I picked this place because it had a pool, however, the staff told me the pool was closed for cleaning this week, but the water looked all brown, like it hadn't been use in a while. The breakfast was terrible, they had a waffle maker which was nice, but only raisin bran and stale white bread for toast. The refrigerator was empty except for a milk jug and two vanilla yogurts which were gone the next day and not replaced. Most other free hotel breakfasts have some choice of different cereals, yogurt, granola bars, different kinds of breads, muffins, oatmeal and raisins. The air conditioning worked but was noisy. The Kleenex box in the wall fell out and the box of Kleenex had been opened and used by a previous guest. There was only one bar of soap for both the shower and the sink, if I wanted to wash my hands I had to take the soap out of the shower.

It’s a totally fine motel to stay at. But there is literally nothing great about it. Usually a motel has at least one thing to speak about. This is at the edge of town. A little bit rundown on the outside. Room and bathroom is not really taking care of.

It was cleaned though I’d recommend only if you are looking for a budget motel

A pillow in our room had a long black hair on it & when I pulled the covers back I found a medium brown colored hair on the bottom sheet. When we went to the desk to inform the man there of the issue he sullenly said he’d give us another room, but did NOT apologize for the unclean bedding.

Don't have pets. Parking was easy. Room was clean but the condition of the motel is old and tired. Stains on walls. broken floorboards, needs fresh paint and repairs to drywall. Motel is old and run down. Cost was approximately $170.00. In my opinion very expensive for the condition of the motel.

Its no Hyatt Regency but definitely get your money's worth. Clean and accessible for me since I use a wheelchair. I really appreciate the fact they had a shower chair to use. Didn't stay for breakfast but they offered one

At first the front desk could not find our reservation, but someone else came and figured it out. Room was ok. It had an odd remodel where the baseboards did not meet or go all around. The bed was comfortable but needed more blankets. The heater was very load when on. No one cleaned the bathtub as it looked like someone poured coffee in it. Breakfast was minimal so we skipped it.

The bed was hard and was definitely not a queen as booked. The blankets were like paper. Only 3 small lumpy pillows in the bed for 2 people. Dirty door jams and sink and when I went to wipe up a few drops of coffee from the floor, the cloth came away filthy. The bathtub didn’t drain. The coffee provided in the room was the tiniest bag I’ve ever seen. The milk in the breakfast room was souring. The exterior is even worse. This place is awful - old peeling paint outside and old and dingy furniture and bedding inside. If it had been a good deal, I’d say we got what we paid for, but instead it was a huge ripoff at nearly $200/nt !

This is my first negative review.
Stayed at this property in past without issues. This time, room 110 had water leaking around the toilet. Told the clerk and he tried to convince us the floor was damp due to cleaning. Spoke to a person that had the same room, stated the toilet leaked around the base every time they flushed. Went back to the clerk to change rooms, this time we were placed in room 210 upstairs. This room wasn't any better. The vanity sink had a slow drain, and the toilet would not empty. Went back to the clerk asking for a plunger which took time to locate one. Using to plunger was a must every time you had to flush the toilet.
The carpet was dirty and stained.
This property needs TLC and a plumber!
It's a shame that Super 8 or Wyndham doesn't send out someone to check on the conditions of these properties.

Room was very old and needed repairs. Sink didn’t drain. Dirty door frames and bathroom walls. Really needs an upgrade. Chairs were filthy. Dog area needed cleaning and was out of bags. I shouldn’t have been charged an additional $25 for my dog as it wasn’t in good enough shape to begin with. Would not recommend.

The bedding was dirty. The walls were filthy. The carpet was dirty and looks like it just needs to be ripped out already. One towel had a stain on it. Countertop around the sink had stains which I cleaned with antibacterial wipes. Never again. It’s obviously the price that brings you in. If you want a bed, shower and a toilet then this is it. Guess I learned my lesson.

The room was clean, bed sheets and towels freshly wash, AC/Heater working. The parking was easy and the location was convenient. The complimentary continental breakfast was a disappointment. It is available from 7-10am but when we were there around past 8am and nothing is left except for a couple of old stale slice bread with no butter. It has waffle machine but they were out and didn’t refill. I know not to expect so much for complimentary continental breakfast but I’ve been to other hotels where they don’t have so many options either but at least they will refill what they are offering. Other than that the place was ok to sleep on at night when you’re doing outdoors activities during the day.

One night stay...one time!

Everything about the room shouted cheap! Loud a/c, carpet that was worn and appeared dirty and sink without a stopper/strainer. The vanity faucet was stiff difficult to operate, and the toilet continued to run because the chain was so long that it interfered with the flapper every time.
I would give the \"breakfast\" one star because we had a bowl of raisin bran that good!

The AC wasn't on when we arrived in the room so it was sweltering. It was very uncomfortable after hours of traveling on a hot day. Eventually, the AC cooled off the room but it was very loud and disrupted our sleep all night long so we were exhausted the next day. The bathroom floor, sink, bathtub and carpet around the bathroom was covered in ants. Full ant trails! My daughter had difficulty sleeping because she was worried that ants were going to crawl on her. I found one ant on my bed and found an ant crawling on my neck. I asked for a different room because of the ant issue and was told there are no more rooms. Then he asked if I had used the bathroom. I said yes, that is how we discovered the ants. Then he told me he can't give me another room because we had used the bathroom. But I thought there were no more rooms available?? Anyway, he then he handed a spray can of raid ant killer to solve the problem. : / One of the bed covers had white gunk smeared on it so we removed it and placed in on the chair in the room. We wouldn't sit on the chair anyway because it was extremely stained. The carpet behind the dresser and microwave looked like it has never been cleaned. It was obvious that this place is just used as a quick stop over for people traveling through the area. When we arrived in the lobby for breakfast, there was almost nothing left. I had to hunt someone down and ask if they can restock what they have. I returned the raid spray at check out. They were unfazed.

The room was decent but not in great condition. The flush mechanism on the toilet was broken and the toilet kept running. There was no stopper in the sink and the aerator was missing. The breakfast was poor and was in the office. I had to go out for breakfast to get something decent to eat. One lamp wasn’t plugged in and there were ants in the room.

Housekeeping did a nice job and the room appeared clean and the bed was well made when I checked in. The refrigerator and microwave looked relatively new and were in great condition.

The manager didn’t impress me. He wasn’t exactly rude when I checked in, but he could have been friendlier and more welcoming. However, he was quick about getting me checked in and efficient.

I won’t stay there again unless there is no other place to stay in Bishop.

Price was reasonable for location. I liked the complimentary waffle breakfast with coffee.
I didn’t like ants in the sink and some drawers didn’t open due to old furniture. The shower curtain had a stain and could have used bleach to remove it. I liked the “sanitized” toilet sign. I liked the golden gate wall hanging. The place needs a little modernization with furniture and usb plugs. The bed and pillow were comfortable. The in room coffee / hot water machine , small refrigerator and hair dryer were working.

Pay the extra $30 or $50 for another hotel. The person at the front desk was unprofessional and had no customer service whatsoever. The place is old and stairs are falling apart. The room was stinky and felt like an old cheap trailer park motel. The \"free\" breakfast is not worth it. The pancake mix was nasty and the tables are right next to the front desk and main door. This place should charge at least half due to its condition.

When i checked in the gentleman was nice but no one was there at checkout. The pictures on the booking site are misleading. The furniture was old, it smelled like an old home that had been smoked in. There was bllod on the bathroom wall, the shower did not drain, an old coffee pack was left in the coffee pot, the toilet paper looked like it sat in water then dried out. The slide bar latch on the door wasnt even screwed in all the way. We were traveling through and arrived late and had no where else to stay. We took a nap and left. The sheets seemed clean at least. It is way overpriced! I have pictures but i cant upload them for some reason. I would not
