This city hotel, recently refurbished, is superbly located in the capital of Menorca, in Mahón. It is only a 10 minutes' walk to the harbor where guests will be able to enjoy the lively ambience.

A selection of shopping and entertainment venues is also to be found in the immediate vicinity. The nearest beach is around 8 km from the hotel and can be comfortably reached by public transport, with the nearest bus stop which is only 200 m away.

The hotel is around 8 km from the airport. Relax as never before in Le Petit Spa while you contemplate Mahón township from its spectacular terrace or discover the local cuisine.

Location easy few minutes walk from BUS station Amazing service and always helpful reception people. There was absolutely No problem to get the room we ask for with city view and away from elevator. Ready when we arrived – in room there even was a note (sorry it was only written in Spanish which we did NOT familiar with, but the thought was nice at least. After check-in we were show the “Green room” and was explaining the amazing system with too much FREE stuff like Wine and Beer from everyday 2pm to 6am next day. May I suggest some reduction of service here …. Why many pax cannot behave themselves when they got to much of … inside. 2 hours ex from 15-17 (3-5pm) should more than fine with the wine and beer for FREE. Same with the NICE food and soup FREE in the green room. A 5 star coffee machine for all kind of coffee (self service) was also FREE.
Reception always 2-3 pax there with help for all kind of question I did have. ONE small complain – Iron board I was borrowed was really useless – just let you know.

Wonderful hotel.

Wonderful three night stay. Reception staff on arrival were helpful and friendly, explaining all facilities etc. Our room was large and comfortable, a bonus for me was a kettle so I could have my morning cuppa! Huge rain shower in the bathroom. Breakfast was excellent with so much choice of fresh fruit, yoghurts, cold meats and cheeses, cereals, fresh bread; there was even a chef there to cook eggs, or omelettes for you. There is a rooftop pool, hot tub and sauna, also sundeck with loungers. One of the unique things about this hotel is The Green. It is a lounge area where you can get free drinks (non alcoholic) and snacks, such as salads, small sandwiches and cakes etc! Location was about 10 to 15 minute walk into town, the bus station is also only a 5 minute walk away. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Hostel, not a hotel

This hotel gave me hostel vibes. Paying over £600 for a long weekend, is drastically overpriced for the quality. There was lots of mould in the shower and chips in the flooring. Positive though is that the room was very quiet (didn’t hear people next to/above me), it’s also within walking to basically everywhere in town.

Everything was absolutely perfect, staff were friendly and helpful always smiling. They made me feel really welcome. The spa and gym facilities are excellent. The Green room is a genius. Loved this hotel so much so ended up booking this chain at my next destination in Cala Galdana.

A comfortable hotel, within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants, and very near the bus station. The great added bonus was \"The Green\", an area where you could help yourself to wine, beer and snacks for free whenever you wanted. Great hotel with very nice amenities. Our room was clean and had everything you need and a pillow menu! Pool, sauna and steam room were excellent. Staff was very nice. Coffee/snack area had a great selection of drinks and snacks all day.

Only con was that gym was pretty small and didn’t have AC- being on the top floor made it really unusable due to heat. Plus, it only opens at 9am.

The Artiem Capri is a very nice small hotel which is situated within a three minute walk from the Mahon Bus Station. Regular bus services are available from there to most towns and beaches in Menorca. Snacks and drinks are made available from 15.00 each day and are very welcome when taking a break from the pool, sundeck or returning back to the hotel from a trip out. Our particular balcony would have benefitted from one way glass in the doors because it is over looked by people on their balconies across the road. Also the positioning of the long mirror and lighting were disliked by ny wife when getting herself ready to go out. But overall a very good experience and we will be back to use this hotel again.

Wow, well where to start. This hotel is above and beyond! The staff cannot do enough to help and make your stay brilliant. We stayed here for two weeks and during this time it was my partner’s birthday. I asked Dani, a gentleman on reception if he could possibly put some balloons and banners out that I’d brought with me whilst we were out in the day and he went above and beyond organising a bottle of cava and a birthday cake with a personalised note! Absolutely free!
Another lovely lady Andre organised the therapist in the spa to contact me personally to organise a treatment which was perfect! The lady who does the spa treatments Elena is just wonderful. She personalised her session to my needs and was just brilliant at her job! I’ve never felt so relaxed.
These were just a few personal touches and experiences that make this place so special.
The breakfast is lovely and despite not having a bar - there is a free snacks and drink area downstairs with wine, beer, soft drinks, tea, food for you to help yourself to. I’ve never seen this in a hotel before and you can take them to your room as well as sitting in the green room area.
I cannot recommend this place enough! It’s within easy walkable distance to the port and Mahon itself as well as having the bus station on your door step! Thankyou for such a beautiful stay and making our holiday such a wonderful one!

Delightful hotel. Ideally located just on the edge of the old part, so not noisy. Very friendly, helpful staff, from the chambermaids to the breakfast staff and receptionists. Sehr gut Lage, gleich um die Ecke vom Busbahnhof aber dennoch sehr ruhig. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, alles sehr sauber und die Dachterrasse mit Sauna und Whirlpool sehr entspannend. Das Konzept mit den kostenlosen Getränken und Snacks ist ein echter Mehrwert. Das Essen sehr gut, eine ausreind große Auswahl an lokale Produkte von sehr guter Qualität. Very good City Centre Hotel

A very comfortable and clean hotel just 10 minutes walk from main part of town. Nice rooftop terrace and a small pool area are useful after a day sightseeing.

Staff are fabulous, very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast and the Green Area is well laid out and ideal to grab complementary snacks and drinks.

We spent one day at the sister hotel Carlos for a day of chilling out.

We had 4 nights in Mahon as part of a longer holiday, with hindsight 2 nights would have been sufficient.

The hotel was spotless. The pool on the roof catered for people with disabilities which you dont normally see. Free wine, beer and soft drinks were provided 24hrs with free cold food, beautifully prepared and presented from 2pm to 6am.
Breakfast was varied and plentiful, as good as I have ever seen.
The bed was enormous and so comfortable with beautiful Egyptian cotton sheets. Staff were pleasant and helpful throughout. There was a fridge and other facilities in the room and a large balcony overlooking the street.
I cannot fault our stay at all. Thank you Artiem Capri for having us.

Excellent Stay at Artiem Capri

My partner and I stayed at Artiem Capri for a week (28/5-04/6/2022) and have enjoyed everything. Staff was lovely, attentive and helpful with us welcoming us during our stay and giving us tips where to go in Menorca. The hotel is just a stroll from the bus station which helped us going everywhere in Mahon. The room was simple but comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was superb. The Green area where free snacks and drinks are provided (apart from a few local beer and drinks) is a plus. You cannot go wrong by booking your stay at Artiem Capri.

Perfect location and great hospitality

Amazing buffet breakfast and free lobby snack bar. Made such a huge difference to the comfort of the hotel. The buffet had toast, fresh cooked eggs, pancakes, pastries, local meats and cheeses, yoghurt and fruit and was a really wonderful start to the day.

The lobby snack bar was a welcome surprise - it’s such a comfort knowing that you can go back to your hotel and have a cup of tea, glass of wine and some nibbles at the end of the day. Snacks included salads, wraps, nuts, olives and small desserts. I was pleasantly surprised that soft drinks, beer, wine, tea and coffee were all free.

The rooms were very comfortable - had great amenities including a lovely shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There’s also a kettle in the room for tea and coffee. I personally found the bed a bit hard but sorted that with an extra blanket for padding.

The room had a lovely balcony which we didn’t end up using much as it was too cold.

Location is perfect - walkable to the main town centre (5mins), bus station (2mins) and harbour (15mins). Use the glass lift to take you down to the harbour, saves you a huge effort!

Great covid efforts by the hotel too - clean, and masks are all politely enforced. None of the guests refuse, either - a welcome change from the UK’s attitude! Felt very safe.

Hotel was just excellent. We felt very save with all the Covid protocols in place. Staff very welcoming and helpful…especially Carla at reception. Rooftop pool was a real bonus as were the free drinks and snacks in the lobby. We will be back again next year.

Hidden gem!

We loved everything about the hotel - lovely room, spacious bathroom, wonderful staff (especially helpful staff on reception). The icing on the cake was the rooftop pool with jacuzzi, sauna and steam room - and then finally the sun beds on the roof - amazing views! Great breakfast too and bar very reasonable.

The location of the hotel is not in the best area but with 10 -15 minutes of a walking distance you are in the center of town. Also, the pool is small and there are only a handful of lounges to use ( they even have a sign that you can use them for 30 min top)
The staff of the hotel goes above and beyond to make you feel welcomed and they are very helpful. The breakfast is great. Paid parking ( very cheap 0.20 euros an hour and you don't have to pay a few hours at noon) is very close from the hotel so no worries if you can not find free street parking. What I did not like is that we were placed in the apartments and those are not in the hotel. They are half block from it so it feels a little wierd.

Located close to centre but with much residential accommodation as well, this is not a classic tourist hotel so we almost felt as if we were living in Mahon. The staff were welcoming, helpful and efficient. The rooftop pool and spa was never crowded and the view over Mahon a bonus. We chose to use the in-house restaurant for dinner which provided a wide choice at very reasonable prices. Our room was spacious but without air-con as early season a little warm, but the jacuzzi in our wet-room was a bonus. we may well return in the future.

Menorca in February

I had some personal business in Menorca and stayed at the Capri for a few days. The city was very quiet with no tourists around, but the hotel was fully operational. Food both breakfast and dinner were buffet style and enjoyable. The gym, although small was adequate. The pool facilities great. All staff were very helpful. Nearby parking was busy but we always found a space for free. Other local amenities such as restaurants were sparse as it was out of season.

Brilliant Perfection on a lovely island

Impossible to find anything wrong- an excellent hotel.
Close to the centre of Mahon and less than 5 minutes walk from the bus station- airport connections every half hour during the day. The front of house staff were helpful at all times as were the restaurant staff helping with the breakfast buffet.
The breakfast buffet was wide ranging and I defy anyone not to find something to their liking- staff would try to find or make something if you wanted.
I had a room on the 5th floor with an external view. Was able to see the sun rise over the town and harbour and even watched cruise ships leaving the harbour. The room was cleaned beautifully with shampoo and gel topped up each day. The en suite was modern and very clean- the shower was a pleasure.
The rooftop pool and sun bathing area were fine.The water a little cold but it seems the hotel heats the pool as the weather gets colder.

Nice hotel but...

Everything you need from a hotel really.
Supermarket close and 10 mins walk in to town center.
A few points though:
Check in was delayed. You are charged to get a key to use the room safe. To wash a personal towel we were quoted €15. To weigh a suitcase is €1.
Also after checking out early we sat in the foyer using the hotels WiFi but this was disconnected pretty quickly...so after checkout all services are non existent.

We had to stay another day in Menorca as BA cancelled our flights.
We needed a hotel close to airport.
What a surprise when we walked in.We had a superior room which had a huge bathroom with jacuzzi and walk in shower.The room was so nice.
The breakfast was very good with so many options.
There`s a spa and pool on top floor with lovely views.
Close to the town and the port.If we stayed in Mahon again we would book this hotel without any hesitation.BA did not pay by the way but on the plus side if they hadn`t cancelled our flights we would not have found the Artiem Capri.Thank you to all the staff for a marvellous 1 night stay.

An excellent hotel in excellent condition (so I suspect a recent refurb given other reviews).

It is a bit of a stretch for it to call itself a spa hotel, but the pool, solarium and steam/sauna are very good. The fitness room was disappointly small, but just good enough.

Very close to the bus station for getting around the island, however Mahon itself has little to recommend itself, so that’s just as well!

Every time we are in Mahon this is the only hotel we would ever want to be at!
Great hotel with wonderful friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are immaculately clean and of good size. The breakfast is by far one of the best breakfast buffets we have ever had......and we travel a lot!
Walking distance to the centre and very close to the bus station, we would never hesitate to book this hotel time and time again, and would recommend it to anyone visiting Mahon.
