This hotel was absolutely amazing! We had a phenomenal time.

The rooms are beautiful and very clean.

The roof top bar (PomPom) is gorgeous. The staff are kind, welcoming and very helpful. Breakfast at Catalina in the hotel is great as well. If you choose outdoor seating be mindful of the roosters and grackles. They’re not too much of a bother but can be a little pesky.

The pool is amazing as well. Although, I will say if you are looking for a more adult friendly experience it may not be where you would like to spend your time. There isn’t much of a separation between the children’s pool area and the adult pool area and it is a very family friendly establishment.

The beach is beautiful. To get there you can ask the concierge to take you over, it’s across the road (less 2-3min drive). The hotel provides a free golf cart service to and from the beach at your convenience.

Once you’re on the beach, there’s free towel service and staff who can help you with food and drink orders. Seating areas are free and designated depending on what hotel you are staying in. The cabanas can be purchased for a fee. When we stayed it was the second row from the shore.

My partner and I are definitely planning another trip back real soon! Enjoy your stay friends! :)

This place was so magical the staff was exceptional and would help you with anything you ever needed on a vacation. The location is prime and close to everything you need. It has a warm welcoming feeling as soon as you enter the lobby the room rooms were kept immaculate and the food in the restaurants were spectacular. I would highly recommend hotel indigo

This place is outstanding. The staff go above and beyond to make your stay exceptional. Trust me, won’t regret staying there. The room was spacious and so clean. The bed was the most comfortable that I have slept in. It was so quiet and peaceful. The restaurant Catalina so worth it and the Pom-Pom was absolutely amazing. Please support this phenomenal establishment. It says four stars but they treat you like a 5 star. I can’t wait to go back again.

This is a mixed review. The place is very clean. The staff were really nice and attentive. The food and service were excellent. We ate at the cafe, Bonnie moon beach, Catalina and drinks at Pom Pom.
Restaurants:
Bonnie moon was decent beach food, the drinks were good and service was very attentive.
Catalina was delicious and service was 5 stars. Only complaint was the prices
Pom Pom had an amazing view and the drinks were great

Rooms were very clean and the staff did a great job of making the rooms and communicating when the do not disturb sign was on. They will make your room up to 5 pm

Hotel was very clean throughout. Both Pools were clean as well as the hot tub. Plenty of parking much of it is indoor. They have a decent gym.

The cons:
Hotel is beach adjacent. Not a very far walk and they do provide a shuttle service but it’s good to know.
There is a 75 dollar a day resort fee
They charge a refundable 1050 dollar deposit for incidentals ( this is not optional)

My main complaints
I am pretty sure I reserved a beach view and was provided a harbor view room. I asked about an upgrade (which I was willing to pay for) and was told the hotel was full. There is no way this place was full
We asked for late check out and again were told the hotel was full and could not be accommodated. We were told they could hold our bags til check out but this would not resolve our issue. Hotel seemed empty. Manager called 30 min before check out with the options. Too late.

This was a new hotel built in 2024 and it shows!!! Really nice rooms and ice machine down the hall. Room is super quiet with heavy wood doors and concrete walls because of the hurricanes in Cayman. Made it one of the most quiet rooms I’ve stayed in. Not directly on the beach but walking distance. I could care less because they have a nice pool!!!!! Taxis sit outside the hotel so travel isn’t a problem! Cost is reasonable compared to other high end hotels! I’d stay here again for sure!!!!

Just a quick review because we just checked out i will update later .but if I could give them 10 stars I would everyone at the property was outstanding from check in at front desk with chanze who was an absolute life saver to Clayton at pool all the guys at valet I apologize for not remembering names to sandy who drove us from resort to beach and everyone on beach associated with the resort. They turned what started as a horrible experience at the 1st hotel we checked into the day before and had to literally run out of in the middle of the following morning into a vacation experience that we won't soon forget. And to this my family says THANK YOU and can't wait to come back

Beautiful property close to beach. Borrowed bicycles free of charge and enjoyed riding around the area. Participated in Pilates and Yoga classes. Always found parking in the parking garage. Coffee & pastry shop was nice. Pool and Hot tub were clean and not crowded. We had a nice ocean view from our 7th floor room.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Indigo in Grand Cayman. The service was exceptional throughout every department (front desk, restaurants, pool, housekeeping). The staff were friendly, attentive and professional. I can’t say enough about the service.
The rooms were clean and we had a beautiful view of the ocean. It is important to note that this property isn’t directly on the beach, but it’s an easy 3-4 minute walk to the beach.
The pool was beautiful and the pool staff were incredible. They took care of our every need and we spend a lot of time pool side.
There are a lot of small children and families at this pool/hotel which might be a decision making factor for some people.
The Pom Pom rooftop restaurant was exceptional and the views are amazing.
The only downside is the short distance from the ocean, but the fact that this hotel is much more affordable than the Seafire (sister hotel) makes it worth it. I highly recommend this property.

The wonderful staff members make Hotel Indigo stand out. Everyone was so helpful and friendly, especially Angelina at the front desk, valets, restaurant and bar staff.
It really wasn’t a problem that the hotel is set back from the beach. Our room (double one bedroom suite) was very spacious and had a great view and a wrap around corner balcony. Hotel guests have access to the Bonny Moon beach club which is directly across the street and has beachfront chairs and very attentive bar/food service. The room and public spaces are beautifully decorated and well kept.
We hope to be back again soon!

Would highly recommend this property. It has beautiful landscaping and is exceptionally clean. The entire staff was friendly and we never had one bad interaction. There are multiple restaurants on property which were very good, but we also walked to some as well as utilized a taxi. The beach is a short walk across the street and the amenities at the beach are top notch. You have to take another form of payment for purchases at the beach such as food and drinks, but the resort does inform you of this at check in. I would book this resort again without hesitation.

We had a great one-week stay at Indigo. The property is very clean and modern and the staff were amazing! The Bonny Moon Beach Club has everything you need for a day at the beach: sun loungers, umbrellas, towels, cold drinks, sunscreen and friendly service. The location is perfect and the proximity to the Kimpton Seafire is nice if you want to explore the sister property's restaurants, etc.. All of the restaurants at Indigo were VERY good: a nice variety of cuisine and excellent service. The pool was nice and clean and not too crowded. Truly a great experience at Indigo!
Pro tip: don't miss the Pina Colada at Coccoloba Bar

Had a great stay here for a week. Staff were all super friendly and helpful. The hotel is not right on the beach, but is a short walk over, not too bad. Some of the amenities, such as the spa, some restaurants, and sunset cruises are located in their sister hotel (Seafire) next door, which is a premium resort right on the beach. Our room service was prompt and was great to have for a private breakfast, but their pastry shop should be checked out for some amazing sweets. Plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas are available, but it's best to get them early (8:00 am) to secure the best spots. Bar and food service is available on the beach (nothing like having an icy pina colada brought right to your chair!). We used valet parking for our rental, and you can also self park, but we noticed the parking garage filled up to capacity sometimes, so be aware of that. Enjoy!

A perfect stay at Indigo! This place is a such a gem with super professional and attentive staff all around - beach club, breakfast service, sparkling room housekeeping, rooftop restaurant, sushi Omakase. The menus are always so creative and the chefs are routinely updating the food offerings. Hotel is so chic with perfect style, clean, making for the most restful sleep. Gardens and pools are so well maintained. It's like being in a luxury New York hotel but just foot steps away from seven mile beach. This could easily be a White Lotus hotel destination.

Check in was smooth - arrived early but able to use all hotel facilities while waiting for the room. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Room was spacious, with good views. Pool was good (separate wading pool for younger kids a nice feature). Staff very helpful in finding loungers. Bonny Moon beach club easily accessible via a short walk and likewise very helpful with lounge chairs. Drinks/food readily available and promptly delivered both pool- and beach-side. Valet parking service excellent.

The hotel was great and so was the staff. It would have been perfect if it was not for something that was outside of their control that nonetheless affected our stay. The problem was the stench that could not only be smelled everywhere outside, including the beach, but also the tap water in the hotel smelled by it. It was not clear to us what the source of this stench was, but it felt like some sewage treatment facility was not working properly. This was very unfortunate and all hotels on the Seven Mile Beach must have been affected by this without a doubt.

The hotel was clean and beautiful. You arrived to a welcoming drink and friendly staff at check-in. The room was clean and comfortable. The restaurants on site were delicious. I highly recommend the Salmon Roll at Milkberry and the espresso martini at Pom Pom. The walk to the beach is short. The hotel partners with Bonny Moon. As guest of the hotel you get to use Bonny Moon chairs and umbrellas for free. They have full service drinks and food and provide towels, outdoor showers, and clean bathrooms. Make sure to stop by the pool at hotel and grab sunscreen that is provided so you do not burn. Bonny Moon has an amazing Pina Colada and Poke bowl. I do advise getting down to beach early to grab a seat. The beach is beautiful. I highly recommend and we will be back.

While the distant ocean view was unobstructed, the beach view was non-existent. It’s a 4 minute walk across the street and through the community play area.

This is a beautiful boutique hotel! Immaculately clean. The staff was top tier. Willie was our favorite pool-side waiter. We ate at all 4 restaurants. Very Good food!

BE AWARE that this is a family friendly hotel. There were kids everywhere. The hot tub was so crowded with kids its was nearly impossible to use. At times, sitting by the pool was anything but relaxing. Kids were constantly yelling, screaming, carrying on, throwing footballs, slapping pool noodles on the water and making a ridiculous amount of noise. It felt like a Disney Cruise at times!

The so called ‘private beach’ was disappointing! The lounge chairs were lined up so tightly they were almost on top of each other. Good luck getting a beach lounger where you can see the ocean. The front row at the shoreline is mainly reserved sun couches that you pay extra for. The private beach area is tucked in between the public beach and a sun/water toy rental on one side and a sail, sea and beach excursion sales hut on the other. The swim area was tiny and crowded!

While we enjoyed our stay, I feel some adult only spaces should be available for the guests that are not traveling with their children.

I would give this hotel a 3 star cause yes hotel is nice and clean but the beach is a long walk away you either have to walk or ask hotel staff to take you to the beach. Then you have to make sure your saving a beach seat since 8am if not you won’t get a seat or you sit in the back rows . Food is a alright on the beach. Waiter Kado was very nice. Our view in our room said harbor view but it faces the traffic so you hear the cars and sirens sometimes maybe I have very high expectations cause last time I stayed at the Kimpton and that hotel is right on the beach. Think this time that’s why I was disappointed when I booked the hotel. I thought it was right on the beach. Overall, for the price, it’s not bad. The hotel was nice and clean. Staff is nice.

We had a fabulous stay in March! Property is stylish and clean, coffee shop is wonderful and staff is well trained and so nice! Even though the property isn’t on the beach, the beach is a short walk away and there is a nice playground on the way. Lounge chairs and chair service was excellent, lots of shade too. We had a 9 month old and 2.5 year old and it was so fun.

Surprised myself with how much I loved this hotel. I was unsure about it not being directly on the beach but it was so close that I didn’t mind it at all. I’ve stayed at resorts that are on the beach that have a longer walk to the sand than this did. Everyone was wonderful at resort except for the front desk. It was my first time at Grand Cayman and Hotel Indigo was the perfect place to be. The weather was the perfect getaway from the NY winter. The staff and everyone on the island were welcoming and respectful. The hotel was well maintained with beautiful amenities. The staff were attentive to our needs and always greeted us with a smile and they even remembered addressed us by our names throughout the stay. They checked in on us regularly to make sure our needs were met. We came to celebrate my mom’s birthday and they made sure to make every encounter a celebration without us even requesting it (lunch, breakfast and dinner). The beach was a short distance away (less than 10 min walk) with easy access to Bonny Moon. Sunsets at Pom Pom rooftop was breathtaking. Overall I highly recommend staying here. The island itself is very expensive but it was worth the splurge.

By 7 am all the pool chairs were spoken for even though by 11 am more than half still never had people sitting in them (some going to beach!) Disappointing that staff never dealt with that.
Food - the menus were a weird mixture. It would have been nice to have some salads and local food - jerk chicken, rice and peas, fish sandwiches.
Food was not prepared well at all. Very bland and flavourless, very expensive.
Staff were friendly and willing to help any way they could.
Beach - fabulous. Lots of chairs and towels, servers filled water glasses frequently. Amazing service. Unfortunately the food was terrible. We ordered Caesar salad - horrible, there was so much sauce it ruined it. Lobster roll heavy, greasy average at best. Keep in mind everything here is very expensive.
Unfortunately, lack of food was a problem in this area.
We found ourself going to the Westin for food.
I really wanted to like this hotel but I was disappointed. I don’t think I would ever try Indigo Resorts because of this.

Pool area lovely and they came around each day with a fruit juice sample, and afternoon snack and a cold towel.

My one complaint was the gym. The weights aren’t great, there is no cellular or wifi service and your vow is the parking lot.

Overall, I thought hotel was incredible and would for sure go back!

This was the most amazing Hotel and staff. Every detail of the decor was super cool and fun (from the couches, the umbrellas, the flooring, the art). The concierge saved me from two booking mistakes. The staff was so wonderful and friendly. The food was amazing and literally everything was made so easy - the beach had beautiful chair set up with towels and instant service - pool was the same way - there was a super cool beach shop on site. My son said it was almost too easy, he never even had to get a water once the whole trip. The location was perfect - we had beach boat pick up for private tours, scuba, jet skis, paddle boards, etc. It was the most accommodating scuba and boat experiences of my life. I loved every minute of this stay and perfect hotel!

The adds are very misleading. It is not on beach and there is a public parking lot between it and the beach which held very noisy concert until 2 AM Friday night. Could hear it even with noise cancelling headphones. It is in 7 ice beach district but not ON the beach. Picture would make you think you are on the beach. There was a beach view but between hotel and beach a road, public parking lot, kids park with jungle gym before your \"beach view\". This does not show in angle of the phots. Food mediocre. some things were quite good other were awful. It was very clean and staff were very friendly.
Room modern very little storage and extremely dimly lit--you could not read a book in the room at night and it gets dark early in Cayman No chair to sit in except at small desk and a wobbly stool. Beds were comfortable rest of the furniture not. No bathtub, only a shower Pool shut down early so could not have a hot tub later in the evening

I really liked this property. While the beach is a short 5-10 minute walk, it was not an issue for us. The pool area looked beautiful but we went to the beach. If you are looking to get away from children, this isnot the right place to come. It wouldbe a reason I would not stay at this hotel again. We travel in February to get away from families and were swarmed by kids in many places. The hotel staff is great and the food was outstanding.

Beautiful hotel and grounds. Staff could not have been any more pleasant! From the front desk to the housekeeping staff. Thank you.
Rooms facing East (Harbor View) overlook a pretty busy highway. Balcony was nice but went unused due to the noise. Room was quiet with the sliding door shut luckily. Definitely spring for the pool/ocean/ West side rooms.
