The room was cold and the heating couldn’t be turned up. I had to ask reception 3 times over our 4 day stay before it was acceptable.

The staff were not very friendly and room walls were dirty but location, price and overall look of hotel made up for that. Nice parking but expensive 19 Euro/day. Unfortunately there was no hot water available while we were there due to maintenance. Parking was also a challenge. We parked on the street 6 blocks away after checking in. Plan extra time for this and hope for a little luck.

Okay but may be no parking
The property itself was good - the location was good, huge Kaufland right opposite, good facilities and amenities in the apartment. Nice staff as well. The only downfall was the parking - for the 2 nights of our stay we could not use the car park as it was full up. The only other option was to use free street parking which was also limited so we had to park much further from the hotel at times and it caused us concern as we were on a roadtrip and had a lot of belonging in our car. So thats something I would consider before booking this hotel again.

My rating is based on the fact that the air was cut off every two hours. This caused me to wake up sweating every night. This ruined this trip. Days have been gorgeous but hot. My recommendation will be to do the cut off during the day. Other than that is a good place for the cost.

Excellent and reasonably-priced hotel. Perfect for holidays in Freiburg as it's right next to the main Tram 2 stop (Eugen-Martin-Straße) giving easy access to the centre.
Lots of local grocery stores, which is great for stocking up the included kitchen.

Very well kept hotel with nice lobby and good location, but the room was tiny. The double bed could only be accessed from one side. The dining table was the size of a chess board, with an even smaller desk. All with high uncomfortable seats.

The toiletries were limited to hand soap and body and hair wash only, and they were not top up when checked in. Otherwise, it is a pleasant place to stay. Its breakfast spread was very good at an reasonable price.

The property was fit for purpose. We used it just to have a place to sleep and visit Freiburg and surroundings. The hotel is clean and the staff friendly and helpful. The room was very small for 2 people and their luggage (2 had fairly sizeable suitcases, since we were spending 3 weeks in Europe).

Only two minor points: the pillows are low quality and very thin, and the main ceiling light in our room didn't work, even after I asked reception to check it and replace the light bulb if necessary. But overall a pleasant and comfortable stay and very convenient for the tram into town, supermarkets etc.

Amazing hotel we have used one like this before and so good to be able to cook and have a fridge room size amazing bathroom so good and all so clean and very good staff on arrival would recommend to all to use this hotel so close to team and a big supermarket that you can get everything from fresh frozen and cooked food and even eat there as well

Hotel is located in a newly developed area with a short drive to the city center. It’s very much new and everything in the hotel is in top condition. We particularly picked this hotel because of the washer/dryer in property and they have 2 washer and 2 dryer. We have 3 people and the room has 1 queen plus 2 twins and a kitchenette but with absolutely no condiment, not even salt and pepper, so it’s only good for heating up prepped food but not for really cooking a simple meal. Room has a nespresso machine but without any pods. Should at least include 2 to start the booking

Der Frühstücksraum und die Sitzgelegenheit waren den Gästen in keinster Weise angepasst. Wir haben mit drei Personen getrennt sitzen müssen um überhaupt einen Platz zu haben. Ich musste mehrere Male an das Buffet gehen um überhaupt alles zu bekommen, da immer was fehlte. Erst waren keine Teller vorhanden, aber Messer und Brötchen. Dann gab es Teller, aber der Kaffee war alle und wurde auch nicht nachgefüllt….. wer nach 17:00 anreist sollte sich um eine lange Parkplatzsuche einstellen. Ich habe über eine Stunde gebraucht und bin ca 10 km dabei gefahren bis durch Zufall was frei wurde in der Gegend.

Ich war zum wiederholten Male in diesem Hotel. Für mich ist es ideal, da es nahe zum Stadion und zur Messe liegt und per Straßenbahn hervorragend an die Innenstadt angebunden ist. Durch die kleine Küche kann man sich auch mal eine Mahlzeit selbst zubereiten. Die Ausstattung ist modern, sauber und sehr zweckmäßig. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Kleine Apartments, die für einen verlängerten Wochenendtrip ideal sind. Es ist soweit alles vorhanden was man braucht.
Das Hotel ist gut gelegen, man ist in wenigen Minuten mit der Straßenbahn in der Stadt.
Parken ist in den angrenzenden Straßen zwischen 19.00 und 9.00 Uhr kostenlos. Tagsüber gehen nur 2 Stunden, es gibt einen kleinen kostenlosen Park and Ride Parkplatz an der Haltestelle Tullastraße, welchen wir genutzt haben (Hotel Parkhaus 18€ pro Tag).
Das Zimmer war sauber, das Bad sehr schön mit großer Dusche, die beiden Einzelbetten leider super hart aber das ist sicher Geschmackssache. Es war sehr ruhig.
Bäcker und verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt vor Ort.
Die Heizung lies sich nicht regulieren und hat sich immer wieder auf 25° gestellt, schlafen ging nur mit offenem Fenster. Man hat uns versprochen es zu reparieren, ist aber leider nicht passiert.
Das angebotenen Frühstück ist unserer Meinung zu teuer für das Angebot.
Insgesamt aber eine gute Wahl und wir würden es wahrscheinlich auch wieder buchen.

Zimmer war sauber und Preis-Leistung für Freiburg gut. Insgesamt also okay bis gut. Sehr negativ fand ich, dass noch nichtmal 2 Nespresso Kapseln im Zimmer inklusive waren. Als Paar also noch nichtmal 1 Tassee Kaffee trotz im Zimmer vorhandener Maschine inklusive war. Kapseln hätte man für 1€ das Tück oder 5 für 4 € an der Rezeption kaufen können. Ebenso war die 0,5er Flasche Wasser, die man im Hotel hätte kaufen können sehr teuer (um die 3€). Das wirkte auf mich sehr raffgierig. Dann doch lieber gar nichts seitens des Hotels anbieten, dann entsteht nicht dieser schlechte Eindruck.
