Location was great, accommodation was fabulous. The only fault was the instructions had the wrong access code but the winery at the entrance were great and quickly sorted things. As a Brit waking to kangaroos in the vineyards surrounding the property was a great start to our holiday

The cottage was beautiful, clean and tastefully decorated. I gave 4 stars because the cottage is actually quite dated, some of the French doors and the first bedroom doors are not functioning properly. Otherwise I would give 5 stars. Still a beautiful and relaxing stay regardless.

We stayed here recently and while the room itself was beautiful and set in a stunning area, unfortunately our experience was let down by a few issues. There were constant insects throughout our stay, including a large number of ants crawling in the room and even in the bed, which made it very uncomfortable and difficult to sleep at night. The sink tap was also extremely loose, and the shower had no door or proper screen, meaning the entire bathroom flooded every time we showered.
That said, the room was genuinely gorgeous and well-equipped with lots of amenities, and the surrounding area was lovely. It had so much potential, but these issues really impacted our overall comfort and experience.

While the location and general setup were fine, I was quite disappointed with several aspects of our stay. The sink was clogged for the duration of our visit, and both the room and outdoor area were not as clean as expected. I ended up tidying the space myself to make it comfortable.
Additionally, my partner and I stayed for three nights but only received one towel each. Although we were eventually able to access additional towels from a storage room, this wasn’t a great experience.
The amenities listed online didn’t align with what we received. For instance, the “luxury linen” and “vanity kits” described were not provided, and overall the room quality did not reflect what was advertised. The shower also lacked a door, causing the bathroom floor to flood each time we used it.

You can get Ubers but need to wait around 15 minutes for the to arrive.
We stayed in the Milk Shed which was great, really well decorated, bathroom was nice, we had good views over a pond with ducks and the vineyards in the background.
If you do not like nature this may not be best for you as there are a lot of wild birds gather by the pond, we liked the setting.
The only thing to be aware of is that the kitchen does not have an oven so don’t go buying pizzas to cook back at the apartment, otherwise it had everything else, toaster, hob top, microwave, kettle and Nespresso machine.
We are glad we stayed here.

The property is in an excellent location and interior styling is beautiful however the mattresses on both beds were terrible.

Centrally located (10 mins from Crowne Plaza Bar & Grill, 7 mins to Hunter Valley Gardens) this 1 bedroom Villa (number 5 - with 2 beds - 1 in main living) is worth a stop. It’s equiped with a microwave, kettle, toasted, kitchenware and a bar fridge with not freezer. The bathroom has a huge shower head and plenty of hot water. There is aircon/heating above the main living bed also with a couch, small table and wall mounted tv.
The verandah has an outdoor setting and table perfect for having some time to unwind. The views on the verandah are peaceful and there is room for your child to explore on the grass and watch the kangaroos graze in the paddocks both morning and evening.
We found it very kid friendly.
Would really have liked to have a coffee pod machine, and an extra warm blanket in the bedroom as the heating doesn’t reach in the bedroom and the toddler was a bit cold during the night.

Easy check in and such a great location with wineries within walking distance. The studio cottages are spacious and have everything you need. The verandah is perfect for evening bbqs and watching the sunset. The 2 horses on the property also come to visit in the evening for a back rub.

Our stay was so amazing! The room was very clean and very spacious. Was very well stock with everything we needed to have an incredible weekend. The location is also fantastic - being close to food and amazing wineries but also quiet and peaceful. The views were also great! On top of all of that, the property manager Lisa was a pleasure to talk to and she was so accommodating and flexible. Highly recommended to stay here. We will be back!

In a word, Disappointing. Having stayed here on multiple occasions under the previous owners this stay was a let down. Previously guests were welcomed with 2 bottles of the estate's wine and a breakfast hamper. The reception was friendly. This stay there was only one sharp non butter knife, the shower head leaked everywhere and didn't stay up, the TV seemed to be in some sort of lock, the towel rail fell off and there was the threat of a penalty cleaning fee to be paid if we left any of the kitchen utensils not put away and \"as we found them\". Won't be staying there again.

We had a delay in arriving to the premises as our car broke down so we only arrived the morning after our expected check-in. A lot of rules, its like visit your grandmother place, a lot of nagging in the room that dont make you feel welcome: if you use something in the kitchen and don’t wash you will bill at $20, there are 2 beds but if you use another one you will be bill another rate... and etc...

Amazing location in the middle of hunter valley, surrounded by winneries. The studio is big, very spacious, has a wonderfull bed, fully equiped kitchen and a good bathoom/shower. The surroundings are complely quiet, the views amazing. Kangaroos visit the property throughout the day. Lisa the GM is very friendly and can give you good advice on where to go to. We took our mountainbikes to visit the wineries, there is a seperate bikepath on the surrounding roads, makes it easy and safe to bike.

This place was amazing!!!!! The owner was fabulous and communicated with me promptly. We enjoyed the silence and beautiful scenery around the property. We enjoyed bbq dinner and eating outdoors on the patio of our room. It was fun to wake up and see the mini horse Dennis every day. I highly recommend this place. Off the beaten path and a fabulous winery is just next door you can walk to. I would so go back here in a heartbeat.
