Pas de wifi dans la chambre, seulement dans les aires communes. Il y avait des spas mais ils n’étaient pas chauffés. La douche est tres tres petite et pratiquement impossible d’ajuster la temperature, soit glacée, soit brulante. Personnel pas vraiment souriant, surtout au buffet déjeuner et les femmes de chambre. Pour le prix, tres décevant.

En general es un hotel descuidado y mal estado, falta limpieza. La última noche llegamos a las 23:00 h y las piezas no estaban hechas, ventana abierta y frías. Nos ofrecieron sólo cambiarnos de pieza, no había personal. No ofrecieron nada mas.

El personal de recepción de hotel es muy amable. Sobre todo don Oscar, quien solucionó y coordinó nuestros transportes y paquetes turísticos.
El dormitorio es amplio, pero las camas están ya vencidas. Las camas son de 190 centímetros de largo, por lo que las personas altas quedarán con los pies afuera. El baño no tiene aislación acústica del piso superior, por lo que se escucha cuando el huésped de arriba usa el alcantarillado. El receptáculo de baño es pequeño y tiene una barra de seguridad apernada, lo que volvía muy incómodo el bañarse.
El restaurante ofrece comida de primera calidad, pero el servicio es lento. Sin embargo, el personal del resturante es muy amable.
El bar del hotel es cómodo y acogedor. El barman Marcelo crea un ambiente que invita a quedarse. La carta es variada y con elementos de la zona, lo que lo vuelve entretenido y fresco.
Las tinajas son muy cómodas, al aire libre, pudiendo ver el lago y los árboles.
La bajada al lago está bien demarcada y es muy agradable de recorrer, por sus paisajes.

lo único malo que encontré fue la cama muy incomoda, creo que hay que hacer una renovación en lo colchones, ya que hicimos varios tracking y al volver uno quiere una cama cómoda y esta por lo menos no lo era.

Es un hotel muy tranquilo y familiar. Atienden muy bien, incluso cuando pedía que calentaran el colado de la bebé.

El Hotel en general OK pero el servicio malo, tenían desayuno desde las 8 AM y no tenían ninguna flexibilidad de hacernos algo para las 07 AM (salíamos de pesca).
Al día siguiente esperamos para las 08 AM y nos dijeron que no estábamos autorizados a tomar desayuno porque no habíamos confirmado.

Las imágenes vistas en internet no condicen con el actual estado del hotel. Por otro lado al solicitar la reserva hice petición de desayuno para celíacos. También en el chek in recordé esta petición. Pero lamentablemente el primer día me quedé sin desayunar, ya que no tuvieron en cuenta el pedido. Y el segundo día me dieron un pan sin gluten. Pero aún más grave es que NO tienen conocimiento de esta patología, una ignorancia total.

El hotel ofrece una playa privada, lo que es mentira porque la bajada privada al lago que tiene, no es apta para el baño. El desayuno bueno, había de todo. Yo reservé por hotels.com y el precio final com impuestos y cargos por servicios no se respeta y se agrega un el IVA de un 19%, lo que aumenta considerablemente el precio total. El aseo super bien y la atención por parte de los trabajadores también.
