The location was perfect, 1 metro stop from Union station. The staff was very friendly. There were plenty of good restaurants within walking distance. My only complaint was the room was a little rundown, the backboard of the beds had torn leather. The bed sheets didn’t fit the bed. Otherwise, my stay was pleasant.

The room was clean and a nice size. I did notice the bathroom door needed repair. The bottom of the door was chopped off, also the spa motor was broken so no bubbles in the spa/jacuzzi. Lastly the over priced $55 a night valet option.

Dre at the bar was amazing from her margarita to her being full of info about the hotel and the dc area.. the tall gentleman at the front desk was very helpful as well can’t quite remember his name.. The other two lady’s at the front desk weren’t that welcoming..

Staff was very calm and courteous about me needing to leave my bag at the front desk a few times. Also friendly staff at the breakfast buffet.

I reserved a king bed room and got a room with two doubles with a handicapped shower that didn’t quite stream out far enough to take a shower.

Also, the room was very clean but the remote was visibly disgusting.

Room is spacious and clean, water pressure is great. Reception is also very nice and welcoming. They allow you to drop off your luggage by the front desk if your flight is late/early. Close to a lot of shops like grocery, pharmacy and Starbucks, plus also very close to the nearest metro.

The room did not have the advertised “city view,” which was disappointing. If you’re looking for a true hotel experience, this property may not meet that expectation. The bed showed visible wear and tear, and the bathroom mirror was broken. The shower never got hot, and the room had a noticeable damp smell.

The pool area was below average, and the hot tub was out of order. Overall, the space did not feel inviting. My child, who normally loves swimming, was actually hesitant to get into the pool.

Upon arrival, I was not greeted. The receptionist simply looked at me until I initiated the conversation and said I was checking in.

I would recommend this hotel only if you expect to spend most of your time outside during your trip.

The room was very spacious and clean. The bartender and cook was great. They were wonderful to talk to. However, my wife and I stayed because of the indoor pool and hot tub. The pictures of the pool area are deceiving. The pool is very small and the water was cold. The hot tub was out of order. Once we saw the hot tub wasn’t in use, we went back to our room.

I booked this flight the night before due to the blizzard just in case we couldn’t make it back to New York. 10 hours before check in I called to inform them that due to the weather we had travel cancellations. Expedia even reached out to them to honor a refund and the denied it. They can care less about your safety, they just wanted the money. The blizzard was all across the news for the eastern coast. I was trying to make it back home to my son

Very clean, good area, $100-dollar incidental fee; went up from $60 dollars from 4 years ago. The young lady who works breakfast at the hotel restaurant in the morning is amazing and very knowledgeable. The check-in staff was not friendly.

Paid 65 dollars for mandated valet parking but he wasn’t around. Waited awhile and went to room then had to come back and find him. Was told “he’s somewhere and the only one working.” Lots of customers were unpleased. Front desk staff weren’t very friendly, had to go up twice since she didn’t know I booked two rooms. That should automatically pull up with my name. No breakfast. Won’t be staying again.

I had reserved a room with 2 queen beds, but was put in a room with one king bed. Had to share a bed with my grown daughter. Room was clean. Lobby reeked of weed every time that I went through it. When I received my bill I noticed that I was charged for 2 bottles of water even though I only used one of the bottles. $5.50 wasn't worth arguing over, but it was still not right to charge me for something that I did not use.

Hotel was roughly 2 blocks from the metro station, which was very convenient. Overall, it was not a bad experience. I gave it 3 stars because of the charge for the unused bottle of water, the weed smell in the lobby, and the fact that I reserved one type of room and was put in a different room and told that they did not have any queen rooms ready (I checked in at 9pm!).

The staff were not welcoming or helpful. Woman at front desk poorly and lazily explained valet process when checking in. At the bar we waited at least 20 minutes for drink orders to be taken and the bar was very underwhelming. Fire alarm went off all morning and no one notified us, so we rushed out the emergency exit. When we went in the lobby, the front desk people acted as if nothing was happening or out of the ordinary, I had to ask what was going on and they said its just a drill. Later in the day after the drill was over, the slipped a letter in our door notifying us of the drill... I was pretty baffled by the staff at this place, it was a poor stay overall, I'll be staying elsewhere next time I'm in DC.

Receptionist on all different shifts had attitudes. I don’t know if it was because of the weather. It was so cold. The only people that was nice was the valet and the guys in the restaurant. The furniture in the room was so old and beat up. I was double charge for my stay. And who have to pay taxes on valet so I pay $55 a day for three days plus $9.80.

Staff was amazing, welcoming and helpful. Housekeeping was also super nice! I would’ve given the 5 stars if it wasn’t for the outdated room and the noise. Not sure if it’s the ventilation system or what but there’s a constant noise even when the rooms heating /ac is off. The tv was also outdated and the screen color off and not able to adjust. King size bedroom was spacious and would look amazing with some updates.

I requested to be notified it the pool was out of order so I could look for another hotel. We only learned the pool was out of order when we arrived at the door to the pool with our two babies all decked out in swim gear. The person at the front desk told us the pool would be operational the next morning and we were welcome to extend our stay to use it in the morning but the person manning the desk the next morning curtly informed us that was something he couldn’t allow. The suite itself was clean and spacious.

The room was nice the hotel staff solomon with valet is amazing even tho i called for my car 100 times in one night he was always friendly and made me feel like VIP. Dre from the bar she was lovely great conversation, vibes all that ! She was the icing on the cake. The pool is smaller than it looks online and it is DIRTY especially the hot tub it had a layer/ film of dead skin on top of the water YUCK ! The entire stay was beautiful but idk if its a hotel practice but when checking out even tho i made sure to pay all added amenities and showed proof of payment the lady at the front desk made a scene stating i had s balance and couldn’t put my luggage in my car due to a balance that was already paid. I had to call the police because she was holding me and my car hostage and tried to embarrass me. Also, i did not see it in my room but coming off the elevator i saw the biggest roach I’ve ever seen in my life! My room was clean mrs Dawn with housekeeping was very kind and helpful. Everything was beautiful but check out awful. Location is perfect !

The hotel was centrally located in the NOMA area of DC. Right next-door is a grocery store across the street or cafés and chain coffee cafés. Next door is a coffee café as well as sandwich shops around the corner from the metro.
The room was very clean. The beds were comfortable, and the pillows were varying in firmness. The refrigerated was super cold and microwave was a little underpowered. The hallways were very clean so where the elevators the staff at the front desk were very helpful. Shout out to Herman and unfortunately did not get coworkers’s names. Do not hesitate to stay here.

The hotel has been great on both visits. Aside from a stained sheet, and a smokey hall smell on arrival this time, it offered all we needed. Metro around the corner, grocery store nearby, CVS and food options within 1-5 mins walk. Staff always helpful at the drop of a hat. Thus we made this a second visit in a year to the hotel. I'd go back any day.

Unfortunately the pool area was closed. I was very much looking fwd to using the hot tub but we were unable to do so. The breakfast area was VERY BUSY but it was a holiday weekend, so, to be expected. Service was great. The Christmas/winter decor was breathtaking, very lovely atmosphere. The staff were EXCELLENT. You hav e to use a room key in elevator and I greatly dislike that kind, but our stay was still very very nice.

I called to see about a pool and being open while there. I told what days there. Pool is open. Get there. Not open. Tell me next day 8:00am will be open. Next day not open. It's obvious don't run the heater on the pool during work week. At least be honest. Say pool weekend only. Why twice not tell the truth. Tell me pools open and will be open. If your dishonest here I assume your dishonest some where else.

The beds were super comfortable, the double queen bed rooms were the perfect size for myself and two children. The location is super convenient especially with restaurants and convenience stores just steps away. Check in was quick and simple. It’s also walking distance to union station and convenient to other area attractions. I’d absolutely use this location again.
