This was the second time I stayed here. The only negative thing I could say at all is that there is not enough beach space (chairs) to just sit, however, my family was visiting Grand Cayman for the snorkeling, not the sun bathing. We patiently waited for a chair to place our towels and belongings on, while swimming in the sea, we were happy.

Overall it was a nice stay and close to many of the popular sites and restaurants in seven mile beach. Room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was nice but options were the same each day. Also the resort fee was a bit high as many of the amenities offered are provided at other hotels without resort fees.

This our second time at Hampton & it will be our forever home when we visit Grand Cayman. The staff from the Front desk to Housekeeping is very Lovely & their Energy is like a Ray of Sunshine. It made me extremely Happy to see the Stellar Front desk staff Eleanora & Isamael was still there! You made our first experience unforgettable! Thank You 😊

Unfortunately, I can’t say the same with the Breakfast staff in the Dining area. Every morning one of them had something to say to me. It’s either please don’t take the coffee mug out of the dining area. Use the paper cups. I’m one of those Save the Planet & Earth conscience crazies. Why use paper when there is a perfectly fine mug that can be used & washed. I’m trying to Save the Planet for my daughters. And when I was using the Waffle maker this lady was hovering over me. Like lady I know how to use this maker. Maybe it was me the lack of caffeine at 8am but Seriously… Back it Up.

My wife and I were really impressed with the hotel’s location, cleanliness, attention to detail, customer service, amenities, and the daily breakfast that’s included. The hotel staff goes out of their way to keep you happy and comfortable. The free shuttle is invaluable for going to restaurants and the beach. We really enjoyed our time and highly recommend Hampton by Hilton.

We stayed at Hampton on Seven Mile for our one week vacation. Ms Pipers was delicious and it’s walking distance to other amazing restaurants including Veranda, Peppers and Coconut Joes. Everything is decent, price was reasonable, gym is small, breakfast buffet was a highlight each morning.

I enjoyed my stay so much at Hampton Inn, I did not want to leave. Every single staff member I encountered during my stay was so pleasant, warm, and accommodating. The amenities were useful such as the shuttle along Seven Mile Beach, GoPro rental, pool side samples, and daily breakfast. The hotel is located on the beach, and there was always towels and chairs available to guests.
The food and drinks at Ms. Pipers restaurant was also amazing.
The hotel and rooms were clean, modern, and spacious. I’m looking forward to returning to the island and Hampton Inn soon.

This was the perfect stay for our group! We laughed at the fact that it was beach “adjacent” since it’s about a 30 second walk down a beautiful path to the beach. The pool was great and had more charm than most beach front hotel pools. What really sets this place apart, is the staff! They are amazing and go out of their way to make you feel special.

Anika was our hospitality on our floor- and we immediately knew we were in the best hands! We couldn’t ask for a better place to stay.

The room was perfect! It was spacious, it had a kitchenette and dining area, the beds were comfortable, the bathroom spotless. I was a little disappointed that the property is not beachfront, but there is a little path you can walk to get to the beach. The pool area was okay, but full of a couple dozen boisterous children which was not conducive to quiet (or splash free) relaxation. Breakfast was okay, but the same rambunctious kids from the pool were all over the place, so it was a challenge having a conversation or getting to the food without mishap. The staff was friendly and helpful.

what a hidden gem! We stayed here for two nights before joining the rest of our group at a large condo on seven Mile Beach. We were absolutely pleasantly surprised at how amazing this property is. The staff is outstanding, the grounds are beautiful, the free breakfast is lovely, and the rooms are spacious, clean, updated, and well designed. The Beach at the property has been replenished and so there was plenty of room on the beach for the guests who wanted a chair. The shuttle was free to come in Bay or the public beach, but they were flexible and took care of us by dropping us off and other destinations long way. I highly recommend this property and will definitely be coming back next year for our pre-vacation before our friends arrive!

It’s unassuming compared to the big resorts but it had everything we needed. Great beach access, pool, good food, clean rooms, and friendly staff. It’s also hard to find a hotel room that works for a family of five, but they do and it worked out great.

All in all a good experience, with one big exception (later below). The property was clean, staff was really great, happy, friendly, great service, and a really good value compared to the other nearby resorts. Restaurant was really good and they have a pool bar. The pool area is really nice. What rubbed me the wrong way, is the political stance that Hilton and especially the Hampton brand. I had 3 TVs in my 2BR suite and none had Fox News, even though it is more popular than any other news service. Rest assured, they had CNN and even Al-Jazerra, but no Fox News. Maybe this sounds nitpicky, but when corporations try to force their politics down your throat, even through subtle tactics like this, it really turns me off. If you want to be \"diverse\" for an American hotel chain, then be fair to all sides and have all the major networks on. Enough said.

Excellent 2 night stay! Ish at the front desk was superb. Breakfast was included which was a nice feature. Happy hour snacks every afternoon. Shuttle would take you anywhere, although the location was perfect for us to be able to walk to local restos, Camana Bay. Room was very clean and met our needs. Beach access was perfect for us - staying here was actually closer walk to the gorgeous sandy beach than at some larger properties such as the Ritz. There are limited beach chairs (maybe 36 or so) but we didn’t have any issues getting chairs. Pool area is very cute/ Instagram worthy. On site restaurant Mrs Piper’s was very good! Overall we would return!

Staff were professional and helpful. WIFI was strong. Suggestions for the rooms are: Need good coffee and more of it, need dish towel/dish soap so we can wash the dishes during the day. Strongly suggest that you put in a towel drying/clothes line to dry beach clothes. Room did not have a view and was on the back of the air conditioning units.

This hotel was very close to so many good things the staff and the accommodations and the grounds were great. The beach was great!
However, if you’re traveling to the Cayman Islands from the United States after fees and tips our dollar approx. 50 on everything not the Hotel fault but it’s something to think about.
Also in the last 15 years a lot hotels got together annd said. “Resort fee” and there was a $41 resort fee every day. It was probably in the fine print somewhere.
And the 15% service fee on all dining and drinks go back to Corporate and the servers get none of that so you need to give them nice tips so basically you’re gonna be paying a 30% tip on everything

And resort fees which are charged extra as is US customary includes a pick-up and drive to some beaches and camana bay. We would definitely stay there again!

room was cleaned properly, staff very friendly and helpful, breakfasts were pretty good but could have used some variety in the main dishes. my only suggestions would be that: 1) heat the pool about 2-3 degrees warmer. i swam an hour each morning, and very rarely had anyone in the pool due to the cold water 2) your marketing should be modified about claiming to be right on 7 mile beach. this is deceptive as we needed to take a shuttle to get to the main beach.

Everything was great! Probably the most upscale Hampton I've ever stayed at. Staff was extremely friendly and professional. My main gripe is that while there is beach access, it is only to about a 200 ft section of 7 mile beach. Erosion has taken away most of the beach. Technically you could wade in waste deep water for several hundred yards to what most people would consider 7 mile beach. Otherwise to actually get to the part of 7 mile beach most people expect from Hilton's description you have to go north to some other access point. So when Hilton says it has beach access it should have an asterisk.
