Pension the Flower was excellent. Serene, picturesque and quiet. Lovely pool area and out the back there’s great sea views where you can have a sundowner. The rooms are clean and functional and the host is always available to help with whatever you need. Also great location on the edge of Oia, with a supermarket and cafe nearby and Oia Town a 5 minute walk.

The place we stayed at was amazing — it truly felt like home. Flora is the best host! She helped us with everything, from recommendations to booking a driver for us. I can’t thank her enough for her kindness and hospitality.

My two teenagers absolutely loved it as well. Sometimes it’s not about luxury, but about feeling comfortable, connected to nature, and welcomed and this place gave us exactly that.

Others are a 10 to 25 minute walk. There is a bus stop in front for trip to Fira. Lovely cats. It was too cold for pool but it looked lovely. Nice view from patio. Everything worked well. You could see the care put into the place.

The Flower is a great place to stay especially compared to prices in the area as Santorini is very expensive compared to some other islands. I would have given 5 stars except for the beds which were very hard and uncomfortable. The host Flora tried to help by putting a duvet cover over top of my mattress but it was only marginally effective. We were in a triple room with a queen and single mattress, the queen mattress was hard also. The view from the balcony was a great view of the sea. There are many restaurants both close by and within 15 minutes walking distance. There is a bus stop right outside. The pool was great but unheated as are every pool we found during our stay in the islands. There are also several grocery stores nearby. The landscaping of the property was beautiful and the rooms were spotlessly clean.

Beautiful quiet and super clean apartment right by the main road. It was nice to sit out on the balcony or have the screened windows open and enjoy the breeze. It’s close to a number of excellent restaurants, walkable to Oia, and near the bus stop. The pool was a great way to relax after a day of sightseeing. The hosts were helpful with all of my questions and suggested where to eat and top sites to see. They also had very cute cats!

I am so happy with our decision in choosing this property in Santorini. Easy walk to Oia scenic views and shopping. Very helpful and kind staff. They helped organize a trip for us and our taxi rides. My stay at The Flower was amazing - rooms were comfortable and clean, and the location is a short walk to Oia, close enough to be convenient and far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. The staff were friendly and accommodating. There was a problem with the air conditioning in my room, and they addressed the situation quickly. I had a great time exploring Santorini and relaxing by the pool - hope to visit again!

This was our second stay at Pension the Flower. The location is ideal - easy 5 minute walk into Oia. The facilities are super clean. Air conditioning is excellent. Flora is a fantastic hostess. We had a car, but the bus stop is right next to the hotel. We will definitely be back next time we're in Santorini.

Lovely property, lots of beautiful gardens, beautiful views of Oia and vineyards. Nice to be out of the chaos of Oia but only a 10 minute walk into it. The Fira/Oia trail access is right there as well as the bus stop. Flora is very kind and booked us a return car to the ferry. Also easy to contact and met all our needs! We were also greeted every morning and night on our balcony by a super cute and friendly black cat. Definitely a highlight. Would definitely recommend.

This hotel value are great. Almost in front of the hotel is a bus station, it is easy for going many places. From the room I could see both sunset and sunrise. Flora is very responsible and kind. Very quiet yet within 10 minute walk of all the sights in Oia. Our room was impeccably clean. The provided tea and instant coffee helped us get off to a good start despite our jet lag. And Flora is just so kind and helpful. We rented a car to see Akrotiri and Monti Profiti Ilias so it was great to have parking at the pension. However, public transit via local bus is totally possible too since there's a bus stop within 50m. If you want to overspend, then follow the instagrammers to a caldera view. If you want a genuine Santorini experience for a reasonable price, then Flower Pension is a true gem in the glitzy Oia area.

Perfect lil place! A few min. walk from all the fun and restaurants but not in the middle of it. To us that can be overwhelming. We enjoyed the quiet and privacy. The staff is very kind and helpful. We would stay here again.

This was an excellent location with a great sea view and very quiet. Flora and her staff were so accommodating. The pool was an added bonus and the surrounding landscaping was beautifully done. We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend.

The Flower was perfect for us!! We had a family room and it was really spacious. We had been traveling for quite a while and had been in a few cramped hotels so being able to spread out was quite a luxury for us. The grounds and pool were beautiful and immaculate. The best thing about The Flower was the wonderful host Flora! She can and will do everything possible to make your stay comfortable and perfect in every way! She arranged so much for us and all you have to do is ask. When we left we all said we wished we had more time to stay at The Flower! In our fast paced trip through a few countries, we really got to relax there. Oh and did I mention, it's in Santorini, which isn't bad either!!

We had an amazing stay at Pension The Flower in Oia, Santorini! The room was perfect—comfortable and just right for our stay, with stunning views in an ideal location, just a short walk from everything. Flora, the owner, went above and beyond to make our trip smooth. She arranged our airport transfer prior to arrival and stayed up late to check us in after our flight was delayed. Her hospitality was incredible! We would definitely recommend this place to friends, family, and anyone visiting Santorini.

The owner just amazing, very helpful and gave advices to all things you need to know and avoid. The location is very close to Oia centre and quiet to avoid the crowds. Bus stop is just at front of the property. Supermarket and restaurants are also just by the property.

This was a beautiful, quiet, safe place to stay. It was easy to get around. Restaurants were handy. There was even a mini mart close by. The host was so considerate. She made sure a taxi came to get us when we left to go the airport. I highly recommend this hotel!

It has a gorgeous pool out the front with nice sunbeds and umbrellas for shade.
The rooms are cleaned every day except Sunday and the bathroom is small but with a surprisingly powerful shower.
A 5 minute walk to Oia's main promenade and a local bus stop just at the top of the driveway.
The Oia to Fira hike walkway path is also very close by! (Definitely recommend doing it!)
The town of Oia is absolutely beautiful and this little gem of a place could not be more perfect if you don't want to stay in an overpriced hotel on the Caldera.
We would stay here again without hesitation!

Super nice hotel, the property manager was really nice and helpful, she gave us a lot of tips and ideas for our trip.
The hotel is 5 minutes walking from Oia, the bus stop to go to the other cities and beaches is outside the hotel.
This hotel doesn't have a restaurant, however there are about 4 restaurants and coffee shops outside the property, and all the ocean view restaurants are 5 minutes away.
The pool is clean and pretty, perfect for the nice Santorini weather. the bedrooms are pretty and comfortable.

Must stay in Oia

One of the best experiences with hotels on our honeymoon. We had a late flight so the owner stayed up until 1am to let us in. Very friendly and very accommodating. The hotel is very close to Oia and is a bargain for the price. Room is big and modern with windows having motorized blackout shades(perfect if you like to sleep in) and there was a huge terrace with water views. They also helped us book the airport transfer and then a ferry transfer. The price for the transfers was $45 which is very low for the area.

Great location to the main area of Oia. Only a few minutes walk. Property is very clean and has an older charm to it. The trees and plants provide a relaxing environment when sitting in the back looking out at the Mediterrean Sea. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Home away from home at Oia. Simply amazing property. Great location, everything is within 10 minutes walk. Bus Station is 2 minutes. Mesmerizing Oia sunset viewing point is 10 min walk. Flora, the owner is awesome. Had a memorable stay here, and if we are ever back to Oia, we will definitely stay here again. Thank you Flora and Pension Flower for truly a memorable stay.

An amazing stay here! The price for Oia was very cheap so didn’t have high expectations but I cannot find fault.
A lovely family run hotel which gives a personal touch and Flora was incredibly friendly and nothing was too much.
Room was basic but have everything needed for a few days stay.
Pool was clean and quiet.

Flora is a fantastic host! She was very helpful with anything we needed. The property was beautiful and clean. It was an easy walk down to the blue domes, the market and an easy taxi ride to anywhere you want to go. The beds in our room were a bit on the harder side but that’s about the only thing that didn’t feel perfect.

The perfect stay!

Amazing stay at an amazing hotel! Flora the host is lovely and so helpful, we can’t thank her enough for making our time in Oia so amazing. The rooms are very large, very clean and very comfortable. The bathrooms are a really good size. The room had a lovely furnished outdoor patio with a clothes line to dry your clothes, which was handy after travelling for the last few weeks. The pool is fabulous and perfect after a long day in the sun. The hotel is a couple of minutes walk from central Oia and faces the other side, but in our opinion that absolutely added to the charm, we got to watch the famous sunset in complete seclusion with a glass of bubbly instead of battling the crowds on the Oia terraces. The hotel also has two mini markets, two very good restaurants, great coffee and two atms all steps away from the front entrance. We loved our stay and highly highly recommend Pension the Flower!

I had a great experience at the hotel. It was a 5 minute walk from the Oia touristic section in a quiet area with view of vineyards and the ocean. The room was nice and spacious and the reception lady was very helpful. Great for a quiet stay with the busy and noisy areas not that far away.
