Location is great. Clean rooms with great view of Oia. Nice hotel, good staff and decent breakfast. Only downside was that the jetted tub is not a hot tub. The water was cold so it was like a private pool rather than a jacuzzi.

We had an incredible stay at Armeni Suites. The views are absolutely unmatched — waking up and looking out over the caldera was truly breathtaking, the best we’ve ever experienced in Santorini. The room was clean, comfortable, and felt private while still being close to Oia’s main attractions. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed.

We booked a Junior Suite which is listed as having a private balcony. We did not get a private balcony and all of the windows in our room were facing the public walkway in front of the pool. Sophia was very helpful and moved us halfway through our stay. There is a bigger problem here because their “junior suites” are all different and given based on “priority” so you don’t know what you’re going to get even though you pay the same.

The hotel was amazing! The service was phenomenal, they made arrangements easy for us to transport to and from the hotel. The bellboy even carried our luggage from drop off and was there for us to help in our early departure. The hospitality was exceptional as they prepared to-go breakfast for us since we were leaving prior to their breakfast hours. Not only would I highly recommend staying here for the hospitality, it is in the heart of the city and reachable to many attractions.

Some of the furniture, both in the rooms and in the common areas (especially beach chairs, outdoor tables, and umbrellas), is starting to show signs of wear. Improving these would really enhance the guest experience and add value to the property.

Sofia the reception/concierge is phenomenal!!! The staff who makes breakfast to order and keeps rooms tidy is wonderful! And vitali the porter/breakfast delivery and pool maintenance made our stay so relaxing! Best views of the Caldera!!! Definitely suggest taking the catamaran day tour!!! There is a great restaurant to view the sunset called Cup & Co. with rooftop seating. Santorini is magical from sunrise through sunset!!!

This is a property for young healthy people. My room was 62 steep steps from the walkway. I had to take several breaks each time up and down and limited my trips back to the room because of the difficulty navigating the steep steps and the fact they had no railing.
I sheet of plywood would have been more comfortable than the bed.
The shower head wouldn’t stay hanging because the holder was broken.
There was no shower curtain or door. Water went everywhere when trying to shower.
Toilet paper couldn’t be flushed.

I have been in many hotels , but his one totally exceeds my expectations, excellent staff, service , and specially the location and special views. I will recommend it to friends and family and hope to be back in the near future, thank you for an amazing experience.

This hotel did not meet my expectations. I was promised an ocean view, which was one of the main reasons for my booking, but did not get one. After discussing this with the reception, she said the ocean view was from the staircase leading to the room. The hotel itself felt very old and in need of renovation. My shower was a tub with a shower nozzle attachment, but no curtain. The bed squeaked loudly and was uncomfortable. The room did not match the pictures of the room we supposedly booked. In fact, our bathroom did not show up in any of the pictures.
Overall, I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience. I hope the management can address these issues for future guests.

The breakfast is fantastic and delivered right to your balcony. Even your luggage gets taken up and down the steps for you! The place is absolutely beautiful. Right outside the property are restaurants & shops. You don't really need to drive around to go somewhere. Plus the hotel rooms are updated and clean compared to the others that we have stayed in santorini. I love how accommodating is Sophia. Shes so great. She helps us booked our cruise tour & transportation to other hotel and also on our way to the airport. Special thanks to vitale for helping us with our luggage and for serving us breakfast during our stay. Can't wait to go back & stay again in this hotel.

Rooms could use a refresh and a better cleaning in the bathrooms. We had room #1 sea view. Very blocked and could not see the caldera which was disappointing. Balcony was huge but needed better shade as you couldn’t sit out because of the direct sun. LOTS of steps which on my opinion were a little on the dangerous side. Prime location though.

This small hotel is conveniently located in the center of Oia. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was served on our balcony promptly every morning as ordered. The views from the Junior Suite ocean view terrace were fantastic. Good supply of hot water in the shower.
I suggest contracting the hotel car service for airport pick vs Uber. They will need to carry all of your luggage quite a distance to reach the hotel & room.
The stairs leading to all of the rooms are treacherous. I am in good shape, and almost fell on several occasions. Lady next to me took a serious fall. NO HAND RAILS! This is serious neglect and just plain bad management on the part of the owners. This simple fix would prevent many injuries, as there are 76 UNEVEN STEPS made of stones to reach my room. If you plan on drinking or have any physical impairments, this is NOT the place for you. The rooms are old, with wooden windows & doors. They rattle/bang LOUDLY ALL NIGHT LONG due to the prevailing ocean winds. Sleep was interrupted all night long. Balancing the positives & negative attributes of this property, I have to give it an overall rating of 6 out of 10.

Staff was great. We really appreciated cooling off in the two pools on the hot afternoons. Centrally located in village of Oia. There are alot of stairs to maneuver and some are uneven in height. Planned our outings so not too many trips up and down. But Excellent hotel overall! The breakfasts were amazing also!

Unbeatable views
Our stay was lovely. This hotel is located in the middle of Oía but low enough down off the main walkway that it’s quiet and private, also the view is spectacular with nothing between the pool deck and the water. Everyone was very kind and helpful, breakfast was great (served on our private terrace). Full disclosure there are a lot of stairs down to the hotel from the Main Street but this wasn’t a downside and kept the space private from the millions of people trying for the perfect picture. Highly recommend this place.

The room we stayed had a scenic view looking over the sea but the condition of the room was not great. There was private balcony but had a bad stench in the area so couldn’t enjoy at all. The private jacuzzi didn’t have a working door so that was also a bummer! Breakfast delivered to room was good but coffee was served luke warm..may be the hotel could use a thermal flask !

Simply a perfect accommodation. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The views from the second story of the room are immaculate. The private hot tub is the icing on the cake. This is a perfect place to enjoy Santorini.

Probably the best hotel room I ever stayed in with a private terrace and an unbeatable view of the caldera. I travel solo and usually get put in the worst room so couldn't believe my luck. Even if you don't get the same one I stayed in, the hotel location can't be beaten - it's right in the heart of Oia. The staff are super nice and helpful and the in-room breakfast service feels very upscale!!

Right in the middle of the strip by the water and in the center of all thats going on in gorgeous Oia! View is magnificent. We had the water and famous Santorini/Oia view, and we could watch the most beautiful sunset from the balcony of our room or while dipping in the swimming pool by our room. Staff are very helpful, accommodating, and friendly. Rooms are not luxurious and large but very authentic, clean, comfortable, and decent. We found the breakfast list satisfying. We took a friend's recommendation in staying at this location and will pass on the same recommendation to our friends who are planning a trip to Santorini.

Breathtaking property. The most gorgeous sights I have ever seen. Felt so lucky to stay here for 3 nights. Beautiful breakfast spread delivered daily. And robes in the room were cozy. The pool was so calm and the views are magnificent. Very central location. The staff was so friendly and such a big help carrying our bags down. I wish I could move in! We stayed in room 10 and loved our balcony. Even the view from the shower was of Oia. Absolutely gorgeous. Could not have been any better.

My husband and I spent four lovely nights in a Superior Suite at Armeni Village for our 20th anniversary, and it was wonderful! The room and the grounds were spacious and beautiful. We were spoiled each morning with breakfast delivered right to our room. The property itself is perfectly located near several delicious restaurants, taverns and gelato places. Our whole stay exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend Armeni Village Rooms and Suites to other couples looking for a spectacular experience on Santorini.

This is place is not safe for you and your family. The pics you see on Expedia have nothing to do with the truth. Once we entered our room, we smelled dust everywhere. There were stains on the linen, sink and bathroom. We left once we checked the room and they refused to give us any evidence that we left the room. All what they cared about is to keep the money. I sent the pictures to Expedia and we are still waiting for their investigation to see if they will support their customers against scams or not!!

Great hotel! Wonderful Cycladic-inspired cave/cliff rooms. Fantastic view of the caldera. Many, many steps, but was worth the work out. Staff was wonderful, especially the staff who had to ascend and descend those 60 odd steps many times a day.

The views here are as good as it gets. The location is excellent as it is near the bus station so you won’t need to carry your luggage far. The staff are friendly and helpful. The pool views are incredible. The room is simple and fine. cleanliness is ok but could have some improvement as there are some stains on the ceiling and behind the taps. But overall loved it

This was our first time in Greece and I’m SO happy we stayed here for our first time. The room was absolutely beautiful and spacious. My only “complaint” was that there was no full length or large mirror… you know us girls need a large mirror to fully see our outfits. Other than that everything was perfect. The staff is extremely friendly and attentive. They also provided us with European adapters for charging since we forgot ours. The location/views were breathtaking and we had so many shops and restaurants within walking distance. You couldn’t take a shower without loosing hot water and pressure and not to mention the shower head and how difficult it’s to take a shower. The tub was not clean and shower curtain was ripped. The bed and mattress were broken and very uncomfortable.

This property is located on the side of a cliff so views are breathtaking. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Our room (14) was very spacious with separate bedroom. We spent most of our time on the shaded patio just taking in the view. Property is just steps away from main dining and shopping area. Due to cliff side location there are steps to negotiate. These cliffside suites are so beautiful and comfortable to stay at during your visit in Santorini. From check in to check out, we felt at home in the suites. I highly recommend taking your breakfast here each day. The spread they offer is delicious and is well work the extra money in my opinion. You are able to change up the breakfast assortment too if you'd like. We stayed in the deluxe junior suite and it was plenty big for two people. It had a living room area, bedroom, 2 full bathrooms , (1upstairs and 1 downstairs), tiny little wet bar area, and two balconies, one which had a hot tub. The views are breath taking. It definitely gives you the picturesque views you'd imagine when you think of Santorini. If I'm ever able to visit the island again, I will definitely stay here.

This is the kind of place that you want to stay for more than a week. Santorini is 2nd to the last stop for my Euro Trip. At some point in some countries the rooms i got are disgusting and disappointing given the price they are charging and yet this place changed it all. Armeni was a great experience but could use a few cosmetic upgrades ( better deck and patio furniture), daily cleaning of hot tub, and maybe upgrade the main stair case... other properties seemed to have better angles to their staircases. It's the perfect location also because it's a short walk to the cab pick up area and tours pick up areas. Very close to ammoudi bay and shops and restos. Breakfast was a nice touch!! We stayed here for 3 nights as a part of our honeymoon “tour” and it was absolutely amazing! We are so pleased that we chose Armeni and they lived up to our expectations and then some! The resort was clean, in the most perfect location in Oia with a spectacular Caldera view. The staff was friendly and helpful and accommodating as can be! My husband and I highly recommend this hotel to everyone and would certainly look into staying here again!!

Our cave house apartment was in a perfect location! In the heart of all that Oia has to offer, and yet not in the super crowded center. It is down some stairs so one gets the feeling of Santorini, yet it is not a chore to go back & forth to your rom several times per day.

The staff was very nice and tried to be helpful. The location was fantastic. However my issue probably is with hotels.com and what they promise to have the hotel provide. It was not accurate. But the hotel did its best to accommodate.

The hotel is at an excellent location very close to the village centre of Oia. Staff are excellent and friendly especially Erica. However, there is room for improvement regarding the breakfast arrangement. We booked two junior suite rooms and stayed there with our two daughters. However we were not allowed to use the tables outside the rooms facing the beautiful caldera as we were told that we had a balcony with a table and the tables outdoor were for other room guests. So the guests from superior rooms could actually enjoy much better view and arrangement for breakfast, and we as a family found it extremely difficult to have breakfast together every morning. We ultimately had to squeeze in one room and had breakfast in a table for two!! Considering the room charge we paid, it is doubtful if the stay is good value for money.

Horrible experience. After returning to the hotel, we noticed multiple items were stolen from the hotel room. After brining it to the attention of the management staff, the man proceeded to scream at us and yell at the top of his lungs and said he could kick us off the property for making such accusations. Walking down the steps back to our room, hotel staff from another property stopped us to ask if everything was okay - they proceeded to tell us that this hotel consistently has issues with items being stolen out of rooms. The hotel rooms are also not as pictured, this hotel isn't any better than your less than average hostel.

We stayed in a \"Superior Suite, Hot Tub\" room, and it was everything we hoped it would be! Important note before check in: Call the reception desk and they will send a bellman to help you with your luggage. The steps up and down are a bit steep, but after all, you're in Santorini! The cave-like rooms are intended to hearken ancient Thirian homes, and yet they also create amazing modern spaces! We loved sitting in our hot tub and looking out over the iconic Oia skyline. Breakfast is simple, but it's all you need. We loved opening up our windows and gazing out over the caldera while we nibbled. It's a great central location and easy to access most points of the village. Because you're in the heart of Oia, the local area is swarming with tourists however the hotel is vigilant about keeping the grounds private for guests only too! Also, there isn't a dedicated parking area, which would have made things more convenient, especially when fighting the transient sunset-watching crowds. But it wasn't the end of the world. Note: you are in a cave, so mobile phone service is spotty, and the wifi is on par with the rest of Greece, meaning free but unreliable at best.

This hotel has a splendid view. It was one of the best on the island. It is in a nice location in Oia, which is close to a lot of great restaurants. There's a nice pool outside. Breakfast is not included. The bed was okay not too comfy. The biggest issue that I had with the hotel was the amount of stairs. It was a horrific amount of stairs. It made us choose very carefully what we wanted to do around the island since we had to climb 50 stairs to get out of the hotel. Parking is not close by and you are on your own to find it. Other than the stairs and no place to park, it is a great place to stay on the island if you want a nice place to stay in Oia.
