Both Expedia and This Super8 are spam. I reserved 2 rooms. Hotel staff said they received reservations for only one room and Expedia said they sent reservations for 2 rooms. But end result is I paid extra dollars to secure second room as the hotel had reservation for only one room. No more Expedia!

Room was clean, they don’t clean everyday automatically, I think this is something you need to ask for (stayed 3 days). AC works great, unfortunately breakfast isn’t really a breakfast so if you’re a hiker bring your food with you. They have yoghurt, toast, waffles but no eggs or meat. Coffee is very weak but they have it. Very close to all major trails and passes, will stay here again in the future

The rooms are falling apart and need to be updated, fixed, repainted, etc. bedding and mattresses are old and uncomfortable. The room served its purpose for a quick overnight stay on a long drive but it was not worth the price. They are charging way too much for an under maintenanced property.

We stayed for the night and choose this hotel over a closer one to Mammoth for the pool. We were traveling with young children and opted for a pool and breakfast. The room was clean and so was the property. Breakfast was good and staff was friendly. Near a park that was beautiful and great for the whole family.

The owner was horrible! Disrespectful and dismissing. In my room none of the outlets by the bed worked. I had to move furniture and unplug lamps to access an outlet. Fortunately I had brought a multi plug extension cord with me. The TV didn't work. The phone was disconnected, and the shower went hot and cold. Don't even get me started on the disgusting stale cereal offered for breakfast.

It seems like they were remodeling. They had a bunch of items (material/furniture) in the parking lot. The ice machine was in the laundry room. The laundry room looked terrible. You can hear a lot of outside noises from inside the room. For example people walking by in front of the room, room doors being opened & closed, vehicles arriving & leaving.

Only reason I gave 3 is because the toilet and shower were clean and no bed bugs and it was the cheapest place in town. Otherwise would have been lower. I guess you get what you pay for. Floor was so dirty our feet were black after walking from shower to bed. So needed to rewash feet and wear shoes between bathroom and bed. Phone in room didn’t work and wifi only free for one hour.
Will not be staying here again.

I picked this place because it had a pool, however, the staff told me the pool was closed for cleaning this week, but the water looked all brown, like it hadn't been use in a while. The breakfast was terrible, they had a waffle maker which was nice, but only raisin bran and stale white bread for toast. The refrigerator was empty except for a milk jug and two vanilla yogurts which were gone the next day and not replaced. Most other free hotel breakfasts have some choice of different cereals, yogurt, granola bars, different kinds of breads, muffins, oatmeal and raisins. The air conditioning worked but was noisy. The Kleenex box in the wall fell out and the box of Kleenex had been opened and used by a previous guest. There was only one bar of soap for both the shower and the sink, if I wanted to wash my hands I had to take the soap out of the shower.

It’s a totally fine motel to stay at. But there is literally nothing great about it. Usually a motel has at least one thing to speak about. This is at the edge of town. A little bit rundown on the outside. Room and bathroom is not really taking care of.

It was cleaned though I’d recommend only if you are looking for a budget motel

The bed was hard and was definitely not a queen as booked. The blankets were like paper. Only 3 small lumpy pillows in the bed for 2 people. Dirty door jams and sink and when I went to wipe up a few drops of coffee from the floor, the cloth came away filthy. The bathtub didn’t drain. The coffee provided in the room was the tiniest bag I’ve ever seen. The milk in the breakfast room was souring. The exterior is even worse. This place is awful - old peeling paint outside and old and dingy furniture and bedding inside. If it had been a good deal, I’d say we got what we paid for, but instead it was a huge ripoff at nearly $200/nt !

This is my first negative review.
Stayed at this property in past without issues. This time, room 110 had water leaking around the toilet. Told the clerk and he tried to convince us the floor was damp due to cleaning. Spoke to a person that had the same room, stated the toilet leaked around the base every time they flushed. Went back to the clerk to change rooms, this time we were placed in room 210 upstairs. This room wasn't any better. The vanity sink had a slow drain, and the toilet would not empty. Went back to the clerk asking for a plunger which took time to locate one. Using to plunger was a must every time you had to flush the toilet.
The carpet was dirty and stained.
This property needs TLC and a plumber!
It's a shame that Super 8 or Wyndham doesn't send out someone to check on the conditions of these properties.

It is available from 7-10am but when we were there around past 8am and nothing is left except for a couple of old stale slice bread with no butter. It has waffle machine but they were out and didn’t refill. I know not to expect so much for complimentary continental breakfast but I’ve been to other hotels where they don’t have so many options either but at least they will refill what they are offering. Other than that the place was ok to sleep on at night when you’re doing outdoors activities during the day.
