Hotel Gran Pacifico es un hotel clássico de estilo vintage que apreciamos. Tiene una sala de desayuno y restaurante con una vista panorámica muy linda. El desayuno es muy bien servido para una enorme variedade de dietas. El staff fue muy amable y pronto a responder a nuestros pedidos, sin excepción desde la recepción al restaurante. Hemos tenido una estadía muy agradable en Gran Pacifico.

Location, staff at the front desk, service in the dining room, chef/ seafood and fish, and bed comfort were all excellent. Super helpful and kind given our changing circumstances. Walking the boardwalk and Saturday fish market were an enjoyable addition to our stay and easily accessible from the hotel. Thank you.

Foi ruim. Hotel com colchões muito antigos deformados pelo uso. Travesseiros muito altos. Dormi noites ruins. Pior ainda foi minha mulher que cortou o pé no batente de uma porta do banheiro, que estava fixado no piso e o atendente da recepção ainda foi grosseiro com ela.

The property is more than a little bit tired.

The location is good, with a top floor restaurant with a view. Rooms were spacious, with plenty of room for luggage. The people were polite and helpful. The property’s condition is tired and stained. Hallway carpets are stained, ceramic tile on the bathroom floor was blackened. Some mold around the bathtub, baseboards coming away from the wall. We arrived early and had to carry luggage to a lower level and back up. On checking out, they ran our credit card twice trying to pay our bill for dinner (waiting to see if we will be charged double…). Dinner in the restaurant was good( fondue for two).

The carpets in the hallways had multiple stains, the carpet in the room could use a good cleaning or removal. The shower walls needed attention, grout and seals were showing signs of deteriation. Our window over looking the ocean side, one of the windows had gone milky. The staff were great! The dining on the 10th floor was amazing, both the view and the food.

The hotel is located next to the old mall and only 5 or 6 blocks from the big mall. The place is nice. The downside is the restaurant. The service there is not good. Overall, a nice experience.

Very limited amenities in bathroom. Place is a bit dated. Breakfast included was just okay. Parking in the garage is tight and a bit inconvenient.

However, the front was very helpful during the Christmas period. Especially helpful and accommodating was Soledad. She made up for a lot of drawbacks to the hotel.

Faded elegance. Nice restaurant/breakfast area. Great views. Convenient parking in adjoining car park. Room comfortable but somewhat drab and in need of more attention to detail - for example, thick dust on some window sills and chair frame, loose toilet roll holder. Access corridor carpets looked like they could do with a thorough shampoo or, better still, replacement.

We had a beautiful room, 901. It was really nice for the price we paid. Breakfast was good but they ran out of plates and coffee. The young man at the front desk is always super helpful. We loved our stay!

The hotel was nice, staff great. However, I had to report the filthy bathtub/shower walls. Only stayed one night, but hopefully will be cleaned. It’s located very near to the beach boardwalk. Lovely children’s playground. The street the hotel is on is a little run down, but a short walk to better areas. It was just a stopover night for us on return from Chiloe.

Smelly rooms and poor service.

The \"junior suites\" turned out to be ordinary, small rooms. The carpets and wall fabric has not been adequately cleaned since before the pandemic, so the smell in the rooms are intolerable and gets into your clothes. I asked for some coffee in the room, but this was impossible, in general the staff was less than helpful. I will never stay in this hotel again.

An OK hotel. Older, but clean and functional. No lunch available. Staff was friednly but did not go out of theior way to help (e.g., I asked if there was a coffee machine available -- noticing the sig marked Self-Serve Coffee Machine -- and I was told \"No\". No suggestion about where I could get a coffee nearby, why the sign was there but not the machine, just \"No.\" and, when I enquired further (at about 2:00 pm), I was told the restaurant would be open at 7:00.

The check-in was quick and easy. They let us check in two hours early because the room was ready. The room was very clean and nice. The bed was very comfortable along with the pillows The bathroom was nice and had a great shower. The WiFi worked very well. We really enjoyed the breakfast and the restaurant. We were able to walk to everywhere we wanted to that was downtown. The hotel is about 7 or 8 blocks from the mall on the shoreline. The staff was very kind, friendly and helpful. They arranged our travel back to the airport at a price that was less than the airport taxi. If we were to visit Puerto Montt again we would definitely stay here again. I thought that the price was very reasonable.

Bien, aunque al hacer el check in dijeron que los consumos los pagáramos al salir para no facultar el IVA y confiado en eso pagué lo que me indicaron y luego me llegó la factura donde cobraron el IVA
