Great city hotel.

Great city hotel for a family, good size room, quiet and dark. The children’s beds are separate and well spaced apart. The parking is plentiful and easy to find.

The rooms were warm and even with AC on it seemed not to work. Check in was without a human being. Otherwise breakfast was fine and the rooms themselves were ok with small bathroom and large rooms. It was a shame that the bedroom was so hot.

Basic hotel that's well run by enthusiastic people, and with great breakfast - much better than others in price range. The rooms are spartan but have what you need and it was clean, new, had convenient parking and was close to stores and major roads. Had a wonderful view of vineyard-covered hills. Would certainly stay again. Many of the people staying were from businesses and companies, which is a good sign.

Location is Ok. Hotel facilities are very very basic! Room with no safe box, bed uncomfortably, only one small pillow per guest, bath very small. Breakfast was ok.
In the future I will rather drive from Reims that stay in Épernay.

Good location but poor cleanliness

Good location and suited our needs for a one night stop. The room has never been dusted, as we could see layers of dust on furnitures and even on wall surfaces! The window look out to a Kia Car showroom/garage.

Excellent hotel for a Champagne stop

Hotel was brand new and excellently situated for a walk into Epernay. There are two fast food restaurants near by and the walk into town is worth while as there are fantastic bars and cafes along with major champagne houses. Only downside is that the bed frames are not sprung and are hard on the back after a couple of days bu this is really only meant to be an overnight stop B&B

During our check in we had a very friendly man who explained us everything about the city. But later on it was a woman who was pretty rude. Customer service is with cleanliness the most important part for us while traveling. All the rest was very good.

Good location, good quality

Checkin service was excellent, the room was clean and spacious, with a new design shower. The view was of a wall, which was a disappointment. Breakfast was good but manically busy and not a lot of space in the breaskfast area. Close to town centre so good for a little sight seeing.

Overnight in central Epernay.

Overnight enroute to Colmar. Wanted to stay in Epernay with parking and simply to get my head down. A short walk to the centre and bars/restaurant. A new hotel with a breakfast at a great price. AC. Perfect and happy to recommend.

It was a really nice stay - comfortable, welcoming, quiet and clean. There was an issue with a window closure in my room, the receptionist gave us a different room/an upgrade that had a coffee machine and a bottle of water. Thank you for your welcome!
The hotel is very well taken care of, there's a small groccery store that sells local products and bread right next to the hotel and a secured parking.

the room was a good size. The check in was confusing. We arrived at 2.30pm and as reception did not open until 4pm we tried to use the self check in machine . The machine kept trying to charge us for the accomodation( we had paid months earlier) This was frustrating given that we had already paid. Finally we saw someone inside who advised that if you had already paid you can not use the machine. Also every time you left the property and came back to the hotel you had to go through the process of logging in to the internet. This involved re entering information on about 4 different pages. Very frustrating. Apart from these 2 issues the hotel was good.

Hotel itself seem d very new and clean.
Bedroom floor was lino - great for dogs.

Bit disappointed that on a Sunday when all shops are shut in France that the cold drinks vending machine was not working.

This is a nice new concept hotel. I would recommend it even though it’s outside the main streets because it’s just a short walk to get too the centre of town. It’s safe and secure. It’s clean and on budget.

I thought the hotel was very good value for money. It is basic and in a slightly more industrial feeling area of Epernay but only 15 mins walk to the center. It was clean, and efficient and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
The interiors felt new and modern in vibe.

Location not great as slightly outside of the town. Poor experience at check in which was via an automated system as reception is not staffed until later in the afternoon. Paid in full on booking but was told that the room still needed to be paid for and the on call operator insisted that was the case. No option but to pay again and try to get a refund via Hotels.com.
The room was clean but very basic. Pillows were thin and there were no additional ones available. Add that to the hard base and thin mattress and we had the worst night’s sleep of our 2 week holiday.
The room was fairly cheap (provided you don’t get charged twice) so you get what you pay for I guess. For me I’d rather pay a little bit more and get a better hotel so I won’t be booking with this chain again

Bra boende för snabbt stopp

Vi stannade en natt på genomresa och för detta passade rummet utmärkt och var mycket prisvärt. Rummet i sig var mycket avskalat det vi saknade i bekvämlighet var något att kunna lägga upp väskan på, funkar ju att ha den på golvet också. Vi sov gott och rummet var svalt, bra att det fanns kostnadsfri inhängnad parkering det kändes tryggt.
