a nightclub next door; however, something needs to be done so that firsts of the hotel can actually access the parking lot.

The door to the bathroom didn't close at all in one room (107) in the other it closed but didn't lock (108). The entrance door of 108 was jammed and didn't open many a time and there was a big gap between the door and the ground. There were holes in the sheets and blanket covers and the pillows are weird - too small yet too fat.

It’s a very bad place dirty specially the room we have towel is not clean sheets of the bed is not clean couple cutting the sheet like an old sheet is not clean at all. I liked the cost and the location was convenient but other than that this day was far from enjoyable. There were children up and running the halls and screaming up until 3:30 in the morning. There was also loud music and doors slamming. And there was no avoiding the stench of marijuana in my room. There was no fruit out at breakfast time and a very limitted selection but for the price I guess you can't expect much.

I knew it was not going to be the Hilton. I was fine with that. However, I called prior to my stay and asked about the free breakfast and fitness room. I asked if they had eggs at the breakfast, being that I am celiac and can’t eat many of the pastries that hotels serve, I was assured that they would have hard boiled eggs. Neither morning offered hard-boiled eggs.

I asked if the gym had a full weight set because the online picture showed that the weight set was sparse. They assured me on the phone that they had a full weight set. When I went down to check the fitness room, the weight set was NOT a complete set and looked worse than the picture.

I know the hotels can be loud. I expect that at times. But when I woke up at 2:30 in the morning, there were people outside of my window, which faced the back of the building, partying. I called the front desk and politely asked if he could ask them to just quiet it down a bit because I was trying to sleep. Instead, the music was turned up and nothing was done. I put earplugs in and I woke again at 5:23 in the morning to the people still partying outback.

I’ve never written a review before for a hotel or a motel. I’m only doing this review because of the inconsistencies and lies that I was told prior to booking.

I was a little worried from the google reviews to stay here but the price was right so I went for it and I’m glad I did. I didn’t bother with breakfast but everything else was just right for what I needed. I didn’t see any bugs, felt fairly safe (although I did use a backup door alarm) and wasn’t grossed out by anything. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the walls weren’t as thin as expected. The only thing I had a gripe with wasn’t on the hotel but the guests. All nights but one, someone was shouting, yelling or screaming at some odd hour and ruined my sleep. Some woman was screaming about her baby daddy in jail and slamming doors at 6am. Last night it was a small child incessantly screaming at 11pm. I didn’t hear anyone doing normal things in their rooms but obviously if someone is screaming in the hallways, you’re gonna hear it. Would stay here again though!

Not a bad place to stay for a concert. Friendly and accommodating staff. Check in was seamless, quick and efficient. My sister arrived about 2 hours before me and was able to check in despite me making the reservation in my name. No lengthy paperwork and I was able to get my key within a few short minutes.

I would leave a negative rating if possible. I was awaken on night 1 at midnight by two men standing at the foot of my bed. The front desk had mistakenly given them the key to my room. I called the front desk and they said they thought I was in a different room. 90 minutes later it happened again, and this time the front desk said “oh, so you have two rooms??” I told them I had only one room as I was alone, and they said “okay.”

When booking this hotel I was not expecting much given its low cost, but privacy and security should not be sacrificed regardless of the booking. This is the type of mistake that can result in someone being accidentally shot.

Other than this incident, the place is as you’d expect…not all that clean, definitely not quiet, and very few amenities.

I don’t recommend for others and certainly will never return myself.

The property is poor sanitary conditions. The room 107 is located outside in back of the hotel. The room bed had hair on the bedsheet and dried blood on the furniture. The Pillow cases were filthy as were the beds. The bathroom tub was stained brown/black dirty the curtains were stained and dated. The door was unsafe barely closed. The room smelled of moldy. I notified the female receptionist. She attempted to relocate me to room 316 which was located inside the property on the 2nd floor. The room was not much of a difference. The tub had a ripped shower curtain for a shower mat. I immediately requested a full refund and was granted one. I booked another room else where.

PLEASE don’t book here real shady area. Hotel definitely need a upgrade ASAP.

I’m really disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The floor was extremely dirty, and I even found a sock may be left behind by the previous guest. The entire building smelled of cigarette smoke from check-in to check-out, which made it difficult to sleep. The room was very small, and the smell was so overwhelming that it felt suffocating. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for families, as it's not a pleasant environment. Additionally, the breakfast was below average. I’m surprised that Expedia is advertising such a property.

It's what you pay for.

The front desk staff were all very friendly and nice. The room was clean. The bathroom was ok but could use a facelift.
The only thing I did not like was the bed linens. The sheets were so synthetic that you could see blue sparks in the dark. That, and an equally synthetic comforter, made me very hot.
The lobby looked like there might have been breakfast options but we did not eat there.
Just fyi, there is no elevator in this motel. Be aware of that if you have limited mobility. The motel has only 2 stories.

It's a 2-star hotel. I don't expect much. However, there wasn't anything actually of any healthy choices for breakfast. Only fruit. The room was partially clean. The shower spout wasn't installed properly and I didn't want anyone coming in my room. The vending machines were broken. I was missing the lip to my coffee maker. I called downstairs for one. I came down to them trying to hand me a different utem I didn't ask for and an employee who looked like he rolled out of bed and smelled as if he had not showered in days. When I told him what I needed again, he tried to send me to housekeeping to get it myself. I had to remind him that I was a guest and paid for my stay. I'm not supposed to be doing anything. So, he sent someone to my room 30 minutes later with a new coffee maker. Then, upon check out, I had to ask for my deposit back. In which I was told to wait 5 to 10 minutes for them to inspect the room. I advised him that whatever condition it was in prior to my arrival is what it is. Got my receipt and left. There is no legitimate reason for the deposit. And when I called to see the price to extend, I was told if I pay right now the rate was $25 mire than what I paid. When I logged online here, the rate was only $10 more. But I would have had to book two days in order to get that rate.

Like I said, I don't expect much for a 2-star hotel. But this right here is not okay and it's almost intentional that all of my other arrangements fell through to stay elsewhere.

I stay at this hotel whenever I have an early meeting at my office, due to traffic issues. As a smoker, it's hard to find a room you can smoke inside - which is why I stay here. The lovely front desk person mis-read my booking and gave me a non-smoking room instead of what I booked for. I had parked, hauled my luggage in, and got all the way to the room before realizing the mistake. An inconvenience which was compounded by being on the road all-day coming home from vacation. She cheerfully switched my room, which required re-loading my lugguage and driving to the back side of hotel. Otherwise, the room was comfortable, clean and included an iron & board I needed to press linen work clothes. Missing an ashtray in a smoking room lol...

The room they put me in initially smelled like I was breathing through a dirty wet gym sock. I wasn't expecting much, and I just needed a place to crash, so I put up with it and spent the night. I woke up with a nasty cough... As I tried to get ready, I made a horrifying discovery - the paint above the shower was sagging away from the wall exposing black mold underneath.

To their credit, as soon as I made the hotel aware they found me a new room. However the smell and visible mold tells me that they've been ignoring the issue for a while. The new room was completely fine, so presumably the issue is limited to that one room, but that room would be very dangerous for anyone with mold sensitivity.

Hair in the bath the tub , and on the walls and doors. Floors dirty, bathroom doors don't close. Dirty towels in the bathroom.

Grouchy check in- said I'd have to wait an hour for my room to be ready- but then found another room when I asked. Misdirected me to my room- told me wrong floor. Broken down bed, construction closed parking lot- woken by equipment noise and couldn't use parking, had to park on side street- sketchy neighborhood, older facility, smelly, dim hallway. Toilet ran, flooring cracked. Clean but walls cracked, many previous failed repairs in bathroom. Good a/c, ice machine, fridge, microwave, coffee machine. One star motel dressed up, charging two star price. Disappointing.

I have stayed in many hotels in different counties. This stay was a terrible experience due to below:
Room and Bed sheets were not clean. Bed Sheets smelled like Cigarette.
No Dust bin in room or Bathroom.
Bathroom Water tank for flush was broken.
Door was broken.

Hand Wash sink was not clean and also broken.
I informed all this to the staff at reception while checking out and going forward I will ensure never to stay or recommend any one to stay in a Comfort Inn
