The apartment was just as shown on photos, clean, spacious and great view of canal. Pool was amazing, kids enjoyed it a lot.
Unfortunately the washer broke after the 1st use. Lisa at the main office tried her best to find us a new one but still issues with it before we left.

This is one of the best values in Grand Cayman—only a 2.5 block walk to 7 Mile Beach. Nice lap pool. Everyone was super friendly. Loved being able to make our own dinners. Woudl defintely stay there again.

This was our second time staying here and is the first place I've been in my life where I want to keep coming back.

The staff is responsive and quick to address any question or needs. The ground is very well kept up and clean.

It's so easy and quick to walk to the 7 mile beach. It's safe and quiet and nice to eat some meals at the condo.

The condo is very nice and clean with lovely views of the canal or pool.

Great, extra clean, resort-feel condo complex. Kid friendly pool set-up. The planning and communications prior to arrival were simply amazing and well above expectations and simply unheard of in this day and age (thank you Lisa and the team!). Nicely equipped kitchen with high end Bosch appliances and Nespresso coffee machine. It was also nice to have a few basics like paper towels, dish soap, cleaning products and salt & pepper. Missing are a couple chef knives and a better quality non-stick frying pan set (ceramic). Not sure all condos come with everything ours did but we had a large beach umbrella, quality beach towels and even an umbrella for our rainy week! Well positionned within a 10 minute walk to the beach. Overall, very good value especially when compared to other offers so close to Seven Mile Beach. We will be going back for sure!

My girlfriend and I just completed our 9 day stay here at One Canal Point. Put simply this was an exceptional location and we had a great time. Our unit was clean and right by the pool, visible from the balcony, and right by the parking lot. Gated community and we felt very safe.

Renting a car is probably the best way to do a trip here. We were able to see all sides of the island and try a few local spots that we would’ve otherwise been unable to walk to. So having the parking spot included with our stay was huge. It allowed us to plan accordingly for our excursions and not have to worry about how to get there.

The kitchen was fully equipped and allowed us to make a bunch of meals if we weren’t feeling like spending out for the day.

Also a big thank you to Lisa for her fast response time and being extremely helpful with whatever we needed. Would stay again!

Rented a 2 bedroom 1 bath for a week and had no regrets. Lisa, the host, was always responsive to my texts and was very accommodating when we requested to check in early. Great location, super clean, quiet, and well stocked kitchen, and a beautiful pool. Easy check out process. 10 mins from airport. We will definitely be returning to this property and would recommend it to others.

Excellent location. Apt is comfortable, the complex is calm and safe.
All the amenities are fairly new, the kitchen has everything you need to eat in (eating out is extremely expensive on the island). Property manager was accessible, and prompt. Balcony with a nice view of the bay.
I would rate this location 10/10.

This canal-front condo was a true vacation paradise! Its unbeatable location meant waking up to the serene sound of water, enjoying coffee on the balcony while watching birds over clear canal waters – a truly tranquil escape.
The pool was a showstopper: a stunning oasis with crystal-clear water, lush landscaping, and comfortable loungers, feeling like a private resort. We spent countless hours relaxing, swimming, and soaking up the sun, making our vacation even more memorable.
Inside, the condo was meticulously maintained and thoughtfully appointed. The well-equipped kitchen, washer and dryer and comfortable furnishings made it a welcoming space, with tasteful decor complementing the waterfront setting.
The surrounding area offered both convenience and charm, with fantastic restaurants, local attractions, and the beautiful 7 Mile Beach just a short walk or drive away.
This rental offered an incredible sense of peace and connection to the water, becoming an integral part of our trip. For a waterfront escape combining natural beauty with comfort and convenience, this condo is a must-book. We left refreshed, already dreaming of returning!

We really enjoyed our stay at One Canal Point. The apartment was beautiful on the inside, the pool and the grounds also looked awesome and were really well kept. Finally the location is great. Although you're not right on the beach, you are basically in the middle of seven mile beach and can get to many different beaches with a very short drive. Only thing to note is that the apartment didn't have an oven which was a bit of a surprise, so if you plan around that your stay should be great!

Customer service was great! Lisa the manager was awesome and it was easy to get a hold of someone outside of office times. Safe area, quiet, and clean. I’m happy we stayed here instead of a traditional hotel or resort! Very easy and short drive to the beach. We also saw people walking but you have to cross a busy street to get there.

So peaceful & quiet, with all the amenities! Kitchen was perfect. Only thing that would have added was a table and chairs, tho the counter and stools plus side table with chair worked! Toiletries were really nice, even for my sensitive skin. A few hooks to hang towels, please! We really loved this place and would definitely stay here again. Loved sitting on the balcony in the evenings. The water is so calming. Loved the gym. Felt safe! Close to beach and supermarket. Tour company picked us up at gate. Taxi app was great and really quick service! Thank you, Lisa, for being so welcoming and available whenever we had a question & for late check out!

My family of four had a wonderful stay at ONE Canal Point. The 2 bedroom condo was clean, bright and very well maintained with a lovely view of the canal. The kitchen was very well equipped. We loved that it was a short walk to 7 mile beach and very close to many restaurants. The grounds were beautiful and the pool amazing!
It would have been great to have another washroom and/or mirrors in the rooms so that we could use the bedrooms to get ready in, but we managed.

I am not the one to fill out these reviews but I really loved this place. Was traveling with an infant and they provided a pack and play and high chair. The facility is clean, quiet and perfect for small families, young couples or even single travelers. The room came with everything we needed, we were able to cook some meals and eat out for the rest. Location is also perfect because you’re 3-5 minutes drive from any beach. I would recommend anyone staying here should rent a car or anyone visiting the cayman island in general. So easy to drive around, good clean roads and easy parking. Will be back.

We had a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom condo. It was very modern and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had quality utensils, pots, dishes etc. and plenty. Often when we travel, this is not the case. The property manager Lisa made sure everything was good including having the groceries brought to the room. Thank you Lisa for making sure our stay was great!

This was one of the best places we've stayed in the Caymans, especially with young children. It's walkable to the beach, the pool has a wonderful shallow area for toddlers, and there's a great park as well on-site. Our flight got cancelled and they were able to accommodate us for an additional 4 nights with no issues. Highly recommend!

I would not hesitate to stay here again. The apartment was spotlessly clean, very comfortable, very well equipped and very quiet. The grounds were very picturesque and the facilities include a lap pool, a grmym and a barbewue area. The location is also very convenient but you will need a hire car to get around easily.

We loved our stay. The unit is clean, new, and feels luxurious. The pool was very enjoyable with comfortable chairs, the gym was more than satisfactory, and the poolside grill made cooking dinner a breeze. There are restaurants nearby, Camana Bay restaurants and grocery store just a short drive, and it was a 10-minute walk to 7 Mile Beach. The surrounding area was extremely quiet, similar to Rum Point, but much more centrally located. This was our 5th time on the island and ONE Canal Point is now our favorite place to stay!
