Staff was super helpful, great location and a room was perfect for a short stay!
Shemeira
The room was very clean but felt damp. The AC wasn't working properly which wasn't a huge deal as we were able to open the windows for some fresh air. The staff were extremely professional and pleasant. Would definitely stay again but would need the AC to work properly.
Erik
Nice staff. Top notch room. Access to the pedestrian footpath that accessed the beautiful oceanside shops, restaurants, etc. was right across the road, through a parking lot; super convenient. Breakfast schedule required some flexibility; first day needed to wait until 9:15. Management allowed me to temporarily store a couple bicycles on the property for a couple hours. Only quirk was the unusual, opaque glass door to bathroom which hung from the wall rather than a conventional door frame; it provided visual privacy but regarding sounds and smells it was like the toilet was in the bedroom. If you are not bothered by the unusual toilet/opaque door in the room I highly recommend this place. Vehicle traffic is noticeable by late morning and busy by afternoon but the windows have good seals that block the noise.
Benymel
There was no pool, I asked about it and the receptionist said we can use the one at nearby Filotera suite but need to spend $25 for drinks/ refreshments to use their pool. Staff very friendly and welcoming, very helpful with everything.
KYEONG YEON
Well maintained and clean room with kindly service.
Tashina
This is my 2nd time staying here. Everything was amazing as always. Great view of the street
Emmylou
Clean nice hotel
David
Extremely noisy in rather limited space. Clean, conveniently located, but not as presented.
Susan
Beautiful, comfortable, modern rooms, a short walk from all the sights of oia!
You Ling
the location is perfect - a street away from the main street in oia; a couple of minutes away from the main bus station; very easy to get to for visitors like me.
staff are very friendly and pleasant.
My room was very good - modern, airy and bright, with a balcony (with compromised sea view).
Breakfast was delivered to my room at the time I asked for. The creamy yoghurt and freshly cooked egg were the best!
The only complaint I had was the hair in my towels. It is a real shame, as it made me question the overall hygiene of the room/facility.

Clean room and friendly staff
Weili
It is not really a 4 stars hotel, which needs a face-lift. Breakfast was soso, abd the buffet dinner at hotel was soso, So we took dinner in another restaurant, a few block away from the hotel.
Trang
We love their breakfast that is brought to our room every morning
Victoria
Stayed here 5 years ago. What a downgrade! They offer a vegetarian breakfast - no bacon or sausages anymore, only plain egg and yogurt. The first breakfast was so bad, you can't make changes or chose what you want. They gave us ONE BOILED EGG and a coffee for breakfast. They used to have excellent breakfast. This \"saving\" is laughable. Also, there is no elevator there and lots of stairs, just FYI. The room was clean. The staff is not on site after 4pm, so it does not feel safe. Well, it's Santorini, but still, no staff on site at night does not feel very comfortable. Would not stay here again.
Yvonne
Hotel was clean. Breakfast was good and staff was nice. Good walking distance top shops and restaurants
LI
The room is very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast is okay. The location is very close to the shopping and dining.
Marla
This place was beautiful and so close to the Caldera. It was easily walkable to shopping and dining. The breakfast we received in our room was delicious. We had a 6:00 am flight out and they made arrangements to have us picked up at 4:15 am plus there was someone to help with luggage. I would highly recommend staying here.
Fatima
Excellent!!! Breakfast was amazing! I will definitely recommend this place to my friends
Dorren
The property is well kept and very convenient

Nice hotel
yama
Hotel was good, very clean, staff was friendly. But the shower water pressure was extremely low, I asked to fix it and no action was taken. However overall hotel was very nice for the price we paid
Panagiota
Our one-night stay at Fileria Suites was fantastic. The room was beautiful. The location of it was perfect for us. Very close walking distance to the Oia bus station, we loved that. Also, the hotel was away from the very busy streets of Oia shops, which made our stay quiet. The customer service was excellent. Thank you so much for making our one-night stay very pleasant! I will definitely refer this hotel to anyone who asks me where they could stay in Oia. :)
Duane
Wonderful hotel, right in the middle of town with wonderful staff and very comfortable and clean rooms.
Yiping
Excellent location. Close to the bus terminal. The room is clean and spacious.
Alexa
Location was good to explore Oia. Did not care for their breakfast service. Although breakfast is served to your room, if the time you wanted breakfast brought over was already taken then you had to choose a different time. We found this to be a bit strange. The water went out the night before we checked out. Not sure what happened but it was back by morning.
Jose
Love it

Excellent hotel in Santorini
The hotel is in good location. Staff and service is very good.
Kaitlyn
Excellent stay at Fileria Suites! Staff were friendly, location convenient, spacious and comfortable room
Neal
Helpful staffs. Clear and convenience for late check-in. Clean and comfortable room. Less than 5 min walk to Oia public bus station.
Kentaro
The facility is clean, and the staff is friendly.
Jamie-Lee
They were really accommodating and went the extra mile to make our stay an enjoyable one. I will definitely recommend Fileria Suites to everyone and if ever I return to Santorini, I will be staying here no doubt.
Tahir
The property is located on the main street which is both good (no stairs to haul your luggage over) and bad (fairly decent traffic so you can hear cars and bikes whizz by at night).
Property was nicely maintained and they serve a very decent breakfast. Staff was friendly and did their best to mke our stay comfortable. Excellent location since you can cover all of Oia easily on foot. Just cross the street and the action begins. Bus stop to Fira is only a 5 min walk from the property, should you fancy a trip there and costs only 2 Euros / person.
I did have some issues originally with my original booking being cancelled and I wasnt able to get through to them through Expedia. Expedia support also jumped in but to no avail (they sent one email and thats that). I was later told by the property manager after I checked in that they dont get any message through Expedia's platform for some reason. Expedia had been a bit too horrible.
P.s. Expedia is not open to feedback like this. They just made me change my review here.

Oia is a beautiful area. Our suite was right on the edge of a busy road and the rear patio right over the office and looking at someone’s clothesline. In the evening I was halfway through my shower, covered in soap and the water failed. They said there was a leak. This wasn’t resolved for about two or three hours. The next morning we had water but no hot water which still was not resolved by the time of our departure.
Yvette
Great location. The staff was ver helpful and friendly. Would stay there again.
Jasmin
Love this hotel! Everything is convenient and walking distance. Parking is also easy. Staff are friendly and helpful.
Aurora
Enjoyed our stay at Fileria Suites. Breakfast is great. Service is exceptional. Ana Maria is courteous and excellent. Will love to stay here again.

Beautiful room
Stunning. The room was roomy and the location was great. Receptionists was great and super helpful. The breaksfast in the room was amazing.
Xiaolan
I love everything about this property. The room looks like a high-end hotel (without the high-end price). It's extremely clean. The service is fantastic. Breakfast is served in the room or the private courtyard. It was set up with a tablecloth, like in the restaurant. The breakfast was delicious! There is a bus stop right next to the property, so make sure to request a stop, otherwise you have to walk back 300 meters from the main Oia stop. The property is one street away from the main street, which is very convenient for everything. Because it's not on the cliff/hillside, you don't need to walk up and down, which is good for people with mobility issues. I'll definitely stay there again in the future.
Wei
We arrived early in the morning, but the staffs put lots of effort so we were able to checkin before the noon. They also helped us to make dinner, boat tour, and taxi reservation. The hotel’s location is so great! Each morning, the delicious breakfast was delivered to our room. This hotel is very new, super clean, and decorated with style!

Beautiful location
This place was so awesome. The rooms were great, they had everything we needed and it was so close to just walk across the street to see the Santorini sunset. They had breakfast brought to our rooms and the workers there are extremely nice
Jeff
I was disappointed with the view. Online advertising only showed ocean/city views. Our view was of the local neighborhood. The only saving grace was the beautiful flowering plant around on of the neighboring patio.
Pluses were the excellent staff services and the breakfast served in our room. The location was also ideal for getting into the main city center.

Beautiful hotel. Great location. Easy bus route up for only 4 euros. Walkable to main strip of Oia. Great staff. Easy check in and out. Comfortable bed! Highly recommend.
jessica
Good location as close to the main strip but not right on it, and staff was amazing and friendly
Gustavo
Love this hotel! The Breakfast was amazing
Helmut
Great hotel- would visit again
If you don’t mind not having a sea view, then this is a great place to stay at! The Main Street is a very short walk away along with the private car park which was useful given how hard it can be to find parking space in Oia. The rooms are comfortable and modern (with A/C) and breakfast was served on the outside table which was lovely in the mornings. Moreover the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Stay at Fileria Suites
We had an amazing stay at Fileria Suites. Hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful at all times. The hotel is clean, centrally located and quick walk to the main square. Highly recommended!
Crystal
Very convenient to all things in oía! Property is on the back side of the cliffs but it’s worth it. Our unit had a view of a beautiful pink tree and it was a great little balcony view! They serve you breakfast in the morning, choices is yours and it was a delicious relaxing way to start the morning! Parking is only down the street but it’s gated and you don’t have to worry about other people hitting the car. The hotel is nice and relaxing and would recommended.

Great stay
Excellent breakfast, very quiet. Right at center of everything. Didn’t experience the amenities but free spread for breakfast and it was delicious.

The hotel room was very well-decorated and functional. Very clean room, comfortable bed, good shower facilities and A/C, nice balconies! Breakfast was very delicious too!
The location was also perfect as it was just a short walk to the main street and bus stop.
The receptionists were all very kind and friendly.
We had a really good 3 nights stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!

Great value and location
Fantastic central location in Oia and we aren’t walkers!!!
The only thing that would’ve made it more perfect is if it were actually on the mountainside.
It’s located One block behind the caldera and main views
The very small staff were super friendly and helpful, especially Katerina with whom we dealt with mostly…always a smiling face!
Breakfast is delivered to your room at the time you request (pretty awesome)
Very clean throughout (huge plus)
The only negative, which was very upsetting when we arrived, is that the pics are a bit deceiving…… I booked this property because I thought I was getting a caldera view and instead it was a brick wall on one side and stucco on the other. Kinda put a damper on things, but I got over it.

The room was immaculate and very comfortable. Easy walking to sights and dining. The shower was spacious with great water pressure. The complimentary breakfast was exactly to order and beautifully presented. Worth every penny!
Natalia
Our stay at this Santorini hotel was fantastic! The room was spacious with a very comfortable bed. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were incredibly helpful, arranging pick-up/drop-off at the ferry and letting us use the partner hotel's restaurant and pool with a minimum spend. The location was perfect, just a short walk from Oia's main street, bus stops, and restaurants. Highly recommended for a memorable Santorini getaway!

Beautiful hotel

The property is a short walking distance to the strip of Santorini with all the shops and sites.
The location is excellent, but no views.
Spend a little more and directly sea facing in Oia. Otherwise the hotel, grounds and staff very nice and helpful

We loved this property! The room is beautiful and spacious, located on the perfect area just across the street from the Main views in Santorini. Staff is so helpful in booking us a four wheeler and transportation to and from the airport. Breakfast was delivered every morning on time. Their sister hotel Filotera suites has a pool with great view of the Caldera and we were able to go swim in it.

The attention to detail and the excellent staff made our vacation memorable. Beautiful hotel/room, amazing breakfast, and excellent location, we will definitely stay here again. Cheers to the owners!

Place very clean. Staff very courteous and helpful. Took our luggage to our room. The included breakfast was good and was brought to our room.

4 starts goes to the fact they gave me a suite that had an outgoing A/C issue from another room. The outside of my suite was flooded and I had to call for service to clean and dry the outside patio during my stay.
Other than that, great customer service, super clean, nice, and great breakfast!

Fileria suites made mine and my sons first travel in Europe very enjoyable and relaxing.
The hotel is very close to oia castle which really helped us take a walk down the pedestrian path leading to Oia castle in the morning and the evening.
The views you see just 50m away from the hotel is incredible.
Such a convenient and very clean place.
Elsa was very sweet at the front desk.
They are proud of their breakfast spread which is delivered to your room at a time convenient for you every single morning. Their breakfast will not disappoint you. It’s really yum and you do not have to rush in the morning to change and step out to have your buffet breakfast. Found it very convenient as my son was able to sleep late 😀.
The bus station is not too far either. Just 7 mins walk which can take you to Fira.
I would definitely recommend them.

Loved it here. Made to order breakfast served on your choice of 2 private balconies. Staff could help with anything and gave great recommendations. Bed was perfect.

Front and back balconies with made to order breakfast included. It is heaven here. Comfy beds, great staff. Booked activities for us. Recommended restaurants. Wouldn’t change anything

The staff and location was perfect! We felt very relaxed and at home. Wonderful breakfast as well.

Great hotel breakfast was amazing served on the patio. One of the best breakfasts anywhere!
Room was slightly small when traveling with 2 large suitcases but not a spoiler

We had a great stay at Hotel X. The staff were nice, friendly, and very helpful. What's especially convenient is that the hotel is just a short distance away, just a few steps from the center. I highly recommend Hotel X to everyone.

Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Every morning they deliver your preordered breakfast to your room and it is delicious, including freshly baked bread and croissants. Easy walk to Oia shopping, restaurants and sunsets

Poorly maintained rooms disrupting holiday
This review is about the management and lack of upkeep of the rooms, causing a delay in our plans during an already short stay in Oia. The hotel itself is in a great location, just a block from the start of the shops in oia. Shower and bathroom in separate room by frosted glass doors - however, a bit “open” to the room since not a fully closing door.
Within the first hour of our stay, our shower overflowed causing water to spill directly into the floor outside the shower. Manager came to promptly unclog, however the amount of hair and debris removed resulted in an extremely strong and foul “sewage” odor that did not air out after opening windows for 1.5 hours. The guest in that room began developing allergic reaction, so we moved all of the luggage/items into another room to try to get ready for our evening. The rooms we booked wereonly meant for two, therefore we were all extremely cramped while waiting for the other room. The hotel did not have alternate rooms for us and suggested we air it for several hours. This was disrupting our arranged plans, so upon discussing with the receptionist, we were repeatedly assured we would get a refund for both rooms as we were not receiving the services that we paid for- this did NOT happen. We are discussing with Expedia and have gone back and forth making our case for why this was unacceptable. Other hotels we have been at have been much more accommodating to us, therefore this was very disappointing.

Lovely overnight stay in Oia, good location everything within short walk including the main sights and the bus station. Service also superb, very helpful and breakfast delivered to your room as part of service.

It was a wonderful stay in Oia! The reception staff was extremely helpful and helped us with recommendations for exploring Santorini. They also helped arrange our taxi services throughout our stay. The breakfast was wonderful!
Justine
The manager and staff were so friendly and helpful; they greeted us so kindly and made the check-in process extremely easy. The room itself was gorgeous and the included breakfast was delicious. The hotel was located just across the way from the main street in Oia so it was very walkable, but also more private. We would very much recommend Fileria Suites to anyone coming to visit Oia.
Robert
This is a beautiful hotel a block off the main pedestrian walkway so it is quiet and yet convenient. The entire town of Oia is within easy walking distance. The room was spacious, private and had a large comfortable bed. The staff was lovely, friendly and helpful. If you are interested in a gourmet meal in an intimate restaurant with a spectacular view their restaurant is the ideal place. I would highly recommend this property.
Janice
Lovely friendly staff, immaculate rooms and the breakfast was amazing and served to your room. Great location for visiting central Oia. Will definitely book again thank you
Jeremy
Staff was very friendly. They brought us breakfast each morning - very good breakfast. Room was clean, had enough hot water for at least two showers.

We loved this hotel, great location with great staff and perfect location in oia. Nothing bad to say about it. The breakfast was delicious and if you want to spend a day at the pool you can go to the sister hotel. We would stay here again.

The location is perfect & budget friendly for Oia.
Elsa at the reception is amazing! She is always available and sure makes things happen when you need them to. She arranged for a birthday cake, transportation and the most amazing sunset tour in the caldera. Than you Elsa!!!

Very nice stay at newly refurbished hotel. Excellent staff and very good breakfast delivered to room balcony.
Emma
The staff is so hospitable and helpful and the rooms are a perfect and clean little sanctuary to come back to after wandering around the island. The daily private breakfast was such a treat. Would highly recommend and would come back to ourselves!

I loved our hotel. I wish we could have stayed longer and enjoyed their breakfast. Location was perfect. I was initially skeptical because the hotels with this location was 3x more, but we chose this since we were spending our time outside of the hotel. We will definitely continue to stay here next time we come back. Everything was so clean and the staff were so organized and friendly. Took the time to explain Oia and give us tips on where to eat and see the best views.
Amma
This hotel was amazing... Would recommend to anyone. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is delicious. Location is great close to all the must sees in Oia. Will return for sure!
Rachel
This hotel offers an absolutely lovely room for your stay in Oia!! We had hoped to stay right on the Main Street and this was one over, but absolutely loved this room. The staff was super friendly, breakfast was lovely, and the room itself was super clean and modern. We’d definitely come back here and will recommend for anyone visiting Santorini!!
