The location is good, within walking distance from the train station. The room is on the compact side. Encountered some issues as such and overly sensitive motion sensor light that kept switching on and off, giving an unwarranted disco experience. Had to get in a technician to toggle the motion sensor setting. The TV was also not working. Had to call operator to get them to reset the TV.

Huge hotel which is fairly impersonal. Reception staff on arrival were adequate only. Didn’t feel like a valued guest. No attempt to help or offer help with bags. On the positive side we had a room on 19th floor so access to lounge. Staff in lounge were fantastic but a special shout out to Malek who was a star. His ability to remember names is unbelievable but his attention to detail is amazing too. Opportunity to try many different meals. Chef was brilliant too. Very knowledgeable and explained anything we wanted to know about the food. Great base for viewing and visiting Singapore as literally on top of the MRT.

Very well positioned right over an MRT station. Well equipped rooms with lovely quiet AC. Pool was beautiful and gym looked amazing.
Reception was a little hit and miss. They had to be reminded to credit back the swipe they took on our card, they didn’t offer the free drinks we were entitled to until we specifically requested 3 days in and they didn’t order the taxi we booked with them the night before leaving although in fairness they did upgrade us

Room was great, clean spacious, lovely shower room. Very pleasant and helpful staff too. I was delighted with the room and an early check in was a welcome (unbooked) treat after a long flight, as I had only asked to leave my bags with them until check in time- thank you!

The gym was excellent too, modern, with a very good range of equipment.
Convenient location with a MRT station very close. Much was walkable too but not so easy in the high humidity so I planned my day around the MRT and the hop on hop off bus.
I didnt eat in any of the hotel restaurants, the one on the 6th floor was full on my first night due to \"delayed flight catering\". After that experience, I just went out for meals. One criticism - I felt the beer was too expensive at the poolside bar.

All in all though, I thought this was a great hotel and highly recommend it.

We had an issue with small ants in room and bathroom during our stay in room 1832. They were on the headboard around the toilet and shower. Also the comforter in our room had a yellow stain. Instead of changing the bed spread house keeping just flipped it over to the yellow stain being under the covers. Really disappointed with bugs and lack of cleaning.

One Farrer Hotel in Singapore stands out as a 5-star resort, offering a blend of luxury, convenience, and exceptional service. Situated in the vibrant Little India district, it provides guests with a tranquil retreat amidst the city's hustle and bustle.

The hotel boasts an Olympic-sized swimming pool, complemented by a fitness centre and spa facilities. These amenities are available to all guests. Towels are provided.
Those guests staying on the 18th, 19th and 20th floors are then able to utilise a smaller pool on the 18th floor, which boasts views over the city. There were very few negatives/ criticisms found during my stay, but one was the cleanliness of the pool on the 18th floor. The windows are covered in limescale and sadly ruins the luxury pool experience and obscures the view across the city.

What truly sets One Farrer Hotel apart is its commitment to outstanding customer service. The staff's attentiveness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality are excellent. We experienced relatively minor issues when we checked into our room, that being the TV not working and some of the plug sockets. A shout out to the duty manager, as once he heard about the issues, he flawless tried to rectify it and as an apology, moved us rooms, by means of an upgrade, into a specular suite. The genuine commitment by the hotel to provide exceptional and genuine customer service was noted.

Nice property with big, beautiful pool. Room was large with comfortable bed. The only inconvenience is the access to the ice :). Since it was really hot during our stay, we had to call the front desk several times to request ice. I wish we were able to get ice ourselves whenever we want.

Really friendly staff who were more than happy to help. Fei Yan was excellent at housekeeping and the room had all we could need and more.

Only negative is the pool area which has bird poo on the furniture. This wasn’t cleaned often (you could see the same poo from the day before on chairs). We got some on our clothing. If this was checked and cleaned more often, it would be excellent.

We had booked a mint den in the one farrer hotel and it was awesome. The room was super clean and maintained well everyday; the toiletries were replaced on a daily basis. As someone who eats only vegetarian food, the proximity to little india also provided a variety of restaurants with veg options. The hotel is also a stone’s thrOW from Farrer Park MRT making the commute to various places easy. Overall a great hotel and will recommend it highly.

5 stays now since 2018. Its like coming home. consierge staff welcoming. Reception some are very positive. Some of the male reception are a bit off putting, grumpy? Let the Women do it. They were brilliant when One Farrer first opened.
Mr Malik host of the 18th floor lounge is a shining light of hospitality. A professionalism worthy of the Top Paris Hotels. The Hotel need more like him.
Cleaning service was incredibly improved since June 24. Seemed more professional.
we look forward to our next visit later this year some time.
I did not bother to review rooms. They are top quality with excellent beds and Bathrooms. I should mention, the only Hotel in this run through 6 hotels in 2 countries that had TV which worked properly and had options of movies in English. (other languages too of course) So well done management.
Perhaps one complaint from me... I have Sleep Apnea and need a darkened room for sleeping. The digital room control pads seem unable to be darkened and at night the room is flood lit by them like a night time Sporting Arena. Next visit I will bring a hammer to remedy them as no amount of button pressing will fix them.
Finally a suggestion to seniior management ... book into your hotel incognito and spend a night. see how it runs and learn room issues.

Upgraded to villa room which was huge and had a big balcony area and hot tub. Bedroom was also huge although bizarrely for a high end hotel, power points were only provided one side of the bed.
The lights and blinds are all 'smart' but the switches don't work properly and so can be a bit frustrating.
The hot tub had to be cleaned daily as had no cover and kept getting black bits in. Also, it never got above 29 degrees, so wasn't hot.
TV is smart but casting just doesn't work at all and the other functionality is also very odd.
Breakfast was in the lounge and was limited but tasted great. Also we got free lunch and dinner which were also limited range but well presented and tasted great. Staff were also really friendly and helpful but work very long hours.
The pool is the best bit as its huge. However to get there you had to walk through a building site with covers on the ground and the slabs around the poor are mainly loose and so it just gave the impression of being unfinished.
Finally on check-out, we weren't even asked how our stay was, just were told our deposit would be refunded and bye. Definitely not five star experience.
All this being said, it's easy to fix everything and so hopefully they will and then the hotel will be amazing.

A great hotel for a city break. Brilliant amenities, great customer service, swimming pool. We stayed in a room on the 15th floor with the fantastic view of the area. The room had a coffee maker and a kettle. The bed was very comfortable and the shower room was huge. Staff were great and we had a warm welcome. The hotel is a short underground ride to the centre and Marina Bay. We would stay there again. The hotel has the most amazing pastry chef. The cakes are sold in the shop at the lobby. They are divine.

The hotel was located within easy walking distance of Little India and a few nice places to eat. The main Singapore attractions were 15-20min away so overall well placed for a visit. The rooms were nice, our one complaint was that the sound proofing of the front door was bizarrely bad. We could hear everything that happened outside in the hallway.

I don’t know why you have it as a VIP HOTEL or even a 5 star hotel, the hotel is average, area average, the lobby is average, the room was horrible, theres NO maintenance at all, all mirrors filthy, the towels raggedy, and one of the days they didn’t even provided any toiletries!! This hotel is clearly a 3 star !! Never will stay again and will not recommend at all

This was our first time in Singapore. We arrived a little before check-in started and the front desk staff were friendly and efficient. They got us into a room quickly which was so appreciated after a 19 hour travel day. The room was lovely with many large windows framing the city view. The hotel location was perfectly situated next to a huge variety of dining locations and right next to an MRT station so we could hop on and off the train to explore on our own. The concierge was very helpful when it came to explaining the MRT and its different lines. The pool was an oasis on a very hot and humid day. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

We use to stay before Covid at the ONE FARRER on several occasions, for up to more than 3 Weeks. This time we booked 12 Nights at the Loft. Check-in and check-out was speedy and good, as always.The replacement of the Restaurant and Bar next to the Lobby was a small disapointment to us. The Loft was always well cleaned by Arul. However the Quality of the Towels and Bathrobes leaves much to be disired. Haevily used and frayed. Definitely not 5* standard, not even 4*
Now to the Highlight of the Hotel, which is the main reason for our stay. The beautifull, long and warm Pool for the daily Morning-Workout. Unfortunatly this is now a very poor maintained Area. During our previous visites it was always very well looked after. Now, a orange Plastic Bottle lays for 8 DAYS under the right outside Shower. A small white Towel lays for 5DAYS next to the pool on the floor. Quite a few tiles are wobbly. Paper Tissues and Glases laying around for Days on the Deckchairs, together with fallen Leafes. Inside the Pool, at the deep end, laying rotting BLACK leafes and branches. ( black means that they are there for many days) The whole Poolarea looks very untidy and dirty. Towelquality is also poor, overused. We dont know yet, if we are going to patronise the Hotel again in future !

Modern hotel in excellent location, quiet but within 100m of shopping and restaurants. We only had one night so decided to dine at the level 6 restaurant within the hotel. Excellent food and service overlooking one of the pools. While walking through the hotel there is many pieces of artwork to admire of high quality. My son and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was very comfortable with modern features such as motorized shades. It was a short walk to the subway (which was great as I have mobility issues). There are plenty of food options nearby. The hotel's breakfast buffet also offered a wide variety of delicious options. We definitely rcommend this hotel for your stay.

A Great Location for Exploring Singapore

One Farrer is a beautiful hotel in Singapore. The beds are pleasantly firm and very comfortable, and the bedding is of high quality. Rooms are very nice and quiet with many modern conveniences. We were in a handicapped room which was a bit larger, especially the shower area. Many Indian restaurants and many shopping venues to choose from in the area around the hotel. A very beautiful and well maintained pool and hot tub area are located on the sixth floor, along with an outside bar and restaurant area. A metro stop is right beside the hotel and the metro line is excellent, ultra modern, clean and very safe. We appreciated the great fridge in our room for keeping beverages very cold. The only complaint was that there were no USB ports in our room. There had been one once but it was no longer working. Great staff who were very friendly and helpful during our stay.

The hotel located close to Little India. It is convenient to many restaurants and shops. The room we got was a two stories villa with a small kitchen. Even though we booked the a room with two twin beds, they are put together like a king bed since the room is so small. One other thing I dislike is the carpet in the room. It is dark and makes the room feel less clean.

Service at the front desk was amazing, and I was upgraded to a suite which was really kind of them. But... I couldn't get the WiFi to work at any point during my stay, when I went to the pool there were no towels available, and the key cards struggled to operate the lifts (for me and other guests I observed during my stay). So teething problems for a new building.

But my big issue was one of safety. I gave a credit card on check-in so that I could make charges to my room. After signing for drinks at the pool bar, I was getting ready for bed late one night and the phone rang, for a reason they were unable to explain they couldn't use my signature to settle the bill, and a member of staff was waiting outside my door with a card reader so I could pay the bill. Why was this not done at checkout? Why even take my card info if it can't be used? Most importantly, WHY send a male member of staff to the room of a solo woman, late at night, when she has told you she is in her nightclothes? The staffer himself was lovely, but the situation made me feel unsafe.
