I arrived late and only stayed 1 night. Room smelled like bleach, but that didn't bother me. However, the bed was rock hard and uncomfortable. I was by the office, so it was very noisy in the morning during checkout.
Other than that the front desk was friendly.

The bathroom was not very clean or stocked with offered amenities. The kitchenette was cute but was smaller than the website made it look. The beds were not very comfortable. There was trash and building materials all over the property. I never experienced the staff as my key was waiting on the office counter and noone came to the counter when nm I returned my key. I may not go back!

The staff was very friendly. The rooms have been renovated and are nice and clean. This is an older property and renovation can't change the bones. Walls are thin, I could hear people walking, talking and even snoring in the adjacent rooms. The windows are old and block no noise. People were coming and going till 3 am. The parking lot is tiny. Over all would not recommend.

This hotel is very old and needs updating. The WiFi didn’t work until I called office to reboot it. No hair dryer as listed in amenities. Very noisy, walls are paper thin. No one in front office for help, they had a phone number to call for help. Room was not serviced by housekeeping, no clean towels the second day.

The property we stayed at was disgusting. It was so dirty from grease covering the kitchen to the door jams black with finger prints! We couldnt even use the kitchen unless i were to spend the time to degrease everything! The people upstairs were up and making noise all hours of the night. Beds were uncomfortable. I will never stay at any properties managed by the Tree’s Motel again. I was so disappointed as I have been staying at the Trees Motel prior name Paiute Lodge since I was a child. Just run down and not taken care of. The pictures are not what it currently looks like. What a shame!

I really liked the room I was given. The hotel and room are very quaint. I slept very well. I arrived late and a key was left for me on the office door. Online reservation was a breeze. Everything was in order. The only tiny issue was the cobwebs.

Expedia had overbooked some of our guests for the family room. The receptionist was apologetic, very kind, and helpful. They upgraded us to another property which was more spacious. We really appreciated how they handled the situation. The other property (same owners) was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay!

Bed wise would have been great if larger than double because it wasn't big enough for me and my husband otherwise it was comfy and clean. Try to bring some kind of spray though as there is tiny spider crawling around and gladly we brought one so we sprayed around the room and around the bed other than that we slept well the whole time with no disturbance at all.

It's an acceptable place for a quick overnight stay, but everything feels outdated. The bed and sheets are worn, the bathroom floor is deteriorating, and I noticed spiders in the corners of the walls and hair in the shower. While it served its purpose, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again

It was an old quaint privately owned hotel. Room decor was cute. Needs updating. Bathroom had hair on the floor, a cramped, tiled shower. We didn’t shower there. We didn’t have shower flip flops. The trash bags were re-used. The air conditioner was noisy, as well as having the traffic noise.

Not crazy about the new outside paint job but the rooms are so cute. Knotty pine and country charm! Love the tile benches in the showers and birds, flowers decor. Softest sheets ever on the beds!
Vending machine was completly empty.
Overall the rooms were great, the outside could use some help.

Honestly from the outside wasn’t expecting much but the rooms were cute and cozy , it was enough for my in-laws and our little one (5 of us) . We got the room with 3 beds . Love the cabin-cottage feel of it. Everything worked, it was clean, bed was comfy and had a microwave and fridge ! Can’t wait to be back in the area staying here again . 10/10

This is a historic property. Very quaint and cozy. Our room had been renovated, and included flatscreen tv, microwave , coffee pot, and mini fridge/freezer. Definitely felt like a step back in time besides those appliances. The bed was old fashioned but comfortable. Clean sheets and towels. Both were soft and plush.

Check in was pleasant and efficient. Room is an interesting eclectic mix of old and new, but clean over all. Sheets were soft and stain-free, plenty of pillows, and bed was firm. Bath towels looked bright white and fluffy. Amenities included coffee maker, microwave, and mini fridge. Wall-mounted shampoo, conditioner, and bath gel in shower. Heater was off at check in, so I had to wear a jacket until the room warmed up. Good heater so didn’t take too long. I didn’t use most of the amenities as I was stuck in town after work due to storm related road closure. I drove home as soon as the road opened. I was glad to have a bed overnight!

Not sure where to start!
Checked in. They did not have a guest key because both of them where in the managers truck and he was not there. So, I was given a \"MASTER\" key.
The cleanliness of the place was something to be desired. Wish I had a picture of the lobby. Dirty! Cobwebs all around the light fixture. Couldn't tell the last time the place had been cleaned.
The room was just as bad.
The blinds, coffee pot, restroom ceiling just filthy.
Was asked to leave key in room when I left in the morning. When I returned I ask the same gal that checked me in if she had the key for the room.
Nope still with the manager! Yes, I started to lose my cool. Really lost it when she asked me \"why are you upset about a key?\" Durring the argument and kid came out of know where and started to get in my face. Did not identify who he was. Found out later that is way the ladies son. She left and got a key so I could pack and leave.
The manager Jason, was very well tempered understood my frustration and refunded me my second night. I have stayed here a handful of time over the years and will not stay there again. A nice little place, is not so nice anymore. One can only believe that the owner (who lives in Lascaster) does not care about the condition of the place.

The only good thing about this motel was the front desk lady and the clean sheets and towels. The room was small and the bathroom was even smaller. No bathtub, only standing shower. The bath curtain was smelly. The bathroom was very small. The room and the property both were very dated. One of the outlets behind the bed doesn’t have covers which is very dangerous. I found even the motel 6 quality is better than this. The hotel is right on the road and the room which we got is 2nd from the road due to which i couldn’t get a good sleep due to constant traffic noise.

When booked it indicated the room would have a tub/shower combo. It didn’t. I asked for another room and was told nothing was available even though it was early and only two cars in the lot. Only had one washcloth asked for additional and was told didn’t have extras. About 9:30pm clerk came and said the owner could provide a room with tub/shower combo in another motel, obviously at that time of night we weren’t going to move to another location. Not sure why that option wasn’t available when we checked in at 4:30pm

This was the most disgusting room I've ever stayed in, but didn't have the option to get something else last minute on the holiday weekend. Walking in the room our feet turned black, there was hair in the shower, and roaches all over the kitchen and bathroom. There were no towels in the place, we were told they'd bring some by and they never did. When we told them about all the roaches as we checked out they told us and exterminator had just been there. So they knew there was a problem and didn't check after, or just didn't care it was a problem.

Nice little motel just off the beaten path

The room was very clean upon arrival. Kitchen was nicely equipped. Staff was friendly and helpful, though I had little direct interaction with them as I was working long hours most of my stay, checked in after hours and typically arrived back to the room each day at or near office closing time. After hours check-in was easy. Area around the motel was quiet and secure. I am planning another stay in the near future as I will be back in the area for work.

My room had an unclean bathroom, glass table tops with obvious smears, and drinking glasses had been used with toothpaste streaking on one. It could be a nicer place were it cleaner inside. It's quiet in that area, and the bonus was it is pet friendly. Otherwise I would have not stayed there.

I chose this hotel for being off the noisy Main Street, budget-friendly, and the look of the shady sitting area. It worked for me in all those ways.
It is small (me, too) and very close to other guests. If you need more space, it may not suit you. It is an older building with updates. It was homey and adequate.

We loved the room setup with the kitchen with sink, mini fridge/freezer, toaster oven, microwave oven and dish drying rack. Much more than we get at large hotels! The lady at reception was kind as well. But, we were severely disappointed in that despite it having a \"No Smoking\" sign the ENTIRE room smelled of smoke. Also, all our belongings smelled of smoke after we left. For that reason we would never return here, even though we loved the room!!!

It's OK. It's an old property. The most disappointing was the water flow in the shower - really a trickle.
