Staff were so attentive and helpful with any and all questions or queries we had. The staff went out of their way to ensure we were happy and comfortable at all times. They were especially wonderful with our 3 yr old and most of the staff knew his name at the end of the first day! The hotel was beautifully maintained and our room was incredible. Everything was so so great. We cannot recommend andaz enough!!

Good energy and service oriented staff. However the air con is set a temperature which for me was way to warm. The facility try to by pass the thermostat however the comfortability is lacking due to this reason during our stay. Spa therapists were experienced.

We had an amazing two weeks at Andaz Bali for our honeymoon. The staff had a special cake made for us and local jams and snacks were delivered to celebrate our day. The staff were absolutely incredible. We were truly spoiled! Arthur and Hendra always had a smile for us and remembered our drink and food preferences. Hendra was eager to share Balinese cuisine with us and would set aside the Dish of the Day for my wife to try. Our room had a private garden and our desire for privacy was always respected. We work in the customer service industry so we recognize quality employees when we encounter them. When we come back to Bali, we will be sure to stay at Andaz again. Our thanks to your entire staff for a lovely vacation!

Our room was on top of the barbecue restaurant the due the smell and the noise, we cannot sit in the balcony, and the noise and the music was so loud that we couldn’t really sleep well.

Fisherman club restaurant the food was very good, but he was open to the public therefore the hotel guest limited seat choices that was disappointing in the music again it was too loud. We had to shout to talk to each other during the meal..

Can’t fault our stay in any way. The facilities were extensive, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, the food was varied and delicious, and the room was spacious and clean. Plenty of activities for children. Ability to use the facilities of the Hyatt next door. The beach is on your doorstep. Plenty of things to do outside of the hotel, with the centre of Sanur, and the ICON Bali shopping centre a short walk away.

We loved staying at Andaz and hope to come back again someday. Breakfast was incredible. Kids loved kids club. The grounds and accommodation were stunning. Staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent location in Sanur and close to shops, restaurants, cafe and spas. We had a really relaxing and luxurious break.

We recently stayed at Andaz Sanur for 4 nights as part of my birthday week celebrations. Absolutely loved this stunning resort, the staff who couldn't do enough for you and the dining options which were available onsite. They even organised a lovely birthday cake which was very unexpected 😁 What we didn't love was the harassment we received by the ladies on the boardwalk (outside the resort) anytime we wanted to go for a walk. Everytime they saw us they would beg us to have a look at their shop and they simply wouldn't take 'no' for an answer. In the end we were harassed to the point that we were forced to find another route to walk just to avoid them. Would definitely stay at Andaz again but in hindsight would steer clear of the boardwalk.

I wasn't expecting the Andaz to be so family friendly, but it really caters to families well. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, there are several pool options to choose from, and the grounds are beautiful (and extensive). The hotel restaurants were very good and reasonably priced. You can walk along the boardwalk (or use the hotel's bikes) - just be mindful that parts can get very crowded at certain times of day, making it difficult to navigate with a bike or stroller. The kids club and playgrounds were very nice and all staff were lovely.

A resort you won't forget

A memorable stay at this elegant hotel. Luxurious amenities in an open spaced, lush, tropical-feel environment. The staff were second to none in customer service. The food (breakfast, lunch and dinner) was amazing! We'll definitely come back with our family the next time we visit Bali.

The large terrace was great.the grounds and pools were immaculately maintained. The attention to detail from the staff was fantastic, they were attentive, polite and caring. This beautifully designed hotel is a lush haven to spend time in Sanur. The facilities are excellent, with a delicious selection of food available all day. Always space available on sunbeds by the pools or on the beach with free pool towels and bikes to use during the day. Our king size suite was a delight - spacious, cool and spotlessly cleaned daily. All the little extras in the room like snacks, coffees and cold soft drinks were well appreciated at no extra charge. Altogether a super base to stay for visiting the lovely island of Bali or to spend lazy days around the pools and beach.

Booked Lagoon Access (Dangin H/J) room for 3 nights, but instead got a pool access room (3102). Wifi is slow and the pool is bit dirty.

On first glance a wonderful looking property, but rooms stank of mildew and mould, fortunately we had only booked one night, definitely not worth the money, there are much better properties available at this price. The walkways don’t function well, we had to walk through a restaurant or reception to get anywhere, it’s not well thought thru for pedestrians.

Beautiful grounds and gardens, and staff incredibly warm and accommodating. Mini bar snacks and non-alcoholic drinks were complimentary daily including very addictive banana chips, and the on site restaurants all very reasonably priced and delicious, particularly Wok Wok with traditional Balinese cuisine. Breakfast being a la carte was also very relaxing, and the rooms were beautiful. Could not ask for a better escape.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We booked a villa which was beautiful, however, we expected a bit more attention considering the amount we paid for our villa. Nonetheless, all of the staff both at the restaurant and the ones who cleaned our room were friendly and beyond helpful, excellent service. The food was also very delicious. We went to the Mediterranean restaurant, the steak house (fire fox) and the seafood restaurant. All were excellent. We especially enjoyed the steakhouse, the chef came out and we were able to say thank you for such a lovely meal. I would point out that at the seafood restaurant we wanted to order a few things which they ran out of, it was disappointing. However the food was delicious! Breakfast service was great too all though not a buffet you can order anything and everything multiple times. Overall, great stay!

Andaz is at the beach which was safe and clean and with great swimming pools. Our room had a swim up lagoon which proved to be an added bonus

A very beautiful resort with excellent customer service. I would rank Andaz second out of the four hotels (Andaz, Kempinski, the Ritz-Carlton Nusa Dua, and Jumeirah). The architecture may not be as impressive as the Apurva Kempinski but the service and hospitality that I’ve received at Andaz were much better than Kempinski or the Ritz-Carlton Nusa Dua. In particular, Puspa from the front desk went above and beyond during my stay at Andaz. The breakfast at Andaz was also much better than the ones served at the Kempinski or the Ritz-Carlton. I certainly didn’t want to leave Andaz and I would definitely return when I have the opportunity to visit Bali again.

Staying at the Andaz was an enjoyable experience, the staff were amazingly attentive aleays polite and friendly. Very clean settings and well presented, the added benefit of 5 restaurants on site also helped. The only downside was it appeared everything closed at 2200hrs not sure if this has been caused due to covid. If i am ever back in Bali it will be my first choice hotel.

This is the first time we have stayed at the Andaz. We live in Bali so are very familiar with hotels and expectations, particularly for 5 star hotels. This hotel is beautifully designed. The rooms are new, well appointed and smell beautiful - not always the case in Bali. Beds are so comfortable. Rooms are a 5 star. Gardens are stunning, Staff are 5 star - food unfortunately is 1 star. Its far to Indonesian orientated - fried fried food! For kids its appalling - not even a simple pasta offered. Its awful unhealthy fried foods for kids. This is not at all acceptable. For adults its not much better. I have a number of food intolerances so my diet is not always easy, BUT for a 5 star international hotel to have this appalling food options is a 1 star- Until there is a total revamp of the menus, much less Indonesian fried food, and much more western healthy, standard basic menu items, sadly we wont be staying here again. There is an old saying - less is more. In this case, Andaz have attempted to fancy up standard menu items, with an Indonesia flare and its not good. In fact, I barely ate for 2 days.

My family and I spent one week in Andaz Sanur. We stayed in Bali for more than 1 month hopping around the island and Andaz was by far the best hotel we stayed as it is the perfect combination of nice infrastructure in a boutique hotel.
The hotel is pretty new and beautiful. Rooms are spacious, it has nespresso coffee machine & tea maker, bed and pillows are very comfortable, it’s full of details that make the staying so pleasant. They even had drinks and snacks complimentary in the room when we arrived which was a great welcome surprise.
The kids Club was also very nice, my 5 years old daughter was very happy to spend a couple of hours there and the staff was kind and caring, playing with the kids and always planning nice activities (mask & puppet making, little scientist etc). They offer 2 hours complimentary per day!
In general the whole hotel staff was amazing, they all Knew my daughter by name and were so nice and caring, always doing the extra mile to pamper us and make us happy.
And what can I say about the food? Simply the best! Chef Ben and his team are incredible and the breakfast at the hotel is unforgettable. They serve a la cart and the food is freshly made and super tasty. Coming from Europe it was the best experience we had in Bali with breads and pastries, amazing cheese and western dishes. They even made a cinnamon roll specially for us after I mentioned the day before I was craving for it!

Great hotel new hotel w chill vibes. Beach is gorgeous - long stretch of white sandy beach and clear blue sky during our stay.

Rooms are spacious, food delicious. Staff genuinely cares for guests and all staff is incredibly polite and helpful. Minor quibble is a shame about their uniform - rather shabby looking.
