Had a great stay here for a week. Staff were all super friendly and helpful. The hotel is not right on the beach, but is a short walk over, not too bad. Some of the amenities, such as the spa, some restaurants, and sunset cruises are located in their sister hotel (Seafire) next door, which is a premium resort right on the beach. Our room service was prompt and was great to have for a private breakfast, but their pastry shop should be checked out for some amazing sweets. Plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas are available, but it's best to get them early (8:00 am) to secure the best spots. Bar and food service is available on the beach (nothing like having an icy pina colada brought right to your chair!). We used valet parking for our rental, and you can also self park, but we noticed the parking garage filled up to capacity sometimes, so be aware of that. Enjoy!

A perfect stay at Indigo! This place is a such a gem with super professional and attentive staff all around - beach club, breakfast service, sparkling room housekeeping, rooftop restaurant, sushi Omakase. The menus are always so creative and the chefs are routinely updating the food offerings. Hotel is so chic with perfect style, clean, making for the most restful sleep. Gardens and pools are so well maintained. It's like being in a luxury New York hotel but just foot steps away from seven mile beach. This could easily be a White Lotus hotel destination.

Check in was smooth - arrived early but able to use all hotel facilities while waiting for the room. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Room was spacious, with good views. Pool was good (separate wading pool for younger kids a nice feature). Staff very helpful in finding loungers. Bonny Moon beach club easily accessible via a short walk and likewise very helpful with lounge chairs. Drinks/food readily available and promptly delivered both pool- and beach-side. Valet parking service excellent.

The hotel was great and so was the staff. It would have been perfect if it was not for something that was outside of their control that nonetheless affected our stay. The problem was the stench that could not only be smelled everywhere outside, including the beach, but also the tap water in the hotel smelled by it. It was not clear to us what the source of this stench was, but it felt like some sewage treatment facility was not working properly. This was very unfortunate and all hotels on the Seven Mile Beach must have been affected by this without a doubt.

The hotel was clean and beautiful. You arrived to a welcoming drink and friendly staff at check-in. The room was clean and comfortable. The restaurants on site were delicious. I highly recommend the Salmon Roll at Milkberry and the espresso martini at Pom Pom. The walk to the beach is short. The hotel partners with Bonny Moon. As guest of the hotel you get to use Bonny Moon chairs and umbrellas for free. They have full service drinks and food and provide towels, outdoor showers, and clean bathrooms. Make sure to stop by the pool at hotel and grab sunscreen that is provided so you do not burn. Bonny Moon has an amazing Pina Colada and Poke bowl. I do advise getting down to beach early to grab a seat. The beach is beautiful. I highly recommend and we will be back.

While the distant ocean view was unobstructed, the beach view was non-existent. It’s a 4 minute walk across the street and through the community play area.

This is a beautiful boutique hotel! Immaculately clean. The staff was top tier. Willie was our favorite pool-side waiter. We ate at all 4 restaurants. Very Good food!

BE AWARE that this is a family friendly hotel. There were kids everywhere. The hot tub was so crowded with kids its was nearly impossible to use. At times, sitting by the pool was anything but relaxing. Kids were constantly yelling, screaming, carrying on, throwing footballs, slapping pool noodles on the water and making a ridiculous amount of noise. It felt like a Disney Cruise at times!

The so called ‘private beach’ was disappointing! The lounge chairs were lined up so tightly they were almost on top of each other. Good luck getting a beach lounger where you can see the ocean. The front row at the shoreline is mainly reserved sun couches that you pay extra for. The private beach area is tucked in between the public beach and a sun/water toy rental on one side and a sail, sea and beach excursion sales hut on the other. The swim area was tiny and crowded!

While we enjoyed our stay, I feel some adult only spaces should be available for the guests that are not traveling with their children.

I would give this hotel a 3 star cause yes hotel is nice and clean but the beach is a long walk away you either have to walk or ask hotel staff to take you to the beach. Then you have to make sure your saving a beach seat since 8am if not you won’t get a seat or you sit in the back rows . Food is a alright on the beach. Waiter Kado was very nice. Our view in our room said harbor view but it faces the traffic so you hear the cars and sirens sometimes maybe I have very high expectations cause last time I stayed at the Kimpton and that hotel is right on the beach. Think this time that’s why I was disappointed when I booked the hotel. I thought it was right on the beach. Overall, for the price, it’s not bad. The hotel was nice and clean. Staff is nice.

We had a fabulous stay in March! Property is stylish and clean, coffee shop is wonderful and staff is well trained and so nice! Even though the property isn’t on the beach, the beach is a short walk away and there is a nice playground on the way. Lounge chairs and chair service was excellent, lots of shade too. We had a 9 month old and 2.5 year old and it was so fun.

Surprised myself with how much I loved this hotel. I was unsure about it not being directly on the beach but it was so close that I didn’t mind it at all. I’ve stayed at resorts that are on the beach that have a longer walk to the sand than this did. Everyone was wonderful at resort except for the front desk. Front desk was rude & unfriendly & not helpful.

It was my first time at Grand Cayman and Hotel Indigo was the perfect place to be. The weather was the perfect getaway from the NY winter. The staff and everyone on the island were welcoming and respectful. The hotel was well maintained with beautiful amenities. The staff were attentive to our needs and always greeted us with a smile and they even remembered addressed us by our names throughout the stay. They checked in on us regularly to make sure our needs were met. We came to celebrate my mom’s birthday and they made sure to make every encounter a celebration without us even requesting it (lunch, breakfast and dinner). The beach was a short distance away (less than 10 min walk) with easy access to Bonny Moon. Sunsets at Pom Pom rooftop was breathtaking. Overall I highly recommend staying here. The island itself is very expensive but it was worth the splurge.

By 7 am all the pool chairs were spoken for even though by 11 am more than half still never had people sitting in them (some going to beach!) Disappointing that staff never dealt with that.
Food - the menus were a weird mixture. It would have been nice to have some salads and local food - jerk chicken, rice and peas, fish sandwiches.
Food was not prepared well at all. Very bland and flavourless, very expensive.
Staff were friendly and willing to help any way they could.
Beach - fabulous. Lots of chairs and towels, servers filled water glasses frequently. Amazing service. Unfortunately the food was terrible. We ordered Caesar salad - horrible, there was so much sauce it ruined it. Lobster roll heavy, greasy average at best. Keep in mind everything here is very expensive.
Unfortunately, lack of food was a problem in this area.
We found ourself going to the Westin for food.
I really wanted to like this hotel but I was disappointed. I don’t think I would ever try Indigo Resorts because of this.

Pool area lovely and they came around each day with a fruit juice sample, and afternoon snack and a cold towel.

My one complaint was the gym. The weights aren’t great, there is no cellular or wifi service and your vow is the parking lot.

Overall, I thought hotel was incredible and would for sure go back!

This was the most amazing Hotel and staff. Every detail of the decor was super cool and fun (from the couches, the umbrellas, the flooring, the art). The concierge saved me from two booking mistakes. The staff was so wonderful and friendly. The food was amazing and literally everything was made so easy - the beach had beautiful chair set up with towels and instant service - pool was the same way - there was a super cool beach shop on site. My son said it was almost too easy, he never even had to get a water once the whole trip. The location was perfect - we had beach boat pick up for private tours, scuba, jet skis, paddle boards, etc. It was the most accommodating scuba and boat experiences of my life. I loved every minute of this stay and perfect hotel!

The adds are very misleading. It is not on beach and there is a public parking lot between it and the beach which held very noisy concert until 2 AM Friday night. Could hear it even with noise cancelling headphones. It is in 7 ice beach district but not ON the beach. Picture would make you think you are on the beach. There was a beach view but between hotel and beach a road, public parking lot, kids park with jungle gym before your \"beach view\". This does not show in angle of the phots. Food mediocre. some things were quite good other were awful. It was very clean and staff were very friendly.
Room modern very little storage and extremely dimly lit--you could not read a book in the room at night and it gets dark early in Cayman No chair to sit in except at small desk and a wobbly stool. Beds were comfortable rest of the furniture not. No bathtub, only a shower Pool shut down early so could not have a hot tub later in the evening

I really liked this property. While the beach is a short 5-10 minute walk, it was not an issue for us. The pool area looked beautiful but we went to the beach. If you are looking to get away from children, this isnot the right place to come. It wouldbe a reason I would not stay at this hotel again. We travel in February to get away from families and were swarmed by kids in many places. The hotel staff is great and the food was outstanding.

Rooms facing East (Harbor View) overlook a pretty busy highway. Balcony was nice but went unused due to the noise. Room was quiet with the sliding door shut luckily. Definitely spring for the pool/ocean/ West side rooms.

The room was clean and nicely decorated. The ocean view was beautiful and the room on the fifth floor was quiet. (I requested a quiet room) The bed was comfortable. The food at all of the restaurants was delicious and excellent. Include the breakfast in your package as the breakfast buffet is excellent. The employees were friendly and worked hard. The pool was beautiful. The hotel had a very nice clientele of all ages. We were impressed that young children were well behaved. I didn't care for being so close to others on the Bonny Moon Beach but that's the way it is on some of the beaches there. I also didn't care for the Wolf Gang Puck coffee bag for coffee in the room. But I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again or recommend this hotel. I enjoyed it!

Great visit. The staff were helpful and accommodating. The food was excellent. I recommend the room service menu in particular. Valet parking is the rule, and we had our car in minutes when requesting it. We were just below the rooftop restaurant on the ninth floor, so the thump from the base could be heard a bit when they played dance music, but it wasn't overly intrusive, and it shut down by midnight. The pool is nice. We went to the beach one day, and found out it's not a good idea to hold onto the ropes marking the swimming area. You get crabs. Lots and lots of tiny crabs. Other than that, it was a great visit. I highly recommend the hotel.

To enter the beach you will need to cross the street and walk 7-8 mins. Food is better in Bonny Moon restaurant than in hotel restaurant. Nice view from the roof top or ocean view rooms which are more expensive than harbor view . They have good WiFi, mineral and regular water on every floor fountains. No shopping food stores around only store for beach items. Advising to eat dinner in restaurants located in nearby hotels like Seafire

Me and family had a great time. The guys at the beach club were the best. I forgot there names but they were all amazing. The guys in the lobby was amazing especially my friend from South Africa. The hotel is clean and really everything you need is right there. They went above and beyond making sure we were good the whole time. Even made sure our clothes was dried before we left to come home. The food was great from the poolside. I was worried about the beach being a bit far but it was perfect. The carts worked great. My only gripe was the pool was a bit cold. But when I checked it the next day it felt good. But it’s January so. Hot tub is amazing. I was on the beach most of the time. The hotel is amazing.

A beautiful hotel with excellent service from start to finish. Our room was ready upon our noon arrival, which was a wonderful and much-appreciated surprise. We were able to change into our bathing suits right away and take a pleasant, short walk to the beach. The beach bathrooms were also very clean and well maintained.

Beach service was excellent—chairs were set up for us, sunscreen was provided, and the staff was attentive and friendly, making the entire experience effortless and relaxing. The hotel staff truly stood out with their attention to detail and genuine hospitality, which made our stay feel special.

We also enjoyed the delicious miso soup at Milkberry restaurant. An added bonus is that the hotel is right next door to its sister property, Kimpton Seafire Resort + Spa, where the popular Library by the Sea bar is located. Having easy access to that experience was something we really enjoyed.

One small suggestion for improvement: the in-room safe was located on the top shelf inside the closet, which was difficult to reach. At 5’1”, it was a bit of a struggle, and a lower placement would be much more convenient.

From the moment we were greeted with cooling towels and a fruity refreshment, to the beautiful view from our balcony, the gorgeous sunset from the rooftop restaurant , Pom Pom, great service from lobby staff to get us taxis for excursions or dinner out, servers at breakfast were exceptional as well those who assisted with towels and sunscreen by the beach and pool, we couldn’t be happier. I've been to DR, bahamas, jamaica, Mexico, bermuda, florida beaches, Destin, but nothing compares to Grand Cayman 7 mile beach.I will definitely use IHG hotels for now on.The trip was so memorable with all the little things the staff did for my hubby's birthday.My only complaint was the room service dessert.The selection was only off the kids menu and it was not good at all. But other than that,i have nothing but good to say about the hotel and location.

Beautiful, clean hotel. Very friendly staff, especially Paul at the front drop off. He can tell you about anywhere you may want to go on the island.
A special shout out to Angelica at the front desk who took care of everything all hours of the day and night
