Overall a decent stay, but we did have a few issues. Despite setting the thermostat to 64, the room never dropped below 74. It also seemed to turn off randomly. It was consistently above 90 each day of my stay, so coming back to a hot room was not enjoyable. The blackout curtains were great, but didn't cover the entire window in the grand king room. Lastly, our booking was for two people, but the first two days we only have one washcloth, the third day we had none, and the last day we finally got two.
For the positives - staff was great. Very helpful and nice. We did receive 2 complimentary house margarita vouchers upon checking in. The 3 dining options were nice and the vibe of the hotel/overall decor was modern and comfortable. Parking was unavailable the first night, but we were able to purchase it the next day for the rest of the stay. There are only about 6 spots and it is $45 a night, which is cheaper than the parking garage across the alley at $60 overnight.
