It’s obviously an old hotel and the rooms are showing their age. Bed was comfortable.
Reception greeting lacking a ‘greeting’. There was no ‘welcome to ….’ It was functional which was fine but it would simple to improve this. Breakfast was okay but not up competitors.

Wonderful stay with nice views

The hotel is at a wonderful location, with lake view from my room. I stayed at the cabin section, and the room is super spacious. The only improvement would be the breakfast, as the selection isn't particularly wide, but the food available is tatsy.

Very comfortable, elegant \"rustic\" large hotel. Excellent breakfasts, comfortable room. Some interpretative advertising in terms of views...Were offered room with view of lake and instead had a view on a very large pine tree which completely obstructed view (would have appreciated heads up and offer to relocate at time of check-in, prior to unpacking) Hotel did offer alternate accommodation when we expressed our disappointment but we had already unpacked and chose in the end not to move.
Otherwise, staff very friendly. Property impeccably clean and quiet. Would recommend.

Charming hotel in a nice area with lots to do. Has a really good breakfast buffet. Rooms are very nice and beds are comfortable. The only reason I didn't give it a perfect score is that the rooms were hot and hard to cool down, and there was a dog next door that barked all night long.

Nice hotel with great views. Spacious rooms that are a bit 70s in a good way. Has character and great breakfasts. But no private beach as listed. I miss the sauna they had a few years ago. But you can book a private hot tub. Not really the same as it limits one’s freedom. But that’s the trend everywhere.

This is not generally the style of hotel that I like, I prefer a smaller more intimate venue. However, it was impeccably clean, very comfortable and the staff was incredibly helpful. I ended up needing to extend my stay due to being sick, and the hotel, despite being very booked went to some trouble to accommodate me. The views were spectacular. The rooms were quiet. I highly recommend.

Our room has a view of the lake and the volcano. Was pretty cool. The room was large, and clean. The Hotel also has swimming facilities. The hotel was close to downtown -only about 15 minutes walk. It has a large restaurant with a lot of sitting options. The food was good overall.

We booked the Eco Cabana Suite 3 months in advance for 2 nights. When we got to the property, they told us our room had been cancelled. Since they were full they put us in a standard double bed room. Since this was not what we had reserved, and we paid for the Suite we cancelled our stay here and went to a different property. The only reason this review isn't a 1/5 is there was a front lobby trainer, who was great and helped us with the cancellation. She was super friendly and helped us get the reservation cancelled. This reservation was at the end of our vacation and was supposed to be the highlight of our trip, so it was quite disappointing.

I was surprised about the additional tourist tax that we had to pay (about 60,000 CLP for 3 nights), if it was detailed it may not have been very clear as I did not pick that up until we got to check in

We had a cabana with a separate parking lot.

The view from the bar and breakfast is gorgeous.there are excellent restaurants in the walking distance. The massage felt wonderful after a day of hiking.
The pool is great for the kids.

This hotel is simply superb! Our base-rate room had a fabulous view of the lake, the volcanoes (yes, more than one!), and the town. Excellent restaurants and the downtown are an easy 5-minute walk along the waterfront. The hot breakfast is terrific and features lots of variety, fresh fruit, and also a view of the lake! The rooms are clean and cleaned thoroughly every day with fresh linens. Parking was free.

But the real standout was the friendly, super-helpful staff at reception. JetSmart had lost one of our bags and weren’t answering their phone, but the reception staff tried multiple ways to contact them, and the bag arrived at the hotel hours later. We also had lost the Tourist Card issued by immigration when we arrived, which must be returned upon exit from Chile. The reception staff knew exactly what to do, applying online for a replacement, which is only in Spanish! They couldn’t have been nicer, more helpful, or more empathetic to our difficulties! We’d return here in a heartbeat!

La peor experiencia, enterarnos que tanto de la seo como el servicio de habitaciones solo lo hacen día por medio
La habitación reservada no estaba disponible que nos ofrecieron una cabaña a 100 m del hotel y cruzando una calle pública. Cómo excusa de la pandemia. el hotel no ofrecía ningún servicio. Condiciones sanitarias deplorables por no Contar con personal que le permitiera aseo de cuartos diariamente.

Beautiful place above the lake, great views from our room and many of the common areas, and we really liked the pool. Bring a bathing cap as it‘s mandatory.
The only not so great thing: the ad on the hotel TV behind reception promised music on Thursday evenings - a reason for us to stay in the hotel for dinner. Unfortunately this is only a winter special, which most staff did not know.

Great pool with a water slide for kids, staff were helpful and friendly, particularly as we don't speak much Spanish. Restaurant good, great views from rooms and public areas, but the whole property is tired and in need of an update. The rooms particularly need to be refurbished- the beds and bedding are old and the furnishings scratched/faulty.
