The room was bad... the toilet leaked so it ran all night off and on loudly. The laml was missing the shade and another lamp had a blown bulb. We booked because it had breakfast, which was fine. I was amazed someone took the time to origami the end of the toilet paper but not change a bulb.

While the pictures look nice, the rooms are VERY worn. This place beats paying 3xs the price of hotels in mammoth so it’s worth it for the price and a 30min drive. Cleanliness is LACKING. Floors are warped and coming apart but the bed was surprisingly comfortable. The fridge was also spacious! Would stay again but keep expectations low

We haven’t had breakfast yet, but our bed is so comfortable! Compared to the last two nights bed we slept on at another hotel, Quality Inn was perfect! I fell in love with our king bed and being able to relax comfortably after a long day of walking. The room its self has a few cosmetic issues but for the price and the location to all the shopping and restaurants nearby, not too shabby! Affordable place to rest your head

the Heater in teh wall mounted unit did not work - there were two setting, low heat and high heat and neither worked. Overall, it looks like a very dates hotel circa 1960s that quickly got a lopsided limited facelift overnight. There are cracks in the poorly adhesive vynil planks exposing the underfloor, the room itself is very date, with ancient wall mount AC.heater unit. The blanket is so thin, that it hardly creates any heat cover. The breakfast options are extremely limited and barely edible, Nobody actually stayed to have breakfast there except for one guest. Will not be returning to this location unless a significant investment takes place into elevating all levels of operations.

This is a very nice Motel at this price. The property appears well-kept and cared for. The room was clean and modern enough. The \"Breakfast\" was not exceptional and that's normal, At least it's something to start your day with. At this price point you are going to get some road noise, I run the fan.
If I were to complain about anything, it would be the most common issue at this price point. The shower!! not hot enough and not enough volume. Other than that great value.

For a hotel in Bishop, it was decent. But the moderate cost was a bit much. Even with recent renovations, there could still be plenty of things fixed at the property. In the room, the lamp shade was missing, the laminate flooring was bubbling, and the bathroom and room doors slam in the doorways. Walls were very thin, so we could hear cars running in the parking lot and people leaving their rooms and walking past our room. I will probably look for another hotel option on my next trip to Bishop.

I booked because it says full breakfast. It turned out to be continental breakfast with waffles. The heater won’t work at the room they first assigned to me. After they changed the room for me, it was too noisy that I couldn’t go to sleep, and there was no timer for the heater. I had to turned it down to go through the night under 30 degrees.

The room was stuffy. The air conditioner with either alwayson or off. There was no automatic control. After catching five fish at the local lakes, I found that there was no community freezer in which to store the fish at the hotel. I asked the desk if I could use their freezer, and they said it was full of milk and condiments and such. Five fish barely fit into the room freezer of the refrigerator. The next day I caught three more fish and had no place to put them. I asked a different person at the front desk if I could store them in the freezer, and he said that he could accommodate that. All I had to do is put my name and room number on the bag. So apparently the first person at the desk that I had talked to was referring to the refrigerator instead of the freezer. But there was still no obvious community freezer in which to put fish caught locally. Other hotels that I have stayed at in Bishop offer that option.

This property is right downtown. The benefit of that is you can walk to a really nice park and there are tons of food choices. We got fresh bread at Erick Schat's Bakery which was fantastic and had a nice dinner at Holy Smoke BBQ. The negative is that there is road noise and the rooms could use some updating. A standard continental breakfast was offered. The ice machine was broken when we were there and my partner did not love the TV offerings. There is a filled in swimming pool that has been turned into an outside courtyard with a BBQ grill. No other amenities. If you just need a place to sleep and use as a gateway for other places, this works. Check out the railroad Museum in Laws if you get a chance, it was really neat for a small town location.

I didn’t use the room. When I walked in the room wasn't serviced the beds were used like someone was recently in the room. Mold on the ceilings and ants on the a/c unit and beds. I didn’t stay the night I was given ant / roach spray used it and ended up getting sick due to the smell.

The fridge did not work, so I lost some food. The thumb lock on the door did not work, it was a ground floor street facing so it really did not feel safe. When I brought it up to the front desk, I was told most of them did not work. I was very disappointed in the room.
