Hotel was nice, a little tired in places but perfectly acceptable. Rooms were big.

He had booked (or I thought I had booked dinner in the hotel. When we got there they had recognition of the restaurant reservation was fully booked.

After a long drive it was disappointing to have to leave the hotel to find food.

More Pillows Please

We had a loveky stay, very comfortable and great food. Huge bed. The only downside were the very small and much used pillows.it made for a rather uncomfortable sleep with just one pillow per person and it was lumpy and thin. Yes,, first worls problems, but when paying luxury prices a little.more pillow goes a long way.

Hotel is in a lovely area not far from the beach and about 45 minutes drive from Channel Tunnel. Really efficient check in. Rooms are well furnished, clean and tidy and the beds are very comfortable. Large free car park. Breakfast is very good with a wide range of choices which would suit anyone.

Our 2nd stat at Hotel du Parc. We love it. A little dated around the edges but very clean and comfortable. Very spacious hotel eith large bedrooms.
Dont expect the Ritz and you will love the relaxed and incredibly friendly vibe.
We recommend it and already plan to go again.

Stayed with 3 kids for one night. Hotel is nice and clean and the Staff were really good.
The restaurant is not suitable for kids. There is no kids menu and the food is very Complex. The food also wasnt even that good. We gave up half way through as it just didnt suit. Im sure it would be nice for a couple

Hôtel is good quality & we enjoyed the pool and the bar. Although front of house did come out to check we were actually hotel guests & allowed in the pool.
We were told the tennis courts are out of action which is a big shame for us. There are photos of 3 courts on the hotel website.

Wonderful stop over on our road trip. Beautiful neighborhood and a short 25min walk to town and the seaside.

Do not bother staying here....

on checking in we found the staff pleasant although found it strange we had to book a table for the restaurant, as it was only a third full when we sat down at 8 pm.
The room was dated and tied but clean. It was booked for 3 adults but only had two cups, two milks and 4 pillows.
I went to reception to ask for more milk and pillows and was advised the housekeeping had gone home taking the keys with them !!! I asked could I get milk from elsewhere within the hotel and was advised to get it from the bar. I was then informed I would be charged.......
When arriving at the restaurant we were offered the table next to the door which we declined and then was offered another table. We waited half an hour for our order to be taken and our food then arrived 1 hour 15 minutes after was sat down. We saw other customers complaining as all sorts of mistakes were being made - such as main courses coming out before starters, one person having their food and the 15 minutes later the other guest at the table having theirs.
When we tried our food the Salmon was over cooked and dry, the peppers were not seasoned and the pasta was cold. By this time we were beyond hungry and were very unhappy.
There was no manager or deputy manager on site and the most senior person was the chef - who was unexperienced. I would understand if the restaurant was full .... but the menus was a set one with two options for each course and it was not cheap.
HOTEL A MAJOR DISAPPOINTMENT AND OVERPRICED. WHAT A LET DOWN!

All was really good… as previous visits but:-
1. breakfast room is just too small with too small servery therefore crowded & short on variety of food
2. This visit - service in the restaurant was poor as 1/2 inexperienced waiters was just not good enough - pleasant friendly personnel but lacked experience and attention to detail .. needed guidance and additional persons

The parking was very easy, the Receptionist was very polite and organised on check-in and we found the overall hotel experience positive. My only slight negative comment would be that the bedroom was dated but bathroom very clean and modern.

Best Western v Najeti.

Have stayed at this hotel many many times over a lot of years. Preferred when it used to be Best Western. The staffing level falls short. The bar and reception are often unmanned. Dress code on staff in restaurant is a bit relaxed. To be fair there is nothing really wrong with the hotel, it just seems to be less professional. There is no air conditioning so if you sleep with the windows open, be prepared to be kept awake by the nearby disco from midnight in till 04.00. The bathrooms are of good condition, but no anti slip mats are provided for the bath/shower and no handrail to help climb in, so anyone of a certain age may find it unsteady.Would I return? Doubtful.

CLEAN ROOM BUT VERY SURLY RUDE RECEPTIONIST

The hotel itself was clean, but very tired. The entrance had lots of loose block paving stones and very easy to trip over them, saw many guests stumble as they walked over them into the main entrance. The desk admin man was very curt, rude and even short with us when we asked what time the restaurant opened. He didnt even give us chance to ask anything else he simply said immediately, THE RESTAURANT IS FULL, YOU SHOULD HAVE BOOKED IF YOU WANTED THE RESTAURANT. Really curt, really rude and unhelpful. We asked if there were any nice places to eat in town and his response was, I dont know, but our restaurant is full. Very unhelpful, very rude and to be honest he tarnished the stay we had there. The room was clean and tidy, but noisy. Guests were outside at a table until very late at night drinking and talking and the sound carried quite loudly up to our first floor room when the balcony door was open (because it was soooo hot in the room). Sadly I wont be staying there again Im sorry to say. The staff member at the front desk really really put me off with his surly attitude to us as if we were somehow annoying to him and in his way.

Excellent secluded location. Many rooms have a terrace or a balcony overlooking the grounds. Well-maintained public rooms; however, our room had scuffed paint, very stained carpets, ill-fitting wardrobe doors. A pity, because we always look forward to coming here!

Having last used this hotel when it was part of the Best western group, we were very disappointed at the current level of operation. We entered the foyer to find small children riding cycles around the marble floored reception area, accompanied by remotely controlled toy cars whizzing around the same place. Reception desk unmanned until a woman stood up from her chair amongst a group of what wss obviously her friends, and came to the desk. No greeting, a sullen appearance, pushed a form towards us, \"Fill that in \" key pushed at us, and she walked back to her seat with friends. Unbelievable. Whole hotel cold, huge room with tiny radiator in which we slept with jumpers on. Went down to the bar, nobody serving, had to go to find a staff member. A little later, together with other guests we had to search again for a bar person who returned to the bar after an absence of at least 15 minutes, to the disgust of all the waiting guests, however, the following morning our departure ptocess was dealt with by a smartly dressed, polite and friendly young man. That was the only pleasant.aspect of our stay. Very difficult to understand the decline in overall quality and performance of this beautifully locared hotel since it was taken over by the current oprrators. Never again.

Hotel in great location, quite and ideal for visiting local area. Clean tidy and staff very helpful.
Restaurant could be a bit more adventurous, we tend to eat out at local cafes and restaurants which have a more diverse menu.

This hotel was a very strong 3 star. There were little things that wouldn’t bother the average person that prevents it from becoming a 4 star. Things like a door handle on a drawer broken, do I care? No. No instructions for how to use the room safe. Do I care? Not really.

The bed was super comfortable for us and the bath shower was decent enough to get by.

Obviously walk in showers are better but considering how beautiful the area is and what an amazing view of forest from the balcony! Yes there’s a mini balcony. We were ground floor as well which was even better.

It’s a shame we only spent one night here. Easily could have stayed longer. I highly recommend this hotel.

Now for the few negatives. The cocktails at the bar which were apparently made by a ‘specialist’ were horrible. Terrible cocktails in fact. Waaaay too strong and missing key parts of certain drinks.

Also, upon checkout the reception tried to charge me for the room again even though I already paid through hotels.com. I had to provide evidence which was a little embarrassing but it’s ok. We all make mistakes.

Didn’t have a chance to use the pool but yes this hotel has a big pool.

I would make this hotel adults only though if I was the owner.

Town is about 10 mins or less by car.

Overall a lovely hotel in a beautiful setting. I would go back again.

The new style rooms and spartan and incomfortable. Ask for one that has not been updayed. The balcony furniture is ancient and dangerouse. One chair collapsed under me and I crashed into the wall behind. The second chair had the same hairline cracks forming at the same place. I advised the hotel but they were not removed or replaced during my stay

Stayed in Hardelot after playing at the local golf course. Hotel is fine although a little dated. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. Food at the restaurant is very poor, particularly at the price charged.

We arived for our one night stay a day early!
They had no room - it was August!
The busy staff made time to phone around and find us a room for the night.
They then cancelled our booking and no charge!
I cant imagine how fantastic it must be to actually stay there!

Lovely Hotel and Great Customer Service

We had a lovely spacious room, a plus when travelling with 2 golden retrievers! The food was lovely and the hotel had a nice comfortable bar area for drinks.
The service was excellent and residents were given a discount on the bar prices, in addition we were given a discount card for future stays.
It is a bit of a walk into town but that's fine for us because we have to walk the pooches anyway,

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful area. Our rooms exceeded expectations, very comfortable beds, the staff were very friendly and the hotel facilities were great. The restaurant and buffet breakfast were a little expensive but we still ate here 3 out of our 5 days.
We would definitely stay here again if we were to return to Neufchâtel-Hardelot.

Great hotel. On check out I only had to pay local taxes, but drinks were add to the bill, we had never had. No problem mistake was corrected straight away.

We very much enjoyed our stay over Easter in one of the newly renovated rooms. The beds were extremely comfortable and the room was very quiet. The hotel is also very child friendly with an egg hunt organised by the hotel, plus a playground and plenty of open space for activities. However in our room the water pressure was quite low, which was the low point of our stay. Such a beautifully renovated bathroom with so little water! What I don't know is whether there was a fault or that's how it is. In the end I always forgot to ask reception to check, so I don't know if they could have done something about it. Another point to consider is that the basic rooms don't have a fridge, which is not ideal but I can't complain because this was clearly stated when I booked.

Lovely hotel. Beautiful grounds in the forest and a short drive to the center/beach of Hardelot. We had a Luxe room and it was big. The bed was a proper kingsize bed. It was still the old style room (they are renovating) but the fussy lady I am was happy with it. We did not try the food but had 2 coffees in the morning, which were pretty expensive at 4.40 euros each, but they were great coffees. Overall, I would recommend this hotel.

We had booked to stay here and then had car problems and extended our stay. The staff were simply marvellous and could not do enough to assist us in trying to obtain a replacement car as we don't speak much French. They are to be applauded for their level of customer service

nice hotel shame about the restaurant

great rooms with a terrace. however on the first night we couldn't eat in the restaurant as it was busy with a wedding. if they had let us know we could have planned for it but there is nowhere else to eat in walking distance. we did eat there the second night but it was very disappointing. the food was very overcooked, a rare steak served dried out and had to be replaced and the fish was well over.

One night stay inbetween driving from Austria to catching the ferry from Calais. Had to wait for ages at reception before somebody came to check us in, despite me being in full view of three staff at the hotel bar. We had rang in advance to check on the availability of the restaurant and were told that it closed at 9pm so we had to get there before then (we arrived at 8.50pm). The restaurant had very little ambiance and not much choice on the menu. My husband and I ordered fish (19 euros) and received a starter sized portion of white fish on top of a few carrots and (raw-ish) cubed potatoes covered in a slightly curry-tasting sauce. The fish tasted like it had been cooked a few hours before and kept warm. The total bill was over 75 euros for a very disappointing meal. The buffet breakfast was 16 euros each and was meagre at best. There doesn't appear to be any other restaurant choices in the immediate area, so I think this has resulted in the hotel becoming extremely complacent. The room was fine and comfortable enough for the purpose.

Lovely hotel in very pleasant surroundings

Very comfortable hotel in lovely surroundings. The location is good as it is within easy reach of Calais and is very close to Le Touquet. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a delicious evening meal in the restaurant and there was a good choice of food for breakfast.

Excellent stay after a long drive through France

Excellent stay after a long drive through France. Comfortable, clean room - excellent food in the restaurant, good beer and helpful staff. All in all just what we needed before starting the next leg of our trek home...and havine time in the pool before setting off was the bonus!!!

Clean hotel but lacking in facilities

There were no tea/coffee facilities in the room but free bottles of water. The toilet was separate from the bathroom but no sink with the toilet. Breakfast was 16 euros each which was expensive and there was supposed to be a games room which contained 3 or 4 machines, one of which was broken.
