Lots of good restaurants within easy walking distance. There is a small but nice beach (unlike the adjacent Marriott that has no beach). Watch out for rocks and a protruding pipe in the water though. Our grandsons loved playing in the waves.

The cleaning staff was phenomenal. Groundskeepers do amazing! Everyone was very friendly. The room was clean, comfortable and the ice maker works great!!!! The condo was excellent! Very spacious, clean, and accommodating. The view was amazing and the beach was pristine with white sands. Peppers Grill, Coconut Joe’s, Craft’s, and Scoops were within 30seconds to 1 minute walking distance from the condo!!! We enjoyed our stay.

The property is very conveniently located to Camana Bay and local restaurants. If you like to do long beach walks, you can’t do them from this property as a neighbouring property juts out in to the water making a long walk along 7 mile beach walk impossible without swimming around the obstruction

The apartment was cleaned, nice decorated and with all stuff you will need for your stayed. Beautiful view from balcony. I read some reviews regarding that there was not beach access due to the sea tide but fortunately we don't have this issue and could enjoy the beach at the property that was just steps from the apartment, although the best beach area on 7 mile beach is the one between Westin and Ritz Carlton and Governor's beach.

Condo is very spacious, clean & comfortable. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash is provided. If you have thick/course hair, bring your own hair products.
Only thing missing is a hot tub for those windy November nights.
Walk out of the back patio and 30 seconds you’re at the beach/ocean front. The beach is small but plenty of space and chairs. A storm came the last night causing the water to rise and cover the beach area. Pool is lighted. Great ambience.
Restaurants across the street and a 4 minute walk to the left or right of the property.
The walking path to Camana Bay is across the street to the left. It’s a modern strip mall shopping / eating area.
Plenty of towels and wash clothes.
Perfect location. Beautiful property. I would stay again.

We stayed here the third week of August, which is considered slow season on the island. The complex was quiet, with just a few other guests around besides our group. The 3-bedroom apartment was spacious and well equipped, especially the kitchen, we did plenty of cooking to save on dining out. Having a washer and dryer on site was also a big plus.

The location is very convenient, with restaurants, a liquor store, and shops within walking distance. We also discovered a nearby pathway that leads to Camana Bay. Transportation was easy, taxis knew the place right away, and buses were accessible from the main street.

That said, this is a condo complex, not a resort. Don’t expect a tiki bar, organized activities, or much of a social scene. While the residents were fine, I did sometimes feel like we were blending more into a residential setting than a vacation one. Whether that’s a positive or negative really depends on what kind of experience you’re looking for.

Honestly no complaints. Cayman government really needs to invest in strengthening up the beach and shoreline. Only had about 30 foot like beach at property with about 10ft until you hit water. Area is very busy during the day, crazy traffic. If you are considering this place, I would also suggest you look at Rum Pointe, when we visited, it was much quieter and more lowkey.

Excellent communication with property manager on any questions asked. Even though beach eroded, due to uncontrollable mother nature, actually really enjoyed walking right out of beach to chair loungers!

My family of 4 stayed at Regal Beach Club for a full week. The condo was clean, comfortable, conveniently located in 7MB. Our adult kids enjoyed the pool and beach, even if it was a bit small (Mother Nature). You can go to other public beaches if you want more beachfront, but you will also deal with more people. We found our area of 7MB to be quiet, uncrowded, and the relaxing getaway we wanted. I really appreciated the starter supplies of toiletries, laundry detergent, tissues/TP/paper towels, trash bags, etc. The kitchen appliances and condo furnishings were very good quality. I wish the pot and pan handles were a little better (some were loose) and the mattresses a bit more firm, but other than that, I found RBC to be a great place to stay. Amy in the office was a great ambassador for the property and island activities, providing us with suggestions, helpful tips, and a map with hand-drawn notes to help us navigate our way. She is definitely one of the many reasons we recommend RBC and hope to return soon!

We were pleasantly surprised with the property. We were worried there wouldn’t be any beach but we had the best beach in our area. We went up to the public beach and found the regal beach to be cleaner (but smaller) never had to wait for a beach chair and kids enjoyed jumping between the beach and the pool.

We were very pleasantly surprised with how much we loved this property!! My husband and I stayed in February and it was wonderful! There is a small beach, which was plenty and not crowded at all. We walked in the water and on the shoreline down Seven Mile Beach and we felt super spoiled because the further north we went, the more crowded it was. I preferred our resort to the others. The sunsets were gorgeous from the property, and food and icecream was within walking distance. Our condo was clean and felt upscale. I was SO HAPPY that they gave us ice in the freezer and that the pots and pans were of good quality. The condo felt bigger than the photos. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We could not speak more highly of our stay at the Regal Beach Club. We loved Amy who managed the rental. She is one of the kindest and pretty darn cool people we have met! She gave us the best recommendations for our stay and we are so happy we followed them! The grounds are pristine and well manicured. They have the sweetest security guys who even offered to help with luggage when we arrived.
While they unfortunately don’t have tons of beach left, we didn’t mind one bit- they have a great pool and have a handful of chairs they take to the sand each morning. We rented a car and drove around the island; our unit had beach chairs which was awesome to visit the beaches.
All around fantastic location. 5 Stars :)

Fantastic location! Easily walkable to Camana Bay and a number of local restaurants. The pool was a good size, and the daily house keeping (except Sunday) was greatly appreciated.

The only downside is that the beach is a little small right in front of the property, but we had very nice sandy beach each day we were there (March 2025).

Individual condo units. Clean, modern, comfortable. Some ocean view Nice pool. Parking OK. Good restaurants around. Disadvantages: 3 story walk-up. Currently not much beach (due to huricane.) Much better beach farther north on 7 mile beach. Walking on the beach here involves some wading.

The unit we stay in needs to be updated. The towels felt like sandpaper. They also need to do a bett job of cleaning the unit. We have stay on the property before and the unit we were in was wonderful.

Great Cayman Stay

A nice apartment with everything you need, central to most things though note that its no longer on 7 Mile Beach stretch you have to go onto the road to get to the main section which was no issue. Plenty of parking, friendly staff.

For our family of five the location was great. We love the ribs at Peppers which is directly across the street. It’s a great boutique condominium. This is our second trip. The first was in March 2024, and now again in January 2025.

We liked the condo, it was large enough and clean. Staff was friendly, location was walking distance to local restaurants. Also red sail sports is next door at the Marriott. Easy parking for car that we used to visit a few snorkel spots on the island.

This was a last minute booking due to hurricane milton. This place was great. They accommodated an early check in. Check in was easy. Kitchen had everything we needed. Plenty of towels. Very sweet security guard on the property. Would stay again.

Beautiful and well stocked accommodations. Easily access the beach. Short walk from many dining options. Amy our host was very helpful with tips about the Caymans. We were fortunate in that our host was able to accommodate an early check in especially after a red eye flight. Kitchen had everything needed to make a meal. Plenty of towels, washer and dryer a big plus. Went home with clean clothes. Fantastic trip!!!!!!

We had a good time on vacation in grand cayman. We stayed here with our two grown daughters and the place was clean and sufficiently ample. Also the condo was well stocked with paper products and linens and the drinking water from the fridge was great! They had loaned us beach chairs and pool noodles which we were glad for. Good communication prior to arrival. We were a little disappointed to find that the beach is no longer existent at all. However we could still enjoy the ocean and view from the pool deck- without getting sandy! We enjoyed chatting with Clyde the security guy. We felt safe and the stay was a good value. I was glad we had rented a car so we could get around easily. We enjoyed governors beach, and a great excursion to see the stingrays and starfish.

There is no beach at the property, but you can still snorkel. The units and pool were clean and nice. The gym is extremely small and the one treadmill there was not working. I told the repair man several days in a row but it was never fixed. But, overall it was a very nice property. Rent a car so you can drive to the public beach.

Everything about Regal Beach Club exceeded expectations. The unit had everything we needed. The staff was all so welcoming and Amy was wonderful. We will certainly be back. It was well located with plenty of options for shopping, dining and recreation. The only advice I have -the gym is small and we didn’t find any tennis rackets -so bring your own. There was a great gym nearby that sold week passes. We also had trouble finding a good place to run but eventually found Camana Bay Area with good running. Fantastic place to stay. Thank you Amy!

The people on the property were very nice, However, there really is no beach. And there isn't a way to access the rest of Seven Mile Beach from the condo beach area. You need to go out on the sidewalk and walk or drive to another beach. We paid a cab to take us and our chairs to Governor's Beach. The next day, we paid a cab and rented a cabana at the Westin. Added expenses we didn't expect to have to pay.

Great reasonable place to stay

This was our second year staying in the same unit and was excellent again. The condo is spacious and clean and the screen porch is so nice. The beds are very comfortable. Unfortunately there is no more space on the beach for lounge chairs but sitting by the pool was fine. Great location for watching amazing sunsets. Will come back again

Our property manager, Amy, was excellent! She made sure that we had everything we needed from dishwashing packs to clothes detergent packs to extra beach /bath towels. She was very responsive via communication via texts and WhatsApp. The condo was very nice and spacious and we were able to make our meals and has everything we needed as for pots and pans. We brought our own spices and seasoning for cooking. We would come back!

The location of the property was great. We had lots of dining options within walking distance. The cleanliness was impeccable and the cleaning crews even came daily during our stay to tidy up. I haven’t seen this since covid stopped that. The pools and pool areas were nice. All the units have sweeping ocean views and balconies from which to enjoy them from. The hotel next door has a bar that you can easily get to and dining options as well. Not of any fault to the property but there is very little beach at this time (3/2023). It seems the beach in this spot is eroding away. That was the only disappointment but again, not the fault of the property.

Check before booking if you are looking for a beach vacation that a beach remains. This is true of many Cayman properties including the Marriott next door.

The pools were great. There is a jacuzzi but it is not heated.

Great, clean, well-kept place with a decent beach for the area and fantastic swimming on 7 Mile Beach. Two nice pool areas which were never too crowded. This small complex is adjacent to the Marriott and you can nearly reach over to the Marriott beach bar and get a drink. Great dining options within a minute's walk, so unlike being at an isolated big resort, you have several great options right nearby. This was a quiet place but very family-friendly as well. Stress-free. A nice addition are the communal gas grills. Amazing sunsets.
