We loved our cabin that was a great size, clean . The cafe was excellent with a fair prices for very generous meals. The natural surroundings was wonderful with various waterbirds swimming on the lake.
We will definitely visit again.

We have stayed here many times over the years this time it seemed to have gone down hill. The TV in the room is quite dangerous where it is positioned. The fridge was not clean. The Cafe Grounds needed attention some of the tables not steady. I was charged twice on my credit card for our purchase noticed on my bank statement when home and had to call to correct it. The areas around our cabin in need of cleaning up. I even asked one of the cleaners had it changed hands. The pool area un kept. My sister from Oregon who we picked up from the airport and stayed here before with us saw such a difference in the Park. kind Regards. Lesley

We stayed at Karrinyup Water Resort from Monday to Friday, 20 Feb 2023 till 24 Feb 2023. At first all were very nice, clean and quiet but on Wednesday someone decided to pooh in the main pool and then left quietly. What a shock to discover human waste in the pool! Then on Friday more people arrived and grownups were taking beer bottles and cans into the spa pool. This despite signs showing that no food and drinks are allowed in the pools. Small children, some as young as 3 years old, were seen in the spa pool without supervision. This is a drowning waiting to happen! Sad to see that some people do not follow the rules and make it unpleasant for all. Management needs to step up else this awesome place will be going down the drain very soon.

My husband is in a wheelchair and the cabin given was just right. Good ramp and bathroom and room to move the chair around. The place is a paradise for children with lots of playgrounds but by 10pm the place was silent - amazing - you could hear the banjo frogs in the lake.

Visiting relatives this site was awesome close to everything airport restaurants and the family so it was very convenient neat tidy accommodation the cafe on site was great friendly staff and good meals I’d stay here again in a minute

Heated Swimming Pools are a huge bonus very relaxing but the gate/security system was very tempremental and guest would often get locked out.

The Cafe had top quality food at fair prices but closed on Mondays.

The bed in the single room family were not very comfortable. Cabins close to parks and cafe are noisy so request rooms far away form them.

The standout about this stay was the bed, it was way better than the standard for this type of accommodation. Large park with excellent on site facilities, convenient parking and the park is conveniently located. The only minor criticism is the size of the bathroom it could be difficult for large people.

Excellent recently renovated family cabin. Just perfect for 2 adults and 2 teenagers! The new to us, on-site restaurant, was a fantastic addition. Right beside the pool and childrens play area, it is very handy. We ate there for breakfast and a dinner. Food was great both times and very reasonably priced.
Have already booked our next visit, and it won't be the last! 😊

Loved our stay. Perfect for families! I was running late for check-in, staff were very accommodating and sorted my after hours arrival.
All facilities are fantastic and accessible til 9pm which was great on the hot nights we were there.
I was pleasantly surprised that the cafe was well priced and catered for all our needs. Usually we self-cater, but as the prices and range were good, we ate there every night. This will be our go-to from now on.

I stayed 2 weekends in a row. The first weekend everything was great. The second weekend in a different chalet, not as clean, some maintenance issues with door and TV in bedroom did not work properly. But still a comfortable sleep and unit. However, I found one of the staff at the cafe rude and lacking customer service skills on the second weekend. I didn't bother to return for any further meals or drinks after that experience.

Excellent! My kids want to keep coming back:)

Our stay was wonderful. The resort did themselves credit for having their pools open promptly after phase 2 covid 19 approval. I was disappointed at other hotels that are still unable to sort this facility on time. Their cabins are clean and comfortable. The pool again, I’m impressed as the jacuzzi is very warm and good. The lap pool also heated. This is excellent. I once visited Novotel, a supposedly high star hotel and their jacuzzi wasn’t working and it was filled with this murky water. Oh my dear. I’m a very loyal type of customer and my associations are strong. So I hope more hospitality places really deliver.

Pool was lovely and clean park well kept, cafe was amazing. Cabins are a bit dated and the fencing around the play ground takes the relaxing atmosphere away and the beeping for gates is annoying.

The duplex unit next door had a smoker in it and all the time we were in ours we had to keep windows and door shut bbecause we copped all his stinking cigerette smoke while he sat at his little verandah table which was right up next to our dividing wall. Maybe you lcould segregate some units to allow for smokers to be together. I am an asthmattic like many others so i found this uncomfortabe. Otherwise overall stay was good

Needing a northern suburb place to stay for medical reasons Karrinup Waters Resort offered great access for our needs. Public transport enables you to access the Perth city and other major areas easily
Our cabin was comfortable with needed facilities, fridge, microwave oven, TV, cultery & cockery, towels etc
Check in was easy and quick, keypad entry made it easy. Cleanliness of the whole property impressed

Always a great place to stay but the cabins are a bit shoddy, the blinds are pretty useless especially if the window is next to the toilet block or street light. So the cost of the cabin for the quality you get is far too high

Friendly staff, excellent location being close to the main highway and large shopping centres. We booked a standard two bedroom apartment this time and will go back to the deluxe rooms, as they have more space for an older family and the bedding (mattresses) are a better quality. Always clean and fresh, shame it was cold as we love the pool.

Enjoyable place to stay

When we first arrived we were assigned a budget cabin that was not up to Hotels.com standards, so we asked for a better one, which we received without question. We had to pay for WIFI, which we found very unusual, as all other places we've stayed, give it for free. Being School holidays it was a bit noisy, but other than that we enjoyed our stay.

We have stayed in both our caravan and the resort cabins and both times have had a really relaxing and fun time. All the children make friends and walk around as if their own backyard . The oversized huge heated soa holds about 30 people easily and neck deep for swimming, along with the other two huge pools . Couldn’t ask for more .

Short stay to see family members in Perth

We always stay at Karrinyup waters when we visit Perth to see our children and grandchildren. The atmosphere there is very friendly and feels more like a little home than a hotel.
A little lake where you can see some bird life and children can feed the ducks is always popular, as is the playground with the big bouncy cushion.

Great Value for Money

This is perfectly nestled out of the way and central to Perths northern suburbs, close to Karrinyup shopping centre, Trigg and Scarborough Beach, Cinemas at Warwick, Innaloo and Whitfords. Direct Access to the Mitchell freeway only 15min to the city centre south or 15min to the city of joondalup north. Hillarys boat harbour is only 15 mins to the north west.

The stand alone villas are very well furnished, with a very modern bathroom and kitchen facilities. The bed is firm and comfortable and the grounds are family friendly. The local road is quite and you can peacefully relax here.

We regularly stay here and will be back again - Thankyou
