The staff deserve credit. When our flight arrived unexpectedly early, we called ahead and they graciously allowed us to check in without charging for an extra day. That kindness was genuinely appreciated after a long travel day.
Unfortunately, the room itself was a different story. There were stains on both the bedding and walls, small pieces of trash on the floor. We had just completed a full day of travel so we crashed regardless, but after taking a nap, we found one of the towels had what appeared to be dried residue on it. The shower only produced lukewarm water throughout. We made the decision to check out early (around 3:30 PM same say after we checked in).
We were fully prepared to pay for the first night and requested a refund for the remainder of our stay. The hotel refused and charged us nearly $300 in full. Given the condition of the room, that felt unreasonable.
Location-wise, this part of LIC didn’t feel particularly safe or convenient for us either.
We ended up moving to a 4-star hotel in Manhattan for only a bit more money, which was a dramatically better experience. In hindsight, the savings weren’t worth it. If you’re visiting NYC, I’d recommend spending a little more and staying in Manhattan. I wouldn’t recommend this property.

The rooms were ok. Bed was comfortable. There were no towels in the room we had to ask for them. There were also no garbage bags in the garbage cans in the rooms. There were full garbage bags as soon as you got off the elevator and troughout the hall way. Only front desk spoke English the rest of the workers didnt speak English. Parking is tight so make sure you get in early if you plan on parking in their garage. Its also 55 dollars to park in their garage. The breakfast was not good either, they burned most of what they made.

I had such a great experience at this hotel during my trip to New York. Everything was super clean, and our room was refreshed every day thanks to the included room service. They even provided Good Soap (like Dove), which was such a nice upgrade from the usual cheap hotel bar soaps.

It runs from 9 AM to 9 PM and takes you straight to the nearest train station. On the way back, you can meet the shuttle at that same station and they’ll bring you back to the hotel. This hotel is almost new! It's in a super convenient location to access most of Brooklyn and is a very short drive to LaGuardia airport. It was very clean. I would have given it 5 stars except for two minor complaints. The wait for the elevators was, at times, very long, but that's a minor complaint. I was not happy that I was asked if I needed garage parking and I said yes. I think I should have been told that there was plenty of free on-street parking surrounding the hotel, if I wanted that option, before shelling out $44 per night for a wide open garage. I'm not against making money on parking, but give the guest an educated choice first.
