I stayed here for 7 nights in June. The hotel was beautiful, the staff is wonderful, and the cleanliness was top notch. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet in the morning sitting by the pool and beach. Highly recommend this place to all traveling to Katerini.

Worst \"check in\" 5 star experience ever.
My worst \"check in\" experience ever, last 25 years that I am traveling. Very rude and unprofessional stuff, for sure not educated. Maybe they think that they 're working in a local camping, not in a 5 star resort. Check in process took place in the parking area (!!), they did not let me enter inside the building due to the fact that I was holding a triathlon bike (being there for a triathlon event race) and according to the stuff this was strictly forbidden (to enter inside the reception desk holding a bike with me). They asked me : \"what will happened if there is group of 60bikers ? are they supposed to enter inside with all of their bikes in the reception?\". Maybe somebody else, could explain that a group has a leader guide to arrange all these details, while I was one individual ! Somehow I had to do my check in and of course I couldn't leave outside in the parking area such an expensive bike. On top, I was suprised by the fact that no ID required, or any other relevant documents, during my arrival so no safety procedures is followed, in this venue. So imagine an overall real 5* star, check in experience : no ID control, forbidden entry to the reception area, \"check in\" out of the reception (....) etc, etc.on top no 3G or 4G connection, wifi was not operating and the stuff was simply answering : \"we face some problems with wifi\". The only positive issue (to be fair with them) was the late check out (15:00) due to our race, under the race Organisation request to them.

Then lodging wasn't very nice. It was clean and comfortable, and offered many amenities. We really loved that the buildings are right on the beach! We got up to watch the sun rise from the beach and it was amazing! The only down side is that there are tons of stray dogs in the area that kept us awake very late because they bark all night.

Stayed a single night during the off season (November). This is more of a resort-style hotel so there were very few other guests. Probably more dogs on site than people. No matter. Room was comfortable. Nice views of the beach. Breakfast was good. Staff were pleasant and efficient. Dogs were friendly.

Great hotel and the very spacious rooms are just meters from the beach. You open your window and the sea is just infront of you. What else you want? The resort has all sort of restaurants that look great but we haven't tried them as we got an advice to try another excellent restaurant in the city. We're definitely going back again

Beautiful pool and banquet facilities. Reasonable market and a few other restaurants on premises. Big breakfast. Probably the best resort Katerini has to offer.
Drawbacks: Your front door will be right by parked cars unless you specify otherwise.
Even if you leave 'do not disturb' on front door, they'll enter while you are away. The lights on front door seem to indicate if people are inside or gone acc to having plugged key card in wall to activate electricity.
Have to get used to not flushing any toilet paper. Ick. BUT, that seems to be a Greece plumbing issue not exclusive to this hotel.

Very nice hotel. Exceptional beach. Near road is not an issue as all rooms are facing the sea. The in-sea entertainment playground that is on the pictures of the hotel was missing.

Having looked at the pictures I had high hopes from this hotel but unfortunately it was a let down mainly because the minute we arrived we were told that none of the close by restaurants/bars even the hotel pool were open as the season doesnt start until 20th May.... but we were never told about this when we made the booking!!!
Staff were friendly but could had to call them for service everytime we needed to order something even thought the bar or restaurant was empty.
Having said that Costas the Bar Manager was fantastic and knew what he was doing.

A nightmare
By far the worst place I Been too, no vegi option knowing I was vegiterian no wifi in the bedroom as advertised fungus on the balcony rude staff verbally abused by the taxi driver soft drinks not included in evening meal also stuck in the middle of nowhere with nothing to do the main reason I booked this hotel was for the dinning area that was in the pool but that was shut however the spa was nice hamam being a steam room though that made no sense furthermore it was not describe as child friendly by the 2nd day the pool was filled with kids so that ment Nomore relaxing I will never go back and don't reccomend the maid told me she couldn't clean my room as she had freshly painted her nails.

The umbrella by the pool (ringed in red) fell and nearly hit my partner on the head, just missing her by pure luck. It was not secured properly, and there was no apology from the staff. Food was poor, and cleanliness could have been much better (bird's nest on our balcony and bird droppings (see photo) had not been cleaned prior to arrival. A most disappointing holiday. droppings also on the tables from nests in the roof on the main external bar area by the pools.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel direkt am Strand gelegen. Je nach Strömung kommen ein paar Quallen an den Strand, sonst ist das Wasser sehr „rein“.
Buffet international - sehr gut! Das Personal im Restaurant fürs Frühstück und Abendessen war sehr freundlich und unsere Hauptkellner ganz besonders.

Lage und Ausstattung hat uns sehr gefallen. Für Familie mit Kind(ein) ideal. Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Wenn es etwas zu beanstanden gab, wurde es umgehend geregelt. Hotelzimmer (Suite) und -größe war top. Direkter Strand/Meerblick, direkter Zugang zum Pool, eigener Garten. Multimedia im Zimmer: Top. Einziger Punkt: der Boden war an zwei Stellen \"verwohnt\".

Très bel hôtel avec très belle plage mais retiré de tout.Une voiture est indispensable (ou de très bonnes jambes...). Superbes chambres mais un petit bémol pour les moustiques et autres mouchettes qui piquent... (mi-septembre pour nous). Personnel très agréable en général mais anglais indispensable. Aucune animation si ce n'est un pianiste le soir au bar (mi-septembre). Magnifiques piscines mais un peu froides sauf celle à l'intérieur. Bonne situation pour ceux qui veulent visiter : Olympe - sites archéologiques - Météores - Thessalonique...

Hervorragendes Hotel direkt am Strand!!
Wir waren überrascht, wie schön ein Aufenthalt in dieser Gegend ist. Dann haben wir durch Zufall dieses schöne Hotel gebucht. Bei unserer Ankunft im Hotel waren wir von der Lage und dem Aufbau der Hotelanlage überwältigt.
Normalerweise erkunden wir die ersten Tage unseres Urlaubs, immer mit einem gemieteten Auto, die Umgebung.
Dies ist uns gar nicht in den Sinn gekommen, da wir uns in dieser Anlage \"Pudelwohl\" gefühlt haben. Das Hotel lässt fast keine Wünsche offen. Hervorheben möchten wir, wie schon andere Gäste, das tolle Frühstücksbüffet.
Mit etwas Glück bekommt man dann auch noch auf der Pool-Insel ein Platz und alles ist perfekt. Der ganze Bereich um die Lobby herum, ist hervorragend zum Verweilen gestaltet. Es ist einfach schön, dort zu sitzen und aufs Meer zu blicken. Dann kommen wir zum schönen Strand. Es ist ein Privat-Strand, der zum Hotel gehört. Der Strand vom Hotel ist gefühlt 1km lang und ca. 50-100m tief. Also allemal ausreichend, um sich nicht eingeengt zu fühlen. Dort sind kostenlose Liegen und Schirme für die Gäste. Highlight (wenn man möchte) ist ein eigener Pavillon, der allerdings mit einem gewissen Mindestverzehr verbunden ist. Der Strand wird jeden Morgen gereinigt. Ist sehr feinkörnig und hell. Ein Gast schrieb, dass er eine Flasche oder Plastik dort gefunden hätte. Dies darf nicht dem Hotel angelastet werden, da die Mitarbeiter immer bemüht sind, alles ordentlich zu erhalten!

Im ganzen war das ein ganz toller Aufenthalt außerhalb der Hauptsaison.. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und der Service im ganzen Hotel Superklasse. Die Hygiene wird in diesem Hotel sehr groß geschrieben. Auf jeden Fall war dies nicht unser letzter Aufenhalt in diesem Hotel. Jederzeit wieder!

Nette kleine Wohneinheiten. Für jeden Geschmack wird etwas geboten. Die Ruhe am Pool oder am Hoteleigenen Strand. Die nahe gelegene Ortschaft Paralia für Partys bis zum Sonnenaufgang. Jede Menge Ausflugsmöglichkeiten an Kulturstätten und zum Wandern auf den Olymp. Hotelanlage sehr ordentlich, gepflegt, sauber mit freundlichem und stets hilfsbereiten Angestellten. Gerne wieder.

Usel renlighet, hårda sängar så kroppen värker men värst är dom otvättade gulfläckade kuddarna ... Dom vill man inte lägga huvudet på. Ingång till SPA stinker urin. Detta är inget hotell för folk med god smak. Maten är nästan samma varje dag ! Spindlar o kryp i brist på nogrann städning. Här sparas det in !!!
