Overall, it was a great experience. The hotel is lovely, with excellent facilities and a very friendly staff.

A couple of suggestions for improvement:

The flies can be quite bothersome when sitting outside. While this is a common issue across Menorca, it would be helpful if the resort staff could take steps to minimize it within the property.
The bedrooms could benefit from better soundproofing.

Overall great stay at Occidental. The food is delicious and the staff are lovely. There is a lot of emphasis put on the entertainment in the resort and most people seemed to love it however the music can be a bit overbearing when you are trying to relax at the pool.

This is the second time we have been to the Occidental Menorca, Menorca Pueblo before. I have to say that the highlights of this hotel are the front desk staff and the close proximity to the beautiful Pinta Prima beach. The restaurant staff is not the best, cleaning around the restaurant areas was poor and restaurant staff disappointing. Food is good for a buffet. A bit disappointing as it was better the first time we visited.

Generally great with a few minor points.

Overall a great stay with just a few minor gripes. The room, general facilities (particularly for young kids), food and location are great. However service could be a bit better; our air conditioning wasn't working on the first day, but looked like it was. It took quite a serious and blunt discussion with the staff to take me seriously and to move us rooms. Also minor things like them not being to provide irons or ironing boards to the rooms, but sending you to the laundry to do it. These are small changes that could help. Also the food timings are a bit off for UK families. Breakfast starting at 8am and dinner at 1930 is very late for young kids!
Overall we enjoyed our stay though.

we had 3 nights all inclusive because our flight home was cancelled, lovely hotel, nice staff, good food, not all facilities open when we stayed, 18/06/22, the only thing I would say was a slight negative is that during meal times, it’s is very busy, there is no control over people around the buffet stations, absolute chaos, it is table service in the evening for drinks but buffet service for food, the waitress staff are run off their feet, they deserve a medal, cleaning tables, setting tables, getting drinks, a self serve area for drinks should be an option, it’s available to all inclusive in the snack bar

The hotel was close to Punta Prima beach which had loads of cafes on its doorsteps. The breakfast and dinner was actually quite nice and had good buffet selections.

Things we didn’t like: for starters parking was NOT free for hotel guests. Never in my 20 years of travelling have we had to pay to park our car at the hotel we are staying. Our bathroom tub was cracked. On our last night the air conditioner failed to work and we were not even offered a partial compensation. The receptionist lied to our face and said “we had an issue with the air conditioners” when clearly other guests had theirs working. The safety deposit box in the rooms had a fee if we wanted to use that. It seems like Barcelo hotel group is trying to leech guests out of every penny they can to make up for financial losses I cured during this pandemic. I can safely say that we will NEVER be staying at the Barcelo group ever again

Just returned from this hotel. Moving here was not our choice. Accommodation originally booked unavailable due to refurbishment. Clientele appeared to be about 95% Italian, 5% French, and the rest other nations. Staff could not be faulted and the food choice adequate Would we stay here again. Not out of choice. Found the rooms small, walls thin, extremely noisy. Most of the hot food only lukewarm.

Animation team played there music a max volume which is not to everyone’s liking especially if not taking part in the activities which 95% of the guest appeared not to be....
Grounds maintenance staff very noisy from 7:30am !!
And worst of all the food........... whilst having a reasonable choice (not up to 4star standard mind) most items were cold and at most tepid, only the salads & ice cream were at the correct temperature we found this extremely disappointing..... other than that we had a pleasant stay

Good quality resort hotel, good pools, comfortable modern rooms (most without sea views if this bothers you, it's laid out in blocks so most balconies inevitably face each other or away from coast), excellent buffet meals, plenty of entertainment / activities laid on for those who want them, nicely mixed guest demographics (age/nationality etc.), helpful & mostly enthusiastic staff. All-inclusive worth considering, we 1/2-boarded but poolside drinks etc. all add up and there's not a vast choice of enticing eateries elsewhere in Punta Prima. Also easy short airport transfer & cheap, hourly buses to Mahon and beyond stop right outside.

Nice to look at but flawed underneath

Nice hotel, good facilities. Room & balcony not cleaned as you would expect. Toilet roll not replenished so we ran out during the stay. Meals ok, breakfast quite poor although always lot's of choice. Evening good choice not always hot. Big issue with flies, over the food and when at your table. No real direction as a poor check in, self serve in restaurant and no dress code - saw swimming shorts and vests on more than one person. Only found out food outside at latter part of stay. Check in was quick but spent more time answering the phone than dealing with us. Shame because it's a nice hotel but lacking direction (saw no management etc in entire stay)

Great hotel in a great location

We stayed there for a long weekend over the bank holiday. It’s perfectly located in a small town, 3 mins walk to the beach and a few restaurants. Easy to get to and to find parking around the hotel if you rent a car. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Food is ok, the typical buffet. Great space by the pool - there’s actually multiple pools and even though the hotel was busy, there was always space. Overall a great option in Menorca

The Occidental is a super friendly hotel. There is all sorts of entertainment and there are many leisure facilities. The food is plentiful and very good. The hotel staff are superb. A great hotel near the beach and close to Mahon (30 minutes by bus). Very good value for money.

Nice hotel updated with refurbishment. Food selection very good and hotel maintained very well every day. Room in block c esterella with balcony facing side of parking but not overlooked and quiet without hearing evening entertainment. Having felt pads on chairs would help to eliminate upstairs furniture scraping, which was rather annoying. Lots of facilities (did not use). As a lone traveller felt very safe and happy to stay there close to beach and few shops and the road train.

It was a good hotel but we did not like evening entertainment outside until 11.45 pm or the fact there was only one toilet, and that was downstairs, for all the people around the three pools. For my wife and I the hill to the beach was very difficult coming back up to the hotel, and the nice beach did not have any sunbeds or brollies, not good for the elderly

Great stay in mid to late September

We had a very nice 8 day stay. Great for a quiet holiday.The staff were very professional, the hotel was well maintained and the service was faultless. Parking was a bit of a race for the nearest spots unless you paid the 5 euros per day in the hotel car park. The Location is quiet, but there are bars and a nice beach in a short walk and a lot of nice bays within a short drive. The hotel has 3 good bars where we always got served easily. The pool areas were kept clean and tidy and had ample sunbeds. The buffet was fantastic with a really hard working team in there. The bar staff were efficient and friendly and did the right thing without prompting, so when I highlighted a dirty brandy glass, the drink was changed immediately and an \"extra\" shot was given free without prompting by way of an apology. The evening show acts were not always of great quality which you might expect on a small island towards the end of the season , but were delivered with passion by the resort team. The rooms are slightly noisy with thin walls. Most residents respected being quiet around the residential blocks, but you could hear TVs, Showers and Snoring coming from other rooms

If you are used to the Caribbean and the all inclusive resorts there then you'll be disappointed with this resort. There were some exceptional staff who were very helpful. The resort was clean and same with the room. The facilities were few and the resort was very small. The most disappointing thing was that the safety box, the pool towels, and even the iron had a Deposit you had to pay. It was nice to do it once but not again.

Great for families, ideal for couples

Lovely hotel, friendly staff, room was great had a superior corner room so plenty of space. Can't fault the hotel but as a couple we booked on the fact it was close to airport and had adult pools. The adult pool area was full of screaming kids every day. No where on the grounds to escape children. So this is a hotel if you don't mind surrounded by children constantly. Location is good with several restaurants nearby.

Nice hotel in quiet surroundings

The staff at this hotel are outstanding in that they are always pleasant and helpful. We found the room to be adequate for our needs but the balcony at 3rd floor has a solid barrier obstructing any view when seated. There are plenty of sunbeds around the pools and the outside areas are always clean and tidy. We didn't use many of the facilities but were there if needed e.g. entertainment,spa,gym etc.

Fabulous family hotel

This hotel was a fabulous find. Yes, the room was quite small and the walls are paper thin, but this was of little consequence. Travelling with my 8 year old, this hotel exceeded our expectations. Beautifully laid out in blocks, you do not feel that the hotel is as large as it actually is. Maintenance of grounds was excellent and plenty of loungers at pool areas. Food was excellent and always hot, not sure what some other reviews are on about. Evening entertainment needs to improve but I really cannot fault the work of the entertainment team. We have had an amazing time and by the number of repeat guests we met, many others have similar experiences. Lovely mix of Eurpoean nations particularly Italian and no Russians!!

We just needed an affordable place to stay while exploring Menorca's beaches and for the Barcelo met that need. It's primarily geared towards family vacation, not for an \"older\" couple like us showing up without children. They offered virtually round-the-clock entertainment, with music playing until around 11ish every night. We didn't mind, but it may not be everyone's cup of tea. Our biggest gripe was the food, but we're very spoiled, so I didn't include that in my rating. Overall a great place to stay.

Nice hotel, recently renovated. Very good if you go with kids as there's a whole area only for them. Just in front of the hotel you can rent a motorbike for only £30, great for adventurers willing to visit some of the island wonderful \"calas\". Italian food was great in the buffet.

We stayed on a HB basis in a large family room: essentially two rooms, each with en-suite, flat screen tv and a balcony. We were on the first floor, building 7, with nice view to the swimming pools but not too close that it was noisy. The room decor and furniture was modern and clean, the showers were excellent and the ac system worked very effectively. The beds were made daily and towels were changed daily as well. The swimming pools were nice and clean, as were all of the hotel grounds. We spent most of our time at the kids swimming pool, which was busy at certain times of the day but rather quiet at others. We almost always managed to find sun beds and a parasol on arrival or shortly after. The dining room was nicely decorated and air conditioned, though we often sat outside, under the canopies, and in the evening there was often a lovely breeze coming from the sea. There was a decent choice of food at both breakfast and dinner; we do not eat meat but there was a good selection of vegetarian food and fish at dinner time, including a good selection of salads and fresh fruit. The food wasn't outstanding but it was fresh, kept warm where necessary and mostly tasty. The choice and standard of deserts was high for a 4* hotel. The entertainment team was great, including some truly outstanding evening shows. This hotel exceeded our expectations - with beautiful grounds, great facilities and flawless service we had outstanding value for money and a truly wonderful family holiday.

Good but with limitations

If your looking for a quiet relaxing holiday then .........................don't go here. Overall everything about the hotel is OK but the problem is the number of young children who run around all day and all night, uncontrolled with no supervision or regard for other guest's from their mainly French and Italian parents.

There are no adult only area's - the pools are small, shallow and full of kids - entertainment seemed to be aimed at French and Italian families which means that if you are over 12 you won't enjoy it.

Food is average, plenty of it but bland and cooked with zero passion or flair,very cheap ingredients, most of the vegetables are either done to death or from a tin, sometimes it is difficult to actually find something you want to eat. The dining room is very large but wherever you sit you will dine to the continuous sound of screaming babies and children.

The bars are good with plenty of choice, staff fast and friendly. The hotel lobby bar and terrace is the best place to go as it is a little smarter than the pool bar. The feature Italian restaurant is not worth the effort of going - poor food on a par with the main restaurant but with less children.

The management seem to be more interested in removing stray cats rather than trying to control rowdy and very drunk French football fans who, like their children seemed to be able to do whatever they wanted.

Overall if you have a young family you may enjoy it but if you want to relax this is not the place.

Good hotel for families

Three generations stayed here, the family room with a linked bedroom for the kids was ideal, while Grandma & Grandad were in a separate block, close enough to babysit on occasion but far enough to get a good nights sleep.
The rooms were fine, but I would have liked tea making facilities in the room, and I've never stayed in an hotel which charges for a key to the room safe.
The rooms were cleaned daily, plenty of clean towels were provided.
We stayed on a half board basis, the food choices were excellent, after a big breakfast no one wanted much for lunch. Dinner was always very good.
The water play area, the pools and bars were spotless, the staff were always helpful, especially with the children.
I didn't use the spa - maybe next time?

The hotel was lovely and in a nice quiet location but with everything in walking distance and easy access to the airport and Mahon. Facilities, food and staff were really good. The room itself was spacious and comfortable with a good size balcony but sound proofing between rooms was really bad so you could hear talking next door. This wasn't really a problem on this holiday but could be dependant on your neighbours! Other than that we could not fault the hotel.

All-inclusive hotel with a kids-cruise feel.

Booked the room on Hotels.com thinking it was going to be a decent room if you took into account the price and the ratings. Turns out, what you are paying for is an \"all-inclusive\" type hotel, complete with drinks, meals and even events (the one night we stayed, there was a Michael Jackson tribute show...needless to say, we didn't watch it).

There are kids all over the place, the rooms are noisy (I could hear the toilet flushing and the pipes for all of the adjacent rooms) and the food is mediocre. However, certain options are for all you can eat/drink (including cheaper liquors and beer/wine), which is not so bad.

It is not a bad deal, but not what we were looking for. Just be aware of what type of place this is and don't go there if you are with a group of young people or as a couple (without kids).

We had asked on booking for twin beds but the room allocated to us had a double bed. This was dealt with very efficiently by reception and seems to be a problem with the booking website as any special requests don't appear on the hotels system.

the room was very comfortable, and we were lucky to get a third floor one overlooking the pool/inner courtyard. every single staff member was extremely friendly and helpful. the whole place was clean and well-kept, the meal buffet's very generous and fairly high quality throughout. close to the beach. we drove there at night from airport, which was quite close and easy to find. all around, a great stay!

When we arrived we were told by the reception staff they had upgraded us to a better room. It was indeed a lovely room on a corner so we had balconies on two sides of the room.

We only stayed one night here but this is essentially a family resort so quite noisy around the pools, but that's only to be expected. Breakfast was excellent.

We were told when we arrived that we needed to pay 5 euros on leaving to get out of the car park, but when we checked out they said we did not have to pay.

Wonderful hotel filled with amazing employees!

We celebrated our Honeymoon on this amazing island and the service was exceptional and our stay was a total of 10 days. We were All inclusive visitors and the food was superb but beyond all other expectations it was your staff within the restaurant that truly made this experience everything it turned out to be. I have never met more friendly and welcoming people and visiting from America it made me realize more how companies are the creation of their people. We had an amazing stay and though our resort was kid friendly, we truly enjoyed your staff's interactions with these families and at the end of the day made us truly appreciate visiting such a wonderful resort! A great deal of applause goes out to your team and thank you again!

We as a Family have used the barcelo pueblo hotel in Punta Prima for at least 20 years I remember when it was 2 star hotel. As ever it was like coming home, a lot of the staff have been there for a years and grown with the hotel. I can't think of a bad thing to say. the staff were polite, the service was excellent as ever, the food was varied and plentiful. The beach was clean as ever the tavernas were all as ever very good.

which was good.
ROOM- We'd read about rooms overlooking each other so emailed the hotel and politely asked if possible could we have non ground floor room facing outwards...we got room 9206 which was fabulous and we could lay in bed and watch the sunrise each morning.
FOOD- My husband says im quite fussy...I'm not I just like plain ish food and dont like fish! We both thought the food was great. Lots of choic e...always plenty of fresh fish which the hubby liked.meats cooked infront of you-plenty of pork, chicken & steak.

All in all a fabulous stay! :-)

Highly reccommended.

The staff were very helpful. The food ( we had a breakfast included ) was of a high standard and there was something for every taste. The bar staff were friendly and helpful. We were only 300 metres from the beach and restaurants, so an ideal location. There were p[lenty of sun beds by the pool, enough for everyone when we went.

Very clean modern hotel, only issue was that the sun beds were too close together and a lot of activities around the pool - great for a young family but not so if you wanted a peaceful break!

Nice Hotel, Location ok

I had a nice stay at Hotel Barcelo Pueblu Menorca, which is in line with all other hotels of the Barcelo chain. All facilities are modern and efficient, including the spa. Room are comfortable and clean. Buffet is wide and tasty at breakfast, lunch and dinner.
The location, Punta Prima, is not particularly close to the best beaches of the island, so a car is strongly suggested, in case you want to reach the most beautiful beaches.

Good modern hotel with friendly staff

Enjoyed our 7 night stay. The facilities and rooms were of a high standard. The pool area is good albeit a little regimented in layout and the pool tiles make the water appear a little dark. The organised actiivities were enjoyed by our two teenagers who played football,waterpolo or basketbell etc. Lots of younger children around which could be a bother to some people at buffet time. Excellent selection of food. The hotel did not have the correct booking information at check in as our teenage children did not show up on their booking system although they did on our paperwork. We were reassured this would not be a problem but it did take an extra 10 minutes to check us in. Beach has lovely sand and clear water.

Great Location and Hotel

Having stayed in many Barcelo Hotels and previously worked for the chain this hotel did not disappoint. This is a great family hotel however we travelled as a couple.
Bedrooms - Clean, tidy and modern
Food - Excellent choice for both breakfast and dinner, lovley outside dining area and adults area.
Beverage - Value for money, usually hotel prices can be expensive
Entertainment - Some evening shows a little bizarre but good quality for a hotel plus plenty of activities during the day.
Location - Short walk to Punta Prima beach and bus stop opposite hotel

We had super holiday

Highly recommended but please read on and check if it is for you-
This was our second visit to this hotel which is aimed at families especially those with under-5s; it is near a nice sandy beach with safe swimming for all.and entertainments re provided.also childrens pools inside the hotel and lower down the hill.
We are an over-70 couple but we love to see children having fun in the sun (and we did-a hoped for change as we live in a quiet village). The hotel allocated us a room looking outwards not at the sometimes noisy centre. In fact many older people were with their children and grandchildren and we hope to return next year with our Son and his wife with their two-year old. The hotel was very busy (July 2 to 11) and one or two items seemed in short supply on one day; the buffet meals are very good with very wide choice always replaced when a tray of food is finished. If it is for you then none better could be found and its only 20 mins from the airport.

Great hotel if you want a lively family holiday.

Rooms on the whole were fine, but lacked mirrors and bins. Our room was on the ground floor so it was difficult to have the curtains open as everyone could see in very easily. This made the room very dark. If I went back I would definitely ask for a room higher up so we could also enjoy the balcony.
The staff were on the whole very friendly especially the entertainment team. The odd one was a bit miserable, but most wete great.

Buttons in Minorca

Close to the airport and the beach. 5 pools plus ne indoors, great staff .
The hotel is for families only as there are no peace and quiet time every hour or so these Reps come shouting around the pools asking you to join in activities with load music. There is no adults only pool and you have to pay for indoor pool. No tea and coffee making facilities in the room. You pay €20 for a safe which is not attached to anything. You pay €20 deposit for the sunbed towels and €1.50 each time you want a clean one. If you have a car you pay €3.50 a day. If you are half boar drinks are sooooo expensive.
The worse issue about the hotel is no privacy. No blinds/voile curtains and rooms are very closely opposite each other in different blocks. You have to have the thick black out curtains shut all the time if you want privacy.

Nice hotel for young families.

Lovely hotel, clean and the food was very good. The hotel has a Spa which was excellent and is new, would really recommend it. The hotel is very much for families with small children so if you are looking for peace and quiet this hotel is not for you. The dining room is very noisy at peak times, and there were a lot of kids left to run riot which was not ideal in such a busy restaurant.

Lots to do in the hotel grounds

Plenty of space to wonder around. Caters for all ages. Tennis courts and baby swimming areas. Relaxing adult pool and plenty of sun loungers. Lots of space to pick your own spot and have a quite time in the sun. Rooms nice and modern.

good to relax very quiet resort .chid friendly

Stayed for 5 nights in September 12
Arrived late check in was simple and welcoming
Because we had missed dinner a cold plate was left for us.
We stayed un.block.8 which was quiet except
Walls are too thin. Comfortable room.
Tv full of German tv channels but nice
Shower& bathroom room with sliding dividers
Bed hard but I liked it. Facillities good and half board
Provided so many food choices. No need for all inclusive
Sandy beach and supermarket 5 minutes a way
Mahon is a short bus ride away 20 mins bus stood outside hotel
Good shops and nice port also bus access to rest of island.
Entertainment at hotel is ropey in evening good things to do in day
Water polo squad aerobics, football, basketball, tennis.
We went as a couple and enjoyed as we needed a rest from work which is perfect.
But us set up for famillies there are tons of new famillies.
Would go back to relax.

Beautiful hotel in a wonderful location; surrounded by trees and nature.
3 minute walk to a beautiful beach.
Located in a quiet and green area.
Has lovely gardens.

Don't go if you don't have children!

Nice hotel, but would not go again as a couple. Far too many kids- did not get chance to get in the pool due to kids playing ball games and dive bombing. Would be a fantastic place if you have a family but as a romantic break, kids screaming at quarter to seven in the morning is not good!

Barcelo Punta Prima: Suitable for Families

Primarily a family based hotel - full of families with small children and toddlers. Despite 3 adult and 2 childrens pools, in fact the children rendered the adult pools unusable for all but 1-2 hours a day. Longer pool and tennis court hours would be useful (eg 7:30am vs 9am start). Supplements payable for many activities (including car park). Spa treatments were excessively expensive. Facilities such as sauna/jacuzzi only available as part of spa package.
Breakfast / food excellent.

We arrived grubby and sweaty having walked 20 km from Cala en Porter and were greeted warmly by an excellent receptionist who sorted out our booking even though I had forgotten the required voucher.We found our room was not twin bedded so asked for a different one and this was sorted within 2 minutes - fantastic efficiency. Food in the restaraunt was great for both evening meal and breakfast.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to stay in Punta Prima

Pleasing hotel in good location.

Residents housed in individual blocks (1-9)....with restaurants / bars/ other amenities reached by walking past pool areas.
Sadly weather not good...strong winds and few people opting to use the many sunbeds around the pools.
Hotel offers a wide range of activities...football, basketball, golf, volleyball, etc....with gym and spa attached to the administrative area/ restaurant area.
Pool side bar very popular.

Pleasant location 300 yards from sandy beach....which was deserted due to weather!

Evening entertainment....seemed to be mainly in-house.

A Good Offer

This is a large hotel with good amenities and everything is spotlessly clean and well maintained. Staff were helpful and friendly. There appear to be good facilities for people with mobility problems. However, at the height of the season, the amenities were over-subscribed. An excellent place for families with small children and good value for money. Not so suitable for those requiring R & R - owing to piped music and noisy activities although the hotel is very quiet at night. Ask for an outward facing room. The spa was more expensive than anticipated - Food plentiful but bland - the wine of poor quality -Overall, I enjoyed my stay and got around the island happily on public transport.

Prime Punto Prima

This hotel is in a very good location with excellent facilities. The layout is very carribbean looking, with many palm trees. The hotel consists of six differently coloured buildings surrounding the pool area. There are two adult infinity pools and a childrens pool with model animals spouting water fountains. Plenty of comfortable sunbeds too. Large towels can be hired for a refundable deposit. There is a pool bar serving drinks and snacks.
The main meals are all on a buffet basis and the variety and quailty is excellent with plenty of varied choice.
The standard rooms (although called 'superior') are modern but minimalistic. Comfortable beds, but very little storage space and no drawers. The bedside tables are just small shelves, and the dressing table has no mirror, the only one being in the bathroom. There is an oversized basin, again with no shelf space, but a good walk-in shower. There is a strange opaque glass divider between this and the room. There is a good sized balcony with two plastic chairs and a table. The rooms were kept very clean and towels changed once a day. The facilities are very good for children with a playroom and an adjacent garden area with another childrens fun pool, adult pool, tennis courts etc.
There is a very good beach only five minutes walk down the road, some supermarkets and a variety of good restaurants. Car Rental offices and the Bus Stop are just opposite the hotel, also a fun toy town train.
Overall highly recommended for a holiday.

a good place to stay

great location near beach. the beach was great with clear water and soft sand. good restaurants nearby too - touristy but friendly. the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. however, be warned that the queue for checking in can be very very long at about noon time. (which is also the time we're trying to check out). otherwise, the food was ok and the rooms and pools were clean. there is off street free parking for the rented cars so no need to pay to park in hotel parking.

Le buffet et votre personnel est vraiment très bien! Super réactif et professionnel!
Parcontre ce sont tous les à côtés :
Ce sont des petits gains que vous avez qui gâchent la qualite d un 4 étoiles:
- Pas d échange de serviette de piscine journalier sans payant. Résultat: des balcons envahis de serviettes de toute sorte pour un visuel de bidonville
- parking payant, presque rien 5€/jr mais justement c’est ridicule du coup il est à moitié vide et toutes les voitures se garent tout autour de l’hôtel sur les trottoirs
- des cautions pour tout!: serviettes 10€/u / coffre 20€ / équipement sportif 40€ pour 2 raquettes
- le bar des terrains de sport qui ferme à 17h alors qu’il fait 35 degré
- de même pour les terrains: max 17/18h, peut on pas jouer à la fraîche en été?
- pas d eau dans les chambres alors qu’on est en tout inclus?
Ce ne sont que des petites économies qui gâchent l’expérience dans son ensemble… pour un séjour à 700€/nuit!
vraiment dommage!

En general estuvimos muy a gusto aunque echamos en falta algo mas de variedad en las comidas, personalmente las encontramos repetitivas. En el area del gimnasio, deberian vigilar que NO entren niños, si los padres no vigilan que alguien del personal lo haga de tanto en cuanto, fue muy molesto para los que estabamos ahi, con el consiguiente peligro de poderles hacerles daño.
Por otra parte queremos comentar que en el tema de la animacion y actividades nos pareció fenomenal. Un10 para todos ellos.
