The hotel was located in a good area, conveniently located with close proximity to the MRT & Mustafa centre and Little India. Staff helpful.

None of the rooms suitable for >3 people. Cannot expect for even a small child to sleep with you in a double bed. Room small with no window or daylight!

Also, booked as with breakfast but they don't even have a kitchen on site. Hotels.com / expedia you need to update your webpage.

Staff were supportive but the room was not a family room as said its quiet tight, we could not move around. The beds were hard and made us feel pains on our bodies. I would say the size of the room is better for students, friends or a couple, Not a family. The bathroom was so tight to the toilet that every time we had a shower our toilet roll was wet and could not be used until dried. The shower was clean though. There were noise at night from the reception because we where on the ground floor.

Exceptional Boutique Hotel

A Rare gem & quaint area near Mrt & Little India, 24hrs Mustaffa Centre. Price was affordable (please don't increase) ☺️ I love that the hotel Modern interior was well kept & great amenities there's a Pool!! They even hv a Viral Halal Cafe & near 7-eleven. Would be nice if there was an Aromatherapy air purifier to make a more relax atmosphere in the room and iron and board. Keep up the excellent service & cleanliness.

Great location right in between Little India, Kampong Glam, Bugis and walking distance to the MRT. Tons of food, drinks, culture right at the door step.

Rooms are very small with no room for luggage or for \"spreading out\". They are perfect for up to 2 people with a total of 2 carry on pices of luggage. They are clean and secure and attended to everyday.

Staff is very nice and courteous and knowledgeable of the local area. Lobby is basic and there is no breakfast or pool.

For the price it is right.

If you’re a solo woman traveling pls read

It was good for a quick stay, but there were little bugs crawling around the room and the lock and latch on our door was broken, very unsafe if you’re traveling alone but I was traveling with another person so we decided to stay. Also heard people down the hall having sex, it was not a good first impression in the first 10 minutes lol. Staff at the front desk were nice though.

This hotel is ok for a budget hotel but the room rate wasn't budget. Very small room, had an ant infestation around the table area, if room rate had been sub SGD150 a night no complaints, but for over 270 you expect better.

Incredibly dirty flea pit. Inexistant housekeeping. How this hotel manage to pass any form of hygiene inspection is beyond comprehension. Hair everywhere including pillows blanket and bedsheet.

This is the worst hotel that I have stayed. The room is extremely small, dark and dirty. Of course, the hotel rate is not expensive. But, it is not at the budget hotel level. The bed is on a 1 feet platform, which is surrounded by four walls with only a small opening for me to go from the bed to the door with a 1 feet tall step. There are windows on one of the walls. But, the opposite hotel is blocking the light. The room is very dark in general. As my room is at the third floor, I can clearly hear noise from the street. The toilet with bathroom is very small and dark. The lighting in the bathroom is ridiculous … very weak light blue to the roof. I basically cannot see any thing clearly during bath. They put a wooden plate next to the bed to work as a desk. But, it is only 1 feet from the floor. This is completely crazy! The save-box doesn’t work. The hotel room is very noise. I can hear people talking in the other rooms. There are families with kids making noise all day long. Right next to the hotel is the Singapore Funeral Home (Singapore Casket Co. (Pte) Ltd.). If you want to go to the Bendemeer MRT station, you must go pass it. All staffs are not helpful except one lady! It seems like the entire hotel is running by that lady, who is doing all the works. Others are just sit there and say no to all your questions and requests. I deeply regret that I selected this hotel. Good boutique hotel for the price paid

I am very particular when it comes to the interior of the hotel rooms, and I must say Arton boutique is a good boutique hotel for the price paid. There was however a baby cockroach that popped out of nowhere.

Customer service rep morning called and said check out has to be at 12 sharp else extra charges will be incurred. They were nice to give another 15 minutes grace period.

Why did you remove cable television channels????

Paid for an upgrade to the Loft Room. At check in staff was alright. Though she didn't talk much she wss friendly. Going in and out of the hotel we always saw this tall Indian guy who is friendly. He greeted us each time he saw us and tried to chat a little. This is my fifth time in this hotel. That one bad change they made to the hotel is that, NO MORE CABLE CHANNELS TO WATCH! Only local channels! Previously was no local channels and only cable channels but now it is the other way round! Damn! That might be my last stay here tbough!

I like that the rooms on the property were clean and the ambience in the lobby area very pleasant. It was a nice perk as well that they served free coffee for guest at the lobby.

The only factor which led me to give this experience less than a stellar rating was that check-in was very slow due in part to the reception not finding my reservation number in their system. Otherwise, I would highly rate this property.

This is a new hotel and, as its name - Arton Boutique - suggests, a small one. The lobby is small and, while we were there, appeared to be setting up new breakfast facilities there. It has a light well in one corner with magnificent \"green walls\" and a small pool with carp. The one problem that we, as large-ish Europeans, had was that our room was rather small - but it was very well equipped and had some novel space-saving solutions: for instance, the very comfortable mattress was on a large platform with storage space underneath for a decent-sized suitcase and one side of the platform served as the seat for a desk. Given the hotel's convenient location and its new-ness, it was excellent value for money. There are several places to eat nearby includingone that not only serves an excellent tiramisu, but also provided us with an umbrella (to keep) when the rain started as we were leaving! there are also excellent \"street-type\" food places nearby.

Great value, modern gem.

Even though there was construction next door, it did not bother us. We had family loft room 109. Everything worked and Ltd of room for small family of 3 adults one child. Water, soft drinks and toiletries were provided each day. We were beside the fish pond and they alone worth a visit. The biggest problem was that Taxi Drivers did not know the hotel even we had good instructions from hotel staff.

It’s a closet. There is no place to sit. The bed is on the floor. There is coffee maker but if you make coffee the only place you can sit down and drink is the toilet seat. No place to keep your baggage. No table or chair.

disappointed that jackhammering went from 8am to 7pm every day as renovations were occurring on floor above.
no change of floor was offered or discounted rates for inconvenience, not even offered even are complaining about the noise. suggestion was to go out for the time between.
not acceptable offer
would not stay here again.
was on verge of checking out and changing hotels.
if this information was forth coming prior would not have stayed here as was plenty of other options in same vicinity with more facility's like pool and larger rooms for very little difference in price.

1. Expect to bear with the renovation sound from 8.30am to 5.30pm
2. Never communicate that the room is without window
3. The room blackout out of sudden in the middle of our sleep around 11pm, and have to wait for their technician to come to troubleshoot and told us just a small matter due to a fuse jump, and it seem like a norm.

Nice hotel in the middle of the city

Had a 1 night staycation there and the experience was wonderful. The room was the same as the photos. Only thing to take note is, there is no window for the room that i got. Not that it bothered me. Overall was great.
