1. The property is close to a fire station, heard the fire truck alarm several times before go to bed. This is not mentioned when I order the hotel. 2. The room description mentioned there is free breakfast, but there is almost nothing, just yoger and some cereal. 3. The floor has noise and bed metal frame noise when walk along bed. 4. The next door guest speak, there is loud noise.

No. Staff wasnt on site. Remote support was not available. Check in took nearly an hour. Nobody was on site to provide towels, etc. Never was avle to use any amenities until breakfast. At which time the staff served soured milk that was recycled from previous days. What wasnt used from smaller containers was poured back into a larger container and then repoured into smaller containers again for the bext day. This was demonstrated to us by the staff. They had been instructed to do this with the milk.

This is a horrible breach of food safety protocol. The health dept would shut them down if they knew!

Arrived at property with no one in the office. Just a video kiosk. No instructions on how to check in. Took at least 5 minutes to check in and another 10 for someone in the Philippines to help. Me. I said at least you aren’t in India and he said it was in India before. I also asked if he handled more Days Inn and he said he handled all Wyndham properties. No eggs or sausage for breakfast. Room clean.

I was able to connect to the Wi-Fi, but there was no bandwidth making it useless. The heater was extremely noisy and would go through phases of relative quiet and then sounding like there were pieces of metal flying around in the fan. I was constantly awoken by it. Per night of sleep.

I was told that breakfast would be provided, and I assumed it would be a full meal rather than a very limited selection. While that was disappointing, the bigger issue was the parking. When I arrived, there was no available parking, and I was told to park down the street or at a nearby gas station. Since I had already paid for my room, I assumed parking would be included.

Later, I was told I could park in the handicapped space, but the next morning the front desk staff informed me I needed to move my car immediately because I could receive a $600–$800 ticket if the police checked. This was never explained to me beforehand. I was then told that parking was something I had to figure out on my own and that it was not their responsibility.

Additionally, the hotel requires online check-in where you submit your car plate number and card information, but this process felt like a waste of time since everything had to be done again upon arrival.

We really enjoy staying at this property. It is a great location near downtown Bishop. I’ve stayed here many times and it’s generally very quiet. The management is nice and helpful. The check-in and out process is very easy.

The check was odd,the new way they do it.1st thing was tv was not working and the internet.Got internet to work ather 30 mins and a workman showed up and had to reset calbe on the tv to work,They must have policy when you book two day they do not redo the room,or well had to supply my own coffee.Room was fine also area.

Room was larger than expected. Toilet flapper valve came off it's hinges twice so water closet wouldn't fill (fixed it myself). Bathroom sink faucet handle very loose and leaked profusely when pressed on pivot point. WiFi was unusable, probably inadequate bandwidth for the number of guests. Evening desk attendant (remotely located) couldn't help with WiFi. Voiced my intention to check out one day early on the day before checking out but was still charged for the night I didn't stay. I WAS NOT HAPPY.

We chose the hotel because of the Wyndham name. The initial view of hotel and location gave us doubts of staying there. Reception was regular at best. The room #115 was last room available according to reception. We took it as it was late and I had already paid. Upon entering this King Suite, we were shocked at the furnishings and condition. We again considered leaving but most of Bishop was sold out. The sleeping area was the only accurate description of the room in the ad. The room was clean but in quite disrepair. Curtains hanging from rod, door lock had been broken off at least once.
We have traveled to Europe, Mexico,Canada and throughout the US. We have seen other Wyndham properties and they were far superior.
The price for the one night seemed high and was high after seeing conditions of the room.
Again we stayed because of late hour and available rooms. There were no security issues, just a run down hotel.

Check-in was poor. I got there early and they wanted to charge an additional $25 for 1hr. I understand it's \"policy\" but what happened to having a little extra consideration? Then the person at the desk previously went to a back room and check-in was on a kiosk that barely worked. No personal connectivity at all. The breakfast Danish was cheap and the only other food was cereal or yogurt. The property was nice and the room was clean but the whole experience did not have that comfort feeling.

Room was clean, the coffee maker was in the bathroom which is odd, very unsanitary, in my opinion, since the lids to cover the coffee cups were not wrapped up, just sitting on top of stacked cups.

They do serve breakfast, area is very small, two tables with eight chairs, all the staff was eating there no place to sit, we went out to eat.

It was noisy, refrigerator made noise all night, at 4:00am maybe staff was working on b’fst, there was lots of noise behind our room, which was 2nd room from office. Other than that our stay was fine, a shower, a bed to sleep in, just hoped for more sleep.

My rating would have been much higher if we didn’t have to pay around $300 (twice the actual value IMO) for a night. Toilet clogged easily and the included breakfast was the absolute bare minimum I have ever seen. It was clean and staff responded to issues promptly.

Pool was shut down. AC unit was loud and rattled. Breakfast was the worst we've ever had. Check in was a mess with there kiosk. (Didn't work). Tv didn't work, every day went to front desk to fix it. Only 3 local channels and a lot of information/sale channels. Area is walkable, but would not recommend this hotel/motel..

plus screw holes are not puttied, looks.
real tacky.
Caulking looks old and needs to be
removed and put in new.
Painting looks like it was done by a 2 year
old. The paintwas brushed on tile and

The check-in was kind of odd. The door to the office was locked when we arrived. I had to call a phone number to get the door unlocked. We were not greeted by anyone in person. Check-in was done over an iPad in an kiosk. I was unhappy to find out that after I booked and paid for my room via the hotels.com app I then had to pay a seven dollar fee at the hotel. It was a very lengthy check in process.

Service was horrible when we arrived, there was one staff member who I unfortunately did not get her name was wonderful working during the day. Rooms were not in great condition beds were horrible and a live bug was found in one of our rooms. Our last day there as we were packing up and cleaning the room I came back from the car to grab more luggage I herd a noise in the bathroom when I looked a housekeeper was taking down the shower curtain!!! 10 AM not checked out yet it was very uncomfortable not ok

Well they got us check in fine. but the TV did not work and then the volume was not control by remote. every time we had to raise or lower the tv we had to the tv and manually do it. There phone did not work and they replaced it and it still did not work. They stated it was the connection in the room that needed to be fixed. other then that it was fine as hotels go.

Staff was rude and dismissive. They unfairly charged us for staying past checkout time even though we were told it was allowed by their staff during checkin. They also falsely accused us of staying in the room and prevented the cleaners from doing their job. If you stay here, make sure to verify everything during check in and after checkout - they are egregiously unpleasant to interact with

On my way back home from San Diego. Since this was simply an overnight stay, I didn’t need a bunch of amenities, so it was a more basic place to stay. Other than being put into a room that outfitted for someone in a wheelchair (that’s why the bathroom door was so wide and there was a chair in the bathroom), the room and what was offered was fine. I slept well. If there was anything that was less that perfect was the in room coffee. It had a four cup pot, but the little pouch of coffee resulted in just some hot brown water. No matter. The coffee in the breakfast room was actually quite good! Filled up my coffee cup for the drive home! Overall, I’d stay there again.
