I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at cobalt for those and will definitely be back each month as I come down for medical treatment. Staff made my stay great! Very attentive and helpful they were. The facilities were clean and provided exactly what I needed to relax and unwind. Thank you all!

To relax and get away from it all I highly recommend Cobalt Coast Resort!

I like the quiet location of this place. The pool and hot tub is really nice. You can jump into the water from the pier which is really nice. The bar and food are excellent. They were remodeling when we were there and our room wasn't quite put together, but they sorted it out with us an all was well.

The resort is in a great location- we rented a car so we were within minutes driving distance to supermarket, restaurants, tourist attractions (about 15-20 mins to downtown). Having a car is recommended, as everything may be a bit too far for walking. The neighborhood of the hotel felt safe. There is a very small beach area with lounge chairs and umbrellas but you can't go in the water because it's very rocky. We had the standard king room with no view and it was right next to restaurant kitchen (room 104)- not ideal for light sleepers or those that want a more \"luxurious feel\", you may hear restaurant crew talking and moving furniture outside the room late night. Otherwise room was clean and had essentials. Staff were nice overall. Food at the restaurant at the hotel was okay but a bit pricey.

Resort is remote (more for divers). Besides resort restaurant/bar any other restaurant/bar/shopping is at least 10-15 drive away. Room had issues (broken widow, problematic A/C, dangerous shower), owner admitted that room was to be renovated but they rented away. After 48 hours, and complaining, moved to a renovated room with a non-function bathroom vent fan. It was obvious the resort was trying to renovate rooms/ground while renting to customers. No 24/7 resort Manager/supervisor/person on the resort grounds. The restaurant, not owned by the resort, was very good but with a very limited menu and pricey. The restaurant staff was very friendly and helpful, the resort staff not so much. Only real perk about booking this resort is that there is a dive shop there if you want to go diving and you get free use of the snorkeling equipment with stay at the resort

Room issues and no one to talk with to solve. The reception is more like a work storage space and we needed towels, we had a week stay and it was difficult for towels, toilet paper.. NO Microwave . No help with pillow as it was hard and I asked for anything softer and answer was no sorry that they have no spare anything, Asked for blanket too, and no help . I will not go back. Restaurant - separate business was good food and service. The POOL was not fun as your sitting in front of people dining and the Pic is not true to the experience, as the restaurant takes more space than the images show for lounge chairs. there is no where to really walk into the water, and the pier was closed 90% of time , as dive shop removed the planks. WE went to dive - and decided to go to different shop with our car as the Dive center staff was not real keen on staying on top of our already booked dives. We rented a car and went down the road to Dive.

Shower only had stick on shower tray for shampoo and body wash which would unstick and fall off. Very ghetto. Hotel needs to drill and screw in the shower tray so it doesn't fall off. Room was not very clean. Floor had some dirt and debri. There were no trash bins in bedroom. Nobody texting back when i try to confirm check out on weekend. Also it would be nice to have few tea bags in room. Dogs barking waking us up at 600am in morning.

We did not enjoy our stay. We booked a deluxe room expecting the advertised amenities, but many were broken or unavailable.

The bathtub leaked badly and did not work, forcing us to use all our towels. Because we arrived Saturday night and reception is closed on Sundays, we had no towels to use the next day. There were also no trash bags, so our waste sat in the room until staff returned and we requested removal.

For most of our five night stay, the shower had cold water and very low pressure. We only had hot water toward the end. A plumber was sent the night before our stay ended and told us the tub and shower were not installed properly. The tub remained broken the entire stay.

The adjoining room door offered zero privacy. There was no smoke detector, no housekeeping, and the welcome drink advertised was not provided. We were also told we could not open a tab at the restaurant despite the in room menu stating otherwise.

A staff member walked into our room while we were sleeping. The curtain rod was broken, there was no safe, and although some issues were eventually addressed, it took repeated nudging and were only resolved halfway through or near the end of our stay. The dock, one of the main reasons we booked, was inaccessible.

This was not a hotel experience and felt like a glorified Airbnb at a much higher price. We documented everything and believe future guests deserve transparency.

Everything was great. I was unlucky and got bad weather so the pier wasn’t accessible and there were no chairs on the beach. Other than that, everything was great.

The only downside was that the front desk was hard to reach even during opening hours.

Great hotel, with beautiful views. I will say we had an epic fight for towels though and we didn’t see on single staff member the entire stay (over a weekend). If you’re more on the expectant side, I suggest a different location. That being said, I’d go again in heartbeat but I’d bring another towel.

There was a few issues with the room- WiFi connection was awful. There is no elevator for when you are checking in so be prepared to carry your bags up the stairs. I did bring my complaints forward and got a positive response. (New Room) The location of the hotel was perfect for us. Overall- the place did its job for sleep and shower. If I come back to Grand Cayman- I would not stay here.

This is a beautiful resort. It’s a quiet area within this neighbourhood. The staff are helpful. It’s a 10 minute walk to catch the local bus which cost $2 per trip to go into town and to the beaches. The drivers are very helpful. I highly recommend taking the bus. It’s a really nice ride into town.
There is a really nice trail that takes you by the cemetery and the local neighbourhood. I love walking here in the morning. This is a shorter walk to the bus stop too. Just wear sturdy shoes since you are walking in the sand and rocks on the beach.

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to formally complain about the extremely poor experience I had during my stay at your hotel.

Upon arrival, the room provided was not clean and was clearly not prepared for guests. This was unacceptable and caused immediate discomfort. In addition, there was a complete lack of customer service. My concerns were ignored, and staff showed no interest in resolving the situation or offering any assistance.

Despite raising these issues, no action was taken, and I felt completely disregarded as a customer. This level of service does not meet basic hospitality standards and is very disappointing.

I expect Expedia will not include this hotel in their offer.

The positive points: This is a beautiful hotel with excellent views of the ocean! The nova restaurant has amazing food and the weight staff is very friendly and a tentative. They will be happy to give you recommendations of what to do around the island. The rooms come with a coffee maker, sink and basic kitchen essentials. The bathtub is huge!

The little beach area in front of the hotel has really comfy beds and umbrellas. But there’s no beach access to the water because it’s rocky. However, there is a dock with a ladder that you can use. The pool and the hot tub are also amazing!!

Things to know:
-when we checked in, there was no one manning the reception. You will be asked to download WhatsApp if you don’t already have it and call a number where they will send you a code to the room lock.
-you must ask to have your room cleaned. We didn’t know this until the third day. We asked on the third day and were disappointed that they did come. I texted again and finally on the fourth day we got fresh towels and our room cleaned.
-We did not drink the tapwater, but the wait will be happy to fill up your water bottles from the bars filtered water.
-there is an amazing restaurant on site called Nova. The wait staff is awesome and the food is delicious but it did cost US$104 for two hamburgers and one glass of wine.

Overall, this is an awesome place to stay is off the beaten path from several mile Beach, but not far to get to some good snorkeling sites.

The hotel was reasonably priced, cute and the restaurant onsite was a nice bonus. Unfortunately there was no staff on site past 5pm and sometimes earlier. Beach and regular towel service was hard to come by and they typically ran out of towels in the morning. Staff was courteous. Beware of extremely thin walls, if you have rowdy guests next door, you will hear everything! I would recommend for the beautiful grounds however room could use some repair in some areas. Overall, nice hotel, will need a car.

Room was very clean but please note:
Our mattress was two twin mattresses pushed together.
Room is [#104] situated next to the bar seating. Sound was 90% muffled after hours, but not quite.
Office hours are limited, so you may arrive outside open hours.
Restaurant is fabulous, but not connected with the hotel. Views are terrific and hotel is in ideal area gor privacy, but you'll definiteky want a rental car.

The property manager was on-site on an irratic schedule. Property manager was not on-site when I arrived although she was scheduled to be on-site until 5P; I arrived around 4P. The electronic lock on the door to the room had to be reporgrammed from the code provided in a text message to me. Overall, if it weren't for the wonderful staff of the adjoining restaraunt I would have rated my stay far worse.

I highly recommend Cobalt Coast to both visitors and residents. I was pleasantly surprised when the manager, Poppy, upgraded my booking to an ocean view with a balcony for my birthday weekend — such a thoughtful touch!

From the smooth check-in process to the care taken in ensuring the room was just right, every detail made the experience feel personal and relaxing.

Poppy, was incredibly gracious, attentive, and approachable, and made herself available throughout my stay in case anything was needed. The peaceful grounds and stunning views added to the charm, and the on-site restaurant, Nova, was excellent as expected.

The whole weekend felt like a dream — exactly the kind of birthday escape I needed. Thank you to the staff and management for making it so special!

The room was very clean, well-decorated, had a king bed that was plush and comfortable, tall ceilings, airy, equipped with mini fridge, spacious closet, small dinner table, smart TV, smart door lock, room safe, bathroom amenities/toiletries, the bathroom was huge and very clean.
