Grateful for the staff at White Pearl, receptionist and staff accommodated well and were kind and professional. Nothing but great things to say, many thanks to the gentleman who carried our luggage up and down the cliff upon arrival and departure. Breakfast was very fresh, conversation with Nikol each morning was a great start to our day.

I had an exceptional stay that exceeded nearly every expectation. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome—warm, attentive, and always ready to help without being intrusive. Check-in was smooth and efficient, setting the tone for a stress-free visit.

The room itself was spotless, thoughtfully designed, and incredibly comfortable. The bed felt like it had been engineered for perfect sleep, and I appreciated the small details—plush towels, quality toiletries, and a quiet atmosphere that made it easy to unwind. Housekeeping maintained everything to a high standard throughout my stay.

The amenities were equally impressive. Whether it was the well-equipped fitness center, the relaxing common areas, or the on-site dining options, everything felt polished and well cared for. Speaking of dining, the food was excellent—fresh, flavorful, and served with care.

Location-wise, the hotel couldn’t have been more convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions, dining, and transportation. It struck the perfect balance between being centrally located and still offering a peaceful retreat.

What stood out most, though, was the consistency. Every interaction, every service, every detail reflected a commitment to quality. It’s clear that this hotel takes pride in creating a memorable guest experience.

I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and top-tier service.

I want to mention that we travel frequently, and this was by far the worst hotel experience we’ve had. The first major issue was that the property did not match the description or photos online. We raised this with the staff (Anna was our main point of contact), but the response was limited to a simple apology with no meaningful resolution. When we requested a villa change, we were told the property was fully booked despite visibly vacant units next to ours. The second and most disruptive issue was the indoor hot tub. It was not functioning properly, it remained cold, leaked continuously and made loud, persistent noises throughout the night. This appeared to be related to faulty jets or drainage. As a result, we were unable to sleep for all three nights of our stay. What was particularly frustrating is that we had been briefly warned about “occasional sounds” during check-in, but the reality was far worse. Housekeeping attempted temporary fixes in the mornings, but the problem returned every night. On the third day, no one came at all, and the issue was left unresolved. Despite our request to fix sk we could peacefully have breakfast in the room (since it was raining that day), no action was taken. Instead, we were offered a late checkout, which was intolerable. We left way earlier for our 14hrs long journey and we will never return here. I would strongly advise you to be cautious when booking, as the online description is tricky and does not match the actual property

The property has a great view of Santorini waters. I booked the 2 floor suite with private pool for just the wife and me—it was amazing. The only issue, which is fixable is changing the beds because they are hard and changing the toilet lid which was not aligned with seat bowl. Also, it would be best to give customer some snacks and drinks for each day they stay. Overall, great place to vacation.

The property is amazing. The view is spectacular and the staff are helpful and helped us book all of the activities we wanted to do. The only problem was the villa we stayed in was located on top of a bar that played very loud dance music until around midnight every night. The staff did offer to move us to a different villa but it was already late at night and we had unpacked. Overall great experience but bring noise cancelling headphones if you plan to go to sleep before midnight.

While White Pearl was in an excellent location in OIA reaching the room was extrememly difficult due to all the steps and changing levels of the path to our unit. There are no handrails and was very difficult to navigate. I limited climbing to few times a day as the climb was exhausting for me. I suggest that guests be warned of the issue before they book.
Also we booked a unit, Blue Moon, that advertised a plunge pool located on our balcony right outside the room but the pool was not located adjacent to our room but rather on another level with more steps to climb to reach it. I was unable to climb those stairs. The descirition for Blue Moon on White Pearls website is not honest and accurate.
Booking transport through the hotel was much more expensive than had we secured our own taxi and on our departure to the airport the manager added another couple to the taxi who was going to a location no where near the airport and we almost missed our flight
Bed was comfortable but difficult to get in and out of. There is no sunset view from these units. Shower often did not have hot water and the sink overflowed several times.
The thing we did like was the view of the ocean from our room. It was beautiful but I would not book this hotel again due to the deceptive advertising on their website.

We stayed at white pearl villas for our honeymoon! I’ll start with the good:

- the location
- the view
- the front desk team and porter were nice

Now onto the terrible. The photos for this hotel listing are incredibly misleading. The conditions are not “VIP” or enjoyable by any means.

- The pool area and lounge seats are run down, ripped, and give motel impression.
- We got the aurora grace room and the indoor plunge pool was murky water and had dirty jets.
- The bathroom has mold. Mold on shower shelf, painted over on the walls, and the sign above the toilet just the biggest example of lazy upkeep.
- The bed had bugs. The hotel staff assured us it was ants which is still gross. We lifted the sheet to check for more bugs and the mattress was stained with what looked like blood.

Bathroom black so a little dark, not a bit issue. We loved staying here was quite, except when bathroom light/ fan was turned on. Very noisy, I sure can be fixed. We stayed late April being May so enjoyed less people. View from our room outstanding, only have to walk up a few steps to pool area. House keeping was excellent. Breakfast was at the Luno Cafe good selection on menu with freshly squeezed juice tea and coffee only a few minutes walk back up to Main Street. Expect to climb steps this Is Santorini. Ioanna was at Cafe to greet guests very welcoming and happy to make restaurant reservations and recommendations. All transfers booked by hotel worked very well. We loved Oia the small town had beautiful little boutique shops and many restaurants. The view from caldera over Aegean Sea is amazing. Perfect way to enjoy Oia

We had a brilliant stay at White Pearl villas. The rooms were beautiful and cleaned daily by the very friendly cleaning staff. Location was also great - once you come out of the villas you’re right at the start of the promenade into Oia so everything you need is within walking distance.

Breakfast was served a 2 minute walk away at Luno - we couldn’t fault the food here nor the service. Our daily server, Joanna, was a ray of sunshine every morning!

We were very impressed by the attentiveness of the staff at White Pearl villas. Always on hand via WhatsApp for any request small or large, even managing to reserve us best tables at restaurants at short notice! Unfortunately we didn’t get the manager’s name to give a shout out but she was brilliant throughout.

Stunning location and views from our Villa on this property, we've traveled a lot but there is no place like Santorini, and this location was simply the best!!!

People: Simply the best team who were always available and made our stay so much special. From providing ideas for dinner to helping us book boat sailing. You're the best, Thank you!!!

Room: We were kindly upgraded to hidden gem villa and the room, the pool, the views were simply breathtaking. We really LOVED IT!

Location: If you're going to Santorini, book in Oia it is private, safe, and locations are better than any other location. White Pearl Villas are in the best portion of Oia, away from crowds and everything that Oia has to offer is easily walkable!

Breakfast: Scrumptious and delicious!

If you're going to Santorini (and you should!!!) don't think twice and book White Pearl Villas. You will love it!

Can't wait to return!

This hotel was everything we hoped for and more! We originally booked the Aegean room to travel in 2020, but when our trip was postponed due to COVID, we upgraded to Pure Bliss and added a night, and could not be more happy we did! Aside from the beautiful and huge room, the jacuzzi was wonderful every night, our room was always spotless, and the service was incredible. Anything we needed we just sent Maria a text and she handled it including taking our breakfast order every evening to have delivered to our room in the morning, booking a wine tour, booking a catamaran tour, and renting us a buggie to take to the beach. She also researched restaurants that could accommodate my food allergy and reserved us the best table at every restaurant we went to. The service was far beyond any place we've ever stayed. My only complaint is there is no bathroom at the pool; I actually counted and it's 98 steps from the pool to their bathroom in the \"lobby\" which is almost the same as just returning to the room. It made it difficult to hang out there and have some drinks. Everything else was just perfect.

This is an excellent accommodation. Depending which room you choose, you can get a cozy cave with caldera view and a private terrace with a heated small pool or a jacuzzi. Our room - Full Moon Villa - also have an indoor bath tub/jacuzzi, with caldera view through the windows.
In general, White Pearl Villas are very private, unlike other Santorini places we’ve seen when walking the area.
The staff is very nice, their customer service is excellent. You can arrange with them from airport pick up to local restaurants reservation. Special mention to the welcome gift!
Although the Villas don’t have a restaurant, they can provide room service from Passagio cafe.
It is in Oia at the beginning of the peatonal path, where most restaurants, cafes, and shops are located, and again, the views...

Amazing Stay!!!

We had the most amazing stay in White Pearl Villas! If we go back we would definitely stay with them again. Their location is in the center of Oia, our room had the most beautiful caldera views, and our villa was amazing! They greeted us with a free complimentary wine bottle as a welcome gift, made sure our room was clean every day, and we had the most delicious complimentary breakfast at the “Passagio” (a restaurant located a few minutes from our villa with amazing views from their terrace). We were also so grateful because on our last morning we had to leave before breakfast time to catch our flight but the night before they surprised us with a basket filled with breakfast goodies so that we could have breakfast in our room before we left. We had never stayed in a a hotel or villa who cared so much. If you want to rest and have a beautiful stress free vacation this is definitely the place to go!

First off Santorini/Oia is the most beautiful place we have ever been to. Our plane arrived quite early and we arrived at the office at about 9:00 and was met promptly by our host Tania as soon as we step from the taxi. She checked us in and gave us some information, our room was not going to be ready until at least 12:00 so we set off to explore Oia, such a wonderful place, the pictures do not do it justice. Tania got us into our villa early and showed us the way down the cliff steps to our incredible Ocean/cliff front villa. It was spectacular, the inside Jacuzzi tub with a full view of the Aegean Sea, to the cave bedroom, up to the roof top trance with two lounges and hot tub. I would recommend this villa and company, “White Pearl Villa’s to anyone, you can’t go wrong. This was a bucket list destination for myself and it lived up to every expectation and more!

Amazing villa with amazing view

Wow. Just wow. We absolutely loved our stay at the White Pearl. Our villa (Mystic) had a breathtaking view of the caldera - even our jacuzzi bathtub (big enough for two) had a view out the window. And , we even had own private hot tub right outside the villa. Our room was a “cave” room, built into the hillside. It was lovely. As wonderful as the villa itself was the amazing staff. Tenia, our “concierge”, was so warm, helpful and accommodating. She made us reservations at restaurants, arranged a private guide for us, and even gave us a small cell phone so we could reach her if we ever needed her. Because these accommodations are villas, there is no front desk, but Tenia was available every morning in the lovely breakfast cafe (great breakfasts, by the way), and the cell phone always kept us in touch if we needed her. And the location of the villa was perfect - quiet, yet in a five-minute walk, we were in the center of Oia. I could not recommend this place enough - we were in heaven!

Exceptional view at the sunset chaser villa!

Tenia and her team were excellent and very caring. They welcomed us at the Oia Bus stop upon our arrival and introduced to us many good restaurants. My husband and I lived in Sunset Chaser for 2 nights and the experience was incredible. Unlikely other hotels/villas, the outdoor jacuzzi has high privacy. It is installed at the place where no other tourists passing by will be able to see. In addition, we can enjoy seeing the sunset without joining the crowds.

Heaven!

Our stay at White Pearl Villas was pure bliss! We stayed in the Full Moon Villa and the view was stunning! I was also really pleased that our patio was much more private than most in Santorini where you might find yourself on display to many passing tourists. It was very quiet here. I did not know that we had access to an outdoor jacuzzi so that was a great surprise and was excellent to enjoy the nights in there with a great view. The location of this particular villa is very convenient. Close to transportation but away from some of the congested tight spots of Oia. Although there are a few flights of steps to get there it didn't bother me and I was glad to be a little ways off the main road. There is a market close by to buy snacks and drinks to enjoy on your patio. Breakfast at Passagio Cafe was delicious with fresh squeezed OJ and and I find myself missing the yogurt with honey and walnuts. And of course the breakfast has a great view.
Tenia, who runs the show, was an absolute delight! She is always available and made sure we were having a good time and had ideas of where to go and what to do. Don't think twice whether to spend the money to stay here, you won't regret it.

You get what you pay for, in the best possible way

Not going to lie, we were hesitant spending so much money. But because we were only coming for one night and during off season, we figured it was worth it . . . and it was!

The room was spacious (the photo's don't do it justice and they need more) and clean like a new baby clean (though it is right before tourist season so this is expected as they gear up). There were not as many steps as people indicate, and we explored quite a bit.

Why choose this? What we have to say is that the owner, staff (the two men were also really hot so that helped), and specifically Tenia were beyond amazing. They made our trip perfect through careful attention to detail, our needs, and went beyond efforts to ensure our happiness. When I say beyond measures, I mean: this is probably some of the best treatment I received in all my travels. Thanks Katerina. This place should properly be given a 5 star status. Who gives that? Idk, but find out. Keep up the amazing work, amazing rooms, but most of all, AMAZING people, all of them.

10 our of 10.

We had an amazing stay at white pearl villas. Tenia and her staff were so amazing.
Our luggage got delayed for 3 days but they made sure we had a comfortable stay. She handled everything professionally. She followed up our luggage everyday. She arranged our car rental. Recommended very good places to eat.
The location of the villa is perfect, the view Is amazing, very accessible and close to everything. I would recommend this everyone that will be staying in Santorini.

Best service and cave villa in Oia

Such a beautiful villa with the Santorini atmosphere and feeling. The location was perfect close to supermarket and restaurants. Staff was so friendly always happy and greeting us, specially our was one of the best we have met. She was available all the time, gave us the best advice for transport and attractions for the island and made our trip so much easier. we’d love to be back again at White Pearl

Beautiful room, but beware of bacteria

This was by far the prettiest and coolest hotel we'd ever stayed at. Additionally, the staff was so courteous and accommodating to our every need..even packing us a basket of breakfast goods because of our early flight therefore causing us to miss out on the delicious cafe meal that wasn't available until later! Also, the shower was amazing (we were so used to low water pressure hotels on our trip, but this one was great). All of that being said, we had a few complaints. First off, they left the window (with a screen) open over the indoor hot tub. We imagined that this was to air out the daily chemicals they used to clean the tub. We didn't mind that, but found out that TONS of bugs were in the room and we imagine this is how they got in. We left with tons of itchy bites, even after closing the window on our second night there. Also, the AC unit really worked to cool down the unit, however...we didn't realize until day two that the setting was on \"wet.\" Whether it was bacteria in the AC unit or the indoor pool, we both left our stay with TERRIBLE sinus infections and fevers...not a fun way to end our trip and prepare for a huge flight across the ocean.

Great hotel!

We stayed here 2 nights. Hotel is great, and the staff is amazing! We stayed in a \"traditional\" cave house with a hot tub inside. The place was very clean, and a few steps from the cafe where breakfast is served. There is no front desk, so you get greeted as soon as you arrive and shown around the place with tips on food and places to see. We had a great experience over all!

Comfortable and Clean

To me, the best part about this property is the staff. The are very accommodating! From the moment you check-in until the time you leave.

The villa we stayed in (Mystic) was decent. I would not say that it is luxurious, but it is comfortable and clean.

Most amazing views

Great stay at white pearl villa with private hot tub. Perfect location in oia! Staff was so helpful in making great suggestions for dinner and would make reservations. Also helped us set up transfer to and from the port (although this was not included and we had to pay extra) and atv rentals. Breakfast included at passiagos was so delicious and a ton of food! Only qualm was that the water temperature for the shower was never really hot, only Luke warm. That was a bummer given how much I paid for the villa!
