Rooms were clean. I needed an adapter to utilize the electrical outlets. Missed not having a tv to keep up on local news. The restaurant on site was good. Washers and dryers were great. They could use a bigger refrigerator on each floor. So, I gave it 4 stars. Staff was great.

I am a business traveler and this hotel lacks the basic setup for that. It is probably good for families or travellers not looking for the extra « ooomph » brand name hotels provide, but when one travels as much as I do, this type of venue just doesn’t cut it.

If you’re a family, it is a good place to stay with accessible laundry (though VERY pricy) and kids play area

The room was small and had two single beds with an elevated gap between them so one can only climb on it. A small toilet and a small bath were provided with glass separators. There was no TV or fridge in the room. No welcome coffee. Even towels were changed only once on the third day evening at our request. Room was not cleaned or bed arranged in our 4 days stay.it was like a lodge for backpacking travellers. However, the rate per day was not cheap at all. Overall a very average experience

Very comfortable and clean room, larger then expected, be a good size for two people carrying light luggage. The only reason l've knocked off a star is for the lack of hot water in the shower. When l checked in the staff member explained about the switch on the wall which heats the water, it didn't matter which way l had the switch pressed or for how long l waited after pressing it before having a shower the best l got was barely tepid water, mostly though it was just cold (l did ask again at reception about the lack of hot water and the operation of the switch). The odd thing was that there was never any lack of hot water at the sink, it never ran cold and so l was brushing my teeth with warm water.

NOT a 4* hotel - more of a student accommodation

This place isn't a hotel but more of an aparthotel or serviced accommodation - closer to a student accommodation. In no way is it anywhere close to a 4 star hotel - it's more like a 2 star MAYBE a 3 at a stretch.

You get barely any amenities unless you ask for some, the construction in the area is very loud. The toilet and shower are in the same room, no ensuite. Staff barely take notice of you let alone greet you. Wifi is somewhat unreliable. Really the rating of this place needs to be changed to reflect the actual experience you have as a guest.

Positives - If you just want a bed and a shower in a good location right next to a mall, Little India with lots of food and a metro station, then this is great. Also better if you are solo - would not recommend for a couple.

I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, everything felt smooth and well taken care of. The place was very clean and comfortable—the rooms were spotless, the bed was cozy, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and relaxing.
One of the standout things was the friendly and accommodating staff. They were always available to help with anything I needed, whether it was directions, recommendations, or just a bottle of water. It really made the stay feel personal and welcoming.
The location is also a big plus. The hotel has easy access to the city centre, so getting food, running quick errands, or just going out to explore was super convenient. You could walk or grab a short ride and be where you need to be in minutes.
Overall, it was just a good, solid hotel experience—nothing flashy, but everything was done right. Clean, comfortable, convenient, and run by people who care. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and relaxing place to stay

This place is very convenient, literally 2 minutes walk from a metro station, a mall, Starbucks and so many restaurants. All the tourist attractions such as Haji lane, little India and Bugis street are all 20-30 minutes away walking. Out room was not large but it has everything that we needed. They do not provide Toiletries except for shampoo and body wash and there was no hot water the last two nights, which was frustrating. The lobby looks and smells great. I liked the common kitchen on the 4th floor and the laundry room by the lobby. Great customer service - I would definitely recommend this place or stay here again next time I visit Singapore.

It was an OK experience. The check-in process was nice and simple. The location isn’t the worst, but it was in a busy part of the city without much to do from our experience, although it was easy to walk to some local spots. It was very hot and humid outside, and this carried out into the elevator and the hallways. The room was nice and cold but the experience of walking out of the room to a musty and humid hallway was not pleasant. The room was semi-clean. Some dust and dirt in the corners, nothing crazy but definitely not something you want to see in a hotel room.

Very bizarre room layout especially the bathroom which they conveniently don’t show pictures of. Zero privacy and tiny rooms. Not family friendly more geared to uni students unless you want your kids to see you butt naked all the time. Fridge is shared and located in the corridor. Kept running out of toilet paper and they didn’t provide hand/face towels. I confirmed housekeeping for the day and they didn’t show up till 6pm (very late). It was quiet. Not a bad location but don’t think I would personally choose to stay in little India next time. And definitely won’t stay in this hotel again.

Zafa. Cuarto pequeño con una ubicación un tanto extraña de la cama. Prácticamente no tiene dónde poner las maletas pero como positivo tiene muchos lugares donde colgar cosas. No ofrece desayuno pero tiene una buena cocina donde podés prepararte tu desayuno y heladeras en todos los pisos para guardar tus cosas, al igual que en la cocina del piso 4. There is no space in the shower for dry clothes, you have to come out naked to get dressed in the room, no mini fridge in room, only small fridge in the hallway shared with the whole floor, no tea or coffee bags and no TV.

We stayed there for 6 days, if you want to stay close to little India, this should me a go to place. We booked three room but two rooms are good enough for 4 adults and two kids. Don’t expect any room service. If you stay is less than 7 days then they clean your room, i should say “light clean” meaning they change your towers. Only for stay above 7 days has weekly only one full cleaning service

Family of 4 adults we were given an apartment of 2 separate rooms. Both rooms had 1 double bed where i asked clearly 1 double and 1 twin. We argued at the reception that my adult son and daughter would NOT share same bed so i end up having my son sleeping with me and my wife to sleep with my daughter. Next day we were given a new apartment with what i originally requested BUT guess what? Both rooms had NO TV, yes both rooms had no TV.

There was a paper cup under the bed from the previous guest which was never removed and there were left over breakfast cereal pieces on the floor at the entrance which was not very nice. The FO team were great, always helpful and super nice. I suggest some small milk containers in the drinks dispenser for tea.

Location is at Indian town (next to Little India) but very close to station. Across the road it has city square mall. This hotel is more like a business hotel where there are a lot of people working with their laptops on the foyer. Service is great, nothing to complain. The room is big enough for 1 person. BUT it doesn’t have fridge and TV in the room, which is quite disappointing. With Singapore weather condition, you would definitely need a fridge to store your foods. The bathroom wall has white tiles and built up mould can be seen.

I really loved the design of these rooms (I had a studio layout); it was really well laid out and more spacious than most hotel rooms I've stayed in in Singapore in the same budget range. Bed was very comfortable, and the huge windows with a view over the city was great. My only complaints are that it was way too noisy for my preference; the noise in the hallways echo very loudly into the rooms, and I listened to doors slamming open and shut most evenings and mornings. Not super relaxing. Also, for a hotel with 19 floors, only 3 elevators was not enough -- I had to wait at least 5-10 minutes if not more every time I tried to call an elevator, either coming in or going out. Overall though, I was happy with my room and found the stay to be a good value.

A hotel that does not have housekeeping services.

There was no housekeeping services neither was there a common rubbish chute. We had to take our rubbish out to the public bins outside of the hotel at ground floor.

Despite our request for housekeeping services at the door sign, no one bothered to help with the room cleanup.

The towels were only changed once on the 2nd day of our 5 nights stay.

Nice hotel with facilities that could be improved

The hotel is right next to Farrer Park station. There is a large area to work and socialize on the ground floor. There are also self-service landry and kitchen facilities, as well as a gym. Unfortunately there is no shower to use after checking out (would have been very welcome in Singapore's climate).
Things that could be better: The door is not soundproof at all - I could hear people walking and talking in the hallway. In order to close the blinds, you have to climb over the bed - they could have easily attached the rope to the other side of the window. The shower was partially blocked and wasnt draining well - since the shower cubicle is within the room, it means that water starts flowing to the room.

A great hotel for personal and business travellers

What a great place. The rooms are perfect for travellers who need a clean place to stay while sight seeing throughout the day. They have an awesome laundry and gym and a great area downstairs to chill out or do some work.

There is a big shared kitchen on one of the levels in case you want to cook up a storm and a really nice outside relaxation area with seating and a table.

Well located across the road from the Farrer Park train station and one of the larger shopping malls and a short walk to Mustafa centre.

We will be back for sure.

Lyf has done an outstanding job at making our stay great. Everything about lyf is excellent. This has been the best place I have stayed in my travels. I would definitely stay here again.
The MRT is across the street. This made transportation very convenient. The kitchenette is totally stocked with everything you need to eat at home. We were very pleased with the friendly staff.

We had a really great stay in this relatively new service apartment. The price was rather reasonable. They had all the amenities provided such as a gym, shared cooking area, a roof to chill out at, laundry area. The room looks exactly like photos as well.

The room was really well designed and although it is not a large space, it is comfortable and with lots of functional storage. The room is pretty much soundproof as well. We have a neighbour with a screaming child but it did not really bother us as much as we could only hear him from the corridor.

The staffs here were all really amazing! They were always friendly, helpful and polite! That really made a difference in our stay.

Location wise, it is super convenient. 2 mins walk to the nearest mall - City Square Mall and Farrer Park MRT. Very convenient to get to town.

10/10 recommend this place!

The only cons we think of was the lift, I think it is not that well-programmed and efficient. If they could fix that issue that will be great!

MRT駅から直ぐで利便性抜群です。部屋も広く清潔、エレベーターもカードキー無しで動かないのでセキュリティも大丈夫です。唯一不満は使用済みタオル交換がされていなかった事。ダブル部屋のシングルユースだったので2人分のタオルがあり不足はなかったが、そこだけ残念。

Two of a kind room is good for family

We booked the two of a kind room. The room looks exactly the same as advertised and is reasonably clean and roomy (Singapore standard) with a small kitchen. But during the time of our stay, weather was very wet, so the room, corridor, laundry and common areas all look humid and hence not very clean. Guess the hotel ventilation is not that good. The toilet in my daughter’s room is also smelly. But they have a good common kitchen area with a pretty outdoor space for dining. That would be a great plus if you look to cook or order food from outside. Staff are reasonably helpful. The price is considered value for money as a whole.

這裡真的離MRT 超近的，就在旁邊巷口那麼近，要去各轉乘站換車，也只要一兩站就到，往港灣方向更是每站可玩的景點。正對面也有一個小商場，用餐、採買食材都很方便喔！
