Such a lovely hotel. Warm welcome when arrived. Super English. Private car park at the back. Rooms were clean though a little old fashioned in the decor but really quaint. Bed great and more pillows in the cupboard. Food in the restaurant was outstanding (we had half board option) and breakfast fabulous. Service was outstanding! Swimming pool was clean and well kept along with the sauna. Great hotel guns in the Champagne region.

Hotel was OK but it's location is a challenge as there is nothing else in the village. Hotel Restaurant fully booked on day of arrival so had to head out elsewhere after a long day travelling wasn't great. Breakfast was ok but at €14 per person, not great value. Pool was good and staff mostly friendly.

The claim to have a gym is misleading

I picked this hotel because it has (or claims to have) a gym. The gym contains 6 machines, 4 of which are broken and have been so for a long time. The treadmill had a loose belt, making it very dangerous. All the cables in the multi-gym machine had snapped. Very disappointing that the management were content to continue to advertise their fitness room as a facility of the hotel. This is false advertising.

Also the corridor outside my room stank of cigarettes. But the room was large and comfortable.

Fantastic service

The restaurant was as expected presenting high quality food and the service was excellent. The hotel is obviously ideally located for the champagne but we used it as a stop over on the way back from Burgundy. Car park is at the rear so you would be wise to locate the street to access it. Wasn't aware they had a pool and gym as would have enjoyed the facilities if we had have costumes etc but it looked great.

Hotel Mont Aime, close to Epernay

Great food and great choice of wines in a good restaurant area. Breakfast also good. Staff were all very friendly and execellent.

Whilst clean and comfortable the Decor and style looks dated almost 70s and a bit odd; not our taste.

The hotel scores positively overall as a result of the food and wines,

Séjour très agréable, j’ai bien profité de la grande piscine chauffée et intérieur.
L’hôtel a changé de propriétaires et les nouveaux sont très très sympa. Ils sont en train de rénover l’hôtel et on ne peut que les féliciter.

Store værelser men undgå morgenmaden

Dejlige værelser. Store og rummelige. Skønt med pool. Vi fik mulighed for tidlig indtjekning hvilket virkelig var skønt. Morgenmaden er eneste årsag til, at de ikke får topkarakter. For morgenmaden er virkelig dårlig. Der er sådan set fint udvalg og meget at vælge blandt. Man kan endda selv presse appelsinjuice, og det var virkelig lækkert. Men alt andet ved morgenmaden smager dårligt. Kaffen er industrimaskinwr med pulvermælk og pulverkaffe til espressoen. Røræg er laver på æggepulver og sådan kunne jeg blive ved. Fremfor at servere lidt lækkert lokalt, så er det hele så tarveligt. Ville hellere have mindre udvalg men så med ordentlige råvarer. Så book gerne hotellet men lad vær med at tilkøbe morgenmad.

Hyvä hotelli Champagne alueella pienessä kylässä. Vaatii että on autolla liikkeellä. Lähialueella (n 1 km sisällä) löytyy 5-6 champagnetaloja, valmistajia. Hotellin ravintola on hyvä ja hinnat sen mukaan. Uimalassa sisöllä on toiiva. Hyvät lenkkimaastot. Kuntosali on ainut pieni miinus, todella pieni.

Une hôtel confortable dans le pays d'Epernay

Un hôtel confortable, assez unique dans son concept: motel avec restaurant gastronomique. Nous n'avons utilisé que la partie hôtelière, une chambre triple avec balcon, de bonnes dimensions, literie de qualité et climatisation bienvenue au moment où la canicule régnait. Un piscine couverte nous a permis de nous délasser. Quant à la salle de sport les machines nécessitent soit des réparations urgentes soit un remplacement.

Wir waren ueberrascht und geschockt, dass dieses Haus 4 Sterne hat.
Das Hotel ist ein Labyrinth, outdated, geschmacklos eingerichtet und braucht dringend eine Total-Renovierung,
Und das schliesst die Gaestezimmer mit dem Maeusekino-TV Bildschirm ein.
Das Beste war die Kaeseplatte des Dinners und die kleine Flasche Champagner bei Auschecken.
