Shower did not have hot water at all , even though we waited for hot water but no go. The front desk didn't want to give us more towels , she told us they were getting towels stolen . That shouldn't matter , charge the people if something is missing . You need to tend to customers and not beable to accommodate extra towels .

When we checked in, neither Cable tv nor WiFi were working adequately. Something wrong with the router, but they got it sorted the next day.

They had a staff shortage and nobody emptied the trash, let alone tidy up room on request.

Last, some of the guests were partying in the lot, playing loud music and leaving trash overnight.

WiFi didn’t work. We requested room clean up; they said yes. But didn’t do it.
Breakfast was really cheap. Too loud of an Air Conditioner. Bathroom not clean and has ants all over in it .
Hotel was much pricey for the quality, service and amenities.
Won’t even come back and will never recommend anyone either.

It's a better choice for Bishop imo, as it is on a quiet street, has updated, more comfortable rooms with fridges, microwaves, etc, and has a breakfast (nothing too special, but they do have oatmeal, yougurt, fruit, etc). Staff is nice, parking is easy.

Clean rooms, simple but good for the price. The front desk staff was rude, and not very helpful (talking on her cell phone to her sister while working).

The “free breakfast” was pretty underwhelming, no eggs, bacon, or other protein….but the Looney Bean is right down the street, with awesome breakfast sandwiches and burritos.

The room was bad... the toilet leaked so it ran all night off and on loudly. The laml was missing the shade and another lamp had a blown bulb. We booked because it had breakfast, which was fine. I was amazed someone took the time to origami the end of the toilet paper but not change a bulb.

While the pictures look nice, the rooms are VERY worn. This place beats paying 3xs the price of hotels in mammoth so it’s worth it for the price and a 30min drive. Cleanliness is LACKING. Floors are warped and coming apart but the bed was surprisingly comfortable. The fridge was also spacious! Would stay again but keep expectations low

Abit disappointed with the breakfast a c waffle and cereal is not a breakfast and the rooms flooring was in terrible shape it was coming apart ,cracke causing a tripping hazard at the restroom entrance. And there wasn't any shampoo in the restroom.

Took us an hour to find a clean room after walking in our original room and it wasn't clean. Walls are paper thin. Can hear everything in the rooms next door, outside amd every step upstairs.

Refrigerator and tv didn’t work. No one to assist. Front desk attendant was nice and did what she could. Gave some water. Walls are thin. You hear all the guests and their dogs in the hallways. Entrance door very loud and squeaky. Beds were nice enough and bathroom/ shower were good. Breakfast gal was very friendly. Front desk guy at checkout not nice at all. I would stay elsewhere in the future.

Room was spotless, staff extra courteous, bed extremely comfortable and great towels. I like their pump serve soaps mounted on the wall, and the room was a great size. Breakfast had fresh bread, bagels, muffins, make your own waffles, very good stay. We have stayed other places in Bishop, we keep returning here on our ski trips. Love it!

We haven’t had breakfast yet, but our bed is so comfortable! Compared to the last two nights bed we slept on at another hotel, Quality Inn was perfect! I fell in love with our king bed and being able to relax comfortably after a long day of walking. The room its self has a few cosmetic issues but for the price and the location to all the shopping and restaurants nearby, not too shabby! Affordable place to rest your head

Overall, I think everything was fine, the cleanliness, etc. They provide cups for coffee and water, and a container for ice. Personally, the only thing I didn't like was the bedspread, which was made of nylon and made a lot of noise. Good attention!

Very simply, They were rude, sold off our room. Leaving us stranded.

We attempted to reach out to hotel and inform them that due to storms and delayed flight we would be arriving the next morning from San Diego.

The front desk clerk said it was not his problem.

Our next step, we had attempted to contact you, but due to after Christmas volume we could not get through.

We arrived in Bishop to find no accommodation available at our hotel.

The front desk would not assist.

the Heater in teh wall mounted unit did not work - there were two setting, low heat and high heat and neither worked. Overall, it looks like a very dates hotel circa 1960s that quickly got a lopsided limited facelift overnight. There are cracks in the poorly adhesive vynil planks exposing the underfloor, the room itself is very date, with ancient wall mount AC.heater unit. The blanket is so thin, that it hardly creates any heat cover. The breakfast options are extremely limited and barely edible, Nobody actually stayed to have breakfast there except for one guest. Will not be returning to this location unless a significant investment takes place into elevating all levels of operations.

This is a very nice Motel at this price. The property appears well-kept and cared for. The room was clean and modern enough. The \"Breakfast\" was not exceptional and that's normal, At least it's something to start your day with. At this price point you are going to get some road noise, I run the fan.
If I were to complain about anything, it would be the most common issue at this price point. The shower!! not hot enough and not enough volume. Other than that great value.

For a hotel in Bishop, it was decent. But the moderate cost was a bit much. Even with recent renovations, there could still be plenty of things fixed at the property. In the room, the lamp shade was missing, the laminate flooring was bubbling, and the bathroom and room doors slam in the doorways. Walls were very thin, so we could hear cars running in the parking lot and people leaving their rooms and walking past our room. I will probably look for another hotel option on my next trip to Bishop.

Decent room for a night. Breakfast is just bread/bagels, with coffee and a waffle maker available. Much better to go to a restaurant.

There was a single cockroach in the bathroom late at night.

Otherwise, room was OK to crash in for the night after a long day of sightseeing/outdoor activity.

If felt like the 2nd floor was going to fall in on us. You can also fully hear conversations from the room next door and they were talking in normal voices. The front desk lost our reservations and blamed us and Hotels.com. I really was tempted to sleep in my car but it was too cold. I would never ever consider this property again.

I booked because it says full breakfast. It turned out to be continental breakfast with waffles. The heater won’t work at the room they first assigned to me. After they changed the room for me, it was too noisy that I couldn’t go to sleep, and there was no timer for the heater. I had to turned it down to go through the night under 30 degrees.

The room was stuffy. The air conditioner with either alwayson or off. There was no automatic control. After catching five fish at the local lakes, I found that there was no community freezer in which to store the fish at the hotel. I asked the desk if I could use their freezer, and they said it was full of milk and condiments and such. Five fish barely fit into the room freezer of the refrigerator. The next day I caught three more fish and had no place to put them. I asked a different person at the front desk if I could store them in the freezer, and he said that he could accommodate that. All I had to do is put my name and room number on the bag. So apparently the first person at the desk that I had talked to was referring to the refrigerator instead of the freezer. But there was still no obvious community freezer in which to put fish caught locally. Other hotels that I have stayed at in Bishop offer that option.
