Absolutely breathtaking stay! The ocean view from our balcony was beyond stunning — the perfect spot to watch the surise in peace. The room was spotless, cozy, and beautifully designed. The staff were so kind and helpful, making everything effortless. Horizon truly made our Santorini experience unforgettable!
Miyoshi
The views were really unmatched. The only drawback to the view was at night you could often smell the donkey droppings from the oia steps but other than that it was the perfect location in Oia. Still quiet at night but right in the heart of everyrhing
Anna
This was a lovely hotel, very spacious and clean. I only gave four stars for cleanliness because there was a slight cat urine smell but, that is to be expected since there are lots of cats living in Oia. There is a very long steep walk upstairs down to the hotel, but the staff was great and carried our luggage.
David
The property is fine, if you settle in and not go around often. So it's not bad per se.
Check in, as well as just getting in and out of the property, is complicated. I receive an email asking me to call them 30 minites before my arrival. I did. When I arrive there, nobody was there. I had to call again, and waited for 5 minutes with my luggage in front of the gate, which is in a heavy traffic narrow walkpath, where. Then there came a guy who barely speaks English and seems to want to quickly settle us down and go away. The further problem is that there is only one set of key. We three people cannot easily go out and in on our own, because the gate is like 50 stairs up from our room, and we had to coordinate who goes out when, and who comes back when, and who takes the key, and who will go up 50 stairs to open the gate for who, blah blah

Exceptional stay in Oia!
Absolutely stunning hotel at the end of Oia! Quiet and private. Staff were exceptional providing local knowledge, delicious breakfasts, and baggage assistance! 💯 would stay in this “Boutique Cave Hotel” again. There are many steps tho… be prepared!
Daniel
Beautiful views. Quiet location with great sun rises.
Bipasha
Very clean inside our room and patio balcony areas. Beautiful and peaceful location
Lovely breakfast generous portions.
Just be very cautious there are many steps leading to the rooms and quite steep.

The property is in a great location! It is very close and walkable to stores and restaurants and offers great viewpoints of the Oia landscape. The room was a cave room with ample space. The only recommendation I would suggest is to have brighter lighting in the room. The lighting is too dim and needs to be warm yellow rather than the white institutional lighting. I would recommend this place if you are looking to be.close to all the action.
Nancy
Amazing location and views. Very helpful and prompt/professional employees. I recommend arranging transportation from the ferry/airport directly with the hotel
Lisa
We had an excellent experience. The staff was wonderful and very helpful.
The description mentions stairs and they were not kidding but once you arrive it is your own little bit of paradise.

Hotel check in procedure and system needs to be improved. Very hard to reach the reception from the gate which is 24hr locked. Great ocean views, but it is also one of the farthest hotels from the bus/taxi station. Please prepare for a little long walk on the rocky pathway, especially for those who carry large luggage.
Rebecca
Best view in Oia!
Stunning view and comfortable suite, right in the middle of Oia. Many steps to get to our suite, so not recommended for those with difficulty navigating stairs. Breakfast is simple and plentiful.
Ron
This is a cave hotel cut into the cliffs overlooking the caldera. The view is spectacular from your balcony and the hotel has a prime viewing areas for the sunset that allows you to avoid the crowds waiting for hours in the hot sun. Staff if very responsive. Room is basic and the breakfast is nothing special but if you want to stay right in the middle of everything this is for you
jaspal
The hotel had cockroaches and not enough light in the rooms. The washroom is inconvenient for people since you have to climb stairs. Only one of my rooms had an iron. The towels smelled like cigarettes. The manager was very nice and helpful and so were the other employees. Breakfast was included but very basic. Location was good. Overall, average stay and would not return.
Dawn
Excellent!
Divina
The caldera view from our suite was amazing. The sunset can be seen from our roof top. Conveniently located.

The manager guy is good, staff are all good.
jesus
Manager is just great! Excellent service
Robert
Great location, fantastic view from the terrace, friendly staff. The breakfast was brought to the room every morning, but the eggs were cold. The selection was not very large with the only warm items coffee and eggs.
