Well appointed and immaculately clean with great facilities. The staff were friendly and helpful. Whilst not the newest building, it has been refurbished thoughtfully and you have the benefit of more spacious rooms. The property has a great central location that I felt safe to walk to and from in the evening as a female traveller. Have booked again for future trips.

Our apartment was clean and comfortable with kitchen and full fridge. We had a corner room with balcony and views over the harbour.
Whilst we were only there overnight (due to delay in connecting flight) the hotel team were very friendly and helpful.
Location is very walkable to Harbourside.

Checkin was OK. It was my first night staying there. So an acknowledgment of that would be usual - just as “a welcome back” is for returning guests.
The room was OK. The bathroom tiny and the handbasin one so small it would normally be used in a second separate toilet, not a bathroom. The mobile air con unit was so noisy I had to turn it off. An ‘interesting’ type of guests moving in and out, which pointed to other activities on site. I’d not be staying here again.

Over all was ok, but every corner of the room got dust and unclean, aircon has mould around fan area, shower cube tile has quite bit of mould in the grouting. Feeling a bit unhealthy to have shower in the shower cube.

The apartment had a portable aircon unit, it was totally required as the apartment was very hot! appreciate it was on and the curtains were closed when we arrived. but the air con unit itself was very loud which made sleeping difficult. Perhaps some investment in tinting the windows to block out some of the light. or actual wall mounted air con units. the balconies have room for the outdoor part to be mounted. Room also randomly didn't have a kettle to boil water. Also requested a baby cot on the reservation, and i got an email response to say it had been allocated to the reservation, but on arrival to our room it wasn't there, had to phone reception. Overall it wasnt a bad property, we only stayed one night. hallways are very narrow and tight. would be happy to stay again it aircon was addressed

Booked for a nonrefundable room with two twin beds and arrived an hour later to be told that wasn’t really an option. I pulled up the Hotels.com website where this combination was still available for booking but was told they weren’t responsible for 3rd party websites.

Shower didn’t drain. Toilet did not flush well.

Hot and stuffy, but loud and bright with windows open

Beds were firm but comfortable- great views and location

Room temperature was too hot had a portable A/C that was blowing out hot air from back of unit. Earwigs running around. View they advertise we didn’t have looked over building site instead. Needless to say very disappointing😟

Room 30C was beautiful view of harbor. The carpet could stand cleaning and upholstery. Great location downtown Auckland NZ! Little bumpy at first with internet connections but it was worked out and all was good. Yes I Would recommend to others and would stay there again. Thank you

Nice and close to Spark Arena, decent size 2 bedroom and good price. Wasn’t overly clean which was disappointing and it felt a bit unsafe to leave our room at night time with homeless people everywhere and a strip club over the road.

Almost everything about the hotel was excellent. I had a studio apt that had everything I needed - cooking, fridge, TV, washer/dryer. One think missing was NO DESK and CHAIR to do work. Business travelers need this.

Great location for the ferry of train to and from the airport. Room was large and they sorted out one bedroom with a double and one with a twin, making it ideal for our family. The use of the kitchen and laundry facilities make the stay very flexible as we were travelling as part of a much longer trip, so a great opportunity to reset without needing to sit in the laundromat for ages. Gym was good, although the pool was cold, but is was August. Plenty of places to east nearby too.

Great location , close to britomart, queen st. Small metro supermarket close by. We had high level apartment so fantastic view and quiet.
Felt safe in area
Taps were very hard to open and close. Very little cooking ware.

The location was great. It was tucked just out of the way of the cazy hustle and bustle of the city, but close enough for a quick walk to everything exciting.
The bathrooms were quite narrow and the shower leaks everywhere! The floors were covered in water after just one shower.

Close to buses, food, groceries, everything we wanted. First impression of the apartment I thought it looked small but once I settled in it was great. Lots of power points (we have hearing aids, lap top and telephones), the shower was very good, very quiet and apartment clean.

I was travelling for an event, and staying just ten minutes walk away from the venue was so convenient. There were also bus stops and plenty of places to buy groceries nearby. The staff were friendly and very helpful! The room was tidy and had plenty of amenities and split between a group it was very cost effective.

Hotel needs updating, looks old and run down. Staff was not particularly helpful.
Has small kitchen and washer and dryer in room.
I was told that there would be no housekeeping, even if we stayed up to a week. Wouldn't recommend it, might be good if you want to be able to cook your own food and do laundry.

Comfortable two bed apartment. Well stocked with dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Opted for harbour view and the view was excellent. Also the sky tower was very close. Easy walking distance to harbour, ferries, shopping and plenty of choice of restaurants and bars. On a couple of occasions there were a couple of dodgy looking people around but otherwise a lovely place to stay.

Will not stay again. Used pair of someone's underwear in the bedroom on arrival. The whole apartment wreaked of urine. The carpet was ancient. The flush was almost impossible. The rails were dangerous. Whole place needs an overhaul and the apartment needs a renovation. It's not a hotel it's privately owned rooms, I'll maintained by the existing owners. Dark single bathroom, worse shower.

Our room had a fantastic 270 degree view of Auckland harbor, city, and suburbs. Front desk people were very helpful. Room was very clean. Loved having a washer and drier. Excellent value. Area around the hotel was fine (on the average) but didn’t like having a “Gentleman’s club” across the street.

Downtown CBD Auckland. Not far from transportation center, busses plenty. I thought nights would be noisy, but very quiet. A ton of eateries in the area. High end fashion shops too. You’re never far from a coffee shop. Number one ice cream shop is right next door. Gentleman’s Club across the street. Room was nothing high end, very comfortable bed, dim lighting, everything worked and a nice view of other tall buildings.

The view was amazing! Did get parking. Staff was excellent and helpful.

The beds and pillows were awesome! Very clean.
Bedrooms small.

We had trouble with the washer. The tap in bathroom extremely hard to turn off. Shower leaked and hard to control water temperature.

The apartment really needs some TLC. Painting of walls would be a big update!. Help with cleanliness!
