Excellent 2 night stay! Ish at the front desk was superb. Breakfast was included which was a nice feature. Happy hour snacks every afternoon. Shuttle would take you anywhere, although the location was perfect for us to be able to walk to local restos, Camana Bay. Room was very clean and met our needs. Beach access was perfect for us - staying here was actually closer walk to the gorgeous sandy beach than at some larger properties such as the Ritz. There are limited beach chairs (maybe 36 or so) but we didn’t have any issues getting chairs. Pool area is very cute/ Instagram worthy. On site restaurant Mrs Piper’s was very good! Overall we would return!

Staff were professional and helpful. WIFI was strong. Suggestions for the rooms are: Need good coffee and more of it, need dish towel/dish soap so we can wash the dishes during the day. Strongly suggest that you put in a towel drying/clothes line to dry beach clothes. Room did not have a view and was on the back of the air conditioning units.

This hotel was very close to so many good things the staff and the accommodations and the grounds were great. The beach was great!
However, if you’re traveling to the Cayman Islands from the United States after fees and tips our dollar approx. 50 on everything not the Hotel fault but it’s something to think about.
Also in the last 15 years a lot hotels got together annd said. “Resort fee” and there was a $41 resort fee every day. It was probably in the fine print somewhere.
And the 15% service fee on all dining and drinks go back to Corporate and the servers get none of that so you need to give them nice tips so basically you’re gonna be paying a 30% tip on everything

The room was spacious and bright and comfortable. Lively decor and view. The staff especially Ismail at reception and Gladys at the breakfast room were super friendly and helpful. Shower as per other people’s reviews was a bit awkward as a lot of water sprayed out to the floor and door. Not a very efficient design. Breakfast was tasty and quite a variety of food offered. Of the staff lovely, one a bit grumpy but everyone can have a bad day i guess. Overall, great. Location was perfect and lots of places to eat and drink close by. 20min walk to Camana Beach and a big supermarket so that is an added bonus. And resort fees which are charged extra as is US customary includes a pick-up and drive to some beaches and camana bay. We would definitely stay there again!

room was cleaned properly, staff very friendly and helpful, breakfasts were pretty good but could have used some variety in the main dishes. my only suggestions would be that: 1) heat the pool about 2-3 degrees warmer. i swam an hour each morning, and very rarely had anyone in the pool due to the cold water 2) your marketing should be modified about claiming to be right on 7 mile beach. this is deceptive as we needed to take a shuttle to get to the main beach.

Everything was great! Probably the most upscale Hampton I've ever stayed at. Staff was extremely friendly and professional. My main gripe is that while there is beach access, it is only to about a 200 ft section of 7 mile beach. Erosion has taken away most of the beach. Technically you could wade in waste deep water for several hundred yards to what most people would consider 7 mile beach. Otherwise to actually get to the part of 7 mile beach most people expect from Hilton's description you have to go north to some other access point. So when Hilton says it has beach access it should have an asterisk.

Property was clean/modern. The Included breakfast was satisfying, The pool was clean and refreshing. Having Miss Pipers restaurant on site was a bonus for convenience and ambiance. Beach area was small, but chairs were typically available and provided great sunset views. The shuttle service was quick and convenient. Keep in mind the re see ort does charge a daily fee for these services. The ocean at the property does have more sea grass than beaches further north. We spent a week at the Hampton by Hilton Grand Cayman Seven Mile Beach as a family, with our toddler son and had an amazing holiday from start to finish.

From the front desk (Destiny, Jaime, Ishmael & Eleonora) to housekeeping (Shereta) - the staff at the hotel are amazing and extremely helpful. We cannot thank them enough for making it a very comfortable and enjoyable stay, especially for our little one.

The pool is very cool, the resort beach is really nice, facilities are family friendly with great breakfast options, and the hotel operates shuttles to nearby landmarks, shops and the public beach too. We highly recommend this hotel, its wonderful staff and location and would happily stay here again!

We had a pleasant stay at Hampton by Hilton. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made for a relaxing visit. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room attendant was awesome, a very nice Jamaican lady who cleaned the room during the first few days. She was professional, kind, and did an excellent job. However, a few things could be improved. The chairs in the lobby need cleaning, as the brown spots are noticeable and take away from the nice atmosphere. The beach area felt a bit tucked away, and the chairs there looked unappealing. The seaweed also wasn’t well maintained, which affected the overall look and feel of the space. Lastly, the breakfast staff could be a bit more welcoming, a smile makes a big difference and helps set a positive tone for the morning. Overall, it was still a solid experience, and I would stay again with a few improvements to the atmosphere and upkeep.

The room it self was set up nice and clean. The beach is not 43 steps as mentioned and it’s definitely not like any part of 7 mile. It’s a small contained area that you can’t walk up or down from. The beach is a joke! I was looking forward to Ms. Pipers but close for renovations. I ultimately left after 1 night. Gabriel at the front desk was very professional and handled it well and apologetic.

This was a great hotel and location! Rooms were clean and spacious, and had a nice kitchenette area. Bathroom was a bit small, but not a huge issue for us. The breakfast was amazing - especially for a hotel buffet! We appreciated the complimentary afternoon snacks as well. The staff members from front desk to breakfast were all kind, hospitable and went above and beyond every day. Shuttle service was a plus as well, though you need to get the phone number to call for pickup back to the hotel, as they don’t have a set roundtrip schedule. All in all, the Hampton by Hilton Grand Cayman is a great destination resort - we will definitely be back!

We had a great experience at the Hampton Inn Grand Cayman! The front desk manager was helpful and welcoming. Special thanks to Jaime at the front desk who was incredibly nice and friendly throughout our stay.

Our room was clean.In the room is a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker and an in-room safe everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Housekeeping lady on the 2nd floor was kind and took good care of everything.

The free shuttle service was great! Huge thanks to **Roque, the shuttle driver**, who went above and beyond! he not only drove us to the beach but also brought us chairs and umbrellas. So thoughtful and appreciated!

The hotel is in a great location close to Camana Bay shopping and restaurants. Peppers and Coconut Joe’s are right across the street, super convenient and tasty options.

Breakfast was another highlight, they had a good variety of hot, fresh items and the pastries were excellent.

Another bonus: you can borrow a GoPro from the hotel and they’ll send you your pictures and videos after.

This hotel offers great value, friendly service, and thoughtful extras.

Received an upgrade to a one bedroom suite and allowed to check in upon arrival, which was two hours ahead of time. This was much appreciated after a very long travel day from New York. Friendly staff. Excellent, complimentary, hot, breakfast buffet with eggs, meat, waffles, pastries, fruit, etc. Nice dining at Ms. Pipers, along with music entertainment on site.

The price is good for a reason. The beach is a 3’ x 100 yd path to a very small area shared by a much nicer condo. Limited space and seating and walking on beach not an option. Please tell me what the resort fee is for?? Had 2 adjoining rooms. Water on floor had to be mopped up. Signs of mold on door jambs.

We really enjoyed our stay! The staff at the reception go out of their way to make sure we felt welcome, that our questions were answered, transportation was ready for us, and so much more. The breakfast was great, the rooms were clean and updated. The location was perfect because we could walk everywhere in the Seven Mile area and to the stores/shopping. The beach access as part of the hotel was very nice and convenient. In summary, we will go back 100%.
