Stunning pet friendly villas set around a peaceful lake.

The villa was spotlessly clean, fully equipped little kitchen, very comfy king size bed and en-suite. Incredible views from our villa of the property and lake.

Got to enjoy kangaroos sunning themselves around the grounds, a very peaceful location.

The staff were very helpful and friendly too and very welcoming of our pup.

We would absolutely recommend and property and will stay there again in the future.

The only small issue I had was with the Wi-Fi password — I couldn’t find it anywhere. It might have been provided somewhere; I just couldn’t locate it. We had an amazing stay at The Lane Retreat! Large room, quiet, perfectly located. The breakfast amenities in the room were healthy and adequate. The Pantry store on site was great for morning coffee. We stayed 2 nights and booked a room each. Great place to reset and relax after a day of wine tasting. The room just needed a vacuum, but otherwise the facilities were delightful.

Comfy room, breakfast is a let down

The room was nice, comfortable and relaxing. However, when you book with breakfast you expect a breakfast. You only get some bread, a few tiny spreads, yoghurt and muesli/granola. Not to mention the coffee pods are crap with no flavour. The area is boring and not much to do. NOT MY CUP OF TEA.

The hotel is clean and has nice amenities, which I appreciate. However, I’d like to share some feedback for improvement. The Wi-Fi signal was extremely weak—I kept losing connection every few seconds, which made it frustrating to get online. In addition, I really didn’t like the shampoo and body wash gel setup. Since the dispensers were locked to the wall, it was difficult to pump out more than a very small amount at a time.

Overall, a decent stay, but these details made the experience less comfortable than expected.

It was a beautiful retreat indeed, we truely enjoyed our stay and the team were responsive and welcoming. We had a small issue during our stay and they resolved it promptly, we were very impressed with the outcome. If you are a coffee lover, there is a cafe catering your morning craves :) we saw many hot air balloons on the sky from our balcony, can’t get better than this! Kangaroos played in the distance outside our generous balcony window which looked over the lush , green fields with mountains in the distance. Checkin is 3pm. We got there at 2.30pm and tried to checkin. There is no reception area. We found a staff member at the event center and she told us to go to \"The Pantry\". It's a small store on the premises. This was closed and there was no one about. When we phoned we were told that a text message would be sent to us with the access code at 3pm. This was annoying as the cabins were certainly ready. Aside from this the place was lovely!

We had an amazing experience at The Lane Retreat. The check-in process was so seamless and we had everything we needed. The room is clean, spacious and well furnished. The breakfast provisions were generous and of good quality. We absolutely enjoyed our time here and had the perfect getaway. We will be back for sure!

The room was very comfortable, had a lovely view from the verandah and felt spacious for two people. The continental breakfast items left in the room had a nice selection of good quality muesli, yoghurt and bread - plenty for our stay. Staff were friendly and check in was fairly simple. Only areas for improvement would be the pool area which didn't have much shade to relax in and the toilet in the room was poorly designed - lid didn't stay up properly and water splashed even with the lid closed.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our one-night stay at The Lane Retreat. Check-in was seamless, and we appreciated receiving the access code 30 minutes before check-in time. The place was immaculate..neat, tidy, and incredibly modern yet cosy. It was such a relaxing experience, and the highlight for us was the close encounter with kangaroos right next to our door. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful and unique getaway!

This is surprisingly a very nice retreat to wind down from business from home / work. Highly recommend this place. They also have an EV charger onsite.

Absolutely loved our stay here! My partner and I stayed here for our mini honey moon for a week, it was comfortable and just what we needed. We had a beautiful view that seemed like something from the movies, we enjoyed the pool and the continental breakfast! The only slight mishap was that on one of the cards welcoming and congratulating us it had the wrong names but nonetheless we were greatful - other than that the only other feedback is for people staying more long term it could be beneficial for guests to have maybe a small dustpan to sweep the floors over the days as it did accumulate. Room services were amazing and staff very responsive.

Room, fantastic, bathroom, amazing. Such a nicely decorated place. Continental breakfast is a nice touch. Pool facility is really nice too. We arrived for our wine tasting after a long drive & it was a case of figuring everything out for yourself. There wasn’t really any signs apart from the cafe, we had to return back to the cafe to ask for our driver to take us. It just wasn’t very prompt. The lady at the reception of the winery was so rude, really disappointing to recieve a face & attitude when only asking for directions. We weren’t told the restaurant only serves dinner on Friday/saturdays. The pizza was overpriced, and you had to serve it to the table yourself. Amazing stay, service let it down

Had such a great time staying here for a romantic anniversary trip away. The check self check in was simple and easy, plenty of parking right by our room. The room itself was so lovely, and we enjoyed the additional organic breakfast items we had available to us for a quick meal before heading out.

We especially appreciated the help we received from the staff. We attended a concert near by and had issues with our uber cancelling, stuck waiting for over an hour and a half with no way back. After calling the emergency number they were able to save us from a 1hr walk by the road in the dark.
