Batavia Apartments is close to Jalan Jenderal Sudirman, where there are several major shopping areas. On Jalan Benhil, within walking distance of Batavia Apartments, there are several ATMs, restaurants, and convenience shops for snacks and drinks. There are always taxis located outside the Apartments, making transportation very easy from there. The staff are friendly. It's nice to have a spa on site, and I enjoyed a relaxing massage on the day I arrived. The pool area is beautiful.

Old apartment, not a hotel

This’s a very old and small apartment. It isn’t comportable for business staying. There is no desk for laptop.
It’s an apartment but not hotel. Toilet and showers are very old.

Good location

It’s a good location around cbd for business trip. Air conditioning makes a lot of noice. Breakfast food cold, weird serving for toast as we don’t get our own knife for spread the butter and jam. They put knife inside the jam. Toast machine need to trial to know the correct settings. Apartment utensils is bad. Good value for 2 bedroom apartment

Property not maintained well. Room had drain flies and cockroaches. Staff tried their best at service but failed. No proper training. Very difficult to access property as Tower 1 gate is always closed and UBER/Grab Drivers had to go around back to the main road to come to gate 2. Most Drivers will cancel the trip as it would take another 5-15 mins depending on traffic. Definitely won’t stay there again.

Not bad for the price.

Room is great for the price you pay. You will get free breakfast too. However ,there is nothing around in the area.......oh, one negative is that there is a construction next to the apartment.

Nice, but surely could be better.

Our group was big (family of 7) so we booked a 3 bedroom penthouse for 3 nights.

Pros: The apartment was huge, and spacious. The in room laundry machine was nice to have. Each of the 3 bedrooms had a suite with shower and toilet. The pool is nice. The staff was kind and attentious to our requests.

Cons: Besides it is enormous, it's very outdated. The towels were worn by use. There were some small cockroaches around. Two of the toilets had leakages. The room is not sound proof. We could hear everything from outside, even being at the 33rd floor.

Don't expect much

Was recommended to stay in this hotel due to it's proximity to the company where I am attending business meetings. Otherwise, it wouldn't be my choice stay.

Strategic location

Staff were friendly and helpful, especially the houskeeping staff. The wifi facility was fantastic (when it worked!). The room and beds were very comfortable, but the room facilities are getting very old and tired. The sheets were old and appeared dirty, there was always a puddle of water in the laundry area. The air conditioning in the bedroom leaks. The maintanance of this appartement was poor. Very nice room and location, it will be a shame if they lose customers because they cannot keep up with the maintanance, considering there are so many newer apartements in the area which are very competitive and available.

Bad experience

This hotel apartments not worth for money. No soap, dirty towels, broken toilet, dirty bathroom, noisy construction, no towl in the pool and sleepry walkway to the pool area. Parway to every where. Trafick was bad. I will not recommend stay there, better stay in regular hotel. They requested to put deposit $75 dollar usa, now already one week still not refund to my credit card.

Nice reception area, lift foyers were drap and not airconditioned. Our one bedroom apartment was small, as expected, but we were happy with it. Enjoyed the pool area. This accommodation is targetted towards Indonesians I think. Not much English spoken by staff. No alcohol for sale on premises, though you can brink it into the dining area I was told.

Not what it looks like

The apartment building looks to be located centrally, but in fact is accessed through a very busy neighborhood, one that most people would rather avoid.

The rooms perhaps looked like the pictures on the internet years ago but don't look that way anymore. They are dirty and noisy. There was an old pan, two dishes one glass and a knife that wouldn't cut through a plastic band in the kitchen. The lobby smelled of cigarettes as did everyplace else.

The apartments seem to be a favorite of single male visitors to Indonesia with things other than seeing the sights on their mind. I would not bring a family here.

Will not return, but if you want cheap basic western accommodations in Indonesia and don't mind getting ads from massage parlors shoved under your door at all hours, then you might want to try it out.

出張で4泊しました。
水回りの設備にやや古さはありますが、毎日キレイに掃除をしてくれる為、不快な点はありません。例えばアポの都合でお昼に外出すると、部屋に戻るまでに掃除がされていないようなホテルも多々ありますが、こちらは外出状況を定期的に把握するように努められているようで、戻ったら部屋が汚いままという事は一切ありませんでした。
朝食も美味しく、毎朝違う種類の料理が並び、とても良かったです。
建物は2棟ありますが、各々サークルKとファミリーマートが地下にあり、おつまみやインスタント食品も買えますし、徒歩5分程のANZタワーに行けば、色々なビールを買う事もできます。
部屋は都内の一般的な１LDKよりとても広く、高層ビル群をみながら、ゴージャスな気分で部屋で晩酌できました。
Batavia Apartment Tower 2と言えば、外出先からのタクシーでの移動も正面玄関まで送ってくれますし。また、出てすぐのところにBluebirdのタクシーが待ってますので、観光地や飛行場への移動も問題ありません。
廉価ながら、従業員の方々の対応はとても丁寧で、アイロンやドライヤーや、わがままを言っても嫌な顔せずに持ってきてくれます。
総じて、とても良い滞在になりました。

リビングも広くて、四つのベッドルームにシングルベッドが２台ずつあってコスパがとても良かったです。多少古い感じですが、朝食も付いていて良かったです。

budget, but good budget

This is a true budget hotel, the rooms are old, the food is not fantastic. But the pool is nice, and are you here for business it is very near the crucial area. But, most important of all, the people are SUPER-nice. So, budget, but good budget ;)

ホテルの27階に滞在しました。高所恐怖症の私にとって怖い思いをしましたが、家族はロケーションに満足していました。ホテルのスタッフは親切で、トラブルにもしっかり対応していただきました。ホームページにはプールの画像もありましたが、その場所に現在新しい棟を建設中で、プールはありませんでした。

居心地はわるくないが、ロケーションはいまひとつ

設備は総合的に古いが許容範囲であると思う。
バスタブはあるが、お湯を張り終える前にすぐ水になるので風呂には浸かれない。
しかしスイートタイプで部屋も広いので、居心地は悪くない。
在宅の仕事にも適した施設と思う。
徒歩圏にモールもなさそうなので、タクシーを利用して打合せに出かけた際に、タムリンやスナヤン、ブロックMで買い物を済ませることになる。
