I definitely would NOT recommend this ‘resort’. It is advertised as a ‘resort’, this place is nothing even close to a resort!! We stayed in a room but was switched to a camper due to someone ‘smoking’ next door. There was an uninvited rodent in our camper, either a mouse or rat. I cut my foot on the cracked shower floor. The staff is aware of all 3 issues and somehow has no recollection of any complaints on our stay. When confronted w pics of the camper they did not acknowledge at all and would not offer any sort of compensation for our horrible stay. Luckily Expedia came through for us after hours of explaining the situation. False advertising, rodents, and a property that has not been maintained.

The room we had was ok but close to the road so very loud. We also had a connected room to someone that was loud fighting and sitting right outside our beds until late at night. If you stay get a cabin closer to the water and not connected to any other. Not the resorts fault but just be aware.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Property is quiet and comfortable while still being nearby many restaurants and activities.
We took advantage of the complimentary kayaks and bikes which was a blast. All the statues of the various animals (and even a dinosaur!) made for some fun photo opportunities. The cottage we stayed in was cozy and clean. Our 2 night stay here was not long enough, we definitely plan to return. This place is a gem!

From check in to check out the staff here was super friendly, welcoming, and informative. Thank you for such a wonderful stay! 💗

These Keys properties are unique. The whole atmosphere is relaxing. Stepping out of your little cabin to the bay in the morning is wonderful. Plenty of sunbeds and shade for hot days. Easy access to the water and calm swimming. Canoes and paddle boards. Staff here are very pleasant and helpful. Easy walk to local restaurants, two with sunset views. Cabin was well equipped and good aircon.

The room was small but cozy. Find out where your cottage is situated before booking. Ours turned out to be right off the main road. A lot of vehicle noise.
The \"breakfast\" advertised is nothing but coffee, orange juice and assorted packaged doughnuts and snack cakes.
Our toilet didn't flush well so instead of having them mess with it we bought a bucket from The Dollar Tree and filled it up and poured it in to flush.
The ground are beautiful and filled with assorted fake animals.
Nice small beach and dock with plenty of shady places to sit

Quaint little resort within walking distance to a few restaurants and a CVS with packaged donuts, danishes and coffee for breakfast. Gulf of America beachfront access with lounge chairs and a dock. I don’t recommend a boat bigger than 20’, it’s a tight turn to back down the sand ramp and there’s no electricity or water on the dock to rinse your boat or to flush the engine. We were wishing the was a pool, but otherwise, the cottages were very nice with full size appliances and tall ceilings.

If you are looking for a little slice of paradise to unwind this is it! We stayed for 3 nights with our two kids (3.5 & 1.5) they loved going down to the beach everyday and playing in the water. Great central location to some awesome restaurants. Couldn’t of asked for a better spot to chill out with our family

We had a great time enjoying sunrises and subsets. Perfect location for both.
Friendly staff.
Took advantage of hammocks and they also offer stand up paddle boards and kayaks.
Looking forward to returning.
Only small disappointment , I didn’t realize room was close to main highway.
Next time.. I’ll pick a room closer to water.
Property is quaint and relaxing and close to restaurants, supermarket, retail stores etc.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The only downfall was we couldn’t get the tv to work. The breakfast could have been a lil more variety, but nice to have a lil something. The beach area was nice and clean and having kayaks and paddle boards to use was definitely a plus. You are super convenient to a few good restaurants that you could easily walk to. Overall, great place and we will definitely come again

I love the little cottages. Mine was perfect for myself and my Dog. Staff were very nice and quick to help out. It was so laid back, others that were staying there were also very nice and friendly. I had a bit of culture shock going back to Miami, with its aggressive drivers and toxic behaviors. I will definitely be staying there again.

Very clean, cute little street of cottages, hammocks, places to sit and chill, nice small beach area with layout chairs and tikis for shade, you can buy ice or do laundry and free coffee, juice and packaged sweets for breakfast. We had the sweetest girl that helped us a lot and was very patient with us while we tried to figure out the paddle boards and kayaks on site. Only suggestions are to put hooks to hang beach towels/swimsuits in cottages, make sure paddle boards are usable because they didn’t have fins so weren’t able to use, add a hot tub, and healthier options for breakfast like yogurts.

A fantastic find. Perfect little beach with paddle boards and kayaks to use for free. Very chilled place with cute accommodation which was kept clean. A great view of the sunset and a lovely bar / restaurant next door to watch the sunset.
Kimberley at reception was so helpful when our hire car wouldn’t start and the other lady at reception was lovely too. We would definitely return if we are ever in the US again.

This place is very unique! I loved the colorful cottages right on the beach! The historical site took me back to the 70s! The bed was really comfortable and the room was clean. Walking distance to many restaurants.Also, enjoyed the free kayak/paddle boards for paddling around the bay!

The property was good. Our cottage (8) was next to the road, and was very noisy at night w/ traffic. If you stay closer to the water, it probably feels more like a getaway.
Breakfast is nice to offer...very basic. Juice, coffee, tea, and packaged pastries.
The best part of the stay was taking a SUP out on the water for free. Very fun!
I was a little annoyed at the policy that we could not remain on property at all after checkout...despite coming in quite late.
On Key Largo, not many nice public beaches, so this is a good option if you find a decent priced cottage.

We stayed in Cottage 3, and absolutely loved it. It was well kept, clean, and comfortable. The property is very convenient, with the beach, office, and cottages all easy to walk to from any point on the property within a minute. The staff was kind and helpful, and the light breakfast was a nice touch. Highly recommend staying here.

The beach area was the best part! No hot water at the kitchen sink or bathroom sink…thankfully the water did get hot in the shower. There needs to be more hooks/pegs for clothes & towels. A coffee table would also be nice. The bedding and bath towels were nice quality. The pastry’s they offer for breakfast are cheap Hostess-type prepackaged snacks. The place was very convenient for taking our dog out and the Bayside Grill (next door, walkable) has a great dog-friendly area.

Location was superb. Idyllic beach to watch the sunset and chill. Stayed in Hideaway which was small but functional for the night and let's face it, who wants to stay indoors with a location like this. Friendly helpful staff. Will be back.

This was a great place to stay. It was quiet and had some great amenities. Lots of good restaurants nearby and the rooms / cabins are spaced apart for privacy. If we ever go back to Key Largo, this will be where we stay again!

Staff was very helpful. Room was nice, clean, and stocked with everything we could need. Beach area was nice, plenty of chairs. Only disappointment was the advertised breakfast, there was coffee and orange juice and a basket of prepackaged muffins, and cinnamon buns. That was all offered was not a big deal as our cottage had refrigerator and microwave so stocked up on some morning food.

The resort and our room was very clean. The beach was freshly raked and chairs all neat every morning. We stayed in the paradise cottage which was a bit of an awkward of a layout. One twin bed was on the back side of the bathroom and there was a thin curtain that hung between the bed and bathroom. It'd be nice if there was a better door into the bathroom. The kitchen only had small cookie sheet for bake ware for the oven. We ended up having to buy a pan to cook things in. Otherwise the views are priceless.

Great place to stay - highly recommend! Very clean cottage, nice little kitchen and porch. Comfortable beds, quiet and slept all night. Beach was awesome and even nicer than shown in photos. Amenities like bikes and kayaks were very much appreciated and we loved getting to get out to bike and kayak most days. Great dining options within walking distance, some right next door. Staff was super helpful and friendly. 10/10, will be back!
