This is a gem of a property, the staff are so welcoming and the accommodation is very well appointed with just 5 rooms, we stayed in Chambre No.1 which was massive it covers the first 4 windows on the first floor with 2 rooms [bedroom & sitting room] please a good bathroom with a big walk-in shower.

Even though the accommodation and our room is right on front, Av. De Champagne at night there was no road traffic so we had no issues with having windows open during the night [there is AC as well in both rooms]….the Avenue goes very quiet around 8-9pm during the week.

The car parking was great and easy to access through secure electric gates and the advantage of 1 EV Charging point which was free of charge is a plus. I will say the charging point is slow we received 1.4kWh to our BMW iX3 so for 24hrs charging we topped up 30% which was fine for us.

Would we stay again….absolutely without hesitation.

Would rate the stay 10 stars if we could! The entire property is a dream blend of modernity and historic charm; the staff was so accommodating and helpful and welcoming. You simply cannot beat the location as well on the Avenue de Champagne. I will dream about our stay here for many years to come and we cannot wait to return!

This hotel is such a treat! The rooms are stunning and the bathroom with the claw tub was such a nice addition after a long bike ride. The staff are super kind and they have the most beautiful garden to enjoy a nice glass of champagne!

We stayed in Room 3, the white library room. It was gorgeous. Bed was really comfy, great linens. The staff are fabulous, breakfast good. Surroundings were lovely as is the champagne. It was my husbands 50th and everyone & everything was great.

Magnifique!

Our brief stay at Le 25Bis was the highlight of our week-long motorbike ride through Belgium and Northern France. The beauty of the accommodation was only surpassed by the friendly service and attention to detail.

The wines were delightful and the location, ideal. We can't wait to return to Épernay so that we can again stay at Le 25Bis.

Stop looking at other properties in Epernay and book here. Amazing central location, beautiful well appointed rooms (can highly recommend Room 1 - own sitting room, super comfy bed, worlds biggest shower), delicious breakfast and incredibly friendly staff who spoke excellent English. I didn’t want to leave!

A beautifully restored property in a fabulous location. The breakfast room was exquisite as was the food! Staying at Le 25Bis was a highlight of our travels in the Champagne district. I would recommend staying for a minimum of two nights.

Ich kann den anderen Rezensenten umfänglich zustimmen. Das Le 25Bis ist ein \"Schmuckstück\" in jeder Hinsicht. Wunderbarer Service, makellose Sauberkeit, sehr shcön eingerichtet...einfach herrlich. Ich wäre gerne noch länger geblieben. Der oft bemühte Ausspruch: \" A Home Away From Home\", findet im Le 25Bis seine Entsprechung. Ich werde wiederkommen. Ganz sicher!

In het hart van Epernay, op de Avenue de Champagne, creërden de eigenaars een kleine oase van luxueuze rust. Uiterst behulpzaam en attent, met overduidelijke zorg en liefde voor hun ettablissement werden we onthaald in zeer proper en hartelijk kader. Het huis produceert ook enkele excellente champagnes!

Simply amazing!

Simply amazing!! Meant to stay three nights but ended up staying four. Was greeted by the lovely Christelle and invited to champagne while given the grand tour of the hotel. Fantastic breakfast every morning. Could use the brand new electric bikes from the hotel and got some very nice recommendations and good support with all practical arrangements from the manager Emanuelle. A must is the private tour in their champagne house with Matilde, by far the best tour we had. And just so I don’t forget to mention, the location is bulls eye, the rooms are fantastic and very large and the cleaning superb. Thank you guys for a lovely stay!

I got so much help from the hotel who booked dinner and spa for our first weekend in epernay ever. Everything was over expectations! Best to live in a small hotel above the wineshop! Thank you for making this my very best weekend ever!!!
