We stayed three nights at Secret Legends Suites. The view is as advertised, absolutely amazing. The rooms are spacious and breakfast as well as the hot tub were great. We have seen another review mentioning the lack of privacy, particularly with the large crowds and definitely agree with this comment.

We LOVED this hotel. The service and staff are exceptional, we found the staff to be the best of any hotel we’ve stayed at. It is very walkable to dining, shopping, and tours. The rooms are beautiful and it was a dream admiring the gorgeous view from our private hot tub or while eating the delicious breakfast brought to our room each morning. Highly recommend this hotel!!

We loved this property. It was so conveniently located in Oia. Very central yet very quiet. The patio view is amazing. Breakfast is custom ordered in the am and set up on the patio to look at view. Staff helped make reservations and give recommendations. We did a couples scrub/massage treatment that was amazing. So happy we stayed here!

Perfect hidden spot with fantastic service

We splurged on the nicest suite, and were not disappointed. The room, the view, and the location were superb. Alexis at the front desk was incredibly helpful for every question and even managed to score us a reservation at sunset at one of the best locations on the island. Highly recommend!

Excellent Hospitality

From arrival to departure to/from Secret Legends Suites, I felt well taken care of by all the staff. Everyone is inviting and attentive at all time. The atmosphere is amazing, the room was more than I imagined, and the location is ideal. Your footsteps away from the main strip in OIa.

Great view with outdoor dining space and jacuzzi, you can see sunrise and sunset in your room.

The hotel is at the heart of Oia, a quick walk to the bus stop, other restaurants and attractions.

The staff are friendly and they bring free breakfast to you everyday with great selection.

The private shuttle is too expensive, you can get a taxi with half the price.

Top location in Oia- Santorini! We accepted airport transport and private escort to the hotel. It was worth it. The staff is extremely helpful and welcoming. This had to have been the best view as many people were stopping to take photos by the hotel’s entrance. Rooms were comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was okay for the conveniences. The waiter was very attentive with bringing us more champagne & catering to our every need. Thank you for a great experience & happy we got to use Expedia for this stay!

The staff here is what stood out to us most. They were so helpful and treated us like family. We will never forget this, especially since we were going through a rough time. The staff, especially Henna, went out of her way to help us out when we needed it. Next time I come to Greece, I’ll definitely be staying here again. A warm and welcome staff will always bring customers back. We had an incredible experience with this beautiful property and staff. The property is in the center of all the shopping and dining areas. You will also get phenomenal and unparalleled views. Highly recommend this property.

We had a fantastic experience staying at the Secret Legend Suites. We arrived at the resort several hours before our check in after our flight arrived early and it took less time to get bags/travel from the airport than we planned. The staff at the front was able to check us in early with ease, provided us a tour of the hotel/our room then dropped off a complimentary bottle of wine and dried fruit platter. The hotel is in a great location within walking distance to everything in Oia and the front desk can schedule a transfer to travel to other parts of the island if needed. After checking in, the staff immediately asked if we needed them to call to make any reservations and offered recommendations of things to do on the island. We had already made reservation in advance so the front desk staff called the restaurants to confirm they were still in place. The hotel provides a sheet each day of different full breakfast options (eggs benedict, spinach pie, croissant, pancakes, etc.) to select from and serves it to you on the balcony the following morning with beautiful views of the caldera. My fiancee and I got engaged while in Santorini and the Santorini Secret Suites/Santorini Secret Legends made it an unforgettable experience.

Great location and great breakfast

The rooms really are beautiful and the breakfast was absolutely amazing! The reception was very welcoming and I loved that I got ample bottles of water every day since it was so hot. The bed was very comfy and the smart tv was great. You really couldn't pick a better location right in the heart of Oia on the cliffside below the famous church square. Great Wifi

For the amount you are paying, I would have expected the condition of the jacuzzi to be a little better. It needs a little attention. Also I was surprised to find that there was no provisions to iron your clothes, even budget hotels provide an iron in their rooms.

Perfect Experience

Our stay was great. The views are beathtaking, and the location is perfect in the heart of Oia with so many shops, restaurants and bars around. The staff was beyond helpful; Elina and George made our life so much easier, even before arriving at the hotel by helping us in all our bookings for restaurants and cruises, etc... We were supposed to check out at 11 am and our flight was 9 pm, so we didnt want to stay outside and not shower after using the pool, so they helped us in planning our last day and made sure it worked out perfectly. The \"bad\" only comment would be that only one person servicing 7 suites is not enough, it was only one person per shift, so it was very stressful for them as they were checking people in/put as well as taking care of all the guests. So my only recommendation would be to hire additional help, 2 people per shift min would be ideal.
Overall, would definitely recommend Secret Legend Suites!!!

Excellent hotel! Very friendly and helpful staff! The hotel staff called me the day before I checked in to ask if I needed any help getting to the hotel which I greatly appreciated. Great, affordable place to stay in Oia

The views are stunning and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is served on your unit's terrace so there's really no common area but with these views, it's perfect. We had a big room with separate beds which was a plus and the bathroom was huge.

The best things about this hotel is it's location and the view of The Caldera. The rooms are spacious and bright and the bed was comfortable.
What is not so good is the cost cutting and the lack of appreciation of you as a guest. We were here celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary and we got a compliments slip on the morning of our anniversary with our breakfast wishing us a happy one. That was it, nothing more. The water they provide is the cheap stuff you buy in the shops for .50c and you are given 2 small bottles per day. The maid service is only provided at certain times of the day and on one of our days we had to ask for our room to be made up. Evening turn down is between 6 and 8pm when most people like to relax. The coffee is provided via a pod machine and you are allocated 4 pods per day. Please remember this is a 5 star hotel. They offer nothing apart from clean rooms where you have the perfect view of the caldera

The Perfect Getaway!

This hotel was perfect: great location, nice room, very comfortable bed, awesome shower, and the best part, the private balcony with a stunning view of the caldera. We started each day with their delicious breakfast on our balcony and ended each day in the hot tub on the balcony. We also had access to the pool and spa at the sister hotel (just a short walk), which was amazing. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. Overall, a wonderful experience!

Magnificent experience

A most unforgettable experience! It was our 30th wedding anniversary and we couldn’t have picked a more magical place. Our host Alex was beyond exceptional, he understood our every need and helped us make reservations. Every reservation and activity he booked for us was on point and his recommendations were much appreciated. Likewise, service at the pool was fantastic and very friendly. The grounds of the hotel were top notch, the view of the caldera was second to none and it was beautifully located at the heart of Oia.

One of our favorite hotels ever!

To say we loved our experience at The Secret is an understatement. Even though it wasn’t even high season yet, santorini is quite busy yet at the secret you feel you’re in your own slice of paradise! The rooms are large, the jacuzzi is incredible, the views are insane and the breakfast is just perfect. We utilized the pool at the main hotel the last day and LOVED it. There’s no reason not to stay here. It’s a gem and is 10x better than the trendy Canaves Hotels, etc.

Stop reading and book this hotel

Read no further, and book this place!!! This was the most amazing hotel from the views to the local area to the staff and service. The staff and the service was the absolutely BEST we have ever received. The entire reception continually went above and beyond and made our stay magical. Every hotel we went to in Greece, we compared to Secret Legend and none of them could even compare. The made to order breakfast was thorough and so amazing. The views were great. Fresh water bottles and chocolates every day. Truly this place was heavenly. We stayed at other hotels on Santorini during our trip, and our 4 nights at Secret Legend was our favorite 4 nights of our entire 2 week vacation. We can not say enough good things. Don't pay attention to the smaller number of reviews on this hotel versus others- this hotel only has 7 rooms and was built in 2017, so it is newer. With only 7 rooms, you get treated as a guest instead of a room number. The hotel is right in the heart of Oia so you are minutes from walking to restaurants, etc. We can't say enough good things and with recommend Secret Legend to all of our friends going to Santorini.

The suite was very roomy, the lights were very cool (we literally played with them for about 20 min). Faye was great, the staff gave us a bunch of suggestions for food, set up a sunset boat cruise for us, helped us with all of our luggage up and down the steps. They were always so helpful to remind us that they were there to do things for us, and we were on vacation. Location was in the middle of everything, very walkable, and the views were amazing.
