The shower goes from freezing cold to scalding hot, and it's very hard to keep it at the same temperature. Bathroom fan makes horrible noises. Coffee at breakfast was watery, and the scrambled eggs were runny.

Huge room with no view. Huge walk in closet. Mini kitchen, sitting area and dining room table. Loads of space but needs a refresh.
Nice to have indoor parking especially after front desk clerk told us not to go out at night! Not true we had a nice dinner not far from the restaurant.

Abba Presidente Suites Puerto Montt is in a prime location with the board walk across the street. Beautiful water views and easy walking to shopping and restaurants. The hotel itself has a great restaurant which we had breakfast and dinner with windows all around. Bonus was the pool with amazing views and we had the place to ourselves, it felt like a spa! The only negative was that our room was on the corner where the bus stop was so it was noisy, only when the windows were open. Other than that, would Highly recommend!!

Very disappointed with this hotel especially for the price we paid. Reception staff were not very friendly. This hotel is highly overrated. Carpet in the room was full of stains and bubbled in areas. There was black mold in the corners of tub walls. Hotel is very old and needs refurbishing.

The outside of the hotel did not appeal to me at all. The inside is very nice. Parking can be difficult. One of my party has Celiac disease and cannot each a lot of items. The restaurant was very unhelpful and told her she should have called ahead for items such as rice cakes etc. Also the menu does not accurately show non wheat items or dairy.

Enjoyed our stay!

The Puerto Montt abba Hotel is on the water front designed around an interesting nautical theme. It was clearly built many years ago, but has been well kept and is very comfortable. The staff is exceptional with their knowledge of the area and help and guidance in answering questions. The included breakfast has a nice variety and is served on the 8th floor restaurant with views of the surroundings. Some of the rooms don't have the best views, but overall it is a good value.

this is our second time staying in this hotel.
It's a great place to stay. Very comfortable, classic design, very good view to the coast, and centralized. Rooms are very roomy, with walk-in closet, and full kitchen (fridge, stove top, microwave). Our room had a hot tub which was very nice. The parking structure is great, safe, and included. You can walk to the center of the city and along the coast. The mall and restaurants are minutes walking.

Breakfast is good, with a great view from the top of the hotel.
Also the roof-top pool is warm with great views to the city.

The staff is friendly and accommodating.

Overall quality hotel for a great price.

The suggestion of one staff member enabled us to spend the day most enjoyably on our own after a last-minute tour cancellation. The staff were extremely helpful in arranging tours and always most courtjeous. The hotel is centrally located with shops and restaurants nearby and about 5-minute walking from the bus terminal. The hotel's staff is helpful and breakfast is very good. The room is spacious and in great condition. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wishes to have a great vacation in Chile.

As you pull up to this hotel, it looks aweful compared to what I am used to being referred to as 4 out of 5 stars. However once inside it is a different picture. Great service, clean, comfortable. Word of advice make sure you take a wide turn to get into the parkade, very tight.

Very helpful and friendly staff who do everything they can to make sure your stay is a great one. The free breakfast is quite adequate, the rooms are large and have everything you need, and the parking for your rental car is free and easy. I highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again without hesitation.

Excellent value for a hotel of this quality

This modern hotel was excellent on all levels. The location had good views of the sea,was close to the town centre and walking distance from the bus station. The staff were welcoming and spoke excellent English. Our suite was spacious and well equipped. The beds deliciously comfortable. We had lunch there and it was great, freshly cooked and good value. Having the pool was a treat. On the top floor of the hotel, it was bright and pleasant. The pool was small but still possible to swim in. The breakfast buffet was the best we've had in 3 weeks in Argentina/Chile. Rooms on the front inevitably have some traffic noise if you like your window open. I could happily have stayed longer. Thank you.

This hotel suited our needs for a convenient meeting spot for a morning rendezvous with a kayaking group heading into Patagonia. Our room was spacious with a view of waterfront. Although the appearance may seem somewhat faded, the accommodations were quite comfortable.

The hotel location is perfec, close to the ocean and is good for pleasure and for business. Stuff is very nice however, a few people speak English. Resturant and swimming pool are amazing. We did not have a car but underground parking is available. Huge conference center with Wi-Fi; however wi-fi internet is very slow in room that it is not convince for guess. On the another hand, interior is nice that makes hotel interesting not only for adult but as well for kids.
I recemend tthis hotel as one of the best hotel in Puerto Montt.

Hotel is excellent. Rooms are very spacious, bathroom also spacious. Nice kitchnette area. Hotel faces the harbor area in Puerto Montt. Breakfast room also has beautiful view. Good breakfast, wonderful service. Will recommend and will stay in hotel again if ever in the area. The only inconvenience is the location; hotel rear and sides are noisy, since it is located in the town center; not too many amenities around. But hotel offers excellent service, cleanliness and spacious rooms.

This hotel was an overall disappointment. It is quite dirty. Changed room because the bedspread was dirty, only to end up in a room with another dirty bedspread. Carpets also stained. The pillows smelled of many previous occupants. Maintenance poor in the first room, malfunctionning window and hardware...
Hotel staff uniformly pleasant and obliging. Great breakfast buffet.

Fair for the price

The hotel has a very nice location in Providencia, in a very well kept suburban area. The staff try to be pleasing and nice. Daily breakfast is very good. The room is like a little apartment, but needs renewal of towels, shower curtain, furniture upholstery and the cleanliness is just enough. The drawers in the closet were dusty.

He stayed at the Club Presidente in Puerto Montt in December 2011 with a family of four (2 rooms). The location of the hotel is right at the water front and w had nice view over the bay. The rooms were a bit old fashion but clean and sufficiently spacious. The hotel has parking garage under the building. The restaurant has nice views. Breakfast and menu card are a bit basic. Pool is good for splashing but too small to swim.

To summarize, mid range hotel, bit old fashion but clean and friendly service.

This is an excellent hotel, the only thing I found wrong is that the Breakfast room opens at 7.05 instead of 7am and the hot food does not arrive until 7.30 am and the breakfast room should not be run on manana time, otherwise an excellent hotel and nice heated pool, I stayed another 5 days.

very good comfortable hotel rooms are massive and have good tv channels. very good breakfast which i was sorry i couldn´t spend mor time eating as i had to leave early to catch a bus. check in and out were both excellent. i speak good spanish but the hotel also spoke english. the pool upstairswas small but warm and great to swim in. there was a relaxing area around it. I don´t think puerto montt itself has much to offer really but there are many excursions nearby. this hotel is centrally located and near the bus terminal. i would stay there again definitely if i have to stay in puerto montt.

I was quite pleased with my stay at Club Presidente. The staff were very helpful, the food in the restaurant very good, and the conditions of the room excellent. My one minor complaint--one that is true of many hotels--is that no reading lamp is provided next to the seating provided--in this case a sofa. Reading by overhead light is not comfortable.

II also appreciated the free Internet service available in the business center.

We enjoyed our stay at this traditional hotel with many touches of elegance. The rooms are large and nicely fitted, the breakfast buffet is generous and varied. The lobby is like a small maritime museum.
The hotel has a great waterfront location in the center of town, with free on-site parking.

The hotel Presidente in Puerto Mont, Chile

The hotel have a nice view to the bay of Puerto Mont. There were a lot of excursions offered in the hotel to vary nice and exciting places. The service was excellent and the people in the streets is very friendly and kind. But the yakushi in the bathroom was out of order. They only allow the use of the swimming pool after 5 pm., except on weekends.

Lo bueno es la ubicación, la amplitud de las habitaciones y buena atención.
Hay que tomar en cuenta que la relación precio calidad comparado con otros hoteles no es tan adecuada.
Las alfombras de la habitación están bastante desgastadas , al igual que las cortinas black aut que incluso están receebajadas, en la habitación que me tocó la tenia hidromasaje que no funcionaba y estaba con óxido además no dejan nshampoo y menos aún acondicionador.
En la piscina los ventanales del costados estaban sucios por lo que no se puede apreciar el lindo paisaje por completo y uno de los artefactos se los baños tiene todas las marcas de sarro por el agua.
Es una pena porque la aindraestrucrira es muy buena y quienes trabajan allí muy atentos.

Sobre el hotel ninguna queja, la mejor ubicación. el desayuno delicioso ,abundante y muy surtido la verdad que el personal del restaurante es maravilloso y muy atento al igual que las camareras lo único desagradable es el recepcionista de pelo largo que nos atendió muy arrogante y maleducado nunca mostró una sonrisa en esa cara me hizo sentir como si el me hiciera el favor de dejarme dormir en el patio del hotel , fue muy desagradable tener que preguntarle algo pues este fue siempre muy grosero y cortante pero la s demás recepcionista fueron muy serviciales y siempre con una hermosa sonrisa haciendo sentir a los huéspedes como si estuvieran en casa

El hotel muy bonito y acorde a lo esperado , pero me decepcionó 2 cosas , primero no respetaron el costo informado por la aplicación el cual aparecía ya con los recargos e impuestos incluidos , más bien me volvieron a cobrar impuestos , segundo para el valor pagado un desayuno pobre basado en un café , dos pancits pequeños con jamón y queso y una lámina de queque . Por lo menos yo ya no vuelvo a ese hotel ni lo recomendaría .

Apesar de estar numa região central decadente, o hotel mantém um charme. Os quartos são grandes, confortáveis e com bom ar-condicionado. Há cofre e frigobar. O restaurante é muito bom, mas muito caro. Para comer bem e barato, há um shopping center bem próximo.

sauf le prix qui était abordable le reste de notre expérience fût des plus décevantes. le personnel à l'accueil lorsque nous sommes arrivé était vraiment antipatique. juste pour cette raison je ne recommanderais pas cet hotel. la propreté de ce vieil établissement était correct mais il y a vraiment des rénovations à effectuer. de plus le personnel ne parle qu'espagnol pas un mot d,anglais.

Viajamos por un par de días con una de mis hijas. Tuvimos una agradable estancia en el hotel. Buena ubicación frente al mar. A pesar de estar en la costanera, el cuarto fue silencioso.
