Beautiful location but some issues with ventilation in the rooms. You can see damage on fixings and walls due to humidity levels and the shower drain emits a really unpleasant smell. Looking at other reviews, the hotel seems to be aware of these issues yet don't even provide an air freshener to try and mask the smell. Service is otherwise excellent and the location makes up for the issues.

We had a junior suite which was on the ground floor, so there were no views.
The apartment was ok, quite tired and not to the standard I was expecting for the price. There were no English TV channels available. Very limited facilities in the kitchenette too. The beds were comfortable but the double was two singles pushed together.
The pools were nice.

Good location. Hotel was \"tired\" in places and could do with freshening up. Although we had a kitchen area in our room there were no washing up facilities other than a sink (no tea-towels, washing up liquid etc). There was a hob but no pans to use on it. Housekeeping did not clean this area every day. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel was very well maintained located in a scenic location away from the hustle and bustle yet close to the little village of Binibeca. Very clean, excellent breakfast, staff were very helpful and friendly. Near Mahon airport and city. All round a Five star experience.

Zona tranquila y preciosas vistas

La localización y las vistas de las habitaciones con vistas al mar son estupendas. Las habitaciones cuando entras parecen muy renovadas, pero luego te das cuenta de que hay cosas rotas. Por ejemplo, el teléfono NO tiene línea, el pedal de la papelera en el baño está roto, la cortina de la entrada está toda agujereada. En las esquinas de los suelos o entre la nevera y el cuerpo de la cocina (medio palmo de distancia) había mucha suciedad.
Sin embargo, la cama es muy cómoda y la presión del agua y de la ducha son geniales.
Cuando reportas esto en recepción, lo escriben en un papel pero no recibes ningún comentario de recibo. Se quedan callados.

He de decir que el hotel es muy tranquilo. Hay habitaciones en la planta baja que su entrada da al paso de todos los clientes, y en una parte, estas habitaciones dan a un paseo público y no hay división. O sea que se está muy expuesto.

Nuestra habitación estaba en el primer piso con una vistas espectaculares y era muy tranquila.

El desayuno es magnífico y el restaurante donde lo consumes tiene unas vistas impresionantes. He de decir que Paco, la persona que te recibe al entrar es maravilloso y te atiende y guía con un encanto increíble.

Sí recomendaría este lugar. Pero no creo que sea realmente un cuatro estrellas. De ‘fachada’ puede que los sea, pero te das cuentas enseguida que no en el fondo.

We had an amazing stay for our honeymoon, we arrived really early but the reception staff were so welcoming and let us chill by the pools and get some lunch until our room was ready, I would say it's definitely worth paying extra for the sea view balcony room we stayed in room 30 and the view was incredible!

The room was clean and spacious, it had pretty much everything we could need for our stay, even a clothes airer for wet swimsuits and towels and a mini kitchen which was super helpful if we just wanted to chill out some days! the only thing that was missing about the room was there is no full length mirror but thinking back we didn't really miss it.

There is on street parking or a car park just by the hotel, when we arrived we were told white line markings mean free parking, blue is paid parking and green is residents only, which was super helpful for our whole trip, ( majority of parking is free around the hotel ).

The hotel is just a few minutes walk from binibeca vell which was lovely, nice to see what appeared to be locals owning the homes in such a beautiful part of menorca, it does get quite busy during the day and around sunset though but nothing crazy, there are 4 or 5 lovely restaurants in the town along side the hotel restaurant where we never had a bad meal, we really have nothing bad to say about the restaurant at all, stunning location, stunning food and amazing staff!!!

Beautiful location on Menorca - not far from the airport. Quieter part of the island compared to the west or north end. the coast is rocky but there is a beach within walking distance. Good restaurant and fantastic breakfast.

The good:
The hotel is really nice looking and the bed was comfortable and big. The staff was friendly and polite.
The view is amazing from the rooms that you can have a sea view.

The bad:
No water during check-in, not enough towels. The shower had no air ventilation whatsoever and water was always coming out of the shower to the floor which made it really annoying.
Nothing to wash the dishes-the cleaning staff also left kitchen dirty 1 time.

Ok:
Location is ok regarding what you like to do and see.

The property is in a perfect location with wonderful views. The staff were friendly and helpful…The breakfast buffet was plentiful with a wide variety to choose from (smoked salmon was limited though). Some areas around the upper pool near rooms 65, 66 and 67 (sun beds, shower and sun umbrellas either needed replacing or were lacking in number). Arrangements for car hire were straight forward and easy due to the helpful, pleasant reception staff.
The hotel fulfilled our requirements. Peaceful, Adults Only, in a lovely location and a great place to base ourselves for exploring the island.

A beautiful property at a great scenic location by the sea. Spectacular views! The condition of the rooms isn't very good; the furnishings are quite old and show wear, but the gorgeous grounds and the stunning surrounding area more than compensate for it. The staff is friendly and helpful. We have really enjoyed our stay!

What an amazing vacation. The room was similar to a 3-Star hotel in the US. Very comfortable bed, fantastic sheets. Excellent water pressure. Nice, international selection at Breakfast. The location and view were what made this place awesome. View was of a whimsical village designed to look ancient, a cove with rock walls, and the blue Mediterranean. Every time I walked onto our balcony, I was blown away again. Short walk to a wonderful swimming hole, shops, restaurants, and the beach.

We booked a Seaview Room and they placed us in a pool view room, no attempt to rectify the situation. Blamed it on Expedia for not listing the correct room description.
Facility is worn out, shower leaked on every side of a 3 sided shower.
Odor throughout the hotel, some guest moved out of the hotel as their room smelled terribly, our room was okay but the corridor leading to our room smelled like the sewer.
Breakfast as well as the location of the property were the only highlights of the stay.

Such a lovely stay here, breakfast was included and was delicious! We had a 2 story terrace with a sea view which was incredible, however the hot tub didn’t have water in it but and the air conditioning was awful so we had to sleep outside but it was quite nice in the end

Reception was not good. Two tired 80 year olds trying to negotiate a flight of 10 steps with NO handrail carrying suitcases was hairy if not dangerous. Room was ok but missing things like tissues. Wonderful outlook. Room service every 3 days was acceptable. Meals (all buffet) ok but no cornflakes, marmalade or English breakfast tea was disappointing. Main course choices were fine with some meats cooked to order. Overall a lovely location with nice pools, but the steps were not good for the less able.

Not a superior room

I had booked a superior room, so was disappointed when we were allocated our room on arrival to find it was quite basic. Also we had to find it ourselves, no help was offered with luggage etc. It was on the ground floor facing out towards the road. It didn't take us long to realise there was no privacy as people walked past constantly. We had to keep the curtains shut to avoid being seen. We checked with reception to be told all the basic rooms are classed as superior, they did agree to us moving to another room which we did the next day, but had to leave the first one after breakfast and then wait till the second was available. This was the same style of room but in a slightly better position without so much passing traffic. The rest of the hotel was fine, the food was ok though could have been warmer, the bar staff and restaurant staff were pleasant. On our penultimate day a note was left in the room saying we had to vacate it by 12 the next day, but for an extra charge we could extend this and if not there was a courtesy room should we wish to shower etc. We went to reception to arrange to extend the room only to be told there were none available so we asked about the courtesy room, to be told there wasn't one, We asked why the note had been left if that was the case and the receptionist said she could only apologise. As a result we had to sit indoors for the 4 hours after vacating our room prior to our departure a final \"let down\" on an average stay.

Standard rooms clean, refurbished and spacious. Location nice and quiet with good coastal views. Food was lovely and all inclusive drinks with good selection of branded names at no extra cost is good value.
Nice comfortable double sun lounges are excellent when available!

Chambre 46 très bruyante en raison du bloc moteur de la climatisation placé juste au-dessus de notre chambre impossible de dormir heureusement on a pu changer de chambre le deuxième soir sinon chambre 2 où logeait nos filles étaient sales. Au niveau équipement il manquait des casseroles et poêles ainsi qu’une bouilloire concernant la salle de bain la douche fuyait les murs étaient sales et craquelés tout comme dans la chambre d’autre part le complexe au niveau des lames de bois à refaire tout comme les rampes par contre le petit déjeuner est top tout comme le personnel très agréable accueillant et souriant merci à eux

Une parenthèse au calme

Hotel reservé aux adultes, ce qui offre une véritable apparté au calme, malgré la pleine saison. La literie est trés confortable. Le petit déjeuner trés bien également, avec large choix, et une vue sur le village de binibeca et la mer superbe. Les hotesses sont sympathiques et parlent français. La piscine juste derriere l'accueil est un réel plaisir, intimiste et calme apres le tumulte de la plage en plein mois d'aout (nous n'avons pas testé les 2 autres piscines). Les chambres sont spacieuses. Seul bémol, nous avions certe une grande terrasse, mais sans aucune vue, face à un mur. D'autres chambres étaient probablement plus agréable.
Nous conseillons largement cet établissement aux couples.

Un séjour parfait à deux pas de Binibeca

Très bel hôtel avec 3 superbes piscines, une grande chambre spacieuse, terrasse agréable, frigo et mini cuisine bien pratiques. Petit déjeuner excellent, même les jus de fruits sont de qualité – chose rare en Espagne ! À seulement 3 minutes de Binibeca, dans un cadre féerique. Je recommande vivement !

Chambre spacieuse propre, résidence hôtelière calme, mais nécessiterai quelques petits rafraîchissements .
Buffet petit déjeuner juste extraordinaire, avec un cuisinier à disposition pour cuisiner à la demande . Top !!
Seul bémol, la chambre disponible normalement à 14heures n’a été mise à notre disposition qu’à 16 heures …
Emplacement idéal en face des maisons blanches de Binibeca . Bref, établissement à recommander.

Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel récemment et avons un avis partagé.
Le cadre extérieur est magnifique : très belles piscines, vue mer splendide, et un petit déjeuner vraiment fabuleux, varié et de grande qualité.

En revanche, nous avons été déçus par la qualité des chambres, surtout au vu du prix payé.
Dans la première chambre, un bruit constant nous a empêchés de dormir. On nous a dit que cela venait du frigo, mais même débranché, le bruit persistait.
L’équipe nous a gentiment proposé une autre chambre, bien plus calme cette fois, mais malheureusement envahie d’insectes (chenilles, cloportes…), et ce malgré des fenêtres restées fermées.
Autre point à améliorer : le manque d’intimité dans la salle de bain. Le brise-vue ne couvre qu’aux trois quarts, ce qui laisse une visibilité depuis l’extérieur, ce qui n’est pas très rassurant.

En résumé, un lieu très agréable pour l’extérieur et les services communs, mais un vrai manque de confort et de qualité dans les chambres.

Eine super tolle Unterkunft mit vielen geben Möglichkeiten ohne Auto zum Meer, einkaufen oder zu den Restaurant zu kommen. Genügend Parkplätze gibt es auch rund um das Hotel. Allerdings gab es mal ein Wasserschaden im Bad, der allerdings noch nicht behoben wurde und sichtbar spuren hinterlassen hat.

Un emplacement exceptionnel, un personnel au top, mais le bâtiment mériterait une maintenance urgente. Réfrigérateurs à changer ! Équipement des kitchenettes à rénover. Fuites des gouttières de la véranda au petit déjeuner.
C'est vraiment dommage de laisser un tel patrimoine se dégrader... Que fait Pierre et Vacances ?

Grande déception pour un Pierre et Vacances

Grande déception pour ce séjour réalisé dans un établissement Pierre et Vacances. La propreté de la chambre est un désastre (linge de lit avec des taches, le sol n’est pas nettoyé (aucun aspirateur attribué aux femmes de ménage seulement des balais, quantité d’insectes morts non ramassés). L’isolation de la chambre est par ailleurs inexistante (couloir, voisins).
L’emplacement est le vrai plus de cet hôtel avec une très belle vue sur une crique et la présence de trois piscines en très bon état.
Le restaurant est aussi très sympathique.
En conclusion, nous sommes très déçus de notre séjour surtout pour un établissement Pierre et Vacances. Je ne recommande pas.
Petit bonus : la femme de ménage qui toque à toutes les portes à 8h30 pour nous demander si le nettoyage peut être réalisé.

Tolle Anlage, gepflegt und in 20 min vom Flughafen erreichbar. Deshalb ist auch der regelmässige Flugbetrieb gut hörbar, hat mich aber nicht gestört.
Das Personal könnte etwas aufmerksamer sein und etwas mehr Gastgeber.
Zimmer gut ausgestattet, kleine Details fehlen: keine Halterung/Ablage für Duschprodukte, keine Aussenbeschattung, bestellter Liegestuhl für Balkon wurde nicht gebracht (musste ihn selber holen und hochschleppen).
Ansonsten angenehmer Aufenthalt mit Meersicht und gute Angebote zum Essen abends.

First of all they gave us a room full of mould that smelled really bad. Luckily we could swap to another room that was better.

We were also really disappointed with the gym, only one treadmill worked, there were barely any dumbbells and the lightest was 10kg which is ridiculous.

Finally we woke up two days in a row and found the pool completely destroyed. I know that might not have been they fault, but they could have given us an explanation or an apology.

To end on a good note, the breakfast buffet was wonderful, and the location of the place stunning.

Poderia ser muito melhor, mas deixou a desejar

Hotel com estrutura mal cuidada. Embora a vista seja linda, os dois quartos pelos quais passei estavam mofados, com cheiro de bolor (tive que pedir para trocar de quarto porque o chuveiro do primeiro quarto não funcionava). Quartos com infiltração. A limpeza dos quartos deixava a desejar. Fios de cabelos no banheiro e teias de aranha no quarto logo no checkin. O café da manhã é muito bom. Restaurante à noite não é bom. Atendentes foram gentis. Deixei roupa e tênis secando fora do quarto, porque fornecem uma espécie de um varal para secar as roupas, mas furtaram meu tênis. Informei ao hotel mas nem registraram a ocorrência.

Si vuelvo a menorca sin duda volveré a este hotel incluso a la misma habitacion. Ha sido una estacia maravillosa. Personal encantador, desayuno impresionante, instalaciones bonitas y lugar emblematico. Para un buen descanso no necesitas mas. Lo tiene todo para disfrutar.

Nous avons eu quelques difficultés pour trouver l'hôtel.
aucune signalisation précise. Le premier accueil fut froid. Agréablement surpris par la superficie de la chambre et sa fonctionnalité. la tv ne fonctionnait pas. Nous avons été réveillés la nuit et dès l'aube par les hauts bavardages de personnes et la fermeture des portes...L'environnement de l'hôtel est exceptionnel.

Calme et belle vue mer.

Très bon séjour dans un site calme et agréable, nous avions pris la vue mer, et le village tout blanc est accessible directement à pied.
